具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供的就诊提示方法,通过网络医院平台根据用户的挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生,为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室,实现针对性的对用户进行候诊提示,可提升就诊提示的用户体验。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中,基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法包括:
步骤S10,根据用户的挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生;
本实施例的就诊提示方法基于网络医院平台,在用户通过能够采用通信网络连接至网络医院平台的终端在网络医院平台挂号后,网络医院平台获取该用户的挂号信息,并根据挂号信息获取相关的挂号状态,在挂号状态中匹配该用户挂号时对应的科室和医生。本实施例中挂号信息可以为用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息和/或用户的面部图像信息,用户在网络医院平台注册时,可通过为用户分配唯一识别的挂号号码、通过指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息,以及通过图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像信息的方式,生成该用户对应的挂号信息并存储。
步骤S20,为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;
获取到用户挂号时的科室和医生后,网络医院平台根据该医生处的就诊情况为该用户生成对应的就诊号码,该就诊号码即为用户在其对应的医生处的排队等待号码;同时,网络医院平台获取该医生处的候诊信息,本实施例中,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,就诊排号人数是指该医生处截止当前排队就诊的人数,当前就诊号码是指当前在该医生处就诊的用户的就诊号码。
步骤S30,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。
本实施例预设一就诊排号间隔,用于提醒用户进入候诊室,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室,该就诊提示信息可以显示在用户所使用的与网络医院平台连接的终端的显示屏上,也可以信息的方式发送至用户绑定的移动终端上。例如,设置的就诊排号间隔为2,则当用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔为2时,向用户提示;本实施例其他的优选实施例中,也可根据就诊排号人数与预设的就诊排号间隔来向用户进行就诊提示,即在就诊排号人数达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息。
本实施例通过网络医院平台,根据用户的挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生,为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。通过网络医院平台针对性的对用户进行候诊提示,方便用户查看自己排号的诊室的候诊信息,从而提升了就诊提示的用户体验。
参照图2,图2为图1中步骤S10的细化流程示意图。
在上述实施例中,步骤S10具体包括:
步骤S101,在用户挂号后,获取用户的挂号信息;
步骤S102,根据用户的挂号信息,匹配挂号时对应的科室和医生。
在用户通过能够采用通信网络连接至网络医院平台的终端在网络医院平台挂号后,网络医院平台获取用户的挂号信息时,可向用户提供一输入界面供用户输入挂号信息,例如,可直接通过数字键盘输入挂号号码,或者通过移动终端内置的或与终端连接的指纹采集装置输入指纹信息,或者通过移动终端内置的或与终端连接的图像采集装置输入面部图像信息。在获取到用户输入的挂号信息后,首先对该挂号信息进行验证,验证成功后根据该挂号信息获取该用户相关的挂号状态,如用户挂号的科室和医生、挂号预约的时间以及其他与挂号相关的状态,从挂号状态中匹配该用户挂号时选择的科室和医生,以根据该医生为用户生成对应的就诊号码。
参照图3,图3为本发明基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
在上述本发明基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法第一实施例的基础上,第二实施例中,执行步骤S20之后,就诊提示方法还包括:
步骤S40,向用户显示获取的就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码。
根据用户挂号时选择的医生为该用户生成对应的就诊号码,并且获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息后,向用户显示获取的就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,显示时,可通过用户所采用的与网络医院平台连接的终端的显示屏实时进行显示。
具体地,本实施例中,该步骤S40具体包括:
以动态显示的方式显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数,
或者,以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数。
在显示就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码时,可在终端的显示屏上以动态显示的方式显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数,例如将显示界面分为两部分,一部分显示就诊排号人数,另一部分显示当前就诊号码,以及用户的就诊号码之前的其他就诊号码,医生处每就诊一个就诊号码,便以滚动的方式向上或向下滚动一个就诊号码,相应地,就诊排号人数也减少一个,当然,也可在显示界面上只显示就诊排号人数或当前就诊号码,同样以滚动或跳动的方式显示;或者,可通过终端的扬声器或用户绑定的移动终端,以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数,在播报时,以动态的方式进行,例如,医生处每就诊一个就诊号码,便播报当前医生所就诊的就诊号码,并且播报当前的就诊排号人数;当然,也可以只播报当前就诊号码或就诊排号人数,同样以动态的方式进行播报。
在为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息后,通过动态显示或语音播报的方式向用户显示该就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,使得候诊提示更为直观,进一步提升了就诊提示的用户体验。
参照图4,图4为本发明基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
在上述本发明基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法第一实施例的基础上,第三实施例中,执行步骤S10之前,就诊提示方法还包括:
步骤S50,设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
在用户挂号前,网络医院平台根据医生所在的科室,以及各医生每天所接受的就诊人数、各医生看病的效率,设置每位医生处提醒用户进入候诊室的就诊排号间隔。这样,在获取到用户的挂号信息对应的科室和医生后,获取该医生对应的就诊排号间隔,便可在用户的就诊号码与该医生处的当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,提醒用户进入候诊室;本实施例中也可在就诊排号人数与就诊排号间隔相同时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,提醒用户进入候诊室。针对每个医生设置不同的就诊排号间隔,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时,或者就诊排号人数与就诊排号间隔相同时,提醒用户进入候诊室。
本发明还提供一种网络医院平台。
参照图5,图5为本发明网络医院平台第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中,网络医院平台包括:
匹配模块10,用于根据用户的挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生;
生成模块20,用于为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;
提示模块30,用于在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。
本实施例的就诊提示方法基于网络医院平台,在用户通过能够采用通信网络连接至网络医院平台的终端在网络医院平台挂号后,网络医院平台获取该用户的挂号信息,并根据挂号信息获取相关的挂号状态,通过匹配模块10在挂号状态中匹配该用户挂号时对应的科室和医生。本实施例中挂号信息可以为用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息和/或用户的面部图像信息,用户在网络医院平台注册时,可通过为用户分配唯一识别的挂号号码、通过指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息,以及通过图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像信息的方式,生成该用户对应的挂号信息并存储。
获取到用户挂号时的科室和医生后,网络医院平台的生成模块20根据该医生处的就诊情况为该用户生成对应的就诊号码,该就诊号码即为用户在其对应的医生处的排队等待号码;同时,网络医院平台获取该医生处的候诊信息,本实施例中,候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,就诊排号人数是指该医生处截止当前排队就诊的人数,当前就诊号码是指当前在该医生处就诊的用户的就诊号码。
本实施例预设一就诊排号间隔,用于提醒用户进入候诊室,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,通过提示模块30向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室,该提示信息可以显示在用户所使用的与网络医院平台连接的终端的显示屏上,也可以信息的方式发送至用户绑定的移动终端上。例如,设置的就诊排号间隔为2,则当用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔为2时,则向用户提示;本实施例其他的优选实施例中,也可根据就诊排号人数与预设的就诊排号间隔来向用户进行就诊提示,即在就诊排号人数达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息。
本实施例通过网络医院平台,根据用户的挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生,为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。通过网络医院平台针对性的对用户进行候诊提示,方便用户查看自己排号的诊室的候诊信息,从而提升了就诊提示的用户体验。
在上述实施例中,匹配模块10具体用于:
在用户挂号后,获取用户的挂号信息;挂号信息包括挂号号码、指纹信息或面部图像信息;
根据用户的挂号信息,匹配挂号时对应的科室和医生。
在用户通过能够采用通信网络连接至网络医院平台的终端在网络医院平台挂号后,网络医院平台获取用户的挂号信息时,可向用户提供一输入界面供用户输入挂号信息,例如,可直接通过数字键盘输入挂号号码,或者通过移动终端内置的或与终端连接的指纹采集装置输入指纹信息,或者通过移动终端内置的或与终端连接的图像采集装置输入面部图像信息。在获取到用户输入的挂号信息后,首先对该挂号信息进行验证,验证成功后根据该挂号信息获取该用户相关的挂号状态,如用户挂号的科室和医生、挂号预约的时间以及其他与挂号相关的状态,从挂号状态中匹配该用户挂号时选择的科室和医生,以根据该医生为用户生成对应的就诊号码。
参照图6,图6为本发明网络医院平台第二实施例的功能模块示意图。
基于上述本发明网络医院平台第一实施例,在第二实施例中,网络医院平台还包括:
显示模块40,用于向用户显示获取的就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码。
根据用户挂号时选择的医生为该用户生成对应的就诊号码,并且获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息后,通过显示模块40向用户显示获取的就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,显示时,可通过用户所采用的与网络医院平台连接的终端的显示屏实时进行显示。
具体地,本实施例中,显示模块40具体用于:
以动态显示的方式显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数,
或者,以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数。
在显示模块40显示就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码时,可在终端的显示屏上以动态显示的方式显示当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数,例如将显示界面分为两部分,一部分显示就诊排号人数,另一部分显示当前就诊号码,以及用户的就诊号码之前的其他就诊号码,以滚动的方式,每就诊一个就诊号码,就向上或向下滚动一个就诊号码,相应地,就诊排号人数也减少一个,当然,也可以只显示就诊排号人数或当前就诊号码,以滚动或跳动的方式显示;或者,可通过终端的扬声器或用户绑定的移动终端,以语音播报的方式播报当前就诊号码和/或就诊排号人数。
在为用户生成医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码的候诊信息后,通过动态显示或语音播报的方式向用户显示该就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码,使得候诊提示更为直观,进一步提升了就诊提示的用户体验。
参照图7,图7为本发明网络医院平台第三实施例的功能模块示意图。
基于上述本发明网络医院平台第一实施例,在第三实施例中,网络医院平台还包括:
设置模块50,用于设置就诊排号间隔,以供在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时提醒用户进入候诊室。
在用户挂号前,网络医院平台通过其设置模块50,根据医生所在的科室,以及各医生每天所接受的就诊人数、各医生看病的效率,设置每位医生处提醒用户进入候诊室的就诊排号间隔。这样,在获取到用户的挂号信息对应的科室和医生后,获取该医生对应的就诊排号间隔,便可在用户的就诊号码与该医生处的当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,提醒用户进入候诊室;本实施例中也可在就诊排号人数与就诊排号间隔相同时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,提醒用户进入候诊室。针对每个医生设置不同的就诊排号间隔,在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到就诊排号间隔时,或者就诊排号人数与就诊排号间隔相同时,提醒用户进入候诊室。

- 一种基于网络医院平台的就诊提示方法,其特征在于,所述就诊提示方法包括以下步骤:根据用户的挂号信息匹配对应的科室和医生;为用户生成所述医生对应的就诊号码,并获取该医生的候诊信息,所述候诊信息包括就诊排号人数和当前就诊号码;在用户的就诊号码与当前就诊号码的间隔达到预设的就诊排号间隔时,向用户发送就诊提示信息,以提醒用户进入候诊室。
