本申请要求了2015年04月15日提交中国专利局的,申请号201510176796.0,发明名称为“一种汽车玻璃热弯成型模具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃热弯成型技术领域,特别是一种能够对汽车前风挡玻璃进行热弯成型的热弯成型模具,尤其是无需增设抗重机构的汽车玻璃热弯成型模具。
背景技术
通常,将汽车玻璃送进热弯成型炉内进行热弯成型处理是部分汽车玻璃加工必经的工序之一,待热弯成型的汽车玻璃在热弯成型炉的上片区被装载进热弯成型模具内,然后随同热弯成型模具一起进入热弯成型炉内接受加热热弯成型。
现有技术中,热弯成型模具被固定在运载小车上,从而使汽车玻璃及其热弯成型模具随着运载小车一起在热弯成型炉内传输移动,例如中国专利CN102757169A公开了一种用于弯曲玻璃板的弯曲炉和方法,其与玻璃板最终成型形状吻合的成型模具固定在设置两块挡墙的能够前进穿过弯曲炉的运载装置上;再例如中国专利CN102701574A和CN102491624A均公开了一种汽车玻璃二次成型热弯成型模具,其第二成型框包括活动外框和固定外框,其中固定外框固定在基座上,活动外框与固定外框铰链连接,抗重机构与活动外框固定在一起。在这些专利中,待热弯成型的汽车玻璃被放置在热弯成型模具上,在热弯成型炉内加热软化过程中,汽车玻璃在自身重力和抗重机构的作用下,热弯 成型模具形成与汽车玻璃要成型的最终形状吻合的型面,汽车玻璃与热弯成型模具最终贴合而完成热弯成型步骤;这样的热弯成型模具在实际使用时存在成本较高、体积较大、需要占用较大的存放空间等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术中的汽车玻璃热弯成型模具的成本较高、体积较大以及需要占用较大的存放空间等缺点,提供一种汽车玻璃热弯成型模具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种汽车玻璃热弯成型模具,包括固定框和两个活动框,两个活动框分别与固定框的左、右两端铰链连接,两个活动框能够绕各自的铰链连接点转动从而与固定框一起构成热弯成型型面,所述热弯成型型面的曲率等于汽车玻璃最终热弯成型形状的曲率;其特征在于:在每个活动框的底部对应增设一个曲率调节装置,每个曲率调节装置包括两块挂板、两根挂钩和一根调节杆,所述调节杆铰接固定在同侧活动框的底面,所述调节杆与同侧的活动框和固定框的两个铰链连接点的连线相平行,两根挂钩的底端分别固定在所述调节杆的两端,两根挂钩的顶端分别位置可调地悬挂在对应的两块挂板上。
进一步地,所述挂板上开设有多个通孔,所述挂钩的顶端能够固定在相应的通孔中。
进一步地,所述挂板上设置有凹槽或悬杆,所述挂钩的顶端能够位置可调地固定在凹槽中或悬杆上。
进一步地,在每个活动框的底部增设一根固定杆,固定杆的两端分别固定在所述活动框的两侧边上,所述固定杆平行于同侧的调节杆。
更进一步地,所述固定杆的中部增设一根定位杆,在同侧的调节杆上增设两块定位块,所述定位杆被所述调节杆支撑且位于两块定位块之间。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种汽车玻璃热弯成型模具,能够无需增设抗重机构就可以实现汽车玻璃的热弯成型处理,其包括固定框1和两个活动框2,两个活动框2分别与固定框1的左、右两端铰链连接,两个活动框2能够绕各自的铰链连接点转动从而与固定框1一起构成热弯成型型面,所述热弯成型型面的曲率等于汽车玻璃最终热弯成型形状的曲率;由于待热弯成型的汽车玻璃呈平板状,在将待热弯成型的汽车玻璃放置到所述热弯成型模具上时,固定框1和两个活动框2的局部对该待热弯成型的汽车玻璃进行支撑,此时汽车玻璃未与所述热弯成型模具完全吻合;在汽车玻璃逐渐被热弯成型软化的过程中,两个活动框2也绕着各自的铰链连接点逐渐转动,汽车玻璃逐渐与所述热弯成型模具吻合,最终两个活动框2与固定框1一起构成热弯成型型面,热弯成型软化的汽车玻璃与所述热弯成型型面完全吻合,从而完成汽车玻璃的最终热弯成型。
为了节省模具设计材料和简化结构以省去复杂的抗重结构,本发明在每个活动框2的底部对应增设一个曲率调节装置3,如图1、图2和图3所示,每个曲率调节装置3包括两块挂板31、两根挂钩32和一根调节杆33,所述调节杆33铰链连接在同侧活动框2的底面,所述调节杆33与同侧的活动框2和固定框1的两个铰链连接点的连线相平行,两根挂钩32的底端分别铰链连接在所述调节杆33的两端,两根挂钩32的顶端分别位置可调地悬挂在对应的两块挂板31上;这样,待热弯成型的汽车玻璃和两个活动框2在热弯成型过程中通过所述曲率调节装置3逐渐弯曲和转动;具体地,当待热弯成型的汽车玻璃放置到所述热弯成型模具上时,由于待热弯成型的汽车玻璃呈平板状,固定框1和两个活动框2的局部先与待热弯成型的汽车玻璃接触并对其进行支撑,随着汽车玻璃逐渐被热弯成型软化,在重力与杠杆原理的作用下,两个活动框2被抬起并 绕着各自的铰链连接点逐渐转动,汽车玻璃的下表面逐渐与固定框1和两个活动框2贴合,直至两个活动框2与固定框1形成最终的热弯成型型面,最终热弯成型软化的汽车玻璃与所述热弯成型型面完全吻合,从而完成汽车玻璃的热弯成型。
如图4所示,所述挂板31上开设有多个通孔311,所述挂钩32的顶端能够固定在相应的通孔311中,这样可以根据不同的需要将所述挂钩32的顶端调整固定到不同的通孔311中,进而调整两个活动框2与固定框1一起构成的热弯成型型面的曲率,逐级调整以满足不同的汽车玻璃的需求;当然也可以通过无级调整来满足不同的汽车玻璃的需求,如图5所示,所述挂板31上设置有凹槽(未示出)或悬杆312,所述挂钩32的顶端能够位置可调地固定在凹槽(未示出)中或悬杆312上。
进一步地,为了加固活动框2以使其不易变形,在每个活动框2的底部增设一根固定杆21,固定杆21的两端分别固定在所述活动框2的两侧边上,所述固定杆21平行于同侧的调节杆33,这样可以不影响汽车玻璃的热弯成型曲率。更进一步地,为了保证活动框2与调节杆33之间不发生相互滑动,如图6所示,在所述固定杆21的中部增设一根定位杆22,在同侧的调节杆33上增设两块定位块23,所述定位杆22被所述调节杆33支撑且位于两块定位块23之间,这样可以不影响汽车玻璃的热弯成型曲率。
如图2和图7所示,在活动框2和固定框1的每个铰链连接点下方增设一个铰链调节装置4,所述铰链调节装置4包括第一固定座41、第二固定座42、铰链连接板43和调节螺栓44,第一固定座41固定在活动框2的底面,第二固定座42固定在固定框1的底面,第一固定座41与第二固定座42相对设置,第二固定座42上开设有螺纹通孔,调节螺栓44穿过该螺纹通孔,铰链连接板43 的一端与第一固定座41铰链连接,铰链连接板43的另一端固定在调节螺栓44的末端;这样通过调节所述调节螺栓44,可以调整两个活动框2与固定框1一起构成的热弯成型型面的曲率以及对汽车玻璃与所述热弯成型模具的吻合度进行修正,从而控制汽车玻璃的最终成型幅度。

  1. 一种汽车玻璃热弯成型模具,包括固定框和两个活动框,两个活动框分别与固定框的左、右两端铰链连接,两个活动框能够绕各自的铰链连接点转动从而与固定框一起构成热弯成型型面,所述热弯成型型面的曲率等于汽车玻璃最终热弯成型形状的曲率;其特征在于:在每个活动框的底部对应增设一个曲率调节装置,每个曲率调节装置包括两块挂板、两根挂钩和一根调节杆,所述调节杆铰接固定在同侧活动框的底面,所述调节杆与同侧的活动框和固定框的两个铰链连接点的连线相平行,两根挂钩的底端分别固定在所述调节杆的两端,两根挂钩的顶端分别位置可调地悬挂在对应的两块挂板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃热弯成型模具,其特征在于:所述挂板上开设有多个通孔,所述挂钩的顶端能够固定在相应的通孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃热弯成型模具,其特征在于:所述挂板上设置有凹槽或悬杆,所述挂钩的顶端能够位置可调地固定在凹槽中或悬杆上。
