Claims (14)
- 一种借贷方法,其中,所述方法包括:第一参与方根据第二参与方和第三参与方就同属于一个项目而分别发起的第一借款请求和第二借款请求,向第一资金管理服务器申请开立电子承诺支付凭证;其中,所述第一借款请求的借款价值小于所述第二借款请求的借款价值,所述电子承诺支付凭证的价值介于所述第一借款请求的借款价值以及所述第二借款请求的借款价值之间;所述电子承诺支付凭证为所述第一参与方以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向所述第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的;所述第一资金管理服务器根据其开立的所述电子承诺支付凭证冻结所述第一参与方的与所述电子承诺支付凭证价值相等的资金;第二资金管理服务器接收所述第一资金管理服务器开立的所述电子承诺支付凭证,并向所述第二参与方发放所述冻结资金中的相当于所述第一借款请求的借款价值的第一部分资金,向所述第三参与方发放所述冻结资金中的第二部分资金;其中,所述第一部分资金与所述第二部分资金的价值总和相当于所述冻结资金,且所述第二部分资金的价值小于所述第二借款请求的借款价值;以及所述第二资金管理服务器根据所述第三参与方发起的剩余贷款请求向所述第三参与方发放第三资金;其中,所述第二部分资金与所述第三资金的价值总和等于所述第二借款请求的借款价值,并且所述第一、二部分资金以及第三资金由所述第二资金管理服务器设置为在预定时间内归还。
- 根据权利要求1所述的借贷方法,其中,所述第一参与方根据第二参与方和第三参与方就同属于一个项目而分别发起的第一借款请求和第二借款请求,向第一资金管理服务器申请开立电子承诺支付凭证的步骤包括:所述第二参与方和所述第三参与方分别通过一服务器平台发起同属于一个项目下的所述第一借款请求和所述第二借款请求;以及所述第一参与方接收所述第一借款请求和所述第二借款请求,并根据所述第一借款请求和所述第二借款请求向所述第一资金管理服务器提出申请,并由所述第一资金管理服务器开立所述电子承诺支付凭证。
- 根据权利要求1所述的借贷方法,其中,所述第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器。
- 根据权利要求2所述的借贷方法,其中,所述第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器。

- 一种借贷方法,其中,所述方法包括:第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方分别根据第二参与方和第三参与方就同属于一个项目而分别发起的第一借款请求和第二借款请求而提出的申请,开立电子承诺支付凭证;其中,所述第一借款请求的借款价值小于所述第二借款请求的借款价值,所述电子承诺支付凭证的价值介于所述第一借款请求的借款价值以及所述第二借款请求的借款价值之间;所述电子承诺支付凭证为所述第一参与方以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向所述第一资金管理服务器申请并由所述第一资金管理服务器开立的;根据其开立的所述电子承诺支付凭证冻结所述第一参与方的与所述电子承诺支付凭证价值相等的资金;将所述电子承诺支付凭证发送至第二资金管理服务器,使所述第二资金管理服务器向所述第二参与方发放所述冻结资金中的相当于所述第一借款请求的借款价值的第一部分资金,向所述第三参与方发放所述冻结资金中的第二部分资金;其中,所述第一部分资金与所述第二部分资金的价值总和相当于所述冻结资金,且所述第二部分资金的价值小于所述第二借款请求的借款价值;其中,所述第一、二部分资金由所述第二资金管理服务器设置为在预定时间内归还。
- 一种借贷方法,其中,所述方法包括:第二资金管理服务器接收第一资金管理服务器根据第一参与方的申请而开立的电子承诺支付凭证;其中,所述申请为所述第一参与方分别根据第二参与方和第三参与方就同属于一个项目而分别发起的第一借款请求和第二借款请求而向所述第一资金管理服务器发出的,所述第一借款请求的借款价值小于所述第二借款请求的借款价值,所述电子承诺支付凭证的价值介于所述第一借款请求的借款价值以及所述第二借款请求的借款价值之间;所述电子承诺支付凭证为所述第一参与方以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向所述第一资金管理服务器申请并由所述第一资金管理服务器开立的;向所述第二参与方发放所述冻结资金中的相当于所述第一借款请求的借款价值的第一部分资金,向所述第三参与方发放所述冻结资金中的第二部分资金;其中,所述第一部分资金与所述第二部分资金的价值总和相当于所述冻结资金,且所述第二部分资金的价值小于所述第二借款请求的借款价值;以及根据所述第三参与方发起的剩余贷款请求向所述第三参与方发放第三资金;其中,所述第二部分资金与所述第三资金的价值总和等于所述第二借款请求的借款价值,并且所述第一、二部分资金以及第三资金由所述第二资金管理服务器设置为在预定时间内归还。
- 一种数据交互处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:数据发起方根据第一数据请求方和第二数据请求方就获取同一目标数据而分别发起的第一数据请求以及第二数据请求,向第一服务方提出申请,并由所述第一服务方开立数据凭证;其中,所述第一数据的数据值小于所述第二数据的数据值,所述数据凭证的所代表的数据值介于所述第一数据的数据值与所述第二数据的数据值大小之间;所述数据凭证是所述数据发起方与所述服务方之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;所述第一服务方根据其开立的所述数据凭证锁定所述数据发起方数据单元中与所述数据凭证所代表的数据值大小相等的数据;第二服务方接收所述第一服务方开立数据凭证,并向所述第一数据请求方数据单元增加与所述第一数据的数据值大小的第一部分数据值,以及向所述第二数据请求方数据单元增加第二部分数据值;其中,所述第一部分数据值与所述第二部分数据值总和与锁定的数据的数据值大小相等,且所述第二部分数据值小于所述第二数据的数据值;以及所述第二服务方根据所述第二数据请求方发起的增加与第三部分数据大小相等的数据值的数据请求,向所述第二数据请求方数据单元增加与所述第三部分数据大小相等的数据值;其中,所述第一、二、三部分数据的数据值总和为所述第一数据值,且由所述第二服务方设置为在预定时间内归还。
