当前,在水利工程、水电工程以及航运工程中,液压启闭机的应用越来越广泛。但水利工程、水电工程及航运工作的工作闸门一般都有开启及关闭时间上的要求,如果不能在一定的时间内将闸门开启或关闭,将会产生不同程度的损失,甚至会产生严重的后果。如水电工程工作闸门由于启闭机电源、电气控制系统或电机故障不能及时关闭将浪费大量发电水资源,不能在一定的时间内开启可能会影响水库的泄洪,有可能对大坝产生安全上的影响。而防洪水利工程闸门如不能及时关闭将直接影响城市区域的洪涝,如不能在规定时间内开启有可能影响城市的排洪。而当液压启闭机电源供应或电气控制系统出现故障,或是启闭机电动机出现故障时,启闭机将不能工作,不能在一定的时间内进行关闭或开启,将会产生不同程度的损失。而目前对于电源供应出现故障的应对措施是配置柴油发电机,但柴油发电机配置的功率不能小于启闭机的电动机功率,因而,体积较大,且要有专门的柴油发电机室及一系列的控制系统,投资成本高,经济性差。而目前对于启闭机电气控制系统或电动机出现故障时还没有较好的应急措施。
发明内容
基于上述现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种液压启闭机应急操作装置,该装置在液压启闭机电源供应、电气控制系统或电动机出现故障时,能应急控制液压启闭机进行闸门的开门及关门操作。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的液压启闭机应急操作装置,其特征在于,所述燃油机液压泵组采用汽油机液压泵组或柴油机液压泵组。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的液压启闭机应急操作装置,其特征在于,所述燃油机液压泵组由功率为8kw~22kw的微型燃油机连接驱动作为液压泵组的变量柱塞泵构成。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的液压启闭机应急操作装置,其特征在于,还包括:带有轮子的移动式底座,燃油机液压泵组和液压调控模块均设在该移动式底座上。
