Description

全机械手智能折弯机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种全机械手智能折弯机,属于数控机床技术领域。
背景技术
折弯机用于铁、不锈钢、铜、铝等各类金属钣材的折弯成形,以及用作为压力机来完成易模成形及压铆、校平、断差成形等.工件在LASER、NCT上切割下料,并在钳加工制作出其它非折弯成形图元,然后在折弯机上利用折弯机刀模或折弯机易模来折弯成形,除此之外,抽凸包﹑压垫角及压线等图元加工通常也在折弯机上进行。利用折弯机刀模和折弯机易模,折弯机可完成多类产品的折弯,但其加工速度比冲床慢,适用于样品制作时折弯成形及部分非折弯成形和量产制作时的某些折弯成形。折弯动作的控制都是需人工完成,占用人力资源,也容易出错。另外在折弯过程中不断启停,能耗大、效率低。针对这些情况,需要对折弯机进行自动化改造,提高工作效率和折弯精度。
机械手是在自动化生产过程中使用的一种具有抓取和移动工件功能的自动化装置,它是在机械化、自动化生产过程中发展起来的一种新型装置。近年来,随着电子技术特别是电子计算机的广泛应用,机器人的研制和生产已成为高技术领域内迅速发展起来的一门新兴技术,它更加促进了机械手的发展,使得机械手能更好地实现与机械化和自动化的有机结合。机械手越来越广泛的得到了应用,在机械行业中它可用于零部件组装,加工工件的搬运、装卸,特别是在自动化数控机床、组合机床上使用更普遍。
目前尚未出现全机械手智能折弯机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种全机械手智能折弯机。
本发明的全机械手智能折弯机,包括机架部分、行程调节机构、滑块机构、同步机构、后挡料机构、上下模对中装置、液压系统和电气系统,所述的折弯机上还连有上下料机械手,所述的折弯机上还连有上下料机械手,所述的上下料机械手包括立柱、横梁(X轴)、竖梁(Z轴)、控制系统、上下料仓系统和爪手系统。
所述的折弯机上还连有搬运机械手。
