线上资金管理方法、数据交互处理方法及其装置、系统
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子商务领域,特别是涉及线上资金管理方法、数据交互处理方法及其装置、系统。
【背景技术】
随着互联网技术尤其是移动互联网技术的发展,用户可以通过移动设备使用2G、3G、4G或wifi等方式连接互联网进行交易、社交等活动,通过互联网技术,用户可以方便有效的进行线上活动,这是线下无法比拟的体验。但是,在进行线上交易的过程中,由于商品或其他原因而不能完成交易时,需要退还支付的资金。由此,有必要提供基于线上的交易方法,并在交易失败时能够退还交易资金。
更进一步地,由于用户可通过互联网实现多种方式的数据交互,由此,有必要提供基于线上的数据交互处理方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供线上资金管理方法以及相关装置、系统,能够实现在交易失败时退还交易资金,且交易双方无需提供对方账户信息。
本发明提供的一种线上资金管理方法,所述方法包括:第一终端向第一资金管理服务器发送银信证的退款凭证的生成请求,其中,所述银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由第二资金管理服务器生成的;所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金;所述第一资金管理服务器生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证;以及所述第一终端接收所述第一资金管理服务器发送的所述退款凭证的信息。

以上线上资金管理方法及其相关装置、系统中,第一终端可在接收到第二终端的对应银信证的资金后,向第一资金管理服务器发送生成该银信证的退款凭证的请求,第一资金管理服务器响应该生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中与该银信证价值相等的资金,并生成与该银信证同等价值的退款凭证,以使第二终端可根据该退款凭证获得第一终端退还的对应银信证的资金,故实现了在交易失败时能够退还交易资金,且在退还过程中第一终端无需了解第二终端用户的信息,直接由资金管理服务器根据银信证信息智能生成针对第二终端的退款凭证,故保证了第一、第二终端的账户信息安全,且简化了退款操作。
本发明的另一目的在于提供数据交互处理方法、数据交互处理系统、以及数据交互处理装置。
本发明提供的一种数据交互处理方法,所述方法包括:第一终端向第一服务器发送第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求,其中,所述第一数据凭证为是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;所述第一服务器响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系;所述第一服务器生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证;以及所述第一终端接收所述第一服务器发送的所述第二数据凭证的信息。

以上数据交互处理方法、数据交互系统、以及数据处理装置中,第一终端可在接收到第二终端申请的第一数据凭证对应的数据后,向第一服务器发送生成该第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的请求,该第一服务器响应该生成请求,建立与该第二终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,并生成相等数据值的第二数据凭证,以使第二终端可根据第二数据凭证获得第一终端退还的数据,故实现第一终端与第二终端之间的数据交互,且在退还过程中第一终端无需提供第二终端的信息,直接有第一服务器根据第一数据凭证智能生成针对第二终端的第二数据凭证,保证了第一、第二终端的用户信息安全,且简化了操作。

请参阅图1,为本发明第一实施方式的一种线上资金管理方法的流程示意图。请同时参阅图2,结合线上资金管理系统的结构示意图,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括以下步骤:
S11,第一终端向第一资金管理服务器发送银信证的退款凭证的生成请求。
其中,该银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由第二资金管理服务器生成的,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。该授信额度例如为该第二资金管理服务器给予第二终端用户的信用额度、或该第二终端用户于该第二资金管理服务器抵押的不动产所对应的资金。
该银信证用于第一终端与第二终端的线上资金管理,第二终端将银信证发送给第一资金管理服务器并指定第一终端为收证方以获得相应的商品或服务,如果交易成功,则第一终端请求解付,第二资金管理服务器响应该解付请求,将该第一资金管理服务器冻结的第二终端的与该银信证价值相等的资金通过第一资金管理服务器转移给第一终端用户的账户中。
当第一终端在接收到该第二终端的资金后,发现不满足其约定条件,如第二终端需要退回商品时,则可向第一资金管理服务器请求生成该银信证的退款凭证。
本实施例中,该第一资金管理服务器具体为该第一终端的账户管理服务器,该第二资金管理服务器具体为该第二终端的账户管理服务器。
S12,第一资金管理服务器响应所述生成请求,冻结所述第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金。
其中,该生成请求中包括该银信证的信息如标识码。第一资金管理服务器中存储有第一终端接收到的所有银信证的信息,包括银信证的标识码、发起方、生成方以及价值等,该价值为该银信证的生成方为生成该银信证而冻结的发起方账户的资金或授信额度。第一资金管理服务器根据该生成请求中的标识码可确定该退款凭证关联的银信证,即对应为哪个银信证的退款凭证。第一资金管理服务器在本地调取该确定的银信证的价值,并相应冻结第一终端用户的账户中的与该退款凭证对应的银信证价值相等的资金。
可选地,如图3所示,上述S12具体包括以下子步骤:
S121:第一资金管理服务器响应该生成请求,判断该银信证是否处于解付状态。
其中,该解付状态为该第一资金管理服务器将该退款凭证对应的银信证价值相等的资金解冻并划拨至该第一终端用户的账户中。第一资金管理服务器本地存储的银信证的信息还包括该银信证的状态信息,第一资金管理服务器调取该银信证的状态信息,判断该银信证是否处于解付状态,如果处于,则执行S122;如果不处于,则可向该第一终端发送该退款凭证对应的银信证未解付的通知。
S122:该第一资金管理服务器判断第一终端用户的账户资金是否不小于该银信证的价值。如果是,则执行S123;如果否,则可向该第一终端发送该第一终端用户的账户资金不足的通知。
S123:该第一资金管理服务器冻结该第一终端用户的账户中的与该退款凭证对应的银信证的价值相等的资金。
S13,第一资金管理服务器生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证。
在冻结该第一终端用户的账户中与退款凭证的对应银信证价值相同的资金后,第一资金管理服务器则确定该第一终端用户已为该退款凭证提供保证金,并生成出与冻结的资金价值相等的退款凭证。
而且,第一资金管理服务器根据对应银信证的信息,将该退款凭证的收证服务器设置为对应银信证的生成方也即上述第二资金管理服务器,将该退款凭证的收证方设置为对应银信证的发起方也即上述第二终端或该第二终端用户。
第一资金管理服务器在生成完成该退款凭证后,经该退款凭证发送给第一终端。
S14:第一终端接收该第一资金管理服务器发送的该退款凭证的信息。
该退款凭证与银信证的功能相同。在第一终端接收第一资金管理服务器发送的该退款凭证信息后,第一终端将该退款凭证信息发送给对应银信证的发起方即第二终端。在第二终端向对应银信证的生成方即第二资金管理服务器请求解付时,第二资金管理服务器响应该解付请求,通知该第一资金管理服务器解冻该第一终端用户的账户中与该退款凭证价值相等的资金,第一资金管理服务器将该解冻的资金通过第二资金管理服务器转移给该第二终端用户的账户中,进而实现了第一终端向第二终端的退款操作。
上述方案中,该第一资金管理服务器可为第一银行的资金管理服务器,该第二资金管理服务器可为第二银行的资金管理服务器。或者,该第一资金管理服务器以及该第二资金管理服务器还可为同一个资金管理服务器。该第一终端和第二终端为一客户端或者执行该客户端的终端,对应地,该第一终端的账户为该第一终端用户的账户,第二终端的账户为第二终端用户的账户。
在一应用实施例中,银信证可指银行根据开证人的申请冻结资金或支用授信额度并以银行名义生成,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。对应地,该银信证基本业务流程:开证银行根据开证人的申请冻结所需数额资金以生成银信证,当约定解付条件达成时,由开证银行将资金解付办理支付结算。
下面继续结合例子对本发明线上资金管理方法进行说明,例如,第一终端用户为卖方,第二终端用户为买方,第一资金管理服务器对应为卖方的账户银行的资金管理服务器,第二资金管理服务器为买方的账户银行的资金管理服务器。在卖方与买方进行交易时,卖方向将商品或者服务提供给买方,相应地,买方向其银行申请银信证。买方银行冻结买方账户中与交易金额相等的资金例如为10万,并生成银信证。卖方收到该银信证的代收证通知如短信、邮件或专用的客户端的收取信息后,向卖方银行申请收证,卖方银行获得买方银行发送的该银信证并将该银信证信息发送给卖方。在交易完成后,卖方申请将该银信证解付后,买方银行将冻结的买方账户下的10万资金通过卖方银行转移到卖方的账户下。其中,在卖方收到该银信证之后到申请解付之前,买方的账户资金仍是冻结在其账户中不能使用,并未转移给卖方,故买方仍可获得冻结资金所带来的利息。而且该银信证建立在其银行冻结买方的资金作为保证的,使得卖方的交易风险大大降低。
然而,当卖方获得买方对应该银信证的资金后,由于商品原因或者其他原因导致交易失败,则卖方向其银行申请生成该银信证的退款凭证,卖方银行接收卖方的申请并在确定卖方已收到买方的10万资金且其账户资金超过10万时,冻结卖方账户中与该银信证价值相等的10万资金,并生成10万价值的退款凭证,其中,该退款凭证的收证行为买方银行,收证人为买方,以确保该退款凭证能够退款给此次交易的买方。而且,在此过程中,卖方无需获知买方的任何信息,卖方银行直接根据对应银信证获得买方信息并对应设置退款凭证,保证了买卖双方的账户隐私,且简化了操作。
请参阅图4,为本发明第二实施方式中的线上资金管理方法的流程示意图。该实施方式同样基于图2所示的线上资金管理系统,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
S41,第一资金管理服务器接收第一终端发送的银信证的退款凭证的生成请求。
S42,第一资金管理服务器响应该生成请求,冻结该第一终端用户的账户中的与该银信证的价值相等的资金。
S43,第一资金管理服务器生成价值与该银信证相等的该退款凭证,并向该第一终端发送该退款凭证的信息。
其中,该银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由第二资金管理服务器生成的,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。该第一资金管理服务器具体为该第一终端的账户管理服务器,该第二资金管理服务器具体为该第二终端的账户管理服务器。
上述S42具体包括,第一资金管理服务器响应该生成请求,在判断该银信证处于解付状态且第一终端用户的账户资金是否不小于该银信证的价值时,冻结该第一终端用户的账户中的与该退款凭证对应的银信证的价值相等的资金。
在另一实施方式中,该线上资金管理方法还可包括:第一资金管理服务器在判断该银信证未处于解付状态时,向该第一终端发送该退款凭证对应的银信证未解付的通知;在判断第一终端用户的账户资金小于该银信证的价值时,向该第一终端发送该第一终端用户的账户资金不足的通知。
在上述S43中,第一资金管理服务器具体根据对应银信证的信息,将该退款凭证的收证服务器设置为对应银信证的生成方也即上述第二资金管理服务器,将该退款凭证的收证方设置为对应银信证的发起方也即上述第二终端或第二终端用户。
上述方案中,该第一资金管理服务器和第二资金管理服务器可为相同或者不同的银行的资金管理服务器。该第一终端和第二终端为一客户端或者执行该客户端的终端,对应地,该第一终端的账户为该第一终端用户的账户,第二终端的账户为第二终端用户的账户。
在一应用实施例中,该第一终端用户为卖方,该第二终端用户为买方。
请参阅图2,为本发明实施方式的线上资金管理系统的结构示意图。本实施例的线上资金管理系统包含的各装置用于执行图1对应的实施例中各步骤。该实施方式示出的系统20包括:第二终端21、第一终端22、第一资金管理服务器23以及第二资金管理服务器24。

请参阅图5,为本发明第一实施方式的一种资金管理服务器。本实施例的资金管理服务器包含的各模块用于执行图3对应的实施例中各步骤。该实施方式示出的资金管理服务器50包括接收模块51、建立模块52及生成模块53。在本实施方式中,该资金管理服务器50对应为上述实施方式中的第一资金管理服务器,且该资金管理服务器50可运行在一银行系统中。
该接收模块51用于接收第一终端发送的银信证的退款凭证的生成请求,其中,所述银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由第二资金管理服务器生成的。
该建立模块52用于响应所述生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金。
该生成模块53用于生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述退款凭证的信息。
上述线上资金管理的方案中,第一终端可在接收到第二终端的对应银信证的资金后,向第一资金管理服务器发送生成该银信证的退款凭证的请求,第一资金管理服务器响应该生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中与该银信证价值相等的资金,并生成与该银信证同等价值的退款凭证,以使第二终端可根据该退款凭证获得第一终端退还的对应银信证的资金,故实现了在交易失败时能够退还交易资金,且在退还过程中第一终端无需了解第二终端用户的信息,直接由资金管理服务器根据银信证信息智能生成针对第二终端的退款凭证,故保证了第一、第二终端的账户信息安全,且简化了退款操作。
请参阅图6,为本发明第一实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法的流程示意图。请同时参阅图7,为数据交互系统的结构示意图,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
S61,第一终端向第一服务器发送第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求。
其中,该第一数据凭证是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具。即,该第一数据凭证表示第二终端与第二服务器之间已建立数据关联关系的数据量。该第一数据凭证用于在第一终端获得该第一数据凭证并向第一服务器发送获得数据的请求时,第二服务器解除与第二终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,并将该第二终端的数据单元中上述已解除关联关系的数据通过第一服务器转移给第一终端的数据单元中。
S62,第一服务器响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系。
其中,该生成请求包括该第一数据凭证的标识。第一服务器中存储有第一终端接收到的所有数据凭证的信息,包括该数据凭证的标识、数据值以及建立该数据凭证的第二终端和第二服务器。第一服务器根据该生成请求中携带的标识确定与第二数据凭证关联的第一数据凭证,并在本地调取该第一数据凭证的数据值,并相应建立与该第一终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,例如锁定该第一终端的数据单元中与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据。
具体,上述S62具体包括:第一服务器响应所述生成请求,在判断该第一数据凭证处于解除状态且第一终端的数据单元中的数据值不小于该第一数据凭证的数据值时,建立与该第一终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系。其中,该解除状态为第二服务器已解除与该第二终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,并将该解除的数据通过第一服务器转移给第一终端的数据单元。
在另一实施方式中,该数据交互方法还可包括:第一服务器在判断该银信证未处于解除状态时,向该第一终端发送该第一数据凭证未解除的通知;在判断第一终端的数据单元中的数据值小于该第一数据凭证的数据值时,向该第一终端发送该第一终端的数据单元中的数据不足的通知。
S63,第一服务器生成与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的该第二数据凭证。
在上述S63中,第一服务器具体根据对应第一数据凭证的信息,将该第二数据凭证的收证服务器设置为该第二资金管理服务器,将该第二数据凭证的收证终端设置为该第二服务器。
S64,第一终端接收所述第一服务器发送的所述第二数据凭证的信息。
该第二数据凭证与第一数据凭证的功能相同。在第一终端接收第一服务器发送的该第二数据凭证信息后,第一终端将该第二数据凭证信息发送给第二终端。在第二终端向第二服务器请求解除关联时,第二服务器响应该解除请求,通知该第一服务器解除与该第一终端间的与该第二数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,第一服务器将该第一终端的数据单元中的已解除关联关系的数据通过第二服务器转移给该第二终端的数据单元中,进而实现了第一终端向第二终端的数据交互以及数据的退还。
具体地,该第一终端和第二终端可以为一客户端或者执行该客户端的终端,该第一服务器和第二服务器为不同的服务器,或为同一台服务器。该第一、第二服务器还可以为电商服务器。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。
例如,该第一终端为用户A使用的终端,该第二终端为用户B使用的终端。用户B为多个客户端的管理员,且针对每个客户端具有一个相应的密码用于执行管理员的权限。客户端可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。当用户A请求获得用户B其中一个客户端如客户端2的管理员权限的密码时,用户B向第二服务器申请开出第一数据凭证。其中,用户B的管理员密码都保存在第二服务器中,该第一数据凭证可以是用户B管理客户端2时的操作日志如操作次数,用以证明用户B的安全、可靠性。
当第二服务器开出该第一数据凭证时,根据第一数据凭证的相关内容冻结用户B对客户端2的管理员权限,即,用户B将无法使用对应的密码对客户端2进行管理。同时,第一服务器将该第一数据凭证信息发送给用户A。当用户A需要获得该客户端2的管理员权限的密码时,向第一服务器发送获得密码的请求,第二服务器根据该第一数据凭证的相关内容获得客户端2的管理员权限的密码,并通过第一服务器发送给用户A。
当用户A不再需要该客户端2的管理员权项的密码时,向第一服务器发送生成第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的请求,第一服务器在判断已根据该数据凭证将该客户端2的管理员权项的密码发送给该用户A且用户A中保存有该客户端2的管理员权项的密码时,冻结用户A对客户端2的管理员权限,并开出第二数据凭证且发送给第二服务器。其中,该第二数据凭证可以是用户A管理客户端2时的操作日志如操作次数。
当用户B需要获得该客户端2的管理员权限的密码时,向第二服务器发送获得密码的请求,第一服务器根据该第二数据凭证的相关内容获得客户端2的管理员权限的密码,并通过第二服务器发送给用户B。
进一步地,第一终端与第一服务器建立关联关系的数据还可以是文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等,如果是资金数据,比如资金,则此时第一终端可为卖方,第二终端可为买方,服务器为资金管理服务器,例如,银行。如果是音频数据,比如歌曲,此时第一终端和第二终端可以是手机等具有多媒体播放功能的客户端,服务器为音乐网站服务器。
请参阅图8,为本发明第二实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法,该实施方式同样基于图7所示的数据交互处理系统,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
S81,第一服务器接收第一终端发送的第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求。
其中,所述数据凭证是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具。
S82,第一服务器响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系。
具体,第一服务器响应所述生成请求,在判断该第一数据凭证处于解除状态且第一终端的数据单元中的数据值不小于该第一数据凭证的数据值时,建立与该第一终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,例如锁定该第一终端的数据单元中与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据。
在另一实施方式中,该数据交互方法还可包括:第一服务器在判断该银信证未处于解除状态时,向该第一终端发送该第一数据凭证未解除的通知;在判断第一终端的数据单元中的数据值小于该第一数据凭证的数据值时,向该第一终端发送该第一终端的数据单元中的数据不足的通知。
S83,第一服务器生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述第二数据凭证的信息。
请参阅图7,为本发明实施方式的数据交互处理系统的结构示意图。该实施方式示出的系统70包括:第二终端71、第一终端72、第一服务器73以及第二服务器74。
第二终端71用于向第二服务器74申请第一数据凭证。
第二服务器74用于响应所述第二终端71的申请,建立与所述第二终端71之间的数据关联关系,并生成数据值等于所述第二终端71的建立数据关联关系的数据值的所述第一数据凭证。
故,所述第一数据凭证可以理解为第二终端71与第二服务器74之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具。
第一终端72用于向第一服务器73发送所述第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求。
第一服务器73用于响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端72之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,并生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证,向所述第一终端72发送所述第二数据凭证的信息。
具体地,该第一服务器和第二服务器可以是相同的服务器,也可以是不同的服务器。进一步地,该第一服务器和第二服务器可以是一电商服务器。
在另一实施方式中,系统70的各终端和服务器分别用于执行上述数据交互处理方法的步骤,其中,该第一终端对应为上述方法的第一终端,第二终端对应为上述方法的第二终端,该第一服务器对应为上述方法中的第一服务器,该第二服务器对应为上述方法中的第二服务器。
请参阅图9,为本发明第一实施方式的一种数据交互处理装置,该实施方式示出的数据交互处理装置90包括接收模块91、建立模块92及生成模块93。在本实施方式中,该装置90对应为上述实施方式中的第一服务器。其中,该装置90可运行在一银行系统中。
该接收模块91用于接收第一终端发送的第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求。其中,所述第一数据凭证为是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具。
该建立模块92用于响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系。
该生成模块93用于生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述第二数据凭证的信息。
可选地,建立模块92具体用于响应所述生成请求,在判断该第一数据凭证处于解除状态且第一终端的数据单元中的数据值不小于该第一数据凭证的数据值时,建立与该第一终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系。
在另一实施方式中,建立模块92还可用于在判断该银信证未处于解除状态时,向该第一终端发送该第一数据凭证未解除的通知;在判断第一终端的数据单元中的数据值小于该第一数据凭证的数据值时,向该第一终端发送该第一终端的数据单元中的数据不足的通知。
上述方案中,第一终端可在接收到第二终端申请的第一数据凭证对应的数据后,向第一服务器发送生成该第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的请求,该第一服务器响应该生成请求,建立与该第二终端之间的与该第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,并生成相等数据值的第二数据凭证,以使第二终端可根据第二数据凭证获得第一终端退还的数据,故实现第一终端与第二终端之间的数据交互,且在退还过程中第一终端无需提供第二终端的信息,直接有第一服务器根据第一数据凭证智能生成针对第二终端的第二数据凭证,保证了第一、第二终端的用户信息安全,且简化了操作。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    第一终端向第一资金管理服务器发送银信证的退款凭证的生成请求;其中,所述银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由所述第二资金管理服务器生成的;
    所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述生成请求,冻结所述第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金;
    所述第一资金管理服务器生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证;以及
    所述第一终端接收所述第一资金管理服务器发送的所述退款凭证的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述生成请求,冻结所述第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金的步骤包括:
    所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述生成请求,判断所述银信证已处于解付状态且所述第一终端用户的账户资金不小于所述银信证的价值时,冻结所述第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金;其中,所述解付状态为所述第一资金管理服务器将所述银信证价值相等的资金解冻并划拨至所述第一终端用户的账户中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在判断所述银信证未处于所述解付状态时,第一资金管理服务器向所述第一终端发送所述银信证未解付的通知;
    在判断所述第一终端用户的账户资金小于所述银信证的价值时,第一资金管理服务器向所述第一终端发送所述第一终端用户的账户资金不足的通知。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    第一资金管理服务器将所述退款凭证的收证服务器设置为所述第二资金管理服务器,将所述退款凭证的收证方设置为所述第二终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器。
  6. 一种线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    第一资金管理服务器接收第一终端发送的银信证的退款凭证的生成请求,其中,所述银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由第二资金管理服务器生成的;
    响应所述生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金;
    生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述退款凭证的信息。
  7. 一种线上资金管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    第二终端,用于以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请银信证;
    所述第二资金管理服务器,用于响应所述第二终端的申请,生成所述银信证;
    第一终端,用于向第一资金管理服务器发送所述银信证的退款凭证的生成请求;
    所述第一资金管理服务器,用于响应所述生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金,并生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证,向所述第一终端发送所述退款凭证的信息。
  8. 一种资金管理服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的银信证的退款凭证的生成请求,其中,所述银信证为第二终端以其用户的账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第二资金管理服务器申请并由第二资金管理服务器生成的;
    建立模块,用于响应所述生成请求,冻结第一终端用户的账户中的与所述银信证的价值相等的资金;
    生成模块,用于生成价值与所述银信证相等的所述退款凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述退款凭证的信息。
  9. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一终端向第一服务器发送第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求,其中,所述第一数据凭证为是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;
    所述第一服务器响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系;
    所述第一服务器生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证;以及
    所述第一终端接收所述第一服务器发送的所述第二数据凭证的信息。
  10. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一服务器接收第一终端发送的第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求,其中,所述第一数据凭证为是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;
    响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系;
    生成与所述第一数据凭证相等的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述第二数据凭证的信息。
  11. 一种数据交互处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    第二终端,用于向第二服务器申请第一数据凭证;
    所述第二服务器,用于响应所述第二终端的申请,建立与所述第二终端之间的数据关联关系,并生成数据值等于所述第二终端的建立数据关联关系的数据值的所述第一数据凭证;
    第一终端,用于向第一服务器发送所述第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求;
    所述第一服务器,用于响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系,并生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证,向所述第一终端发送所述第二数据凭证的信息。
  12. 一种数据交互处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的第一数据凭证对应的第二数据凭证的生成请求,其中,所述第一数据凭证为是第二终端与第二服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;
    建立模块,用于响应所述生成请求,建立与所述第一终端之间的与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的数据关联关系;
    生成模块,用于生成与所述第一数据凭证的数据值大小相等的所述第二数据凭证,并向所述第一终端发送所述第二数据凭证的信息。
