一种含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸、其制备方法及用途
技术领域
本发明属于卷烟包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸、其制备方法及用途。
背景技术
烟用包装箱为瓦楞纸箱,由箱板纸和瓦楞纸经过模切、压痕、粘合等加工制成,在烟草行业用于包装片烟、再造烟叶及条装卷烟。目前国内生产瓦楞纸的原料多为回收废纸,由此生产的瓦楞纸箱在使用时会有异味问题,包装烟草原料如片烟、再造烟叶时会造成烟草原料一定程度的污染。烟梗是烟草加工过程中重要的副产物,因与烟叶有相似的组分,并有改善烟支结构、降低成本和降焦的功能,一直是卷烟原料的重要组成部分。目前卷烟工业企业使用烟梗的方式较单一,使用量较低,各卷烟工业企业有大量的烟梗原料得不到有效利用而报废焚烧处理,既污染了环境,又造成烟草资源的浪费。目前国内外对富余烟梗的产业化拓展利用暂时还没有有效的技术手段。
综上所述,如何通过技术手段实现烟梗资源在瓦楞纸中的应用,开发一种内含烟梗材料的烟用包装箱专用瓦楞纸,不仅有利于烟梗废弃资源的再利用,提高烟梗经济价值,同时能消除传统瓦楞纸的异味,增加烟草香气,降低瓦楞纸的生产成本,具有较好的经济和生态环境效益。为此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含烟梗材料的烟用包装箱专用瓦楞纸及其制备方法,解决富余烟梗资源化利用的问题并改善烟用包装箱传统瓦楞纸的性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明第一方面公开了一种含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)烟梗浆料制备:将烟梗原料粉碎,取40-200目的烟梗粉分散在含有电荷控制剂的水中形成烟梗浆料;其中电荷控制剂的浓度为0.2-0.5wt%,浆料浓度为4-10wt%;
(2)脱水成型:将步骤(1)得到的烟梗浆料与废纸浆料混合,烟梗浆料与废纸浆料固体质量比为1:20-1:5,加入浆内施胶剂和湿强剂后脱水成型;
(3)压榨干燥:将步骤(2)脱水成型后的纸张进一步进行压榨脱水和干燥处理;
(4)涂布液制备:在烟梗粉体悬浮液中加入胶乳、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素混合均匀后得到涂布液;
(5)表面施胶:将步骤(3)压榨干燥后的纸张用步骤(4)制备的涂布液进行表面施胶处理;
(6)干燥、压光和收卷分切:将步骤(5)表面施胶的纸张进行干燥、压光后收卷分切得到所述含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸。
优选地,所述电荷控制剂为聚乙烯亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酰亚胺阳离子聚电解质的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤(4)所述烟梗粉体悬浮液按如下步骤制备:采用超微粉碎机将烟梗粉碎,将烟梗粉体与水按重量比1:2-1:5混合后经研磨、高压均质后得到烟梗粉体悬浮液,控制烟梗粉体粒径≤10μm。
优选地,步骤(4)中胶乳添加量为烟梗粉体重量的10%-20%,聚乙烯醇添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.1%-0.5%,羧甲基纤维素添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.2%-0.6%。
优选地,所述胶乳为丁二烯与苯乙烯的共聚物。
优选地,步骤(6)涂布液的涂布量为其与成型后的纸张的5-10wt%。
本发明第二方面公开了所述制备方法制备含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸。
本发明第三方面公开了所述含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸用于卷烟包装材料的用途。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法中,烟梗浆料中添加电荷控制剂,其桥链结构使烟梗粉产生高分子阳离子支链,能增强烟梗粉与纸浆纤维的结合和吸附,使烟梗粉均匀地填充到浆料中,纸页的匀度得到了充分的改善,提高了烟梗粉的留着率,提高了纸张的耐折耐破度和环压强度。
2、本发明的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法中,在烟梗粉体悬浮液制备中对烟梗粉体进行研磨、高压均质处理,降低了烟梗粉体的尺寸并提高了烟梗粉体粒度的均匀性,提高了表面施胶后纸张的匀度。
3、本发明的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法中,在涂布液中加入胶乳、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素等,提高了烟梗粉体在纸张表面上的粘结力,实现了烟梗粉体在纸张表面的稳定负载,改善了纸张的吸水性,提高了纸张的强度。
4、本发明的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法,分别以浆内添加和表面施胶添加的方式将烟梗粉体添加到瓦楞纸中,实现了烟梗粉在瓦楞纸中的应用,提高了烟梗粉在瓦楞纸中的使用量,降低了瓦楞纸的生产成本,有利于烟梗的资源化利用。
5、本发明的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸,具有强度高、柔韧性强的优点,且有烟草香味,非常适用于烟用包装材料的用途。

下面结合实施例中的技术方案对本发明进行清楚、完整地描述,显然实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。本领域技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备:
(1)烟梗浆料制备:将烟梗原料粉碎,取40-200目的烟梗粉,将烟梗粉分散在含有聚乙烯亚胺的水中形成烟梗浆料,其中聚乙烯亚胺的浓度为0.2wt%,浆料浓度为4wt%;
(2)脱水成型:将步骤(1)制备的烟梗浆料与废纸浆料混合,浆料固含量质量比为1:5;加入浆内施胶剂和湿强剂后脱水成型;
(3)压榨干燥:将步骤(2)脱水成型后的纸张进一步进行压榨脱水和干燥处理;
(4)涂布液制备:采用超微粉碎机将烟梗粉碎,将烟梗粉体与水按重量比1:5混合后经研磨、高压均质后得到烟梗粉体悬浮液,控制烟梗粉体粒径≤10μm;在烟梗粉体悬浮液中加入丁苯胶乳、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素后得到涂布液,其中胶乳添加量为烟梗粉体重量的20wt%,聚乙烯醇添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.5wt%,羧甲基纤维素添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.6wt%;
(5)表面施胶:将步骤(3)压榨干燥后的纸张用步骤(4)制备的涂布液进行表面施胶处理,涂布液的涂布量为其与成型后的纸张的10wt%;
(6)干燥、压光和收卷分切:将步骤(5)表面施胶的纸张进行干燥、压光后收卷分切,得到所述含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸。
实施例2
本实施例的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备:
(1)烟梗浆料制备:将烟梗原料粉碎,取40-200目的烟梗粉,将烟梗粉分散在含有聚丙烯酰胺的水中形成烟梗浆料,其中聚丙烯酰胺的浓度为0.5wt%,浆料浓度为10wt%;
(2)脱水成型:将步骤(1)制备的烟梗浆料与废纸浆料混合,浆料固含量质量比为1:20,加入浆内施胶剂和湿强剂后脱水成型;
(3)压榨干燥:将步骤(2)脱水成型后的纸张进一步进行压榨脱水和干燥处理;
(4)涂布液制备:采用超微粉碎机将烟梗粉碎,将烟梗粉体与水按重量比1:2混合后经研磨、高压均质后得到烟梗粉体悬浮液,控制烟梗粉体粒径≤10μm;在烟梗粉体悬浮液中加入丁苯胶乳、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素后得到涂布液,其中胶乳添加量为烟梗粉体重量的15wt%,聚乙烯醇添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.3wt%,羧甲基纤维素添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.4wt%;
(5)表面施胶:将步骤(3)压榨干燥后的纸张用步骤(4)制备的涂布液进行表面施胶处理,涂布液的涂布量为其与成型后的纸张的8wt%;
(6)干燥、压光和收卷分切:将步骤(5)表面施胶的纸张进行干燥、压光后收卷分切,得到所述含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸。
实施例3
本实施例的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备:
(1)烟梗浆料制备:将烟梗原料粉碎,取40-200目的烟梗粉,将烟梗粉分散在含有聚丙烯酰胺的水中形成烟梗浆料,其中聚丙烯酰亚胺的浓度为0.4wt%,浆料浓度为8wt%;
(2)脱水成型:将步骤(1)制备的烟梗浆料与废纸浆料混合,浆料固含量质量比为1:10,加入浆内施胶剂和湿强剂后脱水成型;
(3)压榨干燥:将步骤(2)脱水成型后的纸张进一步进行压榨脱水和干燥处理;
(4)涂布液制备:采用超微粉碎机将烟梗粉碎,将烟梗粉体与水按重量比1:3混合后经研磨、高压均质后得到烟梗粉体悬浮液,控制烟梗粉体粒径≤10μm;在烟梗粉体悬浮液中加入丁苯胶乳、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素后得到涂布液,其中胶乳添加量为烟梗粉体重量的10wt%,聚乙烯醇添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.1wt%,羧甲基纤维素添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.2wt%;
(5)表面施胶:将步骤(3)压榨干燥后的纸张用步骤(4)制备的涂布液进行表面施胶处理,涂布液的涂布量为其与成型后的纸张的5wt%;
(6)干燥、压光和收卷分切:将步骤(5)表面施胶的纸张进行干燥、压光后收卷分切,得到所述含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸。
将实施例1-3得到的含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸与传统的烟用包装箱瓦楞纸进行物理指标检测对比分析,结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明得到含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸在各项性能指标上均优于传统烟用包装箱瓦楞纸。

Claims (8)

1.一种含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)烟梗浆料制备:将烟梗原料粉碎,取40-200目的烟梗粉分散在含有电荷控制剂的水中形成烟梗浆料;其中电荷控制剂的浓度为0.2-0.5wt%,浆料浓度为4-10wt%;
(2)脱水成型:将步骤(1)得到的烟梗浆料与废纸浆料混合,烟梗浆料与废纸浆料固体质量比为1:20-1:5,加入浆内施胶剂和湿强剂后脱水成型;
(3)压榨干燥:将步骤(2)脱水成型后的纸张进一步进行压榨脱水和干燥处理;
(4)涂布液制备:在烟梗粉体悬浮液中加入胶乳、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素混合均匀后得到涂布液;
(5)表面施胶:将步骤(3)压榨干燥后的纸张用步骤(4)制备的涂布液进行表面施胶处理;
(6)干燥、压光和收卷分切:将步骤(5)表面施胶的纸张进行干燥、压光后收卷分切,得到所述含烟梗材料的瓦楞纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述电荷控制剂为聚乙烯亚胺、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酰亚胺阳离子聚电解质的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述烟梗粉体悬浮液按如下步骤制备:采用超微粉碎机将烟梗粉碎,将烟梗粉体与水按重量比1:2-1:5混合后经研磨、高压均质后得到烟梗粉体悬浮液,控制烟梗粉体粒径≤10μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中胶乳添加量为烟梗粉体重量的10%-20%,聚乙烯醇添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.1%-0.5%,羧甲基纤维素添加量为烟梗粉体重量的0.2%-0.6%。
5.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述胶乳为丁二烯与苯乙烯的共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)涂布液的涂布量为其与成型后的纸张的5-10wt%。
