以下、本開示による取引装置の第1の実施形態を、図面を参照しながら詳述する。この実施形態では、本開示の取引装置をATMに適用した例について説明する。

次に、以上のような構成を有する第1の実施形態のATM1の動作を説明する。

Claims (11)
- 第1の通貨を入出金し、
取引内容を表示する表示部と、
前記表示部と、挿入された媒体とを用いて取引を行う取引処理部と、
を備え、
前記取引処理部は、前記媒体に対応する第2の通貨を用いて第1の通貨の出金取引を行う際に、第1の通貨と第2の通貨の交換比率として、出金時点における決済レート、またはその後の決済レート、のいずれを用いるかについての選択を受け付ける決済選択処理を行う、
取引装置。 - 前記その後の決済レートは、前記媒体による決済時の決済レートである、請求項1に記載の取引装置。
- 出金時点における決済レートによる決済を行う場合には、当該取引装置を管理する外部装置と通信を行い、第1の通貨と、第2の通貨との交換比率を定めた決済レートを含む第2の通貨決済情報を取得する第2の通貨情報取得部、
をさらに備える、
請求項1又は2に記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、前記媒体が第1の通貨の発行国以外の国で発行された媒体の場合に、前記決済選択処理を行う、
請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、前記外部装置と通信を行い、第2の通貨による決済が可能か否かを問い合わせ、その問い合わせた結果に応じて、前記決済選択処理を行う、
請求項3に記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、第2の通貨による決済を行う場合には、前記第2の通貨情報取得部により取得した第2の通貨決済情報を前記表示部に表示して、その表示された内容に従い取引を成立させるか否かの選択を受け付ける第2の通貨決済確認処理を行う、

前記取引処理部は、前記第2の通貨決済確認処理により明示された内容に従い、第2の通貨による決済を行うことが成立した場合には、前記明細票発行部を用いて、出金金額、第2の通貨による決済金額、及び決済レートを印字する制御を行う、
請求項6に記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、当該取引装置に電源が投入された場合に前記第2の通貨情報取得部を用いて第2の通貨決済情報を取得し、その取得した第2の通貨決済情報を記憶部に記憶する処理を行い、
前記取引処理部は、第2の通貨による決済を行う場合には、前記記憶部に記憶された第2の通貨決済情報を用いて出金取引を行う、
請求項3、請求項3を引用する請求項4、請求項5~7、のいずれかに記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、当該取引装置が休止状態から取扱状態に遷移する場合に前記第2の通貨情報取得部を用いて第2の通貨決済情報を取得し、その取得した第2の通貨決済情報を記憶部に記憶する処理を行い、
前記取引処理部は、第2の通貨による決済を行う場合には、前記記憶部に記憶された第2の通貨決済情報を用いて出金取引を行う、
請求項3、請求項3を引用する請求項4、請求項5~8、のいずれかに記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、前記外部装置から第2の通貨決済情報を強制的に受信した場合にその受信した第2の通貨決済情報を記憶部に記憶する処理を行い、
前記取引処理部は、第2の通貨による決済を行う場合には、前記記憶部に記憶された第2の通貨決済情報を用いて出金取引を行う、
請求項3、請求項3を引用する請求項4、請求項5~9、のいずれかに記載の取引装置。 - 前記取引処理部は、外部記憶端末により第2の通貨決済情報が与えられた場合に、その与えられた第2の通貨決済情報を記憶部に記憶する処理を行い、
前記取引処理部は、第2の通貨による決済を行う場合には、前記記憶部に記憶された第2の通貨決済情報を用いて出金取引を行う、
