Description

雾化器及其气溶胶发生装置 技术领域
本发明涉及气溶胶发生装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种雾化器及其气溶胶发生装置。
背景技术
在当今,吸烟有害健康已成为常识的情况下,全世界目前仍有11亿人吸烟,而且每年这个数字还在扩大。据WHO提供的数字表明,吸烟每年造成290万人死亡。尽管吸烟可能导致严重的呼吸系统疾病和癌症,让吸烟者完全戒烟是极其困难的事情。
为了减少香烟对人体的伤害,市面上就出现了一种香烟的替代品,即为电子烟,电子烟又名为虚拟香烟、电子雾化器、电子雪茄烟,有着与香烟一样的外观,与香烟近似的味道,主要是用于在不影响健康的情况下模拟吸烟的感觉,以供戒烟或香烟替代使用。
目前市场上主要的电子烟是在导液元件外缠绕加热元件对烟液进行加热雾化处理。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供一种新型的雾化器及含有该雾化器的气溶胶发生装置。
一种雾化器包括加热元件和设置在加热元件内的导液元件,所述导液元件设置在该导液元件内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导液元件为多孔渗透件,其通过开设在加热元件上的导液孔与储液装置连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加热元件为设置有一开口的筒状部件,且所述导液元件与所述加热元件的内壁相接触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加热元件呈网状,即该加热元件上具有若干通孔;所述加热元件可为通过发热丝编织形成的网状加热元件,或是在加热板材上开设的若干通孔形成;所述加热板材上的通孔可通过镭射、CNC、冲压等方 式加工形成。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加热元件具有毛细作用和/或超毛细作用,所述超毛细作用可通过高能激光脉冲在金属表面进行蚀刻获得,即加热元件的表面设置有若干吸液凹槽和/毛细孔道。
在其中一个实施例中,当所述加热元件为金属材质时,所述吸液凹槽和/或毛细孔道可由金属粉末颗粒经固相烧结而成;当所述加热元件可以为陶瓷材质(如:多孔高温陶瓷)时,该加热元件可由陶瓷粉末颗粒固相烧结而成。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加热元件是通过细小的发热丝编织成条之后再编织成网状,细小的发热丝之间的间隙形成吸液孔,亦可使加热元件具有吸液性能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述加热元件和导液元件可为同一元件。
一种雾化器,包括加热元件及包覆或缠绕或层叠设置在该加热元件外的导液元件。

本发明具有如下优点:
1)本发明的雾化器及含有该雾化器的气溶胶发生装置结构简单,有利于产业化。
2)所述加热元件上的若干通孔,可使加热元件不易发生干烧,亦便于将雾化后的气溶胶基质排出与用户抽吸。
3)由于所述加热元件具有毛细吸液作用,其上形成的吸液凹槽和/或毛细孔道可以容置烟液,可以使加热元件壁面上的保持足够润湿;且在加热过程中,加热元件将对容置在吸液凹槽和/或毛细孔道中的烟液进行雾化,可避免加热元件干烧而影响用户抽吸口感,亦可避免导液元件因被过热而灰化、燃烧等,如 此可确保使用者的健康。

实施例1
请参见图1-2所示,本发明提供一种雾化器10包括加热元件12和设置在加热元件12内的导液元件14。本实施例中,所述加热元件12为设置有一开口的筒状部件,所述导液元件14层叠设置在该导液元件14内,且与所述加热元件12的内壁相接触。所述导液元件14为多孔渗透件,其可穿过开设在加热元件12上的导液孔与储液装置连通。
所述加热元件12呈网状,即该加热元件12上具有若干通孔122。所述加热元件12可为通过发热丝编织形成的网状加热元件12,或是在加热板材上开设的若干通孔122而形成。所述加热板材上的通孔122可通过镭射、CNC、冲压等方式加工形成。所述加热元件12的材质可以为不锈钢、镍等导电金属。在实际生产中,可通过调节通孔122的大小、加热丝的直径及长度等参数来获得不同电阻率的加热元件12。所述通孔122的形状不限于圆形,还可以为方形、花瓣状、星型等其他形状。所述若干通孔122的设置,便于将雾化后的气溶胶基质排出与用户抽吸。

请参见图4所示,本发明还提供了一种含有所述雾化器10的气溶胶发生装置100。该气溶胶发生装置100包括电池装置120、雾化装置140、通气管160、储液装置180及吸入器190。所述电池装置120与雾化装置140电连接,用于向雾化装置140供电。所述雾化装置140包括雾化腔141及设置在该雾化腔141内的雾化器10。进一步地,该气溶胶发生装置100还包括一控制装置170,该控制装置170与电池装置120、雾化装置140电连接。
实施例2

在其他实施例中,所述加热元件32可为若干加热丝、若干加热棒、网状的加热板或网状的加热丝编织而成,而不限于本实施例中提及的构造,只需确保所述加热元件32至少部分嵌置在所述导液元件34中即可。
可以理解的,所述加热元件32上亦可开设吸液凹槽124和/或毛细孔道126。
参见图12所示,本实施例还提供了一种含有所述雾化器30的气溶胶发生装置300。该气溶胶发生装置300包括电池装置120、雾化装置340、通气管160、储液装置180及吸入器190。所述电池装置120与雾化装置340电连接,用于向雾化装置340供电。所述雾化装置340包括雾化腔341及设置在该雾化腔341内的雾化器30。进一步地,该气溶胶发生装置300还可包括一控制装置170,该控制装置170与电池装置120、雾化装置340电连接。
实施例4
参见图13所示,本发明提供一种雾化器40,其包括加热元件42及与加热元件42层叠设置的至少二导液元件44,两个所述导液元件44之间夹层设置有一加热元件42。
可以理解的,所述加热元件42上亦可开设吸液凹槽124和/或毛细孔道126。
本实施例还提供了含有该雾化器40的气溶胶发生装置。
可以理解的,本发明的雾化器10、20、30或40还可应用于采用其他方式进行雾化的雾化装置,如喷雾式雾化装置等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细, 但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括加热元件和设置在加热元件内的导液元件,所述导液元件层叠设置在该导液元件内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述导液元件为多孔渗透件,其通过开设在加热元件上的导液孔与储液装置连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热元件为设置有一开口的筒状部件,且所述导液元件与所述加热元件的内壁相接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热元件上具有若干通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1-6任一项中所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热元件具有毛细作用和/或超毛细作用,所述加热元件的表面设置有若干吸液凹槽和/毛细孔道。
  6. 一种雾化器,包括加热元件及包覆或缠绕或层叠设置在该加热元件外的导液元件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热元件包括至少一凹部,所述导液元件部分容置在该凹部中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,两个所述导液元件之间夹层设置有一加热元件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热元件上开设有若干吸液凹槽和/毛细孔道。
  10. 一种气溶胶发生装置,含有权利要求1-9任一项中所述的雾化器。
