Claims (20)
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:门体;箱体,所述箱体的一侧敞开,所述箱体包括多个相互独立的保温板且多个所述保温板至少为第一保温板至第三保温板,其中,所述第一保温板竖直设置且所述第一保温板的横截面形成为U形形状,所述第二保温板水平设置在所述第一保温板的顶部且与所述第一保温板拼接连接,所述第三保温板水平设置在所述第一保温板的底部且与所述第一保温板拼接连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述保温板之间卡接连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在相邻的两个所述保温板中,其中一个所述保温板上设有凸起部,另一个所述保温板上设有与所述凸起部配合的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,每个所述保温板包括:内壳;外壳,所述外壳和所述内壳间隔开设置以限定出容纳腔;保温层,所述保温层设在所述容纳腔内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在相邻的两个所述保温板中,其中一个所述保温板的所述保温层上设有凸起部,另一个所述保温板的所述保温层上设有与所述凸起部配合的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在与设有所述凸起部的所述保温层配合的所述内壳和所述外壳上分别设有第一翻边,所述第一翻边沿着朝向所述凸起部的方向延伸,在与设有所述凹槽的所述保温层配合的所述内壳和所述外壳上设有第二翻边,所述第二翻边沿着朝向所述凹槽的方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述保温层为聚氨酯层。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述内壳和所述外壳为金属件或塑料件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,相邻的两个保温板之间通过紧固件固定连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述紧固件为螺钉。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括箱体以及铰接于所述箱体上的门体,所述箱体包括多块相互拼接的保温板;相邻两块所述保温板中的其中一块上设有第一连接件,且另一块上设有第二连接件;所述第一连接件上设有安装柱,所述第二连接件上设有与所述安装柱适配的凹槽,相邻两块所述保温板通过安装于所述安装柱与所述凹槽上的固定件 固定。
- 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括第一连接板、设于第一连接板的侧边上的安装板、以及设于所述第一连接板上的第一定位凸台,所述安装柱设于所述安装板上;所述第二连接件包括第二连接板、设于所述第二连接板的侧边上的安装部以及设于所述第二连接板上的第二定位凸台,所述凹槽设于所述安装部内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一连接板上设有多根第一凸条,多根所述第一凸条呈网格状分布;所述第二连接板上设有多根第二凸条,多根所述第二凸条均连接所述第二连接板与所述安装部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述凹槽内设有与所述安装柱相匹配的通孔,所述固定件穿过所述通孔固定安装于所述安装柱与所述凹槽上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述安装柱为螺钉柱,所述固定件为螺钉。
- 根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一连接件预埋于通过发泡成型的一所述保温板内,所述第二连接件预埋于通过发泡成型的另一所述保温板内。
- 根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一连接件与一所述保温板为一体式结构,所述第二连接件与另一所述保温板为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述保温板包括内壳、与所述内壳连接的外壳以及保温层,所述内壳与所述外壳之间形成有容纳腔,所述保温层置于所述容纳腔内。
- 根据权利要求18中所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述保温层为聚氨酯层或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层。
- 根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,两块相邻所述保温板彼此垂直。
