本申请所提及的电子凭证是指开证人以其银行账户资金或授信额度(信用卡额度或贷款额度)作为保证而开立的,银行承诺依照解付条件办理收付结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证,其是以银行信用承诺支付的一种互联网创新基础金融工具。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明电子凭证设置方法一实施方式的流程示意图。本实施方式的电子凭证设置方法包括如下步骤:
101:第一参与方向资金管理服务器发送申请开立电子凭证的请求,其中所述请求包括所述电子凭证的开立日期以及额度。
其中,该资金管理服务器为银行的资金管理服务器。
其中,电子凭证是指银行根据开证人(本发明的第一参与方)的申请冻结资金或支用授信额度并以银行(本发明中的资金管理服务器)名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。电子凭证基本业务流程:开证银行根据开证人的申请冻结所需数额资金以开立电子凭证,当约定解付条件达成时,由开证银行将资金解付办理支付结算。

在另一个实施方式中,该请求中还包括收取所述电子凭证对应的资金或授信的第二参与方的身份信息,以方便第二参与方收取。其中,该第二参与方的身份信息包括第二参与方的账户,还可包括第二参与方的姓名、联系电话、邮箱、身份证号等身份信息,还可包括微信号、QQ号等社交方式,在此不做限定。
102:所述资金管理服务器判断所述开立日期是否符合预设时间范围。
具体地,资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送来的请求,解析该请求,获取电子凭证的开立日期以及额度。
将电子凭证的开立日期与预设时间范围进行比对,确定开立日期是否在预设时间范围内,例如,第一参与方的请求中的开立日期为2015年8月1日,距离该开立日期为30天,资金管理服务器设定的预设时间范围为35天,则该开立日期在预设时间范围内。
如果电子凭证的开立日期不在预设时间范围内时,资金管理服务器向第一参与方发送反馈信息,提醒所述第一参与方重新设置开立日期,在此不做限定。
在另一个实施方式中,资金管理服务器进一步从该请求中获取第一参与方的身份信息,并在判断开立日期是否在预设时间范围内的步骤之前对第一参与方的身份信息进行验证,确定第一参与方的身份信息是否为有效身份信息,具体地,判断该第一参与方身份信息是否真实有效以及是否存在不良信用记录等,另外,资金管理服务器还可根据第一参与方的身份信息进一步判断第一参与方是否属于特殊群体,如未成年人,在属于特殊群体时,对应的判断是否符合该群体的额度上限,如未成年人申请的电子凭证的额度禁止超过2000等,在此不做限定。
103:如果符合所述预设时间范围,所述资金管理服务器在所述开立日期到达时,冻结所述第一参与方指定账户中与所述请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并向所述第一参与方开立所述电子凭证。
具体地,如果开立日期在预设时间范围内时,资金管理服务器在开立日期到达时,进一步判断第一参与方指定账户资金或授信额度是否不小于该电子凭证的额度。其中,该第一参与方指定账户资金或授信额度并不限定在该资金管理服务器所存储或开设的。
如果第一参与方指定账户资金或授信额度不小于该电子凭证的额度时,资金管理服务器冻结第一参与方的与该请求包括的电子凭证额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立该电子凭证。
可选地,当第一参与方指定账户资金或授信额度不小于电子凭证的额度时,资金管理服务器向第一参与方发送预冻结通知,第一参与方在确定响应该预冻结通知后,资金管理服务器冻结第一参与方与请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开出电子凭证。如果在预定时间内未接收到第一参与方的响应通知,本次开立电子凭证的请求失效。
在上述实施方式中,该冻结的资金或支用与授信额度为该第一参与方于该资金管理服务器或其他资金管理服务器的存款、或给予该第一参与方的信用额度、或该第一参与方抵押的不动产所对应的资金。
例如,第一参与方向资金管理服务器申请开立10万的电子凭证的请求,其中,开立日期为20天以后,资金管理服务器将开立日期与预设时间范围30进行比对,确定第一参与方设定的开立日期在预设时间范围内,在开立日期到达时,进一步判断,第一参与方指定账户资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信的额度10万是否不小于申请的电子凭证的额度,如果当前第一参与方指定账户资金的额度为30万,大于10万,资金管理服务器在开立日期当天冻结第一参与方指定账户上10万的资金,并开立额度为10万的电子凭证。

如果第一参与方指定账户资金或授信的额度不小于该电子凭证的额度时,资金管理服务器冻结第一参与方的与该请求包括的电子凭证额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立电子凭证。
可选地,当第一参与方指定账户资金或授信的额度相等的授信不小于电子凭证的额度时,资金管理服务器向第一参与方发送预冻结通知,第一参与方在响应该预冻结通知后,资金管理服务器冻结第一参与方与请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开出电子凭证。如果在预定时间内未接收到第一参与方的响应通知,本次开立电子凭证的请求失效。

303:如果符合所述预设时间范围,所述服务器在所述开立日期到达时锁定所述第一终端的数据单元中与所述数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。
当数据凭证的开立日期在预设时间范围内时,服务器在该申请日到达时,进一步判断第一终端的数据单元中的数据的数值大小是否不小于该请求中包括的数据的大小,如果不小于,则服务器锁定第一终端数据单元中与该请求中包括的数值大小相等的数据,并生成该数据凭证。
可选地,当第一终端的数据单元的数据的数值大小不小于请求中包括的数值大小时,服务器向第一单元发送预锁定通知,服务器接收到第一终端返回的响应通知后,锁定第一终端的数据单元中与所述数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。
例如,该第一终端为用户A,该服务器为用户B。用户B为多个客户端的管理员,且针对每个客户端具有一个相应的密码用于执行管理员的权限,并且针对每个客户端,对应的管理员权限的重要级别不同。客户端可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。例如,第一客户端为公司服务器、第二客户端为平板电脑、第三客户端为个人计算机。用户A向用户B发出开立数据凭证的请求,其中,该数据凭证中包括开立的日期以及数据凭证对应的第一数据的数值大小,其中,该第一数据为请求其中一个客户端的管理员权限的密码。如,用户A向用户B请求第三客户端的管理员权限的密码。
用户B通过接收该第一数据请求时,判断该开立日期是否在规定的预设时间范围内,如果在预设时间范围内,在该开立日期到达之日,用户B判断当前用户A所具有的第二客户端的管理员权限是否不低于请求的第三客户端的管理员权限,并在确定不低于该第三客户端的管理权限时,冻结用户A对第三客户端的管理员权限,并向用户A授予第三客户端的管理员权限。即,用户A将无法使用对应的密码对第三客户端进行管理。
进一步地,请求的数据还可以是文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等,如果是资金数据,比如资金,则此时第一终端是第一参与方,服务器是资金管理服务器,例如,银行。如果是音频数据,比如歌曲,此时第一终端可以是手机等具有多媒体播放功能的客户端,服务器为音乐网站服务器。

可选地,当第一终端的数据单元的数据的数值大小不小于请求中包括的数值大小时,服务器向第一单元发送预锁定通知,服务器接收到第一终端返回的响应通知后,锁定第一终端的数据单元中与所述数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。

    所述资金管理服务器判断所述开立日期是否符合预设时间范围;
    如果符合所述预设时间范围,所述资金管理服务器在所述开立日期到达时,冻结所述第一参与方指定账户中与所述请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立所述电子凭证。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述资金管理服务器在所述开立日期到达时,冻结所述第一参与方指定账户与所述请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立所述电子凭证的步骤之前还包括:
    所述资金管理服务器判断所述第一参与方指定账户资金或授信额度是否不小于所述额度;并在确定不小于时,冻结所述第一参与方与所述请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立所述电子凭证。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述资金管理服务器冻结所述第一参与方与指定账户中与所述请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立所述电子凭证之前还包括:
    所述资金管理服务器向所述第一参与方发送预冻结信息;
    所述第一参与方向所述资金管理服务器发送响应所述预冻结信息的通知后,所述资金管理服务器冻结所述第一参与方指定账户中与所述请求包括的额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并开立所述电子凭证。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求还包括所述第一参与方的身份信息;
    在所述资金管理服务器判断所述申请时间是否符合预设时间范围的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述资金管理服务器判断所述第一参与方的身份信息是否为有效身份信息,并在确定为有效信息时执行所述判断所述开立日期是否符合预设时间范围的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求中还包括收证的第二参与方的账户及身份信息。
  6. 一种电子凭证设置方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    资金管理服务器接收第一参与方发送的申请开立电子凭证的请求,其中,所述请求包括所述电子凭证的开立日期以及额度;
    判断所述开立日期是否符合预设时间范围;
    如果符合所述预设时间范围,在所述开立日期到达时,冻结所述第一参与方指定账户中与所述额度相等的资金或支用与所述请求包括的额度相等的授信,并立所述电子凭证。
  7. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    第一终端向服务器发送申请开立数据凭证的请求,其中,所述请求包括所述数据凭证的开立日期以及数值;
    所述服务器判断所述开立日期是否符合预设时间范围;
    如果符合所述预设时间范围,所述服务器在所述开立日期到达时锁定所述第一终端的数据单元中与所述数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。
  8. 一种数据交互处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    服务器接收第一终端发送的申请开立数据凭证的请求,其中,所述请求中包括所述数据凭证的开立日期以及数值;
    判断所述申请时间是否符合预设时间范围;
    如果符合所述预设时间范围,在所述开立日期到达时锁定所述第一终端与所述数据凭证数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。
  9. 一种数据交互系统,其特征在于,所述数据交互系统包括第一终端以及服务器;
    所述第一终端用于向所述服务器发送申请开立数据凭证的请求,其中,所述请求包括所述数据凭证的开立日期以及数值;
    所述服务器用于判断所述开立日期是否符合预设时间范围;
    所述服务器还用于在所述开立日期符合所述预设时间范围时,在所述开立日期到达时,锁定所述第一终端的数据单元中与所述数据凭证数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。
  10. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:接收模块、处理模块以及执行模块,
    所述接收模块用于接收所述第一终端发送的申请开立数据凭证的请求,其中,所述请求中包括所述数据凭证的开立日期以及数值;
    所述处理模块用于判断所述申请时间是否符合预设时间范围;
    所述执行模块用于在所述申请时间符合所述预设时间范围,锁定所述第一终端与所述数据凭证数值大小相等的数据,并生成所述数据凭证。
