现在大型注塑机换模已经逐步采用换模台车系统,这些换模台车通常占地面积大,是针对某一大型注塑机而建的专用的换模台车,而小型注塑机由于换模空间小,投入成本高,利用率低等问题,一直采用人工换模。然后由于现场空间小,需要高空吊装,而且模具温度较高,人工换模不但危险系数高,而且换模时间长,耽误了生产,降低了生产效率;同时,由于人工换模没有中心定位系统,造成换模不精确,容易碰坏注射枪,损坏设备。
发明内容
本发明为了提供一种移动方便、操作方便的、定位快速准确的多机任意移动换模车。

  6. 如权利要求1所述的多机任意移动换模车,其特征在于,所述定位插杆为一根直杆,在使用时,定位插杆插入到设置在地面上的定位孔,定位插杆通过固定夹活动固定,固定夹设置在车架上,在定位插杆上设置用于卡住固定夹的凸起。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的多机任意移动换模车,其特征在于,在所述车架的一侧设有用于控制所述车架的操作杆。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的多机任意移动换模车,其特征在于,升降机构包括液压系统和一组输送辊道,用于为输送辊道升降提供动力的液压系统设置在输送辊道的下方,输送辊道内各根辊子分别可以绕着自身轴线旋转。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的多机任意移动换模车,其特征在于,所述定位插杆在所述车架上的设置面与所述操作杆在所述车架上的设置面为同一个面。
  10. 如上述任一权利要求所述的多机任意移动换模车,其特征在于,在所述控制箱外设置用于控制控制箱内各个设备的开关。
