本发明涉及电子通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于RFID的售货系统。
背景技术
RFID是Radio Frequency Identification的缩写,即射频识别技术,俗称电子标签。RFID射频识别是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,它通过射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境。RFID技术可识别高速运动物体并可同时识别多个标签,操作快捷方便。
售货机是商业自动化的常用设备,它不受时间、地点的限制,能节省人力、方便交易,被称为24小时营业的微型超市。目前国内的自动售货机使用越来越普遍,已经被广泛使用于车站、地铁站、写字楼等场所。但是传统的售货机需要顾客一边看产品一边操作触摸屏,购物时间一般在三分钟以上,操作时间长,造成时间上的浪费和不便;并且传统的售货机需要顾客付款后才能拿到产品看清产品的状况,使顾客处于被动状态,给交易带来不便。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于RFID的售 货系统,其结构简单,方便使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种基于RFID的售货系统,应用于售货机,包括移动终端、服务器、控制器、传感器、RFID读写器、带RFID标签的货品以及设在售货机上的智能锁;所述移动终端用于给服务器发送请求信号;所述服务器用于接收到请求信号后向控制器发送开锁信号;所述传感器用于检测到售货机门关闭后向控制器发送关锁信号;所述控制器用于将来自服务器的开锁信号和来自传感器的关锁信号,并将开锁信号或关锁信号发送至智能锁;所述RFID读写器用于读取售货机内的货品数据,并将货品数据发送至服务器。
进一步的,所述售货系统还包括与控制器连接的摄像头。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
参见图1,本实施例的基于RFID的售货系统,其应用于售货机,主要包括移动终端1、设置移动终端1内或者设置在售货机上的支付装置、服务器2、控制器3、传感器4、RFID读写器5、带RFID标签的货品6以及设在售货机上的智能锁7;移动终端1用于给服务器2发送请求信号;服务器2用于接收到请求信号后向控制器3发送开锁信号;传感器4用于检测到售货机门关闭后向控制器3发送关锁信号;控制器3用于将来自服务器2的开锁信号和来自传感器4的关锁信号,并将开锁信号或关锁信号发送至智能锁7;RFID读写器5用于读取售货机内的货品数据,并将货品数据发送至服务器2;服务器2用于接收到来自RFID读写器5的货品数据后计算出目前售货机内的货品种类和数量,跟上一次计算的结果对比可以得知顾客所购买的货品,从而通过支付装置扣除购买产生的费用,服务器2根据货品数据计算货品种类和数量的技术由现有技术可获知。顾客通过移动终端1登录与服务器2创建连接,向服务器2发送请求信号,该请求信号代表顾客有购买需求,控制器3控制智能锁7的开闭,因此服务器2接着向控制器3传递该请求信号,通过控制器3向智能锁7发出开锁信号,智能锁因此打开,此时,顾客可以将售货机门打开,根据自己的 喜好实地选择售货机内的货品。当顾客选择结束,即关闭售货机门后,传感器4检测到售货机门关闭,此时向控制器3发送关锁信号,控制器3将关锁信号传递至智能锁7控制智能锁7锁紧;售货机门具有屏蔽功能,当顾客选择好货品关上售货机门时,RFID读写器5无法再读取与顾客手上的货品信号,但继续读取售货机内的货品数据发送至服务器2,服务器2可以得知顾客购买的货品种类与数量,从而通过支付装置进行扣费。该方式的目的旨在让顾客自由购物,顾客可实地看清楚货品后再选择所需要的货品,打破传统售货机只能隔着售货机门选择商品的缺陷。本实施例还包括通讯模块11,服务器2具体是通过该通讯模块11与控制器3无线连接。该通讯模块11的型号可以优选为ATK-SIM900A,该型号的通讯模块11功能齐全,接口丰富,利于安装,并且稳定性强。上述RFID读写器5的型号优选为ZK-RFID403,其工作模式为应答模式,以广谱跳频或定频发射方式工作,充分支持符合各种标准的RFID标签。本实施例所选用到的型号均是优选方案,不仅仅局限于这些型号的范畴。
本实施例采用自动扣款的方式,其具体实现技术由现有技术可知,为实现诚信交易,防止支付装置余额不足而无法扣款造成商家的损失,因此还包括信用系统,该信用系统与服务器2连接,当支付失败时,服务器2发送支付失败信号至信用系统,信用系统进行记录并扣除该顾客支付装置的信用。
本实施例的售货系统还包括提示灯9,提示灯9与控制器3连接,当控制器3控制智能锁7打开后,控制器3同时控制提示灯9发亮, 提示顾客可以打开智能锁7已打开,可以打开售货机门进行购物。进一步的,还可以包括扬声器10,扬声器10与控制器3连接,同样,当控制器3控制扬声器10鸣响,发出“验证通过,请开门购物”的语音提示,提示顾客可以打开售货机门进行选购,扬声器10发出语音提示的技术由现有技术可获知。另外还包括设在售货机上的摄像头8,该摄像头8用于实时监控售货机的情况,其与控制器3连接。
