Abstract

본 발명은 기름에 튀기지 않은 즉석 복원 용기형 건조면의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 본 발명은 (a) 원료를 배합하고 반죽하여 면대를 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 면대를 제면하여 제조된 면선에 웨이브를 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 웨이브가 형성된 면선을 증숙하여 증자면을 제조하는 단계; (d) 상기 증자면을 절단하고 계량하여 건조용 틀에 투입하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 투입된 증자면을 상기 건조용 틀에서 140 내지 180℃의 고온에서 2 내지 5분 이하로 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 복원 용기형 건조면의 제조방법을 제공한다.
