目前的在线电子支付或网络支付方式主要包括银行网银支付(含信用卡支付)和第三方支付两种。现有的在线电子支付或网络支付中,以第三方支付公司担保的形式存在的风险较小。

当第二资金管理服务器未收到第三参与方发送的对该电子凭证进行处理的处理指令,且确认到达该电子凭证的暂停解付期限时,解付该电子凭证,将解冻的与电子凭证额度相等的资金划拨至一中间账户,以能够使用解冻的资金对第二参与方所购买的商品/服务进行清算,并将该电子凭证的状态信息更改为待清算状态。
进一步地,在第二资金管理服务器向第二参与方和第一资金管理服务器分别发送的暂停解付该电子凭证资金的信息后,第一资金管理服务器将暂停解付电子凭证资金的信息发送至第一参与方。
第一资金管理服务器在接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息后,将暂停解付电子凭证资金的信息发送至第一参与方,以通知第一参与方该电子凭证资金处于暂停解付状态。
上述方案,第二资金管理服务器在确认接收到第一参与方发送的解付第二参与方的电子凭证的请求满足解付该电子凭证资金的条件时,向第二参与方发送已申请解付的信息;第二资金管理服务器在接收到第二参与方发送的暂停解付命令后,响应该暂停解付命令,并在确认该电子凭证的资金尚未解付时,向第二参与方和第一资金管理服务器分别发送暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息,以通知第一参与方以及第二参与方,能够在第一参与方与第二参与方发生买卖纠纷时,阻止第一参与方解付第二参与方的电子凭证资金,有效保证第二参与方的资金利益不受损害。

S201:第二资金管理服务器接收第一资金管理服务器发送的第一参与方请求解付第二参与方的电子凭证的信息。
当第二参与方向第一参与方购买商品/服务,第二参与方在收到商品/服务,第一参与方向第一资金管理服务器发送解付第二参与方的电子凭证的请求时,第二资金管理服务器接收第一资金管理服务器发送的第一参与方请求解付第二参与方的电子凭证的信息。其中,该请求信息至少包括请求解付的资金额度。
在本发明实施例涉及的电子凭证可以称之为“银信证”。银信证是以资金管理机构根据申请人(第二参与方)的申请冻结申请人的资金或支用授信额度并以银行名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。银信证基本业务流程:开证银行根据开证人的申请冻结所需数额资金以开立银信证,当约定解付条件达成时,由开证银行将资金解付办理支付结算。
电子凭证信息至少包括资金额度。第一资金管理服务器为第一参与方的账户管理服务器。第二资金管理服务器为第二参与方的账户管理服务器。
进一步地,第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器;请求解付的资金为第二参与方于第一资金管理服务器的存款、或第一资金管理服务器给予第二参与方的信用额度、或第二参与方于第一资金管理服务器抵押的不动产所对应的资金。
进一步地,在另一种实施例中,第一资金管理服务器以及第二资金管理服务器可以为同一个资金管理服务器。
S202:在确认所述请求满足解付所述电子凭证的条件时,向所述第二参与方发送已申请解付的信息。
第二资金管理服务器在接收到该解付第二参与方的电子凭证的信息后,调取第二参与方的电子凭证,并确认该请求信息是否满足解付电子凭证的条件。

其中,确认该请求是否满足解付电子凭证的条件可以为:确认第二参与方是否已经获得商品/服务,该请求中请求解付的资金额度是否与该商品/服务对应的金额相同等,但并不限于此,还可以根据实际需要进行设置。
S203:接收第二参与方在接收到所述已申请解付的信息后发送的暂停解付命令,响应所述暂停解付命令并在确认所述电子凭证的资金尚未解付时,向所述第二参与方和所述第一资金管理服务器分别发送暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息。
第二资金管理服务器在接收到第二参与方发送的暂停解付命令时,第二资金管理服务器响应该暂停解付命令,再次调取第二参与方的电子凭证,以确认该电子凭证的状态信息是否为未解付状态。
在第二资金管理服务器确认该电子凭证的资金尚未解付时,向第二参与方和第一资金管理服务器分别发送暂停解付该电子凭证资金的信息,以使第一资金管理服务器将暂停解付电子凭证资金的信息发送至第一参与方。
进一步地,当第二资金管理服务器确认该电子凭证的资金已经未解付时,第二资金管理服务器还可以向第二参与方发送暂停解付失败的通知信息。
进一步地,在第二资金管理服务器向第二参与方和第一资金管理服务器分别发送的暂停解付该电子凭证资金的信息后,第二资金管理服务器还确认是否接收到第三参与方发送的对该电子凭证进行处理的处理指令。
当第二资金管理服务器未收到第三参与方发送的对该电子凭证进行处理的处理指令,且确认到达该电子凭证的暂停解付期限时,解付该电子凭证,将解冻的与电子凭证额度相等的资金划拨至一中间账户,以能够使用解冻的资金对第二参与方所购买的商品/服务进行清算,并将该电子凭证的状态信息更改为待清算状态。其中,第三参与方发送的对该电子凭证进行处理的处理指令是在确认响应接收到第二参与方发送的对该电子凭证进行处理的请求信息后发送的。该请求信息,以寻求救济维护自身利益。其中,该请求信息为请求冻结或解冻电子凭证的资金,或从该电子凭证中扣划资金的信息,但并不限于此。第二资金管理服务器根据第三参与方发送的处理指令对电子凭证执行相应的处理。比如,冻结或解冻电子凭证的资金,或从该电子凭证中扣划资金。
其中,第三参与方为第三方机构,第三方机构具有冻结资金的权限第三方机构至少为公安机关、检察院、法院、安全机关、军队保卫部门、监狱保卫部门、海关、税务中的任意一个,但并不限于此,还可以为其他具有冻结资金的权限的机构,此处不作限制。

下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。
例如,第一交互方为用户A,第二交互方为用户B,第三交互方为用于C,用户A对应第一服务方,用户B对应第二服务方。用户B为多个客户端的管理员,且针对每个客户端具有一个相应的密码用于执行管理员的权限。用户C的管理权限高于用户A。客户端可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。
当用户A向用户B获取客户端2的管理权限的密码,通过第一服务方向第二服务方发送申请用户B的数据凭证的请求。时,具有更高管理权限的用户A介入管理。用户A向第一服务方发送从用户B数据单元获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码的请求。
第二服务方在接收到第一服务方发送的请求,并确认该请求满足获取从该数据凭证获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码的条件时,向用户B发送已申请获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码的信息。
用户B在接收到该信息后,在确认需要阻止用户A获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码时,向第二服务方发送暂停命令,以阻止用户A获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码。
第二服务方在确认至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码未被用户A获取时,分别向用户A以及第一服务方发送暂停获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码的信息,以通过第一服务方通知用户A暂停获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码。
进一步地,在用户B在接收到该信息后,在确认需要阻止用户A获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码时,还可以向具有更高管理权限用户C发送请求,以请求用户C向第二服务方发送冻结用户B的数据凭证的客户端的管理权限的密码的信息,用户C在确认响应该请求时,向第二服务方发送相关处理指令,以对用户B的数据凭证进行处理。
进一步地,第二服务方在未接收到用户C发送的处理指令,且确定达到用户B发送的暂停命令对应的暂停时间时,获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码,并将其发送给至目标数据单元,以供用户A获取。
第二服务方在接收到用户C发送的处理指令时,按照该请求包含的命令冻结或解冻至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码,或从该数据凭证中获取至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码增加至用户C指定的数据单元。
以上,用户C具有比用户B更高的管理权限,用户C可以对用户A和用户B之间的数据交互进行风险管控,从而避免用户A出现客户端数据安全的风险问题。
进一步地,请求的数据还可以是文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等,如果是资金数据,比如资金,则此时第三交互方为第三方有权机构(如法院、海关、税务机构,但并不限于此),第一交互方是卖方,第二交互方是买方,第一服务方为第一资金管理服务器,第二服务方为第二资金管理服务器,例如,银行。如果是音频数据,比如歌曲,此时数据请求方和数据发起方可以是手机等具有多媒体播放功能的客户端,服务器为音乐网站服务器。

    所述第二资金管理服务器在确认所述解付请求满足解付所述电子凭证的条件时,向所述第二参与方发送已申请解付的信息;
    所述第二参与方在接收到所述已申请解付的信息时向所述第二资金管理服务器发送暂停解付命令;其中,所述暂停解付命令至少包括暂停解付期限;
    所述第二资金管理服务器响应所述暂停解付命令并在确认所述电子凭证的资金尚未解付时,向所述第二参与方和所述第一资金管理服务器分别发送暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息;
    其中,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第一参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第二参与方的账户管理服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第
    二资金管理服务器响应所述暂停解付命令并在确认所述电子凭证的资金尚未解付时,向所述第二参与方和所述第一资金管理服务器分别发送暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一资金管理服务器将所述暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息发送至所述第一参与方;
    所述第二资金管理服务器确认是否接收到第三参与方发送的对所述电子凭证的处理指令;
    当所述第二资金管理服务器接收到第三参与方发送的所述处理指令时,根据第三参与方发送的所述处理指令对所述电子凭证进行相应的处理;其中,所述处理指令可以为冻结、扣划或者解冻指令;
    当所述第二资金管理服务器未接收到第三参与方发送的所述处理指令,且确认到达所述暂停解付期限时,解付所述电子凭证资金至一中间账户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器以及所述第二资金管理服务器为同一个资金管理服务器。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第三参与方为第三方机构,所述第三方机构至少为公安机关、检察院、法院、海关、税务中的任意一个。
  6. 一种线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第二资金管理服务器接收第一资金管理服务器发送的第一参与方请求解付第二参与方的电子凭证的信息;
    在确认所述请求满足解付所述电子凭证的条件时,向所述第二参与方发送已申请解付的信息;
    接收第二参与方在接收到所述已申请解付的信息后发送的暂停解付命令,响应所述暂停解付命令并在确认所述电子凭证的资金尚未解付时,向所述第二参与方和所述第一资金管理服务器分别发送暂停解付所述电子凭证资金的信息;其中,所述暂停解付命令至少包括暂停解付期限;
    其中,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第一参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第二参与方的账户管理服务器。
  7. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一交互方向第一服务方发送从第二交互方的数据单元中获取数据值的请求;其中,所述请求至少包括请求获取的数据值;
    所述第一服务方将接收到的请求信息发送至第二服务方;
    所述第二服务方在确认所述请求满足从所述数据凭证获取数据值的条件时,向所述第二交互方发送已申请获取数据值的信息;
    所述第二交互方在接收到所述已申请获取数据值的信息后向所述第二服务方发送暂停命令;其中,所述暂停命令至少包括暂停期限;
    所述第二服务方响应所述暂停命令并在确认所述数据凭证的状态为未被获取状态时,向所述第二交互方和所述第一服务方分别发送暂停获取所述数据凭证的数据值的信息;
    其中,所述第一服务方管理所述第一交互方的数据单元的数据值,所述第二服务方管理所述第二交互方的数据单元的数据值。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,当所述数据凭证的状态为未被获取状态时,向所述第二交互方和所述第一服务方分别发送暂停获取所述数据凭证的数据值的信息的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二服务方确认是否接收到第三交互方发送的对所述数据凭证的处理指令;
    当所述第二服务方收到所述第三交互方发送的所述数据凭证处理指令,则按照所述处理指令对所述数据凭证进行处理;其中,所述处理指令为冻结或解冻所述数据凭证的数据值,或从所述数据凭证中获取数据值;
    当所述第二服务方未收到所述第三交互方发送的对所述数据凭证处理指令,且到达所述暂停命令对应的暂停时间时,获取所述数据凭证的数据值,并将所述数据值增加至目标数据单元。
  9. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第二服务方接收第一服务方发送的第一交互方从第二交互方的数据单元中获取数据值的请求;其中,所述请求至少包括请求获取的数据值;
    在确认所述请求满足从所述数据凭证获取数据值的条件时,向所述第二交互方发送已申请获取数据值的信息;
    响应所述第二交互方在接收到所述已申请获取数据值的信息后发送的暂停命令,在确认所述数据凭证的状态为未获取状态时,向所述第二交互方和所述第一服务方分别发送暂停获取所述数据凭证的数据值的信息;
    其中,所述暂停命令包括暂停期限;所述第一服务方管理所述第一交互方的数据单元的数据值,所述第二服务方管理所述第二交互方的数据单元的数据值。
  10. 一种数据交互处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一服务方发送的第一交互方从第二交互方的数据单元中获取数据值的请求;其中,所述请求至少包括请求获取的数据值;
    处理模块,用于确认所述请求是否满足从所述数据凭证获取数据值的条件,以及用于响应所述第二交互方在接收到所述已申请获取数据值的信息后发送的暂停命令,并确认所述数据凭证的状态是否为未获取状态;
    发送模块,用于在所述处理模块在确认所述请求满足从所述数据凭证获取数据值的条件时,向所述第二交互方发送已申请获取数据值的信息;以及用于在所述处理模块确认所述数据凭证的状态为未获取状态时,向所述第二交互方和所述第一服务方分别发送暂停获取所述数据凭证的数据值的信息;
    其中,所述第一服务方管理所述第一交互方的数据单元的数据值,所述第二服务方管理所述第二交互方的数据单元的数据值。
