作为传统卷烟的拓展和补充,新型烟草制品的发展存在必然性,电加热型卷烟和电子烟等相关的研究工作也随之拉开序幕。电加热型卷烟通过加热但不燃烧的形式使烟草制品发烟,与传统卷烟相比,该技术一方面可有效减少烟草在高温环境下裂解出的有害成分,另一方面可以减少甚至消除烟草制品在使用过程中的侧流烟气。电子烟以加热液体烟油的形式产生烟雾,具有环保和无二手烟危害的优点。
卷烟感官的舒适度与烟气水分有较大关系,研究发现烟气水分适宜则烟气柔和细腻,刺激性小,感官舒适性较好;烟气水分含量低时,会导致烟气干燥,刺激性变大,感官舒适性降低。卷烟烟气中烟碱包括结合态烟碱和游离烟碱两种形态,烟气的刺激性主要由其中的游离烟碱含量决定。两种形态烟碱相对含量的多少与烟气所处的环境(如湿度、pH)有关。游离烟碱能与烟气中的氢离子结合成盐(结合态烟碱),当烟气含水率(湿度)低时,氢离子浓度降低,将抑制结合态烟碱的形成,同时也降低了结合态烟碱的水溶性,使之更容易分解产生游离烟碱,使得游离烟碱相对含量增加、游离烟碱/总烟碱也相应增加,导致刺激性和干燥感增加。但烟气湿度过大,则游离烟碱含量过低,又达不到抽吸者所需生理强度。因此,烟气含水率(湿度)的变化将显著影响烟碱的形态分布,使游离烟碱及游离烟碱/烟碱比显著变化。在低湿度条件下,游离烟碱的含量、游离烟碱相对于烟碱之比均增大,从而导致卷烟产品在干燥环境抽吸时比在潮湿环境中更容易产生刺激性。为使产品具有较高的游离烟碱相对于烟碱之比,并保证其在不同湿度环境中的稳定性,以此改善产品在干燥环境中刺激性增大的问题,可在烟丝中加入甘油来提高卷烟烟气水分,改善卷烟的感官舒适度。但研究表明,烟丝中的甘油等保润剂在卷烟燃烧温度(900℃)下会发生热裂解,生成有害的醛类物质(特别是丙烯醛)。
在抽吸电加热型卷烟时,尽管相对于传统卷烟烟雾中消除了高温环境下裂解出的有害成分,具有一定烟草特征香味,但同时也带来生理满足感降低、烟雾量减少、舒适度较差等问题。目前主要是采用加香加料来弥补因降低电加热型卷烟焦油量而使烟气稀释、变淡的问题,改善电加热型卷烟的吸味,丰富香气量,保持良好的感官品质。传统的加香加料弥补方法包括在滤嘴醋纤成型过 程中加入浸有液体香精的棉线或将微胶囊香料加入到滤嘴中,使抽吸时香料得到释放,以改善电加热型卷烟的吸味。抽吸过程中,随着香精香料因不断释放而减少,每口烟气与香气成分的混合具有不一致性,使得每口电加热型卷烟的吸味有较大差异。另外,含有香料的微胶囊需要挤破后才能释放出香气成分,给抽吸带来不便。
电子烟的发烟原理:烟油在雾化系统的电加热元件上受热气化成高温蒸汽并向开口端喷出,喷出后的蒸汽在大气中膨胀冷凝成烟状的微小液滴,从而形成类似传统卷烟的烟雾。与传统卷烟的烟雾不同,电子烟烟雾的气溶胶颗粒为微小液滴,且颗粒直径比传统卷烟烟雾中气溶胶颗粒的颗粒直径小。
在感官质量方面,与传统卷烟相比,电子烟普遍存在烟雾在口腔中的饱满度不够的缺点,所谓饱满度是指抽吸过程中吸烟者感受到的烟雾对口腔的冲击感或存在感。饱满度好则意味着抽吸过程中感受到烟雾的明显存在,没有空的感受。此外,据电子烟抽吸者反映,现有的烟油中含烟碱的电子烟对抽吸者喉部和鼻腔的刺激性偏大,电子烟烟油尽管可以添加烟草风味香料或者烟草提取液,但其烟草特征香味仍然不够明显。
以上原因导致消费者对电加热型卷烟或电子烟的抽吸感官体验不够理想,电加热型卷烟或电子烟的市场接受度不高。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种带有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,能充分结合电加热型卷烟和电子烟的优点,提供较佳的卷烟抽吸感官体验。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,本发明的目的旨在通过电加热型卷烟主流烟气与电子烟雾化蒸汽的混合来增加电加热型卷烟的烟雾量,改善抽吸感官品质,降低吸烟对人体和周围环境的危害,改变传统的香精香料补偿技术以提高每口电加热型卷烟吸味的一致性、拓展电加热型卷烟的使用功能。本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明涉及一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其包括彼此配合组装的具有电加热器的电加热型卷烟夹持器1、电子雾化组件和吸嘴段15;其中,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1包括电加热型卷烟夹持腔和任选的端盖;所述电子雾化组件包括壳体7以及位于壳体7内的以下组件:电源5、气流感应开关3和具有中心气流通道的电子烟雾化器8;所述吸嘴段15中具有气流通道16;其中所述任选的端盖当存在时用于封闭住所述壳体7的一个敞开端;在该电加热型卷烟抽吸装置中,还包括气流感应开关进气孔2,该气流感应开关进气孔2贯穿所述壳体7和/或所述电加热型卷烟夹持器的任选的端盖,所述气流感应开关进气孔2经由所述气流感应开关3与所述吸嘴段15中的气 流通道16气流连通;其中所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1串联布置或并联布置;
当所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1串联布置时,所述电子烟雾化器8的中心气流通道上游与所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔1气流连通,下游与所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16气流连通;
当所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1并联布置时,所述电子烟雾化器8的中心气流通道和所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔1分别与所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16气流连通。
其中,贯穿所述壳体7或所述电加热型卷烟夹持器端盖的气流感应开关进气孔2均需确保进气流能快速触发气流感应开关3。在使用时,将电加热型卷烟插入电加热型卷烟夹持器中的电加热型卷烟夹持腔中;抽吸过程中电子烟雾化器由于吸烟者抽吸动作会在电子雾化组件内部形成负压,从而使环境空气从气流感应开关进气孔2进入电子雾化组件内部并触发所述气流感应开关3。与此同时,由于气流感应开关3触发使电源5与电子烟雾化器8、电源5与电加热器分别通过接线端子导通,电子烟雾化器内物质受热产生雾化蒸汽,形成的雾化蒸汽进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道内;电加热器开始加热,电加热型卷烟受热产生主流烟气。当所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1串联布置时,进入电子雾化组件内部的环境空气进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道;与此同时,电加热型卷烟受热产生的主流烟气被抽吸也进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道,在电子烟雾化器内与环境空气混合,或者在进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道之前与环境空气混合,随后气流进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中,供吸烟者抽吸。当所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1并联布置时,电加热型卷烟受热产生的主流烟气、电子烟雾化器8产生的雾化蒸汽分别被抽吸进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中或在进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16之前先混合再进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中;此时环境空气可以通过与主流烟气混合或者与所述电子烟雾化器8产生的雾化蒸汽混合,或者与两者均混合后进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中,供吸烟者抽吸。其中所述主流烟气指的是抽吸时从烟支吸端吸出的烟气,即产生的烟气中可被抽吸的那一部分。其中所述环境空气的作用是作为稀释空气来稀释主流烟气并对主流烟气进行降温。
其中所述接线端子将所述电源5与所述电子烟雾化器8和所述电加热器,或连接所述电源5和外接的充电装置。所述电源5为一次性电池或可充电电池。优选地,所述可充电电池为聚合物锂电池。其中,所述电子烟雾化器可以是任意现有技术中已有的电子烟雾化器,电子烟雾化器的工作温度为150℃-350℃。
在优选的实施方案中,当所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1串联布置时,所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔1的位置关系 为:当所述电子烟雾化器8位于近嘴端时,所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔1用于容纳不带滤嘴的电加热型卷烟烟支;当所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔1位于近嘴端时,所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔1用于容纳带滤嘴的电加热型卷烟烟支。
在优选的实施方案中,所述电加热器呈周向加热、中心加热、底部加热中的一种或多种组合方式来布置,所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔用于夹持圆周为24-26mm,长度为35-75mm的电加热型卷烟专用烟支,能在20s内将烟支加热至220-350℃。
在优选的实施方案中,位于所述吸嘴段10内的所述气流通道16部分为或全部为螺旋式气流通道17且所述螺旋式气流通道17包括下游的连接端18和上游的抽吸端19。
在优选的实施方案中,所述螺旋式气流通道17为等直径螺旋式气流通道或不等直径螺旋式气流通道。
在优选的实施方案中,所述螺旋式气流通道17的气流通道直径为自所述连接端18到所述抽吸端19气流通道直径始终相等、由大变小且为连续梯度渐变或由小变大且为连续梯度渐变。
在优选的实施方案中,所述壳体7内分为两个空腔,第一空腔容纳电子烟雾化器8,第二空腔容纳电源5和气流感应开关3。这两个空腔可以是自身相对密闭的,但可以有必要的进气孔。或者,这两个空腔都可以具有敞开端,靠与电加热型卷烟夹持器的电加热型卷烟夹持腔和端盖之间的配合来实现相对密闭。
在优选的实施方案中,所述电子烟雾化器8包括电发热丝、储有雾化液的储液腔和将所述雾化液导向所述电发热丝的导液装置。
在优选的实施方案中,所述电发热丝位于所述中心气流通道内;独立地,所述导液装置为导液绳或导液管。
优选地,所述雾化液中含有香味物质、药物提取物或甘油中的一种或多种。其中,所述雾化液为含有挥发性物质,在受热时可以雾化的液体。所述雾化液蒸发雾化形成气溶胶,与电加热型卷烟的主流烟气和稀释空气混合后被抽吸者吸入。当电加热型卷烟主流烟气经过含有所述挥发性物质的潮湿环境时,挥发性物质有利于烟碱向烟气的迁移,释放出由烟气颗粒蒸发产生的游离态(非质子化)烟碱,并使游离态烟碱以蒸汽形式迁移,有利于增加烟气中游离烟碱的含量,从而提高吸烟者的生理感受强度。所述雾化液的成分不同还可以对电加热型卷烟主流烟气起到不同的作用,包括降低电加热型卷烟主流烟气危害、改善电加热型卷烟抽吸感官品质、对电加热型卷烟主流烟气进行香气成分弥补或辅助药理的作用。优选地,所述雾化液为具有吸湿性的甘油或以甘油为主体的含有挥发性物质的混合液。甘油因具有吸湿性可以增加了主流烟气的水分含量,从而降低主流烟气的刺激性,提高烟气的细腻柔和程度,明显改善电 加热型卷烟的感官舒适程度。
优选地,所述挥发性物质可以是香味物质或其他功能性成分,其中,所述香味物质可以是香精香料,其在蒸发后与电加热型卷烟主流烟气混合,在起到香气补偿作用的同时又保证每口吸味的一致性;所述其他功能性成分包括一些具有药理作用的药物提取物,其在蒸发后与电加热型卷烟主流烟气混合,在满足吸烟生理感受的同时起到一定的治疗作用。
在优选的实施方案中,所述具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置还包括位于所述壳体7上的状态指示灯透光孔6和位于所述壳体7内的状态指示灯(未示出)。优选地,所述电加热型卷烟抽吸装置还包括位于所述状态指示灯透光孔6上的导光座9,所述导光座9实为指示灯透光孔6的一个封盖,状态指示灯的光通过状态指示灯透光孔6和导光座9射出。导光座9可以防止灰尘从状态指示灯透光孔6落入壳体7内部。当电源工作时,与电源5连接的状态指示灯的光线可以从导光座9和状态指示灯透光孔6透出,指示该电加热型卷烟抽吸装置的工作状态。
其中,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1可以是任意能与本发明的电子雾化组件相连接且能够夹持传统电加热型卷烟的夹持器。所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1和电子雾化组件为固定连接或可拆卸连接。所述电加热型卷烟夹持器可任选地具有端盖,其可以用于封闭住电子雾化组件的壳体7的某一敞开端。此时,相当于端盖和壳体7共同围成一个相对密闭的空间。电加热型卷烟夹持器也可以没有端盖,此情况下要求壳体7自身是相对密闭的,没有敞开端,但要在端面或侧面上留有必要的进气孔。优选地,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1中的电加热型卷烟夹持腔可以通过在其内部设置不同的烟支夹持装置来满足与不同圆周的电加热型卷烟或电加热型卷烟滤嘴气密结合的需要。在优选的实施方案中,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1的电加热型卷烟夹持腔内具有变径夹持装置,以能夹持不同直径的电加热型卷烟,其中所述变径夹持装置选自从电加热型卷烟夹持腔开口开始直径依次变小的多个叠置的垫圈,或弹簧夹头,或多爪卡盘夹持器。一种传统的调节电加热型卷烟夹持器的夹持直径的方式是在夹持器内设置各种不同内径的垫圈,各个垫圈从大到小依次重叠设置,以便能夹持不同直径的电加热型卷烟烟支,如图5所示。另一种传统的调节夹持器的夹持直径的方式是使用弹簧夹头,如图6所示,其为设置在具有螺纹接头的套筒201内的多个成锥形设置且共端的弹性夹片202,其中被夹持物203插入后,挤压弹性夹片发生形变,并靠弹性夹片本身的弹性作用,来调节夹持直径的大小。另一种工业上常见的可调节夹持直径的夹持器是多爪卡盘式夹持器,其中最常见的是三爪卡盘式夹持器,如图7所示,其为已知技术,具体结构和操作原理可简述如下:其具有一夹持器安装螺杆102,其上具有螺纹,用于安装在其他设备上。安装螺杆102上具有与其同轴设置的呈凸缘结构的夹持块支座103和夹持块调节盘104,夹持块调节盘104一侧具有锥齿轮,另一侧具有沿轴心成平面螺纹(涡状线)形状(例如盘绕式蚊香形状)的齿,三个活动夹持块105通过其自 身上的齿槽与所述齿相啮合,该三个活动夹持块105用于夹持被夹物体107。一个调节齿轮101位于所述夹持块调节盘的盘缘处并通过其自身的锥齿轮与所述夹持块调节盘104上的锥齿轮相啮合。所述三个活动夹持块105各自被两个固定在所述夹持块支座103上的活动块限位体106所限位,使其只能径向运动而不能旋转,其中图7中为了简化图面,仅示出了两组活动块限位体。当使用者手动旋转调节齿轮101时,其通过锥齿轮啮合作用带动所述夹持块调节盘104旋转,进而带动其上的平面螺纹(涡状线)型的齿旋转,通过这些齿与活动夹持块105之间的齿槽之间的啮合关系,将齿的沿轴心的旋转运动转化为活动夹持块靠近轴心或远离轴心的径向运动,从而实现夹持直径的连续调节。更多关于该多爪卡盘式夹持器的细节,可参见相关现有技术资料,本文不再赘述。另外,本发明人还发明了另一种独创性的拉杆电加热型卷烟夹持器,也能连续调节夹持直径,与拉杆夹持器相关内容将另案申请。
在优选的实施方案中,所述气流感应开关进气孔2位于围成第二空腔的那部分壳体的侧面或端面上。
在优选的实施方案中,所述气流感应开关3、所述电子烟雾化器8和所述电加热器均与所述电源5电连接,它们之间的电连接方式使得所述气流感应开关3能够控制所述电子烟雾化器8和所述电加热器的通电与否。优选地,所述气流感应开关3外围设有硅胶套4。所述硅胶套4用于气密固定气流感应开关3,使从气流感应开关进气孔2进入的气流完全经过气流感应开关3,使其有效触发。所述气流感应开关3和所述硅胶套4共同构成气流传感器。
优选地,所述壳体7内部还包括接线端子,所述接线端子包括正电极12和负极接线座10;其中所述正电极12与电源5连接;所述负极接线座10与电子烟雾化器8连接或与外接的充电装置连接。在抽吸电加热型卷烟时,所述接线端子起到连通电子烟雾化器和电源的作用,将所述接线端子的正电极12与电源5连接、所述负极接线座10与电子烟雾化器8连接;当所述电源5为能充电的电源且需要充电时,所述接线端子起到连通外接的充电装置和电源的作用,将所述接线端子的正电极12与电源5连接、所述负极接线座10与外接的充电装置连接,给电源5进行充电。
在优选的实施方案中,所述接线端子还包括位于所述正电极12和所述负极接线座10之间的绝缘套11。所述绝缘套11用于阻隔负极接线座10和正电极12。
本发明第二方面涉及件本发明第一方面所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置用于增加烟雾饱满度和/或减少烟雾中的烟碱对抽吸者喉部或鼻腔刺激的用途。
本发明的取得的有益效果:
1、本发明中的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,实际上为 一种电加热型卷烟和电子烟组合抽吸装置,其中电加热型卷烟和雾化器可以同时使用或选择其一使用,一种装置就可以提供电加热型卷烟、电子烟或两者组合的抽吸三种方式。
2、在本发明中的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置中采用螺旋式的气流通道设计,解决了烟雾饱满度差的问题,还大大减小了烟油中的烟碱对抽吸者喉部和鼻腔的刺激。
相较常规的电加热型卷烟抽吸方式,本发明的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置具有以下优点:
1、相较常规的电加热型卷烟抽吸方式,通过本发明的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置抽吸电加热型卷烟,在稀释电加热型卷烟主流烟气、降低主要有害成分的同时还进一步降低了抽吸刺激感和辛辣感,改善了抽吸感官品质,这是因为电子烟雾化器中的甘油等物质因具有吸湿性可以增加了主流烟气的水分含量,从而降低主流烟气的刺激性,提高烟气的细腻柔和程度,明显改善电加热型卷烟的感官舒适程度。
2、当电加热型卷烟主流烟气经过电子烟雾化器中含有雾化蒸汽的气流通道时,雾化蒸汽以及湿润的环境有利于烟碱向烟气的迁移,释放出由烟气颗粒蒸发产生的游离态(非质子化)烟碱并使其以蒸汽形式迁移,有利于增加烟气中游离烟碱的含量,从而满足吸烟者的生理强度。
3、在本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置中,甘油发生的是低温雾化,降低了甘油因高温裂解产生的醛类(特别是丙烯醛)含量;含甘油的烟气颗粒因更容易吸收水蒸汽而增大了颗粒粒径,使烟气粒相物的保留增加,使得烟气颗粒更多地保留在口腔中,减少了保留在肺部的主流烟气粒相物,降低了吸烟对肺部的伤害。
4、通过雾化不同功能的雾化液,可为电加热型卷烟带来不同的抽吸感受,相较已有的在滤嘴中添加功能性成分的方式,该抽吸装置使用更加方便;并且,通过在雾化液中加入药物提取物等方式,还可以起到治疗目的,不仅降低吸烟危害,还可以起到治疗的目的。
5、由于烟支滤嘴气密插入到所述的电加热型卷烟夹持器中,吸入的气流主要来自从电子雾化组件壳体或电加热型卷烟夹持器端盖进入的稀释空气,相应减少了从电加热型卷烟烟支端进入烟支的空气量,减慢电加热型卷烟燃烧速度,减少每口烟气有害物质的吸入量,增加了抽吸口数。
6、相较常规的电加热型卷烟抽吸方式,通过本发明的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置抽吸卷烟时,能充分利用电子烟雾化后烟雾量大的优点,弥补电加热型卷烟烟雾量不足的问题。
相较传统烟油中含烟碱的电子烟,本发明的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置具有以下优点:
1、传统的烟油中具有烟草口味的电子烟是在以甘油为主体成分的烟油中含有一定浓度的烟草提取液,随雾化烟油一起递送,而本发明的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置是电加热型卷烟首先燃烧释放烟草特征香味,烟草特征香味再与电子烟雾化器中雾化液蒸汽混合后一起递送。两者相比,本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置递送的烟草特征香味存在于烟叶本身,属内源性,是通过电加热型卷烟燃烧释放;而传统具有烟草口味的电子烟中烟草提取液需人为加入烟油中,属外源性,是通过烟油蒸发释放。后者所用烟草提取液主要来自烟叶提取物,提取工艺复杂、成本较高且传统电子烟加热温度低于电加热型卷烟燃烧的温度,烟草特征香味释放量不够,而通过本发明的装置,可以在保证烟草特征香味释放的同时减少其他有害物质对健康的危害。
2、抽吸传统电子烟时,烟碱的递送效率要比抽吸传统电加热型卷烟的递送效率低。本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置递送的烟碱实际来自传统电加热型卷烟,因此,烟碱递送效率比传统电子烟的高。
3、传统含烟碱电子烟的烟油中常添加香味物质,如薄荷、香草和水果香味物质。当烟碱溶解在含有这些香味物质的烟油中时,烟碱容易被这些香味物质氧化,影响产品稳定性。而本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,烟碱和雾化液中的香味物质只有在抽吸时才会以气溶胶的形式混合,由于每口抽吸时,它们的混合时间短加之含量较低,因此,不会存在传统含烟碱电子烟中的烟碱变质问题。
4、本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置比传统含烟碱电子烟显著提高了相同体积吸入烟气中的烟碱含量,烟碱的生理满足感更佳而且显著降低了传统电子烟(甘油、丙二醇为烟油溶剂主要成分)的抽吸甜腻感。

图4为本发明实施例1中所使用的电子烟雾化器8的结构示意图。其中箭 头方向表示雾化液及雾化液蒸汽的输送方向。雾化液从储油棉406通过玻纤导油绳404导向发热丝405,在发热丝上受热雾化后,在气流通道中形成蒸汽,再与从底部进入的电加热型卷烟主流烟气和气流感应开关触发后吸入的稀释空气气流混合。

如图2所示的一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其包括相连接的电加热型卷烟夹持器1、电子雾化组件和吸嘴段15;其中,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1包括平行设置的电加热型卷烟夹持腔和端盖;所述电子雾化组件包括壳体7以及位于壳体7内的以下组件:电源5(可充电聚合物锂电池)、气流感应开关3、接线端子和具有中心气流通道的电子烟雾化器8;所述吸嘴段15中具有气流通道16;在该电加热型卷烟抽吸装置中,还包括气流感应开关进气孔2,该气流感应开关进气孔2贯穿所述壳体7和/或所述电加热型卷烟夹持器的任选的端盖,所述气流感应开关进气孔2经由所述气流感应开关3与所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16气流连通;其中所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1串联布置。其中,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1和电子雾化组件为固定连接。

其中,气流感应开关进气孔2贯穿所述电加热型卷烟夹持器端盖,所述气流感应开关进气孔2的进气流方向与烟支插入方向平行。贯穿所述电加热型卷烟夹持器端盖的气流感应开关进气孔2能确保进气流能快速触发气流感应开关3。在使用时,将电加热型卷烟插入电加热型卷烟夹持器中的电加热型卷烟夹持腔中;抽吸过程中电子烟雾化器由于吸烟者抽吸动作会在电子雾化组件内部形成负压,从而使环境空气从气流感应开关进气孔2进入电子雾化组件内部并触发所述气流感应开关3。与此同时,由于气流感应开关3触发使电源5与电子烟雾化器8、电源5与电加热器分别通过接线端子导通,电子烟雾化器内物质受热产生雾化蒸汽,形成的雾化蒸汽进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道内;电加热器开始加热,电加热型卷烟受热产生主流烟气。因为所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1串联布置,进入电子雾化组件内部的环境空气进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道;与此同时,电加热型卷烟受热产生的主流烟气被抽吸也进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道,在电子烟雾化器内与环境空气混合,或者在进入电子烟雾化器的中心气流通道之前与环境空气混合,随后气流进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中,供吸烟者抽吸。其中所述主流烟气指的是抽吸时从烟支吸端吸出的烟气,即产生的烟气中可被抽吸的那一部分。其中所述环境空气的作用是作为稀释空气来稀释主流烟气并对主流烟气进行降温。
其中所述电子烟雾化器8的具体结构如图4所示,其为一次性电子烟雾化器,包括与所述接线端子相连的电发热丝、储有雾化液的储液腔和将所述雾化液导向所述电发热丝的导液装置。所述电子烟雾化器8的所述电发热丝位于所述中心气流通道内;所述导液装置为导液绳;所述电子烟雾化器8的中心气流通道下游与烟嘴连接。
本实施例的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置还包括位于所述 壳体7上的状态指示灯透光孔6和所述壳体7内的状态指示灯(未示出)。所述电加热型卷烟抽吸装置还包括位于所述状态指示灯透光孔6上的导光座9。当电源工作时,与电源5连接的状态指示灯的光线可以从导光座9透出,指示该电加热型卷烟抽吸装置的工作状态。
其中,所述气流感应开关3、所述电子烟雾化器8和所述电加热器均与所述电源5电连接,它们之间的电连接方式使得所述气流感应开关3能够控制所述电子烟雾化器8和所述电加热器的通电与否。所述气流感应开关3外围设有硅胶套4。所述硅胶套4用于气密固定气流感应开关3,使从气流感应开关进气孔2进入的气流完全经过气流感应开关3,使其有效触发。所述气流感应开关3和所述硅胶套4共同构成气流传感器。
其中,所述壳体7内部还包括接线端子,所述接线端子包括正电极12和负极接线座10;其中所述正电极12与电源5连接;所述负极接线座10与电子烟雾化器8连接。其中,所述接线端子还包括位于所述正电极12和所述负极接线座10之间的绝缘套11。所述绝缘套11用于阻隔负极接线座10和正电极12。在抽吸电加热型卷烟时,所述接线端子起到连通电子烟雾化器和电源的作用,将所述接线端子的正电极12与电源5连接、所述负极接线座10与电子烟雾化器8连接;当所述电源5需要充电时,所述接线端子起到连通外接的充电装置和电源的作用,将所述接线端子的正电极12与电源5连接、所述负极接线座10与外接的充电装置连接,给电源5进行充电。
实施例2
如图3所示的一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其与实施例1中的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置的区别在于:该电加热型卷烟抽吸装置中所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1和电子雾化组件为可拆卸连接;其中的气流感应开关进气孔2贯穿所述电子雾化组件的壳体7,所述气流感应开关进气孔2的进气流方向与烟支插入方向垂直;其中的电子烟雾化器8具有可加注雾化液的储液腔且包括与所述接线端子相连的电发热丝;其中的雾化液中含有甘油、香味物质和药物提取物。在本实施例的装置中还包括壳体侧盖14,其可以打开地以方便壳体内部组件的安装。
实施例3
本实施例涉及一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其与实施例1中的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置的区别在于:其中所述电子烟雾化器8与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器1并联布置。抽吸过程中,电加热型卷烟受热产生的主流烟气、电子烟雾化器8产生的雾化蒸汽分别被抽吸进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中或在进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16之前先混合再进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中;此时环境空气可以通过与主流烟气混合或者与所述电子烟雾化器8产生的雾化蒸汽混合,或者与两者均混合后进入所述吸嘴段15中的气流通道16中,供吸烟者抽吸。其中所述主流烟气指的是抽吸时 从烟支吸端吸出的烟气,即产生的烟气中可被抽吸的那一部分。其中所述环境空气的作用是作为稀释空气来稀释主流烟气并对主流烟气进行降温。
如表1-表4所示,对所述电加热型卷烟抽吸装置性能进行评价并以常规电加热型卷烟抽吸装置进行对照。

参照表1,相同电加热型卷烟在本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置上的烟雾量明显增加。
参照表2,相同电加热型卷烟在本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置上的感官品质(特别是舒适感)明显改善。
参照表3,相同电加热型卷烟在本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置上抽吸产生的焦油含量降低。
参照表4,相同电加热型卷烟在本发明的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置上抽吸产生的游离烟碱量、总烟碱量和游离烟碱/烟碱的比值均有一定程度的降低,同时,游离烟碱的下降幅度超过了总烟碱的下降幅度,对感官品质(特别是舒适感)的改善起到重要作用。
对比实验2
对比实施例1:一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其与实施例1中的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置的区别仅在于:本对比实施例中卷烟抽吸装置中不具有螺旋式气流通道,其气流通道均为直型。
分别使用如实施例1和对比实施例1中所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置抽吸相同的电加热型卷烟,并进行感官质量评价,感官质量评价结果见表6。
感官质量评价方法:
感官质量评价项目和标度设置:设置5个项目,分别为刺激性、饱满度、干燥感、吸阻、烟雾量;其中各项目的最大标度均为20,各项目均以1分为计分单元,对应于各评价项目的各标度值的意义见表5。

检验程序:向评吸专家提供待抽吸试样和检验表,要求评吸员按照表格要求对各项指标进行评吸。
结果统计:所有评吸员的评吸结果均有效,将各评吸员的单项评吸结果求算术平均值,结果保留至一位小数,并对各单项的算术平均值加和,得到总分,结果保留至一位小数,评价结果见表6。

由表6可以看出,实施例1相对于对比实施例1烟雾的刺激性、饱满度和干燥感改善明显,其次对干燥感也有所改善。本发明中的螺旋式气流通道的设计对香烟制品的总体感官质量也有重要影响。
本发明中的螺旋式气流通道使用过程中的效果图如图10所示,由于离心力的作用,烟雾中的气溶胶颗粒在螺旋式气流通道的气流通道外侧20富集,气流通道内侧21的气溶胶颗粒浓度明显低于气流通道外侧,意外地发现烟雾在经历这种局部富集效应后会变得饱满度提高。另一方面,螺旋式气流通道的设计使烟雾输送路程较传统的直型气流通道变长,从而可以使烟雾更好地混匀,减少烟雾的刺激性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,其包括彼此配合组装的具有电加热器的电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)、电子雾化组件和吸嘴段(15);其中,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)包括电加热型卷烟夹持腔和任选的端盖;所述电子雾化组件包括壳体(7)以及位于壳体(7)内的以下组件:电源(5)、气流感应开关(3)和具有中心气流通道的电子烟雾化器(8);所述吸嘴段(15)中具有气流通道(16);其中所述任选的端盖当存在时用于封闭住所述壳体(7)的一个敞开端;在该电加热型卷烟抽吸装置中,还包括气流感应开关进气孔(2),该气流感应开关进气孔(2)贯穿所述壳体(7)和/或所述电加热型卷烟夹持器的任选的端盖,所述气流感应开关进气孔(2)经由所述气流感应开关(3)与所述吸嘴段(15)中的气流通道(16)气流连通;其中所述电子烟雾化器(8)与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)串联布置或并联布置;
    当所述电子烟雾化器(8)与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)串联布置时,所述电子烟雾化器(8)的中心气流通道上游与所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔(1)气流连通,下游与所述吸嘴段(15)中的气流通道(16)气流连通;
    当所述电子烟雾化器(8)与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)并联布置时,所述电子烟雾化器(8)的中心气流通道和所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔(1)分别与所述吸嘴段(15)中的气流通道(16)气流连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,当所述电子烟雾化器(8)与所述电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)串联布置时,所述电子烟雾化器(8)与所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔(1)的位置关系为:当所述电子烟雾化器(8)位于近嘴端时,所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔(1)用于容纳不带滤嘴的电加热型卷烟烟支;当所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔(1)位于近嘴端时,所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔(1)用于容纳带滤嘴的电加热型卷烟烟支。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述电加热器呈周向加热、中心加热、底部加热中的一种或多种组合方式来布置,所述电加热型卷烟夹持腔用于夹持圆周为24-26mm,长度为35-75mm的电加热型卷烟 专用烟支,能在20s内将烟支加热至220-350℃。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,位于所述吸嘴段(10)内的所述气流通道(16)部分为或全部为螺旋式气流通道(17)且所述螺旋式气流通道(17)包括下游的连接端(18)和上游的抽吸端(19)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋式气流通道(17)为等直径螺旋式气流通道或不等直径螺旋式气流通道;独立地,所述螺旋式气流通道(17)的气流通道直径为自所述连接端(18)到所述抽吸端(19)气流通道直径始终相等、由大变小且为连续梯度渐变或由小变大且为连续梯度渐变。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器(8)包括电发热丝、储有雾化液的储液腔和将所述雾化液导向所述电发热丝的导液装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述电发热丝位于所述中心气流通道内;独立地,所述导液装置为导液绳或导液管。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述电加热型卷烟夹持器(1)的电加热型卷烟夹持腔内具有变径夹持装置,以能夹持不同直径的电加热型卷烟,其中所述变径夹持装置选自从电加热型卷烟夹持腔开口开始直径依次变小的多个叠置的垫圈,或弹簧夹头,或多爪卡盘夹持器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述气流感应开关(3)、所述电子烟雾化器(8)和所述电加热器均与所述电源(5)电连接,它们之间的电连接方式使得所述气流感应开关(3)能够控制所述电子烟雾化器(8)和所述电加热器的通电与否。
  10. 一种权利要求1-9中任一项所述的具有电子烟抽吸功能的电加热型卷烟抽吸装置用于增加烟雾饱满度和/或减少烟雾中的烟碱对抽吸者喉部或鼻腔刺激的用途。
