本发明公开了一种线上资金管理方法、数据交互处理方法及装置。其中,线上资金管理方法包括:第一参与方接收第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知,向第一资金管理服务器发送向第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求;第一资金管理服务器响应该请求,在确认目标账户的资金不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新电子凭证信息,并将更新的电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;第二资金管理服务器将接收到的电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方;第三参与方获得电子凭证信息。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效激活电子凭证,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。

Description

线上资金管理方法、数据交互处理方法及装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子商务领域,特别是涉及一种线上资金管理方法、数据交互处理方法及装置。
【背景技术】
目前的在线电子支付或网络支付方式主要包括银行网银支付(含信用卡支付)和第三方支付两种。现有的在线电子支付或网络支付中,以第三方支付公司担保的形式存在的风险较小。
然而,采用第三方支付公司担保的形式,对付款方客户或付款方来说,在未收到商品时,其资金已经支付到第三方支付公司,一旦第三方支付公司出现问题,付款方客户或付款方的资金得不到保障。因此,采用第三方支付公司担保的形式,付款方客户或付款方的资金仍然存在较大风险。特别是当付款方客户或付款方资金流转出现异常时,第三方公司无法及时有效的介入和阻止,而导致商品提供方无法获得该出售该商品的资金。例如,付款方客户或付款方因陷入民事经济纠纷等,而无法正常向商品提供方支付所购买的商品对应的金额。
更进一步地,由于用户可通过互联网实现多种方式的数据交互,由此,有必要提供基于线上的数据交互处理方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供线上资金管理方法、数据交互处理方法、装置及系统,能够在支付方的资金流转出现异常时,有效保证向商品/服务提供方实现正常支付。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案是:提供一种线上资金管理方法,所述方法包括:第一参与方接收所述第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知;其中,所述通知至少包括被冻结的资金额度;所述第一参与方向第一资金管理服务器发送向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求;其中,所述目标账户为开立所述电子凭证时冻结的资金所在的账户;所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度;当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;其中,所述电子凭证信息至少包括更新后的资金额度;所述第二资金管理服务器将接收到的所述电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方;所述第三参与方获得所述电子凭证信息;其中,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第一参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第二个技术方案是:提供一种线上资金管理方法,所述方法包括:第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求;其中,所述请求是所述第一参与方在接收到第二参与方发送的所述第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知时发送的,所述目标账户为开立所述电子凭证时冻结的资金所在的账户;
响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度;
当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;
其中,所述电子凭证信息至少包括更新后的资金额度,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第一参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
以上方案,当第一参与方的资金流转出现异常,接收到第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知时,第一参与方通过向第一资金管理服务器中第一参与方的电子凭证对应的目标账户补充不小于被冻结的资金激活电子凭证,并将电子凭证信息通过第三参与方的资金管理服务器通知第三参与方,以通过该电子凭证进行网络支付,能够在第一参与方的资金流转异常时,重新激活电子凭证,使得该电子凭证重新流转使用,为第一参与方提供便利。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第三个技术方案是:提供一种数据交互处理方法,所述方法包括:第一交互方接收所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知;其中,所述通知至少包括被冻结的数据值;所述第一交互方向第一服务方发送向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,所述目标数据单元与所述数据凭证对应;所述第一服务方响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值;当所述目标数据单元的数据值不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与所述被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新所述数据凭证信息,并将更新的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方;其中,所述数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值;所述第二服务方将接收到的所述数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方;所述第三交互方获取所述数据凭证信息;其中,所述第一服务方为所述第一交互方服务,管理所述第一交互方的数据单元的数据值,所述第二服务方为所述第三交互方服务,管理所述第三交互方的数据单元的数据值。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第五个技术方案是:提供一种数据交互处理装置,所述装置包括接收模块,用于接收第一交互方发送的向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,所述请求是所述第一交互方在接收到所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知后发送的,所述通知至少包括被冻结的数据值;确定模块,用于响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值;处理模块,用于在所述确定模块确定当所述目标数据单元的数据值不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与所述被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新所述数据凭证信息;其中,所述数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值;发送模块,用于将更新的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方。
上述方案,当第一交互方的数据流转出现异常,接收到第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知时,第一交互方通过向第一服务方中第一交互方的数据凭证对应的目标数据单元增加不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值,以更新该数据凭证的信息,并通过第二服务方将更新后的数据凭证的信息发送至第三交互方,能够在第一交互方的数据流转出现异常时,更新第一交互方的数据凭证的信息,及时通知第三交互方,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,本发明线上资金管理方法一实施例的流程示意图。请一并参阅图2,图2为本发明实施例中线上资金管理关系示意图。线上资金管理方法包括以下步骤:
S101:第一参与方接收所述第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知。
当第一参与方向第三参与方购买商品/服务,第一参与方账户的资金流转发生异常(例如,第一参与方陷入民事经济纠纷)时,第二参与方介入处理,冻结第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金,并通知第一参与方。
第一参与方接收第二参与方发送的第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知。其中,该通知至少包括被冻结的资金额度,第一资金管理服务器为第一参与方的账户管理服务器。
进一步地,第一参与方为第三方机构,第三方机构具有冻结资金的权限。第三方机构至少为公安机关、检察院、法院、安全机关、军队保卫部门、监狱保卫部门、海关、税务中的任意一个,但并不限与此,还可以为其他具有冻结资金的权限的机构,此处不作限制。
其中,在本发明实施例涉及的电子凭证可以称之为“银信证”。银信证是以资金管理机构根据申请人(第一参与方)的申请冻结申请人的资金或支用授信额度并以银行名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。电子凭证信息至少包括资金额度。
S102:所述第一参与方向第一资金管理服务器发送向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求。
第一参与方在接收到第二参与方发送的通知后,向第一资金管理服务器发送向第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求,以向第一资金管理服务器中第一参与方的目标账户补充资金。其中,该目标账户为开立电子凭证时冻结的资金所在的账户。
S103:所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度。
第一资金管理服务器在接收到第一参与方发送的向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求以及补充资金后,响应该请求并调用第一参与方的电子凭证及目标账户的资金信息,以获取电子凭证的额度信息以及目标账户的资金信息,确认目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金是否不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度。
其中,该目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金可以为第一参与方补充的资金,也可以为第一参与方补充的资金与电子凭证中未被第二参与方冻结的资金的总和。
当目标账户的资金不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,执行步骤S104。
进一步地,当目标账户的资金小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,还可以向第一参与方发送该目标账户的资金不足的通知信息。
S104:当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器。
当第一资金管理服务器确定该目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金,将该电子凭证的状态恢复到被第二参与方冻结前的状态并更新电子凭证信息,将更新的电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器。电子凭证信息至少包括更新后的资金额度。第二资金管理服务器为第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
其中,当该目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金为第一参与方补充的资金,或第一参与方补充的资金与电子凭证中未被第二参与方冻结的资金的总和时,第一资金管理服务器从第一参与方补充的资金中冻结与第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金。
进一步地,当第一资金管理服务器将该电子凭证的状态恢复到被第二参与方冻结前的状态并更新电子凭证信息后,还可以向第一参与方发送状态变更成功的通知信息,以通知第一参与方当前该电子凭证的状态。
进一步地,第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器;第二参与方冻结的资金为第一参与方于第一资金管理服务器的存款、或第一资金管理服务器给予第一参与方的信用额度、或第一参与方于第一资金管理服务器抵押的不动产所对应的资金。
进一步地,在另一种实施例中,第一资金管理服务器以及第二资金管理服务器可以为同一个资金管理服务器。
进一步地,第二参与方为第三方机构,第三方机构具有冻结资金的权限。第三方机构至少为公安机关、检察院、法院、安全机关、军队保卫部门、监狱保卫部门、海关、税务中的任意一个,但并不限于此,还可以为其他具有冻结资金的权限的机构,此处不作限制。
S105:所述第二资金管理服务器将接收到的所述电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方。
第二资金管理服务器将接收到的第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方。其中,该电子凭证信息为更新的电子凭证信息。
S106:所述第三参与方获得所述电子凭证信息。
第三参与方在获得第二资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证信息后,确认是否继续与第二参与方进行交易。
例如,当第三参与方在获取到第二参与方的电子凭证中资金额度小于第二参与方购买的商品/服务对应的金额时,拒绝与第二参与方继续交易。第三参与方可以不向第二参与方发货,或召回已经发出的商品。
上述方案,当第一参与方的资金流转出现异常,接收到第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知时,第一参与方通过向第一资金管理服务器中第一参与方的电子凭证对应的目标账户补充不小于被冻结的资金激活电子凭证,并将电子凭证信息通过第三参与方的资金管理服务器通知第三参与方,以通过该电子凭证进行网络支付,能够在第一参与方的资金流转异常时,重新激活电子凭证,使得该电子凭证重新流转使用,为第一参与方提供便利。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明线上资金管理方法一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例的执行主体为第一资金管理服务器。本实施例中的线上资金管理方法包括以下步骤:
S201:第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求。
当第一参与方向第三参与方购买商品/服务,第一参与方账户的资金流转发生异常(例如,第一参与方陷入民事经济纠纷)时,第二参与方介入处理,冻结第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金,并通知第一参与方。
第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的向第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求。其中,该请求是第一参与方在接收到第二参与方发送的第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知时发送的,目标账户为开立该电子凭证时冻结的资金所在的账户。
在本发明实施例涉及的电子凭证可以称之为“银信证”。银信证是以资金管理机构根据申请人(第一参与方)的申请冻结申请人的资金或支用授信额度并以银行名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。电子凭证信息至少包括资金额度。
S202:响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度。
第一资金管理服务器在接收到第一参与方发送的向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求以及补充资金后,响应该请求并调用第一参与方的电子凭证及目标账户的资金信息,以获取电子凭证的额度信息以及目标账户的资金信息,确认目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金是否不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度。
其中,该目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金可以为第一参与方补充的资金,也可以为第一参与方补充的资金与电子凭证中未被第二参与方冻结的资金的总和。
当目标账户的资金不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,执行步骤S203。
进一步地,当目标账户的资金小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,还可以向第一参与方发送该目标账户的资金不足的通知信息。
S203:当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器。
当第一资金管理服务器确定该目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金不小于被第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金,将该电子凭证的状态恢复到被第二参与方冻结前的状态并更新电子凭证信息,将更新的电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器,以使第二资金管理服务器将接收到的第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方,进而使得第三参与方在获得电子凭证信息时,确认是否与第二参与方进行交易。
该电子凭证信息至少包括更新后的资金额度。第二资金管理服务器为第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
其中,当该目标账户中未被第二参与方冻结的资金为第一参与方补充的资金,或第一参与方补充的资金与电子凭证中未被第二参与方冻结的资金的总和时,第一资金管理服务器从第一参与方补充的资金中冻结与第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金。
进一步地,当第一资金管理服务器将该电子凭证的状态恢复到被第二参与方冻结前的状态并更新电子凭证信息后,还可以向第一参与方发送状态变更成功的通知信息,以通知第一参与方当前该电子凭证的状态。

请参阅图4,图4是本发明数据交互处理方法一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中的数据交互处理方法包括以下步骤:
S301:第一交互方接收所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知。
当第一交互方与第三交互方进行数据交互,且第一交互方的数据单元发生异常时,第一交互方接收第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知。其中,该通知至少包括被冻结的数据值。
S302:所述第一交互方向第一服务方发送向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求。
其中,该目标数据单元与该数据凭证对应。
S303:所述第一服务方响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值。
当第一服务方接收到第一交互方发送的向第一服务方发送向第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求时,响应该请求调用第一交互方的数据凭证以及目标数据单元的数据值,以获取目标数据单元的数据值,确认该目标数据单元中未被第二交互方冻结的数据值是否不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值。
当该目标数据单元中未被冻结的数据值大于或等于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,执行步骤S304。
进一步地,当该目标数据单元中未被冻结的数据值小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,通知第一交互方继续向目标数据单元增加数据值。

当目标数据单元中未被第二交互方冻结的数据值大于或等于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与被第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新数据凭证信息,并将更新的数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方。其中,该数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值。
S305:所述第二服务方将接收到的所述数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方。
第二服务方将接收到的数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方。
S306:所述第三交互方获得所述数据凭证信息。
第三交互方获得第二服务方发送的该数据凭证信息,进而确认是否继续与第二交互方进行交互。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。
例如,第一交互方为用户A,用户A对应第一服务方,第二交互方为用户B,第三交互方为用于C,用户C对应第二服务方。用户A为多个客户端的管理员,且针对每个客户端具有一个相应的密码用于执行管理员的权限。用户B的管理权限高于用户A。客户端可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。
当用户C向用户A获取客户端2的管理权限的密码,通过第二服务方向第一服务方申请用户A的数据凭证,且用户A数据流转出现异常时,具有更高管理权限的用户B介入管理。用户B冻结用户A数据单元的至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码,用户A向第一服务方发送增加用户A数据单元的至少部分客户端的管理权限的密码的请求。
第一服务方在确认用户A数据单元中所有的客户端的管理权限的密码的数量不小于被用户B冻结的客户端的管理权限的密码的数量时,冻结与被用户B冻结的客户端的管理权限的密码的数量相同的客户端的管理权限的密码,并更新用户A的数据凭证的信息。其中,用户A的数据凭证与数据单元相对应。更新后的用户A的数据凭证的信息至少包括被第一服务方冻结的客户端的管理权限的密码数量。
第一服务方将用户A的更新后的数据凭证的信息发送给第二服务方,以使第二服务方将变更信息通知用户C,以便用户C在获取到用户A的数据凭证的变更信息后,能够确认是否还可以获取到客户端2的管理权限的密码。当不能获取到客户端2的管理权限的密码时,中止与用户A的数据交互。
以上,用户B具有比用户A更高的管理权限,当用户A的账号信息出现异常时,用户B对用户A和用户C之间的数据交互进行风险管控,从而避免用户C无法获得客户端数据的情况以及避免出现客户端数据安全的风险问题。
进一步地,请求的数据还可以是文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等,如果是资金数据,比如资金,则此时第二交互方为第三方有权机构(如法院、海关、税务机构),第一交互方是买方,第三交互方是卖方,第一服务方为第一资金管理服务器,第二服务方为第二资金管理服务器,例如,银行。如果是音频数据,比如歌曲,此时数据请求方和数据发起方可以是手机等具有多媒体播放功能的客户端,服务器为音乐网站服务器。
上述方案,当第一交互方的数据流转出现异常,接收到第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知时,第一交互方通过向第一服务方中第一交互方的数据凭证对应的目标数据单元增加不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值,以更新该数据凭证的信息,并通过第二服务方将更新后的数据凭证的信息发送至第三交互方,能够在第一交互方的数据流转异常时,更新第一交互方的数据凭证的信息,及时通知第三交互方,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明数据交互处理方法另一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例的执行主体为第一服务方。本实施例中的数据交互处理方法包括以下步骤:
S401:第一服务方接收第一交互方发送的向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求。
其中,所述请求是所述第一交互方在接收到所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知后发送的,所述通知至少包括被冻结的数据值
当第一交互方与第三交互方进行数据交互,且第一交互方的数据单元发生异常,第一交互方向第一服务方发送接收第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知时,第一服务方接收第一交互方发送的向第一服务方发送向第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求。其中,该通知至少包括被冻结的数据值。
S402:响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值。
当第一服务方接收到第一交互方发送的向第一服务方发送向第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求时,响应该请求调用第一交互方的数据凭证以及目标数据单元的数据值,以获取目标数据单元的数据值,确认该目标数据单元中未被第二交互方冻结的数据值是否不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值。
当该目标数据单元中未被冻结的数据值大于或等于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,执行步骤S304。
进一步地,当该目标数据单元中未被冻结的数据值小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,通知第一交互方继续向目标数据单元增加数据值。
S403:当所述目标数据单元的数据值不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与所述被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新所述数据凭证信息,并将更新的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方;其中,所述数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值。
当目标数据单元中未被第二交互方冻结的数据值大于或等于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与被第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新数据凭证信息,并将更新的数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方,以使第二服务方在接收到更新的数据凭证信息将其发送至第三交互方,从而使第三交互方在获得第二服务方发送的该数据凭证信息时,进而确认是否继续与第二交互方进行交互。其中,该数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值。
上述方案,当第一交互方的数据流转出现异常,接收到第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知,并向第一服务方发送向第一交互方的数据凭证对应的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求时,第一服务方在确认目标数据单元的数据值不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,更新该数据凭证的信息,并通过第二服务方将更新后的数据凭证的信息发送至第三交互方,能够在第一交互方的数据流转异常时,更新第一交互方的数据凭证的信息,及时通知第三交互方,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明数据交互处理系统一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例中的数据交互处理系统包括第一交互方、第二交互方、第一服务方、第二服务方以及第三交互方。本实施例中的数据交互处理系统包括的各交互方以及服务方用于执行图4以及图4对应的实施例中的各步骤,具体请参阅图4以及图4对应的实施例,此处不赘述。
第一交互方用于接收所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知,以及用于向第一服务方发送向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,通知至少包括被冻结的数据值,目标数据单元与所述数据凭证对应。
第一服务方用于响应该请求并确认目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值;当目标数据单元的数据值不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新数据凭证信息,并将更新的数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方;其中,数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值。
第二服务方用于将接收到的数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方。
第三交互方用于获得数据凭证信息。
上述方案,当第一交互方的数据流转出现异常,接收到第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知时,第一交互方通过向第一服务方中第一交互方的数据凭证对应的目标数据单元增加不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值,以更新该数据凭证的信息,并通过第二服务方将更新后的数据凭证的信息发送至第三交互方,能够在第一交互方的数据流转异常时,更新第一交互方的数据凭证的信息,及时通知第三交互方,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。
请参阅图7,图7是本发明数据交互处理装置一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例中的数据交互处理装置包括的各模块用于执行图5以及图5对应的实施例中的各步骤,具体请参阅图5以及图5对应的实施例,此处不赘述。本实施中的数据交互处理装置700包括接收模块710、确定模块720、处理模块730以及发生模块740。
接收模块710用于用于接收第一交互方发送的向第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,请求是所述第一交互方在接收到第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知后发送的,通知至少包括被冻结的数据值。
确定模块720用于响应请求并确认目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值。
处理模块730用于在确定模块720确定当目标数据单元的数据值不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与被第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新数据凭证信息;其中,数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值。
发送模块740用于将更新的数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方。
上述方案,当第一交互方的数据流转出现异常,接收到第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知,并向第一服务方发送向第一交互方的数据凭证对应的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求时,第一服务方在确认目标数据单元的数据值不小于被第二交互方冻结的数据值时,更新该数据凭证的信息,并通过第二服务方将更新后的数据凭证的信息发送至第三交互方,能够在第一交互方的数据流转异常时,更新第一交互方的数据凭证的信息,及时通知第三交互方,有效避免第三交互方的数据安全的风险问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一参与方接收所述第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知;其中,所述通知至少包括被冻结的资金额度;
    所述第一参与方向第一资金管理服务器发送向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求;其中,所述目标账户为开立所述电子凭证时冻结的资金所在的账户;
    所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度;
    当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;其中,所述电子凭证信息至少包括更新后的资金额度;
    所述第二资金管理服务器将接收到的所述电子凭证信息发送至第三参与方;
    所述第三参与方获得所述电子凭证信息;
    其中,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第一参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    当所述目标账户的资金小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,向所述第一参与方发送所述目标账户的资金不足的通知信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一资金管理服务器将所述电子凭证更改为有效状态,并向所述第一参与方发送所述电子凭证状态变更的通知信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器以及所述第二资金管理服务器为同一个资金管理服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二参与方为第三方机构,所述第三方机构至少为公安机关、检察院、法院、海关、税务中的任意一个。
  7. 一种线上资金管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的向所述第一参与方的目标账户补充资金的请求;其中,所述请求是所述第一参与方在接收到第二参与方发送的所述第一参与方的电子凭证额度中至少部分资金被第二参与方冻结的通知时发送的,所述目标账户为开立所述电子凭证时冻结的资金所在的账户;
    响应所述请求并确认所述目标账户的资金是否不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度;
    当所述目标账户的资金不小于被所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度时,冻结与所述第二参与方冻结的资金额度相同的资金以更新所述电子凭证信息,并将更新的所述电子凭证信息发送至第二资金管理服务器;
    其中,所述电子凭证信息至少包括更新后的资金额度,所述第一资金管理服务器为所述第一参与方的账户管理服务器,所述第二资金管理服务器为所述第三参与方的账户管理服务器。
  8. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一交互方接收所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知;其中,所述通知至少包括被冻结的数据值;
    所述第一交互方向第一服务方发送向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,所述目标数据单元与所述数据凭证对应;所述第一服务方响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值;
    当所述目标数据单元的数据值不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与所述被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新所述数据凭证信息,并将更新的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方;其中,所述数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值;
    所述第二服务方将接收到的所述数据凭证信息发送至第三交互方;
    所述第三交互方获取所述数据凭证信息;
    其中,所述第一服务方为所述第一交互方服务,管理所述第一交互方的数据单元的数据值,所述第二服务方为所述第三交互方服务,管理所述第三交互方的数据单元的数据值。
  9. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一服务方接收第一交互方发送的向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,所述请求是所述第一交互方在接收到所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知后发送的,所述通知至少包括被冻结的数据值;
    响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值;
    当所述目标数据单元的数据值不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与所述被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新所述数据凭证信息,并将更新的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方;其中,所述数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值。
  10. 一种数据交互处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一交互方发送的向所述第一交互方的目标数据单元增加数据值的请求;其中,所述请求是所述第一交互方在接收到所述第一交互方的数据凭证的至少部分数据值被第二交互方冻结的通知后发送的,所述通知至少包括被冻结的数据值;
    确定模块,用于响应所述请求并确认所述目标数据单元的数据值是否不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值;
    处理模块,用于在所述确定模块确定当所述目标数据单元的数据值不小于被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值时,冻结与所述被所述第二交互方冻结的数据值大小相同的数据值,以更新所述数据凭证信息;其中,所述数据凭证信息至少包括更新后的数据值;
    发送模块,用于将更新的所述数据凭证信息发送至第二服务方。
