所以本创作的目的系为解决上述现有技术上的问题,本创作中提出一种具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,系将一单车之上管、下管、立管及头管形成一梯型框体,该框体由一外框及内框组合而成,且该框体整体及转折处皆是呈弧形且无折角的接续连接面,而具有流畅的外观。本案尚包含多个灯件分别安装于该单车之握把中央、该内框以及该上管的上端,该多个灯件分别包含多种颜色的LED灯,可发出不同颜色的光,该上管上端的灯件系具有方向灯功能,而可用于警示该单车周围的人员,而提升使用者骑乘时的安全性。再者该多个灯件皆具有四边形外观,而与该框体在型态上形成流畅的连接关系,因此也可以增加该单车整体的美观。另外该单车的头管也配置有收纳空间,用于收纳使用者的随身物品。该多个LED灯件之电源则以内嵌的方式安装于该立管中,而不会影响到车架整体的美观。因此本案的单车除了可以提升使用者骑乘的安全性,同时也提升了外观上的美感,因此可提供使用者更佳的骑乘体验。

实施方式
兹谨就本案的结构组成,及所能产生的功效与优点,配合图式,举本案之一较佳实施例详细说明如下。
请参考图1至图2所示,显示本创作之具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,包含下列组件:
一前轮11及一后轮12。
一车身前部20,包含上端的握把21、连接该握把21的连接件23以及连接该连接件23的前叉22。该前叉22的底部两端连接该单车之前轮11的轮轴。该握把21用于令使用者的双手可以握持住,而旋转该前叉22,并转动该前轮11,而改变该单车的方向。
一车架30,包含一框体31,该框体31系为四边形之结构,该框体31包含四边形之内框32及四边形之外框33,由该内框32及该外框33组合而形成该框体31。该框体31的整体及转折处皆是呈弧形且无折角的接续连接面。该框体31的四边分别形成一上管311、一下管312、一立管313及一头管314。其中该上管311位在该头管314及该立管313之间且位于上方;该下管312位在该头管314及该立管313之间且位于下方。
较佳者,该框体31、该内框32及该外框33系为梯形或矩形结构。
该内框32的外缘系沿着该外框33的内缘环绕而嵌入并固定于该外框33内缘;该内框32的四边之内缘具有圆弧形表面,而与该外框33内缘的连接处形成流畅的连续接面,而具有视觉上 的美观作用。其中该内框32的后边之内缘表面曲率远小于该立管313后端的表面曲率。其中该上管311中段处之截面为近似长矩形的扁平结构体。其中该下管312中段处之截面为近似矩形的结构体。其中该立管313的后侧形成圆弧形的覆盖表面,其中该头管314前侧为ㄇ字形。
其中该前叉22的上端穿越该头管314而连接该握把21的下端。该上管311的前端连接该头管314上端。该上管311由该头管314向后延伸,其后端连接该立管313的上端。该下管312连接该头管314的下端,由该头管314的下端向该立管313的下端延伸,而连接至该立管313的下端。
该车架30尚包含一后上叉34及一后下叉35。其中该立管313的中下端连接该后上叉34,该后上叉34由该立管313的中下端向后下方延伸。该后下叉35位于该后上叉34的下方,该后下叉35连接该立管313的下端,而由该立管313的下端向后延伸,而连接该后上叉34的后端。该后上叉34与该后下叉35的后端连接该后轮12的轮轴。
本案中该连接件23内可安装一第一灯件91,该第一灯件91包含多个可发出不同颜色的LED灯201,系用于发光,而可以对该单车前部进行照明,以告知该单车前方的其它人员有单车正在行进,以达到警示作用,再者透过不同颜色的光可以增加该单车整体的视觉效果。该第一灯件91系为一四边形环状结构,其四边形环状结构系供该握把21穿越,而令该握把21固定于该第一 灯件91前端之内缘。该第一灯件91下端有一开孔911供该前叉22的上端穿入而固定于该第一灯件91后端之内缘。该第一灯件91的上下分别由两薄壳912包覆。
较佳者,该第一灯件91系为梯形或矩形之环状结构。
在本案中可于该内框32处形成一第二灯件92。该第二灯件92包含多个可发出不同颜色的LED灯202,该第二灯件92的LED灯202沿着该内框32的内缘配置。该第二灯件92系用于发光,而可以对该单车两侧进行照明,以告知该单车两侧的其它人员有单车正在行进,以达到警示作用,再者透过不同颜色的光可以增加该单车整体的视觉效果。
本案尚包含一第三灯件93系为一四边形环状结构,由该上管311上端向后突出。该第三灯件93与该上管311的连接处为流畅的连续接面。该第三灯件93之内缘表面约略呈弧形。该第三灯件93左右两侧各有一灯壳931,该两灯壳931系为四边形结构,而由其外缘向其内缘逐渐凹陷,形成一约略呈喇叭状的型态,并嵌入该第三灯件93的两侧。该第三灯件93在左右两侧配置多个可发出不同颜色的LED灯203,左右两侧的LED灯203可分别控制发光,因此该第三灯件93具有方向灯之功能,因此可以告知该单车后侧的其它人员有单车正在行进,以达到警示作用,再者透过不同颜色的光可以增加该单车整体的视觉效果。
较佳者,该第三灯件93系为梯形或矩形之环状结构;该两灯壳931系为梯形或矩形结构。
一电池100,用于提供电力予该第一灯件91、第二灯件92及第三灯件93。该电池100安装于该立管313后端形成的一可拆装之ㄇ字形外盖315之内侧。在安装状态下该电池100置入该立管313内的中空空间;该外盖315之表面而适配于该立管313之后端表面,而与该立管313之后端表面形成一体成形的连接型态,因此不会影响到该车架30整体的美观。
其中该头管314前端向内凹陷形成一中空空间,用于配置并收纳一插头101连接该电池100,该插头101用于连接外部的电源对该电池100充电,并以一可开关之上盖231封闭该头管314前端之中空空间。
一座垫40经由一座杆41连接该车架30的上端,用于提供使用者乘坐。
一煞车机构50连接该握把21以及该车身前部20或该车架30的后端,用于令使用者可以停止该单车的前进。该煞车机构50包含两煞车握把分别安装于该握把21前端两侧,当该使用者按住该两煞车握把时,该煞车机构50可以煞住该前轮11或该后轮12。
一传动机构60,包含齿轮61、飞轮62及链条63。该齿轮61安装于安装于该车架30的底端。该飞轮62安装于该后轮12的轮轴。该齿轮61及该飞轮62之间经由该链条63连接。当该齿轮61转动时,可以经由该链条63带动该飞轮62而转动该后轮12,使得该单车可以前进。
一电动马达70安装于该车架30的底端,位于该前轮11及后轮12之间。该电动马达70连接该齿轮61,用于提供动力驱动该齿轮61,而转动该飞轮62并带动该后轮12转动,使得该单车可以前进。
两踏板80,分别以一曲柄臂81连接该齿轮61,该两踏板80用于提供使用者的脚部可以踩踏而带动该齿轮61,转动该飞轮62并带动该后轮12转动,使得该单车可以前进。
本案尚可包含一变速机构(图中未显示),用于调整该后轮12的转速,而改变该单车的速度。该变速机构包含安装于该握把21上的两变速钮、以及两变速器分别连接该齿轮61及该飞轮62。使用者经由将该两变速钮切换至不同档次,而使得该两变速器将该链条63切换到该齿轮61中或该飞轮62中的不同组的齿盘,而可以改变该后轮12的转速。
本案的优点为将一单车之上管、下管、立管及头管形成一梯型框体,该框体由一外框及内框组合而成,且该框体整体及转折处皆是呈弧形且无折角的接续连接面,而具有流畅的外观。本案尚包含多个灯件分别安装于该单车之握把中央、该内框以及该上管的上端,该多个灯件分别包含多种颜色的LED灯,可发出不同颜色的光,该上管上端的灯件系具有方向灯功能,而可用于警示该单车周围的人员,而提升使用者骑乘时的安全性。再者该多个灯件皆具有四边形外观,而与该框体在型态上形成流畅的连接关系,因此也可以增加该单车整体的美观。另外该单车的头管也 配置有收纳空间,用于收纳使用者的随身物品。该多个LED灯件之电源则以内嵌的方式安装于该立管中,而不会影响到车架整体的美观。因此本案的单车除了可以提升使用者骑乘的安全性,同时也提升了外观上的美感,因此可提供使用者更佳的骑乘体验。
综上所述,本案人性化之体贴设计,相当符合实际需求。其具体改进现有缺失,相较于现有技术明显具有突破性之进步优点,确实具有功效之增进,且非易于达成。本案未曾公开或揭露于国内与国外之文献与市场上,已符合专利法规定。
上列详细说明系针对本创作之一可行实施例之具体说明,惟该实施例并非用以限制本创作之专利范围,凡未脱离本创作技艺精神所为之等效实施或变更,均应包含于本案之专利范围中。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,包含:
    一前轮及一后轮;
    一车身前部,包含上端的握把、连接该握把的连接件以及连接该连接件的前叉;该前叉的底部两端连接该单车之前轮的轮轴;
    一车架,包含一框体,该框体系为四边形之结构,该框体包含四边形之内框及四边形之外框,由该内框及该外框组合而形成该框体;该框体的整体及转折处皆是呈弧形且无折角的接续连接面;该框体的四边分别形成一上管、一下管、一立管及一头管;其中该上管位在该头管及该立管之间且位于上方;该下管位在该头管及该立管之间且位于下方;
    该内框的外缘系沿着该外框的内缘环绕而嵌入并固定于该外框内缘;该内框的四边之内缘具有圆弧形表面,而与该外框内缘的连接处形成流畅的连续接面;
    其中该前叉的上端穿越该头管而连接该握把的下端;该上管的前端连接该头管上端;该上管由该头管向后延伸,其后端连接该立管的上端;该下管连接该头管的下端,由该头管的下端向该立管的下端延伸,而连接至该立管的下端;
    该车架尚包含一后上叉及一后下叉;其中该立管的中下端连接该后上叉,该后上叉由该立管的中下端向后下方延伸;该后下叉位于该后上叉的下方,该后下叉连接该立管的下端,而由该立管的下端向后延伸,而连接该后上叉的后端;该后上叉与该后下 叉的后端连接该后轮的轮轴;
    两踏板位于该车架之底端,用于提供使用者踩踏而令该单车前进;
    一煞车机构连接该握把以及该车身前部与该车架的后端,用于令使用者可以停止该单车的前进;
    一座垫位于该立管上方。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该内框的后边之内缘表面曲率远小于该立管后端的表面曲率;其中该上管中段处之截面为近似长矩形的扁平结构体;其中该下管中段处之截面为近似矩形的结构体;其中该立管的后侧形成圆弧形的覆盖表面,其中该头管前侧为ㄇ字形。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该连接件内安装一第一灯件,该第一灯件包含多个可发出不同颜色的LED灯,系用于发光,而可以对该单车前部进行照明;该第一灯件系为一四边形环状结构,其四边形环状结构系供该握把穿越,而令该握把固定于该第一灯件前端之内缘;该第一灯件下端有一开孔供该前叉的上端穿入而固定于该第一灯件后端之内缘;该第一灯件的上下分别由两薄壳包覆。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该内框内形成一第二灯件;该第二灯件包含多个可发出不同颜色的LED灯,该第二灯件的LED灯沿着该内框的内缘配置;该第二灯件系用于发光,而可以对该单车两侧进行照明。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,尚包含一第三灯件系为一四边形环状结构,由该上管上端向后突出;该第三灯件与该上管的连接处为流畅的连续接面;该第三灯件之内缘表面约略呈弧形;该第三灯件左右两侧各有一灯壳,该两灯壳系为四边形结构,而由其外缘向其内缘逐渐凹陷,形成一约略呈喇叭状的型态,并嵌入该第三灯件的两侧;该第三灯件在左右两侧配置多个可发出不同颜色的LED灯,该第三灯件左右两侧的LED灯可分别控制发光。
  6. 如权利要求3-5任一权利要求所述的之具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该立管后端形成一可拆装之ㄇ字形外盖,一电池安装于该外盖内侧;在安装状态下该电池置入该立管内的中空空间;该外盖之表面而适配于该立管之后端表面,而与该立管之后端表面形成一体成形的连接型态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该头管前端向内凹陷形成一中空空间,用于配置并收纳一插头连接该电池,该插头用于连接外部的电源对该电池充电,并以一可开关之上盖封闭该头管前端之中空空间。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,尚包含:
    一传动机构,包含齿轮、飞轮及链条;该齿轮安装于安装于该车架的底端;该飞轮安装于该后轮的轮轴;该齿轮及该飞轮之间经由该链条连接;当该齿轮转动时,可以经由该链条带动该飞轮而转动该后轮,使得该单车可以前进;
    一电动马达安装于该车架的底端,位于该前轮及后轮之间;该电动马达连接该齿轮,用于提供动力驱动该齿轮,而转动该飞轮并带动该后轮转动,使得该单车可以前进。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该框体、该内框及该外框系为梯形结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该框体、该内框及该外框系为矩形结构。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该第一灯件系为梯形环状结构。
  12. 如权利要求3所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该第一灯件系为矩形环状结构。
  13. 如权利要求5所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该第三灯件系为梯形环状结构;该两灯壳系为梯形结构。
  14. 如权利要求5所述的具有LED灯件及四边形结构之车架的单车,其中该第三灯件系为矩形环状结构;该两灯壳系为矩形结构。
