【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子商务领域,特别是涉及一种电子凭证变更以及数据交互处理的方法、系统及装置。
【背景技术】
电子商务已经越来越广泛地应用于各种商业贸易活动中,所谓电子商务是指在商业贸易活动中,在因特网开放的网络环境下,基于浏览器及服务器应用方式,实现消费者的网上购物、商户之间的网上交易和在线电子支付以及各种商务活动、交易活动、金融活动和相关的综合服务活动的一种商业运营模式。
目前的在线电子支付(网络支付)方式主要包括银行网银支付(含信用卡支付)和第三方支付两种。但在线电子支付(网络支付)的结算过程中的信用瓶颈始终是电子商务发展进程中的障碍性问题。
目前的在线电子支付方式中,以第三方支付公司担保的形式是风险较小的。但是,采用第三方支付公司担保的形式,当付款方完成支付操作后,在收款方收到资金前,收款方将无法对收款银行进行变更,无法给因异常情况需要变更收款银行提供处理的方法。
另外,随着互联网技术尤其是移动互联网技术的发展,用户可以通过移动设备使用2G、3G、4G或wifi等方式进行数据传输以及数据交互,当在数据交互的过程中,也会遇到类似情况。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的是提供一种电子凭证变更以及数据交互处理的方法、系统及装置,能够使第二终端用户通过第二终端任意变更接收目标数据的账户,使得在数据交互过程中接收数据的方式更加灵活,提高了数据交互的效率。
本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电子凭证变更方法,该方法包括:第二终端在第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,向第二资金管理服务器发送变更第二终端用户的账户的请求信息;其中,电子凭证为第一终端用户以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的电子承诺支付凭证,第二终端用户的账户用于接收与电子凭证承诺支付额度相等的资金;第二资金管理服务器接收请求信息,并根据请求信息变更第二终端用户的账户信息。

步骤101:第二终端在第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,向第二资金管理服务器发送变更第二终端用户的账户的请求信息。
其中,电子凭证是指第一资金管理服务器根据第一终端用户的申请冻结第一终端用户账户相应的资金或支用授信额度并以第一资金管理服务器的名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子承诺支付凭证。电子凭证基本业务流程为:第一资金管理服务器根据第一终端用户的申请冻结所需数额资金以开立电子凭证,当约定解付条件达成时,由第一资金管理服务器将资金解付办理支付结算。
在本实施方式中,步骤101之前,第二资金管理服务器已经接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证;在其他实施方式中,若第二终端向第二资金管理服务器发送该请求信息时,第二资金管理服务器未接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证,第二资金管理服务器可以反馈其未收到电子凭证的消息给第二终端,以便第二终端可以再向第一资金管理服务器发送变更电子凭证的接收用户为第三终端用户的请求信息。
步骤102:第二资金管理服务器接收请求信息,并根据请求信息变更第二终端用户的账户信息。
其中,步骤102具体为:第二资金管理服务器接收请求信息,并验证电子凭证的状态,当验证通过后,根据请求信息变更第二终端用户的账户信息。
在本实施方式中,该电子凭证的状态即电子凭证信息,电子凭证信息包括第一终端、第一资金管理服务器、第二终端以及第二资金管理服务器的基本信息以及第二终端用户的第一账户信息,当然,电子凭证信息还包括电子凭证的额度信息、清算信息以及开证时间和有效期;当然,开证时间和有效期也可以直接替换为到期时间。
其中,当第二终端向第二资金服务器发送请求信息时,该请求信息可以包括第二终端用户设置的不同于第一账户信息的第二账户信息,例如,第二账户的账号、账户所有人姓名等。
验证电子凭证的状态具体为:第二资金管理服务器根据电子凭证的开证时间和有效期判断该电子凭证是否超过有效期,并根据电子凭证的额度信息和清算信息判断第二资金管理服务器是否接收到第一资金管理服务器发放的与电子凭证价值相等的资金。
在上述验证过程中,若电子凭证有效并且第二资金管理服务器未接收到第一资金管理服务器发放的与电子凭证价值相等的资金,则第二资金管理服务器变更电子凭证信息以使第二终端用户的第二账户成为与该电子凭证价值相等的资金的收款账号。
其中,变更电子凭证信息具体为:将电子凭证信息中的接收用户的账户从第一账户变更为第二账户,即当第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发放的与该电子凭证价值相等的资金时,将该资金划拨到第二终端用户的第二账户而不是预设的第一账户。
在上述验证过程中,若电子凭证无效或者第二资金管理服务器已接收到第一资金管理服务器发放的与电子凭证价值相等的资金,则第二资金管理服务器向第二终端发送验证失败的消息,即第二终端无法变更电子凭证的账户为第二账户。
在另一实施方式中,该验证过程可以仅验证电子凭证是否超过有效期,而不验证第二资金管理服务器是否收到与该电子凭证价值相等的资金,因为无论第二终端用户怎么变更账户,都必须通过第二资金管理服务器来进行收款。
步骤102之后还可以包括:
步骤103:第二资金管理服务器向第二终端发送电子凭证变更信息。
在其他实施方式中,第二终端在向第二资金管理服务器发送请求信息时,可以不包括第二账户信息,而是在在步骤103完成后,第二终端再向第二资金管理服务器发送第二终端用户的第二账户信息。
在上述过程完成后,当第一资金管理服务器需要向第二资金管理服务器发放与电子凭证价值相等的资金时,向第二资金管理服务器发放该相应资金,第二资金管理服务器在接收到该资金后不按照预先的约定向第二终端用户的第一账户划拨该资金,而是根据变更后的电子凭证信息向第让终端用户的的第二账户划拨该资金。
在一具体的例子中,第一资金管理服务器为第一银行的资金管理服务器,第二资金管理服务器为第二银行的资金管理服务器;第一终端为终端A,第一终端用户为用户A,第二终端为终端B,第二终端用户为用户B。
电子凭证是指第一银行根据用户A的申请冻结资金或支用授信额度并以第一银行名义开立,且承诺依照约定条件进行结算的电子信用承诺支付凭证。电子凭证基本业务流程:第一银行根据用户A的申请冻结所需数额资金以开立电子凭证,当约定解付条件达成时,由第一银行将资金解付办理支付结算。
当用户A需要向用户B转10万资金时,先通过终端A向第一银行申请开立价值为10万元的电子凭证,并设置用户B的银行、账号以及电子凭证的有效期等。其中,用户A开立价值10万元的电子凭证的前提是该用户A在第一银行的存款、信用额度或其他形式的资产的价值至少大于10万元,在电子凭证开立后,第一银行冻结用户A在第一银行中价值10万元的资产。
在一般流程中,第一银行会将该电子凭证发送给第二银行,第二银行接收该电子凭证并将电子凭证信息发送给终端B,用户B确认信息并申请委托第二银行接收资金;第一银行则解冻10万元资金,并将其转给第二银行,第二银行再将10万元划拨到用户B的第一账户。
在本实施方式中,第一银行将该电子凭证发送给第二银行,第二银行接收该电子凭证并将电子凭证信息发送给终端B后,用户B由于一些原因(例如,用户B的第一账户被冻结或者第一账户存在安全风险等)需要通过第二账户来接收该电子凭证并通过第二银行将10万元转入用户B的第二账户。则用户B通过终端B向第二银行发送变更电子凭证的接收账户为用户B的第二账户请求信息;第二银行响应请求信息,在确定电子凭证没有超过有效期以及第二银行尚未接收到第一银行发放的与电子凭证价值相等的资金时,变更电子凭证信息,将电子凭证的接收账户改为用户B的第二庄户。第二银行再将该变更信息发送给终端B,用户B在收到该信息后设置自己的账户,即第二账户的账号、持卡人姓名等信息,并通过终端B发送给第二银行。当第二银行接收到第一银行发放的与该电子凭证价值相等的10万元时,将该10万元发放到用户B的第二账户。
以上方案中,当第二终端在第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,向第二资金管理服务器发送变更第二终端用户的账户的请求信息;其中,第二终端用户的账户用于接收解冻的与电子凭证额度相等资金,电子凭证为第一终端用户以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的数据凭证;第二资金管理服务器接收请求信息,并根据请求信息变更第二终端用户的账户信息。通过上述方式,本发明能够使第二终端用户任意变更自己的账户,保障了当第二终端用户在预设账户异常的情况下,使用其他账户进行收款,使收款方式更加灵活。

下面以数据交互为例,对本实施方式进行举例说明:
首先,用户A能够通过密码对终端1拥有管理权限,例如能够使用该密码通过终端1登录管理系统。
当用户A需要让用户B来管理该系统时,用户A基于该密码向服务器1提出申请,并由服务器1建立密码凭证,并将该密码凭证发送给服务器2。
在一般情况下,服务器2会根据该密码凭证在接收到服务器1发送的密码后,将该密码发送给终端2中用户B的账户1中,用户B则可以通过该密码在终端2上登录管理系统。
在本例子中,由于账户1被冻结等异常情况,可能无法正常接收该密码,用户B则通过终端2向服务器2发送一请求信息,用以将密码凭证的接收账户变更为账户2,服务器2接收到该请求信息后,则根据该请求信息变更密码的接收账户为账户2。
因此,当服务器1需要向服务器2发送密码后,服务器2会将该密码发送到终端2中用户B的账户2,用户B获得管理系统的管理权限。
上述方案中,第二终端在第二服务器接收到第一服务器发送的数据凭证后,向第二服务器发送变更第二终端的账户的请求信息;其中,数据凭证是第一终端作为数据发起方与第一服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;第二服务器接收请求信息,并根据请求信息变更第二终端的账户信息。通过上述方式,数据的接收端第二终端可以任意更换接收数据的账户,保障了在一账户异常的情况,还可以通过其他账户接收数据,提高了数据交互的效率。

    第二终端在第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,向所述第二资金管理服务器发送变更所述第二终端用户的账户的请求信息;其中,所述电子凭证为第一终端用户以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的电子承诺支付凭证,所述第二终端用户的账户用于接收与所述电子凭证承诺支付额度相等的资金;
    所述第二资金管理服务器接收所述请求信息,并根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端用户的账户信息。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端用户的账户信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述第二资金管理服务器向所述第二终端发送电子凭证变更信息。
  4. 一种电子凭证变更方法,应用于第二资金管理服务器,其中,所述方法包括:
    第二资金管理服务器在接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,接收第二终端发送的变更第二终端用户的账户的请求信息;其中,所述电子凭证为第一终端用户以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的电子承诺支付凭证,所述第二终端用户的账户用于接收与所述电子凭证承诺支付额度相等的资金;
    所述第二资金管理服务器接收所述请求信息,并根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端用户的账户信息。
  5. 一种电子凭证变更系统,其中,所述系统包括第二终端以及第二资金管理服务器;
    第二终端用于在第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,向所述第二资金管理服务器发送变更第二终端用户的账户的请求信息;其中,所述电子凭证为第一终端用户以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的电子承诺支付凭证,所述第二终端用户的账户用于接收与所述电子凭证承诺支付额度相等的资金;
    所述第二资金管理服务器用于接收所述请求信息,并根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端用户的账户信息。
  6. 一种电子凭证变更装置,应用于第二资金管理服务器,其中,所述装置包括接收模块以及处理模块;
    所述接收模块用于在第二资金管理服务器接收到第一资金管理服务器发送的电子凭证后,接收第二终端发送的变更第二终端用户的账户的请求信息;其中,所述电子凭证为第一终端用户以其账户资金或授信额度作为保证金向第一资金管理服务器申请并由第一资金管理服务器开立的电子承诺支付凭证,所述第二终端用户的账户用于接收与所述电子凭证承诺支付额度相等的资金;
    所述处理模块用于根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端用户的账户信息。
  7. 一种数据交互处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    第二终端在第二服务器接收到第一服务器发送的数据凭证后,向所述第二服务器发送变更所述第二终端的账户的请求信息;其中,所述数据凭证是第一终端作为数据发起方与所述第一服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;
    所述第二服务器接收所述请求信息,并根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端的账户信息。
  8. 一种数据交互处理方法,应用于第二服务器,其中,所述方法包括:
    第二服务器在接收到第一服务器发送的数据凭证后,接收第二终端发送的变更第二终端的账户的请求信息;其中,所述数据凭证是第一终端作为数据发起方与所述第一服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;
    所述第二服务器接收所述请求信息,并根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端的账户信息。
  9. 一种数据交互处理系统,其中,所述系统包括第二终端以及第二服务器;
    第二终端用于在第二服务器接收到第一服务器发送的数据凭证后,向所述第二服务器发送变更第二终端的账户的请求信息;其中,所述数据凭证是第一终端作为数据发起方与所述第一服务器之间预先建立的数据关联关系的量化工具;所述第二服务器用于接收所述请求信息,并根据所述请求信息变更所述第二终端的账户信息。
