Description

一种膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种膨胀烟梗制品的处理方法,尤其是一种膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,属于烟草卷烟填充料技术领域。
技术背景
烟草是茄科烟草属植物,烟梗即是烟叶之粗硬叶脉,约占叶重25%~30%,是烟草工业的副产物。为充分利用烟梗资源、降低卷烟焦油释放量以及减少卷烟原料的消耗,目前通常是将烟梗制成膨胀梗颗粒、膨胀梗条丝、膨胀梗丝等制品添加到卷烟中进行应用。而随着各种形态的膨胀烟梗制品在烟草工业中的大量使用,其各种弊端也不断显露出来,主要表现在:
1、由于大多数膨胀烟梗及其各种形态的制品,其体积已被增大180%至350%,由此大大增加了物流成本,同时,导致仓储成本也增高;
2、膨胀后的烟梗及其各形态的制品,因其在膨胀过程中采用的高温方式,从而导致制品产生焦糊味,进而影响制品的吸感。
例如,中国专利CN103169150A公开了一种膨胀烟梗制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:A、除杂:去除烟梗内的铁屑、泥土、灰尘等杂质;B、膨梗:将烟梗膨胀至原体积的180%以上;C、缺氧热保持:将膨胀的烟梗在缺氧的环境下加热至120~350℃,并保温;D、自然堆放:再将缺氧热保持后的膨胀烟梗在自然环境下堆放10天至3个月;E、分选:再将膨胀的烟梗分选为不同大小的烟梗;F、包装:将分选后的烟梗,根据不同大小分类进行分别包装,从而获得膨胀烟梗成品。该方法经膨胀后的烟梗体积已增大至原体积的180%以上,且加热温度高达120~350℃,膨胀的烟梗最后再根据不同大小分类进行分别包装。
由此可见,现有膨胀烟梗制品由于存在上述缺陷,从而严重影响了膨胀烟梗制品在烟草工业中的广泛应用与流通,制约了膨胀烟梗技术的发展。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有膨胀烟梗制品吸感差、仓储成本高以及不便于运输的缺点,从而提供一种膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,以达到有效降低运输成本、节省仓储空间,延长贮存时间,并可同时降低膨胀烟梗制品中的异味、杂气成分,特别是焦糊味的目的。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
A、水分控制,将膨胀烟梗制品烘干至10~15wt%含水率;
低的水分,压梗时造碎(压成粉末)严重,且压梗后会自然散开。
B、增温,再将膨胀烟梗制品加热至40~90℃;
增温的目的在于压梗,此温度的梗压缩时,不易造碎(压成粉末);过高的温度则影响烟梗品质,也没有必要。
C、压梗,将膨胀烟梗制品压缩至原体积的10%~80%,制成相同尺寸的压缩梗块;
D、装箱贮存,将压缩梗块按每箱相同数量装箱贮存;
E、松散恢复,贮存后的压缩梗块,经松散恢复体积后供后续工艺使用。
所述膨胀烟梗制品包括膨胀梗颗粒、膨胀梗条丝、膨胀梗丝等。
所述步骤A水分控制时,采用烘筒、热风桶、隧道式叶丝回潮机(HT)+烘筒、文氏管(即闪蒸)+膨胀塔、微波炉等烟草通用设备进行处理。
进一步,所述步骤A水分控制时,优选膨胀烟梗制品烘干至13wt%含水率。
所述步骤B增温时,采用热风或微波等常规加热方式,必要时也可将步骤A与B合并同时处理。
进一步,所述步骤B增温时,优选将膨胀烟梗制品加热至55~75℃。
所述步骤C压梗时,制成的压缩梗块为厚度50mm~700mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的矩形块,优选厚度为100mm~200mm。厚度太小梗块容易碎裂,厚度太大不易于后期的松散。
进一步,所述步骤C压梗时,优选将膨胀烟梗制品压缩至原体积的15%~25%。
步骤D所述的装箱贮存,是指将压缩后的矩形梗块装箱后,经物流,贮存在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下,优选温度27℃、湿度55%。
由于目前烟草标准箱子的高度在700mm,因此装箱时梗块的总厚度应满足梗块厚度×每箱块数=700mm。
步骤E所述的松散恢复,是指将贮存后的压缩梗块采用真空回潮、烘筒、隧道式叶丝回潮机(HT)+烘筒、文氏管(即闪蒸)+膨胀塔、微波加热等常规烟草松散方式松散恢复体积后,供后续工艺回潮、加香加料后使用。
步骤B或步骤E中所述微波的频率为915MHz或2450MHz。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
1、本发明通过将膨胀烟梗制品进行烘干控制水分及加热增温处理后,再通过机械方式将其 压缩至原体积的10%~80%,既有效降低了运输成本,又避免压缩梗块的破碎,使其形状得到了有效保持,而且还易于后期松散;同时,由于膨胀梗制品体积的缩小,也节省了仓储空间,降低了仓储成本,使得膨胀烟梗制品可长时间(1~2年)大份量的贮存;由于可以低成本的长时间大份量贮存,膨胀烟梗制品中的异味、杂气成分,特别是焦糊味也得到明显降低。
2、实现本发明的各工艺步骤,均采用的是目前烟草工业成熟设备,简单实用,可在烟草企业广泛应用。

实施例1
一种膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
A、水分控制,采用烘筒将膨胀烟梗制品(膨胀梗颗粒、膨胀梗条丝或膨胀梗丝)烘干至13wt%含水率;
B、增温,采用80℃热风再将膨胀烟梗制品加热至55~75℃;
C、压梗,将膨胀烟梗制品压缩至原体积的15%~25%,制成厚度100mm~200mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的矩形块
D、装箱贮存,将压缩梗块按每箱相同数量装箱后,经物流,在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存;
E、松散恢复,贮存后的压缩梗块,经真空回潮松散恢复体积后供后续工艺使用。
实施例2
水分26wt%的膨胀梗条丝,经HT+滚筒烘干至水分13.5wt%,经热风加热至48℃,通过KY161型预压机将梗条丝体积压缩至原体积的25%,制成厚度175mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的梗块;每4块装入一个瓦楞纸箱中;在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存1年;使用时,解包后通过915MHz微波加热松散恢复体积即可。
实施例3
水分29wt%的膨胀梗颗粒,经文氏管+膨胀塔烘干至水分15wt%,采用2450MHz微波加热 至90℃,通过单联液压式预压机将梗颗粒体积压缩至原体积的80%,制成厚度50mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的梗块;每14块装入一个瓦楞纸箱中;在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存2年;使用时,解包后通过真空回潮方式松散恢复体积即可。
实施例4
水分18wt%的膨胀梗丝,经915MHz微波加热烘干至水分10wt%、并加热至40℃,通过全自动梗、碎片打包设备将梗丝体积压缩至10%,制成厚度350mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的梗块;每2块装入一个瓦楞纸箱中;在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存3个月;使用时,解包后通过烘筒松散恢复体积即可。
实施例5
水分20wt%的膨胀梗颗粒,经热风烘干至水分12wt%、并加热至60℃,通过单联液压式预压机将梗颗粒体积压缩至原体积的70%,制成厚度230mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的梗块;每3块装入一个瓦楞纸箱中;在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存1.5年;使用时,解包后通过915MHz微波加热松散恢复体积即可。
实施例6
水分25wt%的膨胀梗条丝,经烘筒烘干至水分14wt%,采用915MHz微波加热至70℃,通过KY161型预压机将梗条丝体积压缩至原体积的40%,制成厚度700mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的梗块;每1块装入一个瓦楞纸箱中;在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存6个月;使用时,解包后通过真空回潮方式松散恢复体积即可。
实施例7
水分23wt%的膨胀梗丝,经文氏管+膨胀塔烘干至水分11wt%,采用热风加热至50℃,通过全自动梗、碎片打包设备将梗丝体积压缩至50%,制成厚度350mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的梗块;每2块装入一个瓦楞纸箱中;在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下贮存1年;使用时,解包后通过烘筒松散恢复体积即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于,工艺步骤如下:
    A、水分控制,将膨胀烟梗制品烘干至10~15wt%含水率;
    B、增温,再将膨胀烟梗制品加热至40~90℃;
    C、压梗,将膨胀烟梗制品压缩至原体积的10%~80%,制成相同尺寸的压缩梗块;
    D、装箱贮存,将压缩梗块按每箱相同数量装箱贮存;
    E、松散恢复,贮存后的压缩梗块,经松散恢复体积后供后续工艺使用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:所述膨胀烟梗制品包括膨胀梗颗粒、膨胀梗条丝及膨胀梗丝。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤A水分控制时,采用烟草通用设备进行处理,包括烘筒、热风桶、隧道式叶丝回潮机+烘筒、文氏管+膨胀塔,或微波。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤B增温时,采用的加热方式为热风或微波加热,加热至55~75℃。
  5. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:步骤A所述的水分控制与步骤B所述的增温合并同时处理。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤C压梗时,制成的压缩梗块为厚度50mm~700mm、长度1100mm、宽度700mm的矩形块。
  7. 如权利要求1或6所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤C压梗时,将膨胀烟梗制品压缩至原体积的的15%~25%。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:步骤D所述的装箱贮存,是指将压缩后的矩形梗块装箱后,经物流,贮存在温度≤38℃、湿度≤70%的通风条件下。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:步骤E所述的松散恢复,是指将贮存后的压缩梗块采用真空回潮、烘筒、隧道式叶丝回潮机+烘筒、文氏管+膨胀塔,或微波加热的常规烟草松散方式进行恢复。
  10. 如权利要求1、4或9所述的膨胀烟梗制品的压缩贮存工艺,其特征在于:步骤B或步骤E中所述微波的频率为915MHz或2450MHz。
