其中,在本发明实施例涉及的电子凭证可以称之为“银信证”。银信证是以资金管理机构根据申请人(第二参与方)的申请冻结申请人的资金或支用授信额度并以银行名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。电子凭证信息至少包括资金额度。第二资金管理服务器为第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
进一步地,第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器;解冻的资金为第二参与方于第一资金管理服务器的存款、或第一资金管理服务器给予第二参与方的信用额度、或第二参与方于第一资金管理服务器抵押的不动产所对应的资金。
进一步地,在另一种实施例中,第一资金管理服务器以及第二资金管理服务器可以为同一个资金管理服务器。
进一步地,在解冻不大于电子凭证额度的资金后,将电子凭证的状态变更为失效状态,并记录资金划扣信息。其中,资金划扣信息至少包括请求划扣资金的第一参与方信息、划扣的资金额度以及目标账户信息的其中之一。

S201:第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的从第二参与方账户向一目标账户划扣资金的请求,对所述第一参与方进行身份校验。
当第二参与方向第三参与方购买商品/服务,第二参与方账户的资金流转发生异常(例如,第二参与方陷入民事经济纠纷)时,第一参与方介入处理。

第一资金管理服务器在向第一参与方指定的目标账户划扣资金之后,将经过资金划扣后的电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器,使第二资金管理服务器将接收到电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方,从而使第三参与方在获得电子凭证信息后,确认是否继续与第二参与方进行交易。其中,电子凭证信息至少包括资金额度,第二资金管理服务器为第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
上述方案,当第二参与方的资金流转出现异常时,第一资金管理服务器通过响应第一参与方发送的从第二参与方账户向第一参与方指定的账户划扣资金的请求;在向指定的账户成功划扣资金后,将第二参与方账户的变更信息通过第三参与方的账户管理服务器通知第三参与方,能够在第二参与方的资金流转异常时,及时通知第三参与方,有效保证第三参与方的资金利益不受损害。

S301:第一交互方向第一服务方发送将第二交互方数据单元的至少部分数据的数据值向一目标数据单元增加的请求。
当第二交互方与第三交互方进行数据交互,且第二交互方的数据单元发生异常时,第一交互方向第一服务方发送将第二交互方数据单元的至少部分数据的数据值向一目标数据单元增加的请求。其中,目标数据单元由第一交互方指定。
S302:所述第一服务方在接收到所述请求时,对所述第一交互方进行身份校验。
第一服务方在接收到该请求时,对第一交互方的身份信息进行身份校验,以确认第一交互方的身份信息是否真实,以及确认需要增加的数据值是否包括第二交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值。
其中,当第一服务方在确认第二交互方数据单元中除数据凭证的数据值之外的数据值小于需要增加的数据值时,需要增加的数据值包括第二交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值。
当第一服务方确认第一交互方的身份信息不真实时,向第一参与方发送身份错误提示信息,以提示第一交互方身份信息错误。

S304:所述第二服务方将接收到的所述数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方。
第二服务方将接收到的数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方。
S305:所述第三交互方获得所述数据凭证信息。
第三交互方获得第二服务方发送的该数据凭证信息,进而确认是否继续与第二交互方进行数据交互。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。
例如,第一交互方为用户A,第二交互方为用户B,用户B对应第一服务方,第三交互方为用于C,用户C对应第二服务方。用户B为多个客户端的管理员,且针对每个客户端具有一个相应的密码用于执行管理员的权限。用户A的管理权限高于用户B。客户端可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。
当用户C向用户B获取客户端2的管理权限的密码,通过第二服务方向第一服务方申请用户B的数据凭证,且用户B数据流转出现异常时,具有更高管理权限的用户A介入管理。用户A向第一服务方发送将用户B数据单元的至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码向一目标数据单元增加的请求。
第一服务方在对用户A进行身份校验通过,且确认需要增加的客户端的管理权限的密码包括用户B的数据凭证中至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码时,调用用户B的数据凭证,以获取用户B管理的所有客户端的管理权限的密码,解锁部分客户端的管理权限的密码,并向目标数据单元增加解锁的部分客户端的管理权限的密码。此时,用户B的数据凭证不包含解锁的部分客户端的管理权限的密码。
第一服务方将用户B的数据凭证的变更信息发送给第二服务方,以使第二服务方将将变更信息通知用户C,以便用户C在获取到用户B的数据凭证的变更信息后,能够确认是否还可以获取到客户端2的管理权限的密码。当不能获取到客户端2的管理权限的密码时,中止与用户A的数据交互。
以上,用户A具有比用户B更高的管理权限,当用户B的账号信息出现异常时,用户A对用户C和用户B之间的数据交互进行风险管控,从而避免用户C无法获得客户端数据的情况以及避免出现客户端数据安全的风险问题。
进一步地,请求的数据还可以是文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等,如果是资金数据,比如资金,则此时第一交互方为第三方有权机构(如法院、海关、税务机构),第二交互方是买方,第三交互方是卖方,第一服务方为第一资金管理服务器,第二服务方为第二资金管理服务器,例如,银行。如果是音频数据,比如歌曲,此时数据请求方和数据发起方可以是手机等具有多媒体播放功能的客户端,服务器为音乐网站服务器。
上述方案,当第二交互方的数据流转出现异常时,第一交互方通过请求第二交互方的服务方从第二交互方的数据单元向第一交互方指定的目标数据单元增加数据;在第二交互方的服务方调用数据凭证成功向目标数据单元增加数据后,将第二交互方的数据凭证的变更信息通过第三交互方的服务方通知第三交互方,能够在第二交互方的数据流转异常时,及时通知第三交互方,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。

    所述第一资金管理服务器在对所述第一参与方的身份信息校验通过,且确认需要被划扣的资金包括所述第二参与方的电子凭证的至少部分资金时,解冻不大于所述电子凭证额度的资金,以向所述目标账户划扣资金,并将经过资金划扣后的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;
    所述第二资金管理服务器将接收到的所述电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方;
    所述第三参与方获得所述电子凭证信息;
    其中,所述目标账户为所述第一参与方指定的账户,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第二参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器在对所述第一参与方的身份校验通过,且确认需要被划扣的资金包括所述第二参与方的电子凭证的至少部分资金时,解冻不大于所述电子凭证额度的资金,以向所述目标账户划扣资金,并将经过资金划扣后的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器的步骤具体为:
    所述第一资金管理服务器在对所述第一参与方的身份校验通过,且确认需要被划扣的资金包括所述第二参与方的电子凭证的至少部分资金时,解冻不大于所述电子凭证额度的资金,以向所述目标账户划扣资金;
    将所述电子凭证的状态变更为失效状态,并记录资金划扣信息;其中,所述资金划扣信息至少包括请求划扣资金的第一参与方信息、划扣的资金额度以及所述目标账户信息的其中之一;
    将经过资金划扣后的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;其中,所述电子凭证信息至少包括所述电子凭证的状态以及资金额度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器以及所述第二资金管理服务器为同一个资金管理服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器在对所述第一参与方的身份校验通过,且确认需要被划扣的资金包括所述第二参与方的电子凭证的至少部分资金时,解冻不大于所述电子凭证额度的资金,以向所述目标账户划扣资金,并将经过资金划扣后的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一资金管理服务器向所述第一参与方发送资金划扣成功的通知信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一参与方为第三方机构,所述第三方机构为法院、海关以及税务中的任意一个。
  7. 一种线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的从第二参与方账户向一目标账户划扣资金的请求,对所述第一参与方进行身份校验;
    在身份校验通过,且确认需要被划扣的资金包括所述第二参与方的电子凭证的至少部分资金时,解冻不大于所述电子凭证额度的资金,以向所述目标账户划扣资金;
    将经过资金划扣后的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;
    其中,所述目标账户为所述第一参与方指定的账户,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第二参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
  8. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一交互方向第一服务方发送将第二交互方数据单元的至少部分数据的数据值向一目标数据单元增加的请求;
    所述第一服务方在接收到所述请求时,对所述第一交互方进行身份校验;
    所述第一服务方在对所述第一交互方的身份校验通过,且确认需要增加的数据值包括所述第二交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值时,解锁不大于所述数据凭证数据值大小的第一数据,以向所述目标数据单元增加与所述第一数据大小相等的数据,并将经过数据值变更的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方;
    所述第二服务方将接收到的所述数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方;
    所述第三交互方获得所述数据凭证信息。
  9. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一服务方接收第一交互方发送的将第二交互方数据单元的至少部分数据的数据值向一目标数据单元增加的请求,对所述第一交互方进行身份校验;
    在身份校验通过,且确认需要增加的数据值包括所述第二交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值时,解锁不大于所述数据凭证数据值的第一数据,以向所述目标数据单元增加与所述第一数据大小相等的数据值;
    将经过数据值变更的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方。
  10. 一种数据交互处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一交互方发送的将第二交互方数据单元的至少部分数据的数据值向一目标数据单元增加的请求;
    校验模块,用于对所述第一交互方进行身份校验,并确认需要增加的数据值是否包括所述第二交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值;
    处理模块,用于在所述校验模块对所述身份校验通过,且确认需要增加的数据值包括所述第二交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值时,,解锁不大于所述数据凭证数据值的第一数据,以向所述目标数据单元增加与所述第一数据大小相等的数据值;
    发送模块,用于将经过数据值变更的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方。
