Claims (13)
- 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애의 진단 또는 예후 분석에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 후각(Olfactory) 조직 시료에 있는 miR-206의 발현을 검출하는 방법을 통해 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애의 진단 또는 예후 분석 마커를 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 miR-206의 발현 검출은 miR-206에 특이적으로 결합하는 프라이머쌍, 프로브 또는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드를 이용하는 것인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도인지 장애의 진단 또는 예후 분석 마커를 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 miR-206의 발현 검출은 역전사효소 중합효소반응, 경쟁적 역전사효소 중합효소반응, 실시간 역전사효소 중합효소반응, RNase 보호 분석법, 노던 블랏팅 또는 DNA 칩에 의한 것인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애의 진단 또는 예후 분석 마커를 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후각(Olfactory) 조직 시료는 후각 점막 시료 또는 후각 상피 시료인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애의 진단 또는 예후 분석 마커를 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알츠하이머병은 초기 알츠하이머병인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애의 진단 또는 예후 분석 마커를 검출하는 방법.
- 환자로부터 분리된 후각(Olfactory) 조직 시료 중에서 miR-206의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계; 및 상기 miR-206의 발현 수준을 기준 수준과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 miR-206의 발현 수준을 기준 수준과 비교하여, 상기 발현이 증가하면 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단으로 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 miR-206의 발현 수준 측정은 miR-206에 특이적으로 결합하는 프라이머쌍, 프로브 또는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드를 이용하는 것인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 miR-206의 발현 검출은 역전사효소 중합효소반응, 경쟁적 역전사효소 중합효소반응, 실시간 역전사효소 중합효소반응, RNase 보호 분석법, 노던 블랏팅 또는 DNA 칩에 의한 것인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 후각(Olfactory) 조직 시료는 후각 점막 시료 또는 후각 상피 시료인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알츠하이머병은 초기 알츠하이머병인 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단을 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- miR-206의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제로써, 상기 유전자에 특이적으로 결합하는 프라이머쌍, 프로브 또는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드 포함하는 초기 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단용 조성물.
- 제12항에 따른 초기 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단용 조성물을 포함하는 초기 알츠하이머병 또는 경도 인지 장애 진단용 키트.
