Abstract

本申请要求于 2013 年 11 月 28 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201310625207.3、发明名称为 "一种电子烟烟液溶剂及电子烟烟液"的中国 专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域, 尤其涉及一种电子烟液溶剂及电子烟 液。
背景技术
电子烟烟液,是从植物中提取的精华液加入了食用香料,有强抗氧化 性, 不含一氧化碳和焦油等有害物质。 电子烟烟液的成分主要是溶剂、 烟 用香精香料和烟草提取物。 传统烟草烟雾中含有一氧化碳、 一氧化二氮、 曱醛、 乙醇、 曱烷、 曱苯、 氢化氰、 铅、 铝、 锌、 镁等有毒物质和苯并芘、 氯乙烯、 亚硝胺、 多环芳烃、 亚硝基曱苯、 镉、 镍、 钋 210等致癌物质。 而电子烟烟液是通过电加热,使将含有香精的溶液雾化成雾状微粒,有烟 雾抽出, 感觉像抽烟一样, 不燃烧, 不会有新的有害物质产生, 因此电子 烟烟液比传统香烟更健康, 电子烟烟液替代香烟有减害作用,不产生二手 烟污染, 是烟草发展的一大进步。
电子烟烟液是电子烟烟弹使用的一种液体。 电子烟里面带有电池、雾 化器和烟弹,其工作原理是烟弹导液进去雾化器一一电池通电到雾化器一 一雾化器发热蒸发烟液成雾状微粒。 电子烟烟液对其组分有着严格的要 求: 溶剂要求是食品级或者医药级; 电子烟用香精要求是优质的。 目前电 子烟烟液的溶剂主要有丙二醇和丙三醇,此类电子烟烟液形成的烟雾较油 腻; 此外, 丙三醇具有吸收水分的特性, 容易致吸食者喉咙干燥, 吸食者 的体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子烟烟液溶剂及电子烟烟液,本发明提 供的电子烟烟液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟液形成的烟雾不油不腻,不干不 润。
本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液溶剂, 包括山梨醇。
优选的, 所述山梨醇的质量浓度为 60 wt%〜70 wt%。
优选的, 还包括丙二醇、 丙三醇和甘露醇中的一种或多种。
优选的, 所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括以下组分:
35 wt%〜63 wt%的山梨醇;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇;
15 wt%〜27 wt%的水。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液溶剂, 包括山梨醇。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂中包括山梨醇,减小了以所述电子烟烟 液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟液在吸食时的油腻感, 产生的烟雾不油不腻, 增加了品吸者的体验; 而且吸食口感厚实、 饱满、 口感润滑、 无杂味, 具 有较高的吸食舒适度。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂包括山梨醇,本发明对所述山梨醇的来 源没有特殊的限制,采用山梨醇的市售商品即可。本发明优选以质量浓度 为 60 wt%〜70 wt%的山梨醇液用作电子烟烟液的溶剂,本发明对所述山梨 醇液的来源没有特殊限制, 采用山梨醇液的市售商品即可。 在本发明中, 所述山梨醇液的质量浓度优选为 60 wt%〜70 wt%, 更优选为 62 wt%〜68 wt%; 在本发明的实施例中, 所述山梨醇的质量浓度可以具体为 60 wt%、 62 wt%、 63 wt%、 65 wt%、 66 wt%、 68 wt%或 70 wt%。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选还包括丙二醇、丙三醇和甘露醇中 的一种或多种。 当所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括山梨醇和丙二醇时,本发明提 供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括以下组分:
35 wt%〜63 wt%的山梨醇;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇;
15 wt%〜27 \¥1%的水。
当所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括山梨醇和丙二醇时,本发明提供的电子烟 烟液溶剂优选包括 35 wt%〜63 wt%的山梨醇, 更优选为 40 wt%〜60 wt%,
最优选为 45 wt%〜55 wt%; 在本发明的实施例中, 所述山梨醇在所述电子 烟烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 35 wt%、 40 wt%、 45 wt%、 50 wt%、 55 wt%、 60 wt%或 60 wt%。 本发明优选采用上述技术方案所述的山梨醇 液与丙二醇混合,得到电子烟烟液溶剂,对所述山梨醇液的质量浓度在此 不再赘述。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇,更 优选为 15 wt%〜45 wt%,最优选为 20 wt%〜40 wt%;在本发明的实施例中, 所述丙二醇在所述电子烟烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 10 wt%、 15 wt%、 20 wt%、 25 wt%、 30 wt%、 35 wt%、 40 wt%、 45 wt%或 50 wt%。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 15 wt%〜27 wt%的水,更优选 为 17 wt%〜26 wt%, 最优选为 19 wt%〜24 wt%。 在本发明中, 所述水优选 为上述技术方案所述的山梨醇液带来的, 无需格外添加。

本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液,包括香精香料和上述技术方案所述的 电子烟烟液溶剂。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液包括香精香料。本发明对所述香精香料的种 类和来源没有特殊的限制, 采用本领域技术人员熟知的烟用香精香料即
可。 在本发明中, 所述香精香料优选包括烟草提取液、 烟草香精、 烤烟香 精、 薄荷香精、 草莓香精、 葡萄香精、 豆香香精、 咖啡香精、 芒果香精、 苹果香精和蓝莓香精中的一种或几种的混合物。在实施例中,本领域技术 人员可根据个人喜好和 /或市场需求, 选择添加合适的香精香料, 本发明 对此没有特殊的限制。在本发明中, 所述香精香料与所述电子烟烟液溶剂 的质量比优选为 (0.001〜0.06 ) : 1 , 更优选为 (0.03〜0.05 ) : 1 , 最优选为 ( 0.035-0.045 ) : 1。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液优选还包括尼古丁。本发明对所述尼古丁的 来源和加入量没有特殊的限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的尼古丁及电子 烟烟液中尼古丁的加入量即可。在本发明中, 所述尼古丁的质量含量优选 < 5 wt%, 更优选 4 wt%, 最优选为小于等于 3.5 wt%。 术人员熟知的电子烟烟液制备的技术方案即可,如将所述烟用香精、尼古 丁和上述技术方案所述电子烟烟液溶剂混合均匀,即可得到本发明提供的 电子烟烟液。本发明优选向所述电子烟烟液溶剂中加入所述香精香料和尼 古丁, 混合均匀后得到电子烟烟液。
本发明对得到的电子烟烟液进行感官和口感评吸,结果表明,本发明 提供的电子烟烟液产生的烟雾不油腻, 品吸过程中产生的烟雾量较大,提 高了品吸者的体验度;而且本发明提供的电子烟烟液味道微甜,口感厚实、 饱满、 口感润滑、 无杂味, 提高了品吸者的舒适度。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的电子烟烟液 溶剂及电子烟烟液进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范 围的限定。
在下述实施例和比较例中, 丙二醇、 丙三醇、 山梨醇液、 香精香料、 尼古丁均为市售商品。
实施例 1
向质量浓度为 70 wt%的山梨醇液中加入占所述山梨醇液的质量含量 为 2 wt%的香精香料和 4 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发
明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 2
将丙二醇和质量浓度为 70 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的电子烟液 溶剂中丙二醇的质量含量为 10 wt%, 山梨醇液的质量含量为 90 wt%, 混 合均匀后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 2 wt%的香 精香料和 4 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 3
将丙二醇和质量浓度为 65 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的溶剂中的 丙二醇的质量含量为 50 wt%、 山梨醇液的质量含量为 50 wt%, 混合均匀 后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 6 wt%的香 精香料和 4.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 4
将丙二醇和质量浓度为 68 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的溶剂中丙 二醇的质量含量为 30 wt%、 山梨醇液的质量含量为 70 wt%, 混合均匀后 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 3 wt%的香 精香料和 3.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 5
将丙二醇、 丙三醇和质量浓度为 67 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的 溶剂中丙二醇的质量含量为 25 wt%、 丙三醇质量含量为 25 wt%、 山梨醇 液的质量含量为 50 wt%, 混合均匀后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 4 wt%的香 精香料和 3 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 6
将丙二醇、 丙三醇和质量浓度为 60 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的 溶剂中丙二醇的质量含量为 50 wt%、 丙三醇的质量含量为 30 wt%、 山梨 醇液的质量含量为 20 wt%, 混合均匀后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 5 wt%的香 精香料和 3 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 7
将丙二醇、 丙三醇和质量浓度为 69 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的 溶剂中丙二醇的质量含量为 30 wt%、 丙三醇的质量含量为 40 wt%、 山梨 醇液的质量含量为 30 wt%, 混合均匀后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 5.5 wt%的香 精香料和 2 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 8
将丙二醇、 丙三醇和质量浓度为 62 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的 溶剂中丙二醇的质量含量为 40 wt%、 丙三醇的质量含量为 35 wt%、 山梨 醇液的质量含量为 25 wt%, 混合均匀后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 6 wt%的香 精香料和 2.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 9
将丙三醇与质量浓度为 60 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的溶剂中丙 三醇的质量含量为 65 wt%、 山梨醇液的质量含量为 35 wt%, 混合均匀后 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 3 wt%的香 精香料和 3.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。

实施例 13
将丙二醇、 丙三醇、 甘露醇和质量浓度为 70 wt%的山梨醇液混合, 使得到的溶剂中丙二醇的质量含量为 20 wt%、 丙三醇的质量含量为 18 wt%、 甘露醇的质量含量为 23 wt%、 山梨醇液的质量含量为 39 wt%, 混 合均匀后得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 3.5 wt%的香 精香料和 3 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。

比较例 1

由表 1可以看出,本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟 液的烟雾量较大, 且味道微甜, 口感厚实、 饱满、 口感润滑、 无杂味, 提 高了吸食者的体验。
由以上实施例可知,本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂包括山梨醇。本发 明将山梨醇用作电子烟烟液溶剂,本发明提供的电子烟液溶剂制得的电子 烟液, 吸食体验不油腻, 无杂味, 具有较高的吸食舒适度。 进一步的, 本 发明提供的电子烟烟液还可以包括丙二醇、丙三醇和甘露醇中的一种或多 种, 所述山梨醇在与丙二醇、 丙三醇和甘露醇的作用下, 使得以本发明提 供的电子烟烟液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟液品吸时,具有较大烟雾量,增 加了品吸者的体验, 吸食体验厚实、 饱满、 口感润滑、 无杂味, 具有较高 的吸食舒适度。 而且,本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂的组分都是食品级溶 剂, 对吸食者的身体无害。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述山梨 醇的质量浓度为 60 wt%〜70 wt%。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 还包括丙 二醇、 丙三醇和甘露醇中的一种或多种。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述电子 烟烟液溶剂包括以下组分:
35 wt%〜63 wt%的山梨醇;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇;
15 wt%〜27 wt%的水。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述电子 烟烟液溶剂包括以下组分:
21 wt%〜35 wt%的山梨醇;
50 wt%〜70 wt%的丙三醇;
9 wt%〜15 \¥〖%的水。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述电子 烟烟液溶剂包括以下组分:
10.5 wt%〜35 wt%的山梨醇;
