Description
本申请要求于2015年05月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510282921.6、发明名称为“一种分钞装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及一种薄片介质处理技术,特别是一种用于金融设备上接纳整叠钞票并对其逐张分离的分钞装置。
目前金融设备被人们所广泛使用,为人们生活提供了便利。在金融设备中为了对批量处理的每一张钞票均需要逐一进行检验,用户堆叠放入的钞票需要被一张张分离开来,然后对分离后的单张钞票进行输送、真伪检测等技术处理,为了保证金融设备对每一张薄片介质的顺利处理,对于整叠放入的钞票进行单张分离的可靠性和稳定性要求很高。
目前金融设备针对呈卷曲状的钞票进行可靠逐张分离普遍存在困难或无法可靠分下的现象,从而导致钞口堵塞,钞票褶皱,用户使用非常不便。
现有技术中,是采用如图1所示的分钞装置,其用平板状压钞板61前压钞票,通过弹簧44所产生的弹力使得拾钞轮35加紧钞票,以克服卷曲钞票60的变形刚性力,从而使得卷曲钞票恢复平整进行分钞,但当一次放入的钞票数量过多时,弹簧44的弹力不足以克服所有钞票的变形力,从而造成拾钞轮35向下输送钞票60时,钞票60沿弧面进行旋转,从而使钞票60顶端撞击在圆角分钞基板62上,将入钞通道堵塞,甚至造成钞票被拾钞轮强行折皱形成卡堵,导致金融设备故障。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的对卷曲钞票分离不畅的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种针对卷曲钞票可靠分离且结构简单的分钞装置。
这种分钞装置,包括:
一倾斜分钞基板,用于倾斜承接和支撑放入的钞票,钞票的边缘置于该倾斜分钞基板的表面,该倾斜分钞基板沿钞票分出方向形成一折弯段;
一压钞板,置于该倾斜分钞基板上方,并在其上往复运动;
一分钞机构,置于倾斜分钞基板的位置稍低的一端,其与该压钞板形成对钞票的夹持分离;
一动力系统,用以驱动该压钞板和分钞机构实现对钞票的夹持和逐张分离,
其中,该压钞板包括靠近倾斜分钞基板的主基板和远离倾斜分钞基板并形成背向该分钞机构的折弯板。
优选的,该倾斜分钞基板的折弯处形成非圆弧的斜角过渡。
优选的,该压钞板的主基板的高度略大于钞票置放高度的一半。
该分钞装置与现有技术对比分析具有如下优点:
本分钞装置中通过对压钞板设计为折弯板可以使卷曲钞票在压钞板和分钞机构之间更好地进行压紧,从而使得分钞机构对整叠钞票可靠进行逐张分离,并配合具有斜角过渡的倾斜分钞基板使得即使严重卷曲的钞票也可以被顺利分下进行钞票输送通道。

为进一步阐述本发明所提供的这种新型闸门装置,以下结合本发明的一个优选实施例的图示做进一步的详细介绍。
如图2、图3和图4所示,这种分钞装置,包括一用于倾斜承接和支撑放入的钞票60的倾斜分钞基板21,钞票60的边缘置于该倾斜分钞基板21的表面,该倾斜分钞基板21沿钞票60分出方向形成一折弯段211;一置于该倾斜分钞基板21上方的压钞板11,该压钞板11在该倾斜分钞基板21上往复运动;一用于对钞票60进行逐张拾取和送走的分钞机构1,其置于倾斜分钞基板21的位置稍低的一端,并与该压钞板11形成对钞票60的夹持分离;以及一动力系统,用以驱动该压钞板11和分钞机构1实现对钞票的夹持和逐张分离,其中,该压钞板11包括靠近倾斜分钞基板21的主基板111和远离倾斜分钞基板21并形成背向该分钞机构1的折弯板112。
为了稳定地放置钞票,该压钞板11的主基板111的高度H2略大于钞票2置放高度的一半,如图6所示。为了对严重卷曲的钞票60也能顺利分离和送走,该倾斜分钞基板21的折弯处212形成非圆弧的斜角过渡。
为进一步阐述本发明所提供的这种分钞装置,以下对本分钞装置进行详细说明:
参阅图2至图4所示,该分钞装置中分钞机构1包括:通过单项轴承22和单项轴承27设置于倾斜分钞基板21背离钞票一侧面上的反转轮轴26,该反转轮轴26上设有反转轮24和反转轮25;与倾斜分钞基板21的折弯段相对设置并形成分离钞票送走通道的分钞后板36以及该分钞后板36的固定架37,转动设置于该分钞后板36远离送走通道一侧的拾钞轮轴34,该拾钞轮轴34上固定设有拾钞轮32、拾钞轮33、拾钞轮35以及接收动力的齿轮31;分钞轮轴38转动安装于分钞框架41上,该分钞轮轴38上固定设置有分钞轮42、分钞轮43以及接收动力的齿轮39;其中分钞框架41由分钞拉簧44牵引实现分钞轮42和43对钞票的压紧作用,并且分钞轮轴38和拾钞轮轴31之间通过齿轮40实现联动。该分钞机构1通过右侧框架2和左侧框架20固定装配,右侧框架2和左侧框架20之间通过连
接架28固定装配。该分钞拉簧44一端固定设置于该连接架28上,另一端设置于分钞框架41上,使得分钞轮42、43随分钞框架41在分钞拉簧44的作用下绕分钞轮轴38作趋向靠近压钞板11的转动。
如图2所示,动力系统包括分钞马达4和传动马达9,其中分钞马达4通过齿轮3和齿轮5向分钞机构1传输旋转动力。传动马达9通过右同步带7和左同步带15驱动压钞板11做往复运动,其中该压钞板11通过右同步带夹8和左同步带夹14分别固定在右同步带7和左同步带15上;并可以随右同步带7和左同步带15旋转而前后移动;右同步带轮6和左同带轮16分别固定在右侧框架2和左侧框架20上,右同步带轮10和左同步带轮13分别固定在皮带传动轴12两侧,并随皮带传动轴12一起转动;皮带传动轴12分别穿在右侧框架2和左侧框架20之间。传动电机9通过皮带传动轴12向右同步带轮10和左同步带轮13传输旋转动力,通过右同步带7和左同步带15向压板1输送前后移动动力。
如图3所示,该倾斜分钞基板21由一基板固定架23支撑安装,单项轴承22和单项轴承27卡在分钞基板21两端的孔内,反转轮轴26穿插在单项轴承22和单项轴承27内孔,反转轮24与反转轮25穿在反转轮轴26上并固定;优选的还包括一用以触发分钞机构1动作的U型传感器30,该U型传感器30固定在传感器固定架29上,传感器固定架29固定在左右侧板连接架28上;
下面结合图5至图8进一步说明本发明所提供的分钞装置与现有分钞装置设技术区别和本发明所提供分钞装置的技术效果:
参阅图5所示,假设钞票60的宽度是L,其与现有分钞装置的平板状压钞板61的正压面积是S1=L×H1,此时分钞拉簧44向拾钞轮35所提供的克服N(N≥1)张卷曲纸币60所需要的力F1=N×K×S1,K是单张卷曲纸币60单位变形量所产生力。分钞拉簧44所提供的克服卷曲纸币所需要的力F1与正压面积S1成正比。
参阅图6所示,采用本发明所提供的分钞装置,钞票60与压钞板11的正压面积是S2=L×H2,其中高度H2略大于钞票2置放高度的一半,此时分钞拉簧44向拾钞轮35所提供的克服N(N≥1)张卷曲纸币60所需要的力F2=N×K×S2,K是单张卷曲纸币60单位变形量所产生力。分钞拉簧
44所提供的克服卷曲纸币所需要的力F2与正压面积S2成正比。
对比现有分钞装置中平板状压钞板61正压卷曲纸币61,分钞拉簧44所提供的克服N张卷曲纸币所需要的力F1和采用本发明中折弯状压钞板11正压卷曲纸币61,分钞拉簧44所提供的克服N张卷曲纸币所需要的力F2,由于采用折弯状压钞板11的正压面积S2<平板状压钞板61的正压面积S1,故F2<F1。即当分钞拉簧44提供相同的力时,采用折弯状压钞板11结构能够克服更多张的卷曲纸币60产生的折弯变形力,从而提高分钞效率。
参阅图7所示,现有分钞装置中采用圆弧过渡角的圆弧分钞基板62,当平板状压钞板61与拾钞轮35夹紧N(N≥1)张卷曲纸币60开始分钞时,卷曲纸币在拾钞轮35的摩擦作用下开始向下运行,当第一张卷曲纸币60a与第二张卷曲纸币60b错开时,第一张卷曲纸币60a下端开始呈现卷曲状并撞击在圆角分钞基板62的圆角上,从而使的第一张卷曲纸币60a前端因撞击而变形,堵塞入钞口。
参阅图8所示,本发明所提供分钞装置中采用非圆弧斜角过渡的斜角分钞基板21,当折弯状压钞板11与拾钞轮35夹紧N(N≥1)张卷曲纸币60开始分钞时,卷曲纸币在拾钞轮35的摩擦作用下开始向下运行,当第一张卷曲纸币60c与第二张卷曲纸币60d错开时,第一张卷曲纸币60c下端立刻沿着斜角分钞基板21侧壁进入入钞口通道内,从而达到顺利分钞的目的。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
- 一种分钞装置,其包括:一倾斜分钞基板,用于倾斜承接和支撑放入的钞票,钞票的边缘置于该倾斜分钞基板的表面,该倾斜分钞基板沿钞票分出方向形成一折弯段;一压钞板,置于该倾斜分钞基板上方,并在其上往复运动;一分钞机构,置于倾斜分钞基板的位置稍低的一端,其与该压钞板形成对钞票的夹持分离;一动力系统,用以驱动该压钞板和分钞机构实现对钞票的夹持和逐张分离,其特征在于,该压钞板包括靠近倾斜分钞基板的主基板和远离倾斜分钞基板并形成背向该分钞机构的折弯板。
- 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该倾斜分钞基板的折弯处形成非圆弧的斜角过渡。
- 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该压钞板的主基板的高度略大于钞票置放高度的一半。
