Abstract

本发明是一种木质半导体冰箱箱体的制作方法，其特点是由箱口、内衬用密封胶或其它密封材料联接成一体并经发泡后构成发泡体内胆，然后将其装入用连接件连接成的箱体外壳内即构成冰箱箱体。本发明的方法克服已有技术整机发泡方式的缺点，在保证冰箱保温性能的同时，从根本上保证箱体的外观质量，而且降低了生产成本。

Description

一种木制半导体冰箱箱体的制作方法
本发明属于冰箱技术领域，更具体地说，是一种预先制成的发泡体内胆装入冰箱箱体外壳内的方法。
目前冰箱普遍采用整机发泡方式，而整体发泡存在较多的缺点，特别是木质冰箱由于采用整机发泡方式在发泡过程中安装和取出箱体时，发泡模具易对箱表面造成损伤，致使产品废品率高，产品成本提高，而且整体发泡对内衬和外形均需制作模具，而产品又需求多样，势必需要提供形状多样的模具，因而使生产成本提高，经济效益差。
本发明的目的是克服已有技术的缺点，提出一种操作简单、产品合格率高的木质半导体冰箱箱体的制作方法。
本发明的主要技术方案：将预先制备好的发泡体内胆，从冰箱的一侧装入箱体外壳内，构成木质冰箱箱体。
本发明的具体制作方法，包括以下步骤：
1.制备箱体外壳：将木质的顶板、底板，左侧板、右侧板用连接件联接成整体；
2.制备发泡体内胆：将箱口、内衬用密封胶或其它密封材料连接成一体，再装入模具后发泡，发泡后发泡料同时连结箱口和内衬。
3.组装：将制备的发泡体内胆由箱体外壳的一侧装入箱体外壳内，即构成冰箱箱体。
本发明的发泡体内胆所述的箱口为金属制成，其用途是冰箱门安装有磁封时，利用磁力使箱体和门密封严实；当冰箱门有插入锁或其它密封联接方式时，可不设箱口。
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的特点：
图1为发泡体内胆示意图；

图3为箱体外壳剖视图示意图；
图4为组装后的箱体示意图。
由图1和图2所示，发泡体内胆由内衬1、发泡料2和箱口3所构成，4为致冷器接口，内衬1和接口4注塑成一体，其材料为ABS塑料。所述的由金属材料制成的箱口3和内衬1采用常用的密封胶或其它密封材料将它们连接，然后装入模具发泡，发泡后取出模具，发泡料同时联结箱口3和内衬1。
由图3所示，箱体外壳由木质的左侧板5、右侧板6以及顶板、底板(未划出)通过连接件联接成拆卸方便的箱体外壳，7为冰箱门。该箱体外壳已申请实用新型专利(申请号为00243765.1)。
由图4所示，将图1发泡体内胆，由图3箱体外壳的一侧装入，即构成本发明的冰箱箱体。
本发明的优点：
本发明由于发泡体内胆与箱体外壳是分开安装，然后将其装配在一起，这样就克服整机发泡方式存在的缺点，在保证冰箱保温性能的同时，从根本上保证箱体的外观质量；另外，本发明的方法发泡体内胆部件只需简单的外形，而箱体外型可以是任意形状，这样就可以减少已有技术中所需的大量的模具，从而使生产工艺简单，降低生产成本。

Claims (2)

1.一种木制半导体冰箱箱体的制作方法，其特征在于制备过程包括以下步骤：
(1)制备箱体外壳：将木质的顶板、底板、左侧板和右侧板用连接件连接成箱体外壳；
(2)制备发泡体内胆：将箱口、内衬用密封胶或其它密封材料连接成一体，再装入模具发泡，发泡后的发泡料同时连接箱口和内衬形成内胆；
(3)组装：将发泡体内胆由箱体外壳的一侧装入外壳内即构成冰箱箱体。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于发泡体内胆中的箱口由金属制成，当冰箱有插入锁或其它密封联接方式时也可不设箱口。
