Abstract
一种简易冰箱(100)及其制作方法,该简易冰箱(100)包括带有保温功能的箱体(1)、遮蔽在箱体(1)前的门体(2)以及制冷模块(3),箱体(1)及门体(2)均为切割而成的若干板材制作,若干板材通过螺钉配合形成箱体(1),位于箱体(1)一侧的板材上设有一内外贯穿的接入孔(151),制冷模块(3)通过接入孔(151)与箱体(1)内连通;该制作方法如下:提供硬质保温材料;将硬质保温材料制成预定尺寸的板式型材;按需求切割板式型材为若干板材;将若干板材用螺钉锚固,并在接缝处用密封胶密封以形成具有保温功能的箱体(1);冰箱箱体(1)的板材上预留接入孔(151);用螺钉将半导体制冷模块(3)安装至该板材,半导体制冷模块(3)通过接入孔(151)与箱体(1)内部连通;如此,方便用户自行DIY简易冰箱。
Description
本申请要求了申请日为2015年03月30日,申请号为201510145778.6,发明名称为“简易冰箱及其制作方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及冰箱制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种能够自行制作的简易冰箱及其制作方法。
目前家用冰箱的生产工艺比较复杂,无论高端大冰箱还是经济型小冰箱基本工艺都是相同的(包括内胆吸附成型、U壳/侧板成型、预装发泡、总装及门体成型等)涉及的设备多,模具多,制造成本高。
鉴于上述问题,有必要提供一种以解决上述问题的简易冰箱及其制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本极低、易运输安装简单的简易冰箱及其制作方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种简易冰箱制作方法,包括:S1.提供硬质保温材料;S2.将硬质保温材料制成预定尺寸的板式型材;S3.按需求切割板式型材为若干板材;S4.在所述若干板材中,将若干板材用螺钉锚固,并在接缝处用密封胶密封以形成至少一间具有保温功能的箱体;S6.所述冰箱箱体任意一壁的板材上预留半导体制冷模块接入孔;S5.用螺钉将所述半导体制冷模块安装至所述一壁,所述半导体制冷模块通过所述接入孔与所述箱体内部连通;S7.所述简易冰箱制作完成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述保温材料制成的所述板式型材具有与木板相似的强度和硬度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述保温材料的导热系数比环戊烷发泡材料的导热系数低。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述半导体制冷模块具有冷端及热端,所述冷端及热端都有独立风扇进行冷/热量的扩散。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述一个壁上的所述接入孔的尺寸与所述半导体制冷模块的冷端尺寸相互匹配,以将所述半导体制冷模块接入所述箱体内。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种简易冰箱,至少具有一带有保温功能的箱体、遮蔽在所述箱体前侧的门体以及安装在箱体上的制冷模块,所述箱体及门体均为切割而成的若干板材制作而成,所述若干板材通过螺钉配合形成所述箱体,位于所述箱体一侧的板材上设有一内外贯穿的接入孔,所述制冷模块通过所述接入孔与所述箱体内连通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述板材为硬质保温材料制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述保温材料为硬质聚氨酯发泡材料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述箱体四周接缝处用密封胶密封。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱内具有搁物架,所述搁物架与所述箱体之间通过螺
钉固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:本发明通过采用新型的硬质保温材料制作的板式型材直接按照预定尺寸切割板材,通过螺钉锚固若干板材成为冰箱的箱体及门体,从而使得冰箱制作完成。这种生产工艺对大型生产设备需求少,只需要板材切割设备,模具少生产成本极低,冰箱尺寸可根据用户想要的尺寸随意调整,可将零部件打包运输在用户家中直接安装或者直接由用户自己DIY组装,组装非常方便。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明揭示一种新型的简易冰箱100,所述冰箱100能够被消费者自行制作而成,并且简易冰箱100的尺寸、大小可任意设定。
请参阅图1至图4所示,所述简易冰箱100设有箱体1、与所述箱体1通过铰链4连接的门体2以及安装在箱体上的半导体制冷模块3。
请参图3及图5所示,所述铰链4设有固定板41及自固定板41一端向上突伸的旋转轴42。所述固定板41未设置旋转轴42的一端固定在箱体1上,带有旋转轴42的固定板41的一端向上托起所述门体2的底部,同时所述旋转轴42嵌入所述门体2内部以供所述门体2绕所述箱体1旋转。
所述箱体1包括后壁11、与后壁11分别上下连接的顶壁12、底壁13以及分别连接顶壁12与底壁13两侧的两侧壁14。所述箱体1内还设有将所述箱体1分隔为三个储物空间15的两层搁物架16。所述半导体制冷模块3被安装在最上方的第一储物空间15的后壁11上。所述后壁11设有前后贯穿第一储物空间15的接入孔151,所述半导
体制冷模块3设有尺寸与所述接入孔151尺寸相匹配的冷端31及与所述冷端31相对的热端32。所述冷端31及热端32都有独立风扇进行冷/热量的扩散。
本发明所提到的简易冰箱100的箱体1和门体2是一种新型的致密的保温材料,该保温材料是一种新型的硬质聚氨酯发泡材料,比目前冰箱普遍应用的环戊烷发泡具有更低的导热系数,并且成型后的板式型材与木板有相似的强度和硬度,可以打螺钉固定。
请参图3所示,所述箱体1和门体2是均由此种新型的硬质保温材料制成的板式型材制
成。首先,将这种新型的保温材料预制成定尺寸的板式型材;接着,根据消费者需要的冰箱箱体1和门体2的尺寸切割成板材;然后,在作为箱体1后壁11上设置一个前后贯穿的接入孔151;接着,用若干螺钉5固定连接所述板材并且在接缝处用密封胶密封以形成具有保温功能的箱体2;再接着,将半导体制冷模块3的冷端31接入所述接入孔151内以与箱体1内的储物空间15连通;最后通电运行就构成了一个简易的冰箱100。所述保温材料制成的所述板式型材具有与木板相似的强度和硬度,并且所述保温材料的导热系数比目前冰箱所使用的环戊烷发泡材料的导热系数低。
所述简易冰箱100的生产工艺对大型生产设备需求少,只需要板材切割设备,模具少生产成本极低,冰箱尺寸可根据用户想要的尺寸随意调整,只需更改板材切割尺寸即可,易运输安装简单,可将零部件打包运输在用户家中直接安装,也可以用户自己DIY组装。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种简易冰箱制作方法,包括:S1.提供硬质保温材料;S2.将硬质保温材料制成预定尺寸的板式型材;S3.按需求切割板式型材为若干板材;S4.在所述若干板材中,将若干板材用螺钉锚固,并在接缝处用密封胶密封以形成至少一间具有保温功能的箱体;S6.所述冰箱箱体任意一壁的板材上预留半导体制冷模块接入孔;S5.用螺钉将所述半导体制冷模块安装至所述一壁,所述半导体制冷模块通过所述接入孔与所述箱体内部连通;S7.所述简易冰箱制作完成。
- 如权利要求1所述的简易冰箱制作方法,其特征在于:所述保温材料制成的所述板式型材具有与木板相似的强度和硬度。
- 如权利要求1所述的简易冰箱制作方法,其特征在于:所述保温材料的导热系数比环戊烷发泡材料的导热系数低。
- 如权利要求1所述的简易冰箱制作方法,其特征在于:所述半导体制冷模块具有冷端及热端,所述冷端及热端都有独立风扇进行冷/热量的扩散。
- 如权利要求4所述的简易冰箱制作方法,其特征在于:所述一壁上的所述接入孔的尺寸与所述半导体制冷模块的冷端尺寸相互匹配,以将所述半导体制冷模块接入所述箱体内。
- 一种简易冰箱,至少具有一带有保温功能的箱体、遮蔽在所述箱体前侧的门体以及安装在箱体上的制冷模块,其特征在于:所述箱体及门体均为切割而成的若干板材制作而成,所述若干板材通过螺钉配合形成所述箱体,位于所述箱体一侧的板材上设有一内外贯穿的接入孔,所述制冷模块通过所述接入孔与所述箱体内连通。
- 如权利要求6所述的简易冰箱,其特征在于:所述板材为硬质保温材料制成。
- 如权利要求7所述的简易冰箱,其特征在于:所述保温材料为硬质聚氨酯发泡材料。
- 如权利要求6所述的简易冰箱,其特征在于:所述箱体四周接缝处用密封胶密封。
- 如权利要求6所述的简易冰箱,其特征在于:所述冰箱内具有搁物架,所述搁物架与所述箱体之间通过螺钉固定。
