接收到用户根据所述快速挂号界面输出的确定信号,为该用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。

本发明通过网络医院平台根据用户的挂号信息匹配挂号信息对应的电子病历,根据电子病历确定该用户上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生,并向用户提供快速挂号界面,如用户根据快速挂号界面输出确定信号,则为该用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。在用户挂号时向用户提供根据上一次挂号的科室和医生形成的快速挂号界面,用户无需重新选择科室和医生,而直接可挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生,简化了挂号预约的步骤,并且节约了挂号预约的时间,从而为用户提供了更好的挂号体验。

本发明提供的快速挂号方法,通过网络医院在用户挂号时向用户提供根据上一次挂号的科室和医生形成的快速挂号界面,用户无需重新选择科室和医生,而直接可挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生,可简化挂号预约的步骤,并且可节约挂号预约的时间。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明第一实施例中,基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法包括:
步骤S10,根据用户的挂号信息匹配挂号信息对应的电子病历;
本发明快速挂号方法基于网络医院平台,用户可通过手机等移动终端的APP进行挂号,也可通过互联网登陆网络医院平台进行挂号。在接收到用户的挂号信息时,网络医院平台根据该挂号信息在存储有所有注册用户的电子病历的电子病历库中,匹配该挂号信息对应的电子病历。本实施例中,挂号信息可以为用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息和/或用户的面部图像信息,用户在网络医院平台注册时,可通过为用户分配唯一识别的挂号号码、通过指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息,以及通过图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像信息的方式,生成该用户对应的挂号信息并存储。
步骤S20,根据电子病历,确定该用户上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生,并向用户提供快速挂号界面;
在匹配出用户的挂号信息所对应的电子病历后,根据该电子病历的生成或修改记录,确定用户上一次挂号时选择的科室和对应的医生,并根据该科室和医生生成一快速挂号界面,提供至用户,供用户选择是否直接挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生。在确定上一次挂号时选择的科室和医生时,可判断用户上一次挂号时选择的科室和对应的医生与最终生成或修改电子病历的医生及其所在科室是否一致,如一致,则根据该医生和科室生成快速挂号界面,如不一致,则根据最终生成或修改电子病历的医生及其所在科室生成快速挂号界面。
步骤S30,接收到用户根据快速挂号界面输出的确定信号,为该用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。
快速挂号界面可以是提供至用户的移动终端,移动终端通过显示屏向用户显示,也可以是通过登陆网络医院平台的终端的显示界面直接向用户显示。在向用户提供了快速挂号界面后,用户可通过该快速挂号界面的选择项确定是否挂号至上一次挂号时的科室和医生,例如可在快速挂号界面上显示“确定”和“取消”的选择项供用户选择,当用户确定挂号后会向网络医院平台发送一确定信号,接收到该确定信号后,网络医院平台为用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。本实施例中,在用户根据快速挂号界面发送了确定信号后,还可通过快速挂号界面提供挂号的预约时间供用户选择,并在用户选择了相应的预约时间后完成本次挂号。
本实施例通过网络医院平台根据用户的挂号信息匹配挂号信息对应的电子病历,根据电子病历确定该用户上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生,并向用户提供快速挂号界面,如用户根据快速挂号界面输出确定信号,则为该用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。在用户挂号时向用户提供根据上一次挂号的科室和医生形成的快速挂号界面,用户无需重新选择科室和医生,而直接可挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生,简化了挂号预约的步骤,并且节约了挂号预约的时间,从而为用户提供了更好的挂号体验。

在上述实施例中,步骤S10具体包括:
步骤S101,向用户提供挂号信息输入界面,获取用户输入的挂号信息;
步骤S102,根据挂号信息,在电子病历库中匹配挂号信息对应的电子病历。
在用户通过手机等移动终端的APP进行挂号,或通过互联网登陆网络医院平台进行挂号时,通过移动终端的显示屏或登陆网络医院平台的终端的显示屏,向用户提供挂号信息输入界面,用户可通过该界面输入唯一的挂号信息,例如,可直接通过数字键盘输入挂号号码,或者通过移动终端内置的或与终端连接的指纹采集装置输入指纹信息,或者通过移动终端内置的或与终端连接的图像采集装置输入面部图像信息。在获取到用户输入的挂号信息后,首先对该挂号信息进行验证,验证成功后根据该挂号信息在电子病历库中匹配对应的电子病历;在用户第一次通过网络医院平台挂号并成功就诊后,网络医院平台会将医生生成的电子病历存储至电子病历库中,并在每一次用户就诊后由相应的医生在该电子病历的基础上进行修改或更新。

在上述本发明基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法第一实施例的基础上,第二实施例中,执行步骤S20之后,该快速挂号方法还包括:
步骤S40,接收到用户根据快速挂号界面输出的取消信号,向用户提供挂号选择界面,供用户选择相应的科室和医生。
在向用户提供快速挂号界面后,如用户取消快速挂号,即用户不需要挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生,则用户可通过快速挂号界面发出取消信号,例如可通过快速挂号界面上显示的“取消”选择项发出取消信号,网络医院平台在接收到该取消信号后,向用户提供挂号选择界面,该挂号选择界面包括了网络医院平台所管理的所有科室以及对应的医生,用户可根据自身需要,在该挂号选择界面上选择相应的科室和医生,网络医院平台根据用户的选择为用户挂号至所选择的科室和医生。
在用户不需要挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生时,向用户提供挂号选择界面,供用户按正常流程进行挂号,在保证人性化的同时,进一步为用户提供了更好的挂号体验。
参照图4和图5,图4为本发明基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法第三实施例第一种实施方式的流程示意图;图5为本发明基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法第三实施例第二种实施方式的流程示意图。
在上述本发明基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法第一实施例的基础上,图4提供本发明第三实施例的第一种实施方式,执行步骤S30之后,该快速挂号方法还包括:
步骤S50,若上一次挂号对应的医生的排班时间不在用户的预约时间内,向用户提供包括该医生排班信息的预约界面,供用户预约相应的时间;
在根据用户的选择为用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生后,网络医院平台获取该医生的排班时间,并判断该医生的排班时间是否在用户挂号的预约时间内,若医生的排班时间不在用户挂号的预约时间内,向用户提供一预约界面,该预约界面包括上一次挂号对应的医生的排班信息,用户可根据医生的时间和自己的时间选择合适的时间,以重新预约,网络医院平台根据用户重新预约的时间为用户重新挂号。
在上述本发明基于网络医院平台的快速挂号方法第一实施例的基础上,图5提供本发明第三实施例的第二种实施方式,执行步骤S30之后,该快速挂号方法还包括:
步骤S51,若上一次挂号对应的医生的排班时间不在用户的预约时间内,向用户提供包括同科室其他医生信息的医生选择界面,供用户选择相应的医生。
在根据用户的选择为用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生后,网络医院平台获取该医生的排班时间,并判断该医生的排班时间是否在用户挂号的预约时间内,若医生的排班时间不在用户挂号的预约时间内,向用户提供一医生选择界面,该界面可显示与用户上一次挂号的医生在同科室的其他医生的信息,这些医生的排班时间都在用户的预约时间内,用户如不需要预约上一次挂号的医生,或用户的情况较为紧急,则用户可在该医生选择界面中选择其他医生,网络医院平台根据用户选择的其他医生,为用户重新挂号。
若上一次挂号对应的医生的排班时间不在用户的预约时间内,向用户提供包括该医生排班信息的预约界面供用户预约相应的时间,或者向用户提供包括同科室其他医生信息的医生选择界面供用户选择相应的医生,保证了用户挂号预约的效率,避免了因医生排班时间耽误用户就医的问题。
本发明还提供一种网络医院平台。

在本发明第一实施例中,网络医院平台包括:
匹配模块10,用于根据用户的挂号信息匹配挂号信息对应的电子病历;
确定模块20,用于根据电子病历,确定该用户上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生,并向用户提供快速挂号界面;
挂号模块30,用于接收到用户根据快速挂号界面输出的确定信号,为该用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。
本发明快速挂号方法基于网络医院平台,用户可通过手机等移动终端的APP进行挂号,也可通过互联网登陆网络医院平台进行挂号。在接收到用户的挂号信息时,网络医院平台的匹配模块10根据该挂号信息在存储有所有注册用户的电子病历的电子病历库中,匹配该挂号信息对应的电子病历。本实施例中,挂号信息可以为用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息和/或用户的面部图像信息,用户在网络医院平台注册时,可通过为用户分配唯一识别的挂号号码、通过指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息,以及通过图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像信息的方式,生成该用户对应的挂号信息并存储。
在匹配出用户的挂号信息所对应的电子病历后,确定模块20根据该电子病历的生成或修改记录,确定用户上一次挂号时选择的科室和对应的医生,并根据该科室和医生生成一快速挂号界面,提供至用户,供用户选择是否直接挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生。在确定上一次挂号时选择的科室和医生时,可判断用户上一次挂号时选择的科室和对应的医生与最终生成或修改电子病历的医生及其所在科室是否一致,如一致,则根据该医生和科室生成快速挂号界面,如不一致,则根据最终生成或修改电子病历的医生及其所在科室生成快速挂号界面。
快速挂号界面可以是提供至用户的移动终端,移动终端通过显示屏向用户显示,也可以是通过登陆网络医院平台的终端的显示界面直接向用户显示。在向用户提供了快速挂号界面后,用户可通过该快速挂号界面的选择项确定是否挂号至上一次挂号时的科室和医生,例如可在快速挂号界面上显示“确定”和“取消”的选择项供用户选择,当用户确定挂号后会向网络医院平台发送一确定信号,接收到该确定信号后,网络医院平台的挂号模块30为用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和对应的医生。本实施例中,在用户根据快速挂号界面发送了确定信号后,还可通过快速挂号界面提供挂号的预约时间供用户选择,并在用户选择了相应的预约时间后完成本次挂号。

在根据用户的选择为用户挂号至上一次挂号的科室和医生后,网络医院平台获取该医生的排班时间,并判断该医生的排班时间是否在用户挂号的预约时间内,若医生的排班时间不在用户挂号的预约时间内,通过第二界面提供模块50向用户提供一医生选择界面,该界面可显示与用户上一次挂号的医生在同科室的其他医生的信息,这些医生的排班时间都在用户的预约时间内,用户如不需要预约上一次挂号的医生,或用户的情况较为紧急,则用户可在该医生选择界面中选择其他医生,网络医院平台根据用户选择的其他医生,为用户重新挂号。

    第一界面提供模块,用于接收到用户根据所述快速挂号界面输出的取消信号,向用户提供挂号选择界面,供用户选择相应的科室和医生。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述用户的挂号信息至少包括以下之一:用户的挂号号码、用户的指纹信息以及用户的面部图像信息。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述匹配模块具体用于:
    向用户提供挂号信息输入界面,获取用户输入的挂号信息;
    根据所述挂号信息,在电子病历库中匹配所述挂号信息对应的电子病历。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    第一界面提供模块,用于接收到用户根据所述快速挂号界面输出的取消信号,向用户提供挂号选择界面,供用户选择相应的科室和医生。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括第二界面提供模块,该第二界面提供模块用于:
    若上一次挂号对应的医生的排班时间不在用户的预约时间内,向用户提供包括该医生排班信息的预约界面,供用户预约相应的时间;
    或者,若上一次挂号对应的医生的排班时间不在用户的预约时间内,向用户提供包括同科室其他医生信息的医生选择界面,供用户选择相应的医生。
