Description

一种口鼻协同使用的电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,特别是涉及一种口鼻协同使用的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟又称为电子雾化器,主要分为蒸汽电子烟(Vapor)和加热不燃烧电子烟(HNB电子烟)两大类别。相对于传统烤烟,这两类电子烟都能传输烟碱,而且都能大幅降低焦油、一氧化碳、一氧化氮等危害物进入人体,因此已被全球亿万用户作为“减害”产品使用。
目前,人们对电子烟的危害研究还不深入彻底,新增危害也在“减害”光环下被忽视,例如,烟油中的香精会随雾化气溶胶或烟气被人口吸入到肺部,HNB固体烟弹或烟膏中香精以及设置在过滤嘴中的爆珠香精,也会随雾化气溶胶或烟气被人口吸入到肺部。因人类不同器官的生理差异,对胃部即使安全无害的食用香精,对肺部却不一定同样无害。例如,维生素E醋酸酯是一种被人们使用已久的食品添加剂,然而,维生素E醋酸酯随电子烟气溶胶吸入肺部后不仅不被消化代谢,反而会包覆肺泡导致肺部发炎甚至人体死亡;丁二酮及2,3-戊二酮作为食用香精长期被允许添加到食品中,然而它们被吸入肺部后会沉积在肺气管中而导致阻塞,加重呼吸道炎症并导致“爆米花肺”。
另外,油脂、果糖、蔗糖、安赛蜜甜味剂、阿斯巴甜味剂、维生素、长链酯、乙二醇、硼砂、香豆素、甘素、邻氨基苯甲酸肉桂酯、黄樟素、硫脲、乙偶姻等都是食用香精中的常规成份,但它们一旦随电子烟雾化气溶胶或烟气被吸入到肺部后,也会严重伤害用户健康。
尼古丁/尼古丁盐、丙二醇、丙三醇和香精是液体烟油的四大成分,人们习 惯将甜味剂、冰凉剂、香气物质都归类为香精。HNB电子烟中的固体烟弹及烟膏中也需加入甜味剂、冰凉剂、香气物质等香精。含有香精的电子烟被称为调味电子烟或口味电子烟。时至今日,香精已是蒸汽电子烟及HNB电子烟都不可缺失的关键物质,缺失香精的电子烟将丧失竞争力,会导致用户再次吸食产生大量焦油的传统烤烟。然而,香精门类非常庞杂,目前电子烟行业在用香精已超过一千个种类,这些香精有天然的、人工合成的或动植物提取物,与香精一起被加入到电子烟中的还有香精溶剂、香精生产过程中的副产物及香精灌装时混入的不确定性杂质等。
为增加市场卖点,电子烟所用香精种类有越来越多的趋势,香精溶剂及香精相关物质也有种类增多的趋势。蒸汽电子烟雾化液加热温度为180-280℃,HNB电子烟烟弹或烟膏加热温度为250-380℃,这些烟料中的香精、香精溶剂及香精相关物质有高温分解为甲醛、丙烯醛、丙酮等危害物的风险。
另外,目前用户使用电子烟分为“过口小循环”和“过肺大循环”两种抽吸方式,具体而言,香精分子随雾化气溶胶或烟气被人口吸入需经过小循环“口腔粘膜”或大循环“口腔粘膜-咽喉-气管-支气管-肺部-支气管-气管-咽喉-口腔粘膜”后,再从鼻腔或人口呼出,才能被鼻腔中的嗅觉神经所感知,此时香精分子不仅有数量损失而且会被周围气溶胶或烟气中其它物质稀释及干扰其香气,导致用户抱怨电子烟的口味还原度差,这又迫使制造者提高液体烟油及固体烟弹烟膏中香精的添加量。
当前液体烟油及HNB固体烟弹烟膏中越来越多的香精、香精溶剂及香精相关物质,都会从人口中被吸入到肺部,人们不能及时对其危害进行病理、毒理研究及科学判定,经常导致安全防范措施滞后,例如维生素E醋酸酯和丁二酮都是2019年致人死亡后,人们才发现它们对肺部的危害并开始在电子烟中禁止使用。然而,至今电子烟行业仍在使用大量没经过科学研究判定对肺部安全的香 精,无疑增加了广大用户的使用风险。
另外,丙二醇与丙三醇是液体烟油中香精的常规有机溶剂,两者在烟油中的质量占比约90%,其中电子烟中丙二醇通常源自煤炭、石油等化学工业而并非植物提取,科学研究已经证实丙二醇对电子烟用户口腔有严重伤害;丙三醇虽然号称源自植物,但长期由口入肺并沉积到肺泡中后,是否仍然安全,至今仍缺乏科学系统的病理及毒理研究。
申请号为CN201310228824.X专利公开了一种鼻吸式电子烟,是完全用人鼻代替人口吸取烟雾的单通道方式,放弃了人口作为电子烟的吸入通道,而完全由人鼻吸入“加热烟料”产生的“混合后的烟雾”。另外吸入的“烟雾”是“混合后的”,说明不只有香精而且还会有容易干扰鼻腔嗅觉神经感知的其它雾化物质,例如刺激性气味的尼古丁及尼古丁盐等,以及大量能产生烟雾效果的丙三醇等,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:既要维持用户使用电子烟时感受到的香气,又能减少电子烟中进入人体肺部的香精、香精溶剂及香精相关物质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种口鼻协同使用的电子烟,包括:口吸电子烟模块和鼻吸模块,所述口吸电子烟模块采用蒸汽电子烟和加热不燃烧电子烟中的一种,所述鼻吸模块设置在口吸电子烟模块的外侧或者内部,所述鼻吸模块包括至少一个香精载体,所述香精载体中放置有香精。
通过口吸电子烟模块仍保留人口传输通道吸入液体烟油产生的雾化气溶胶或固体烟弹烟膏产生的烟气,通过额外设置鼻吸模块作为香精香气直达人鼻的传输通道,即口鼻双通道同时吸食使用该电子烟。其中,将以往加入到口吸电 子烟模块内液体烟油及固体烟弹烟膏中的香精部分转移或完全转移到鼻吸模块,使鼻吸模块中的香精在室温及略微加热时释放出香气,鼻吸模块中的香气分子不进入口腔就能直接传输到人鼻。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蒸汽电子烟包括大功率电子烟、小功率电子烟、CBD类电子烟、开放式电子烟、封闭式电子烟、超声雾化电子烟、一次性非换弹式蒸汽电子烟和换弹式蒸汽电子烟,所述加热不燃烧电子烟包括消耗固体烟弹的加热不燃烧类电子烟以及消耗膏状烟料的加热不燃烧类电子烟。
至今上述蒸汽电子烟和加热不燃烧电子烟都只具有口吸电子烟模块,口吸电子烟模块的组件都可归类为四个子模块:吸嘴模块、雾化或发热模块、电路模块及显示模块,其中:
吸嘴模块包括吸嘴或过滤嘴等组件;
雾化或发热子模块又分为:①烟油电阻雾化模块(包括空雾化弹、储油仓、液体烟油、棉雾化芯或陶瓷雾化芯、气雾通道、带有磁柱及电极头的雾化弹基座等组件),②超声雾化模块或压电陶瓷雾化模块,③HNB电阻发热模块(包括发热片或发热棒、发热管、发热锅等、带有接电口的发热体基座、烟弹、烟弹套、烟弹基座等组件);
电路模块包括PCB板、TCR温控器、咪头传感器、温度传感器、指示灯、开关及档位控制器、电池、电线接口及电线等组件;
显示模块包括数据采集器及显示屏等组件,显示模块不是电子烟的必需模块,但也可将一些控制部件集成到显示模块中,例如能选择输出功率的控制部件等。
本发明在口吸电子烟模块基础上增加鼻吸模块,鼻吸模块可以与口吸电子烟模块上述四个子模块中的电路模块及显示模块连接或者不连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述香精包括但不限定于果皮、水果、水果香精、冰凉剂香精、甜味剂香精、烟草香精、肉味香精、酒味香精、食品香精、植物草本香精、动物香料香精、生物合成香精香料及微生物发酵香料香精中的一种或者多种的组合。
具体而言,冰凉剂香精例如薄荷醇香精、WS-23(N-乙基-L-薄荷基甲酰胺)香精、WS-3(薄荷酰胺)香精等;甜味剂例如三氯蔗糖香精、纽甜香精等;水果香精例如芳樟醇香精、β-大马酮香精、百香果香精等;烟草香精例如烟草提取物等;肉味香精例如动物油脂、人造乙基麦芽酚等;食品香精例如绿豆香精等;酒味香精例如己酸乙酯等;植物草本香精例如沙枣花、玫瑰花或槐花香精等;动物香料香精例如麝香、灵猫香、海狸香和龙涎香等;生物合成香精香料例如生物转化法合成的香兰素和2-苯乙醇等;微生物发酵香料香精例如酸类香精、醇类香精、酮类香精、内酯类香精等。与所述香精一起加到鼻吸模块中的还可以是香精自带的少量溶剂,例如水、丙二醇、中链甘油三酸酯、辛癸酸甘油酯等。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,还包括将鼻吸模块固定在口吸电子烟模块外侧或内部的部件固定器,所述部件固定器包括但不限定于双面胶、胶带、胶水、绳子、夹具、卡孔、磁体、螺丝以及固定环等部件。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述香精载体采用香精瓶、香精锅、电热板和电热锅中的一种或者多种的组合,所述电热板采用集成有电阻发热元件的微型网格式电热板或者非网格式电热板。
另外,与香精载体配套的香精瓶盖、香精锅口塞及电热锅密封盖可适当增加高度,以便于从腔体盖对位盖孔外侧开启或关闭这些香精载体。
另外,在腔体盖上设置可以控制香精锅密闭盖出气口阀的按压式开关,无 需打开腔体盖移除该香精锅密闭盖,用户就能直接从外侧控制香精锅中香精香气的释放。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述口吸电子烟模块中设置有第一电池,所述鼻吸模块可以与口吸电子烟模块共用第一电池,也可以为鼻吸模块配备第二电池,鼻吸模块还可以不使用电池。该第二电池可以是充电电池,也可以是一次性电池,当为充电电池时,在烟具上需要为该新电池设置对应的充电接口。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述鼻吸模块还包括电热器控制器,所述第一电池或第二电池与电热器控制器相连接进行供电,电热器控制器与香精载体中的加热部件相连接进行加热控制。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述鼻吸模块还包括风扇控制器以及与香精载体对应的风扇,所述第一电池或第二电池与风扇控制器相连接进行供电,所述风扇控制器与风扇相连接进行运转控制。电热器控制器和风扇控制器可以集成在口吸电子烟模块或鼻吸模块的电路板上,又或者分别采用微型旋钮开关、按键开关、感应开关等常规电器开关,既能控制这些电器的运行和停止,又能调节其运行档位,为便于用户从烟杆外侧操作,可通过对位孔洞将这些控制器完全或部分设置在腔体盖上。
另外,在少数特例下,第二电池除了连接鼻吸模块中的风扇及电热器之外,还可以连接口吸电子烟模块中的部分电器及电子元件(PCB或咪头或传感器等),当第二电池连接口吸电子烟模块中的全部电器及电子元件时,第二电池等同于第一电池。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述口吸电子烟模块的壳体中设置有与鼻吸模块对应的腔体,所述鼻吸模块设置在腔体中:
其中,鼻吸模块可以设置在口吸电子烟模块中电子烟杆内部靠近烟弹处。目前换弹式蒸汽电子烟及HNB电子烟为了连接各自烟弹,在烟杆头部都设置腔体便于烟弹插入,但烟弹插入后该腔体再没有剩余空间。为植入鼻吸模块,需向烟弹方向延长烟杆外壳并将连接处腔体加长10~100mm,再将与烟弹连接的烟杆中带有磁柱及电极头的蒸汽电子烟基座或HNB烟具发热体基座及电线相应前移,就为鼻吸模块留出长度10~100mm且与烟杆几乎相同高度及宽度的腔体空间。可以从烟杆水平方向操作,将鼻吸模块中的香精载体、风扇、电热器及电池等组件依次植入并固定到该腔体中,并在腔体外壳设置风扇及电热器等控制器的对位孔洞便于从外侧控制;也可以在烟杆外壳上制作腔体盖,从烟杆垂直方向操作,将鼻吸模块中的香精载体、风扇、电热器及电池等组件依次植入并固定到该腔体中,并在腔体盖上设置风扇及电热器等控制器的对位盖孔便于从外侧控制,而且腔体盖可以通过卡槽密封腔体,使烟杆外壳保持外观一致性。
其中,鼻吸模块也可以设置在电子烟杆内部的中间,先将普通蒸汽电子烟杆及HNB电子烟杆加长10~100mm,再将烟杆内部原有的雾化或发热模块,电路模块及显示模块的相应组件调整到靠近烟杆两端,在烟杆中部为鼻吸模块留出长度10~100mm且与烟杆几乎相同高宽的腔体空间,对烟杆内部组件位置的调整,是本领域技术人员无需创造性劳动就能实施的工作。将腔体开盖后,从烟杆垂直方向操作,将鼻吸模块中的香精载体、风扇、电热器及电池等组件依次植入并固定到该腔体中,并在腔体盖上设置风扇及电热器等控制器的对位盖孔便于从外侧控制。
其中,鼻吸模块中的风扇可以采用集成有电动机的微型落地式电风扇或盘式及台式电风扇等。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述鼻吸模块还包括导气管,可以通过设计 导气管接口及导气管加长管等,组成导气管组件,方便导气管的连接及加长,所述导气管组件一端靠近香精载体或者与香精载体直接或间接相连。导气管组件之间通过对应的螺纹、套接等结构连接或拆卸,导气管可以采用定型单管、插接式多节管、伸缩式套管式或者柔性万向管,还可以采用大象鼻子、卡通鼻、动物、植物、圆孔、方形、玩偶及商标等外观,增加导气管组件及电子烟的美观及宣传性。
本发明的技术原理是:口和鼻都是人体重要的呼气及吸气通道,两者既能独立呼吸又能协同呼吸,而且在协同呼吸时又能同步同时进行。香精多是分子量小于300的烃、烯、醇、醛、醚、酮、酸、酚、酯、萜、含硫、含氮化合物等容易自然挥发的有机小分子,加热和吹风都能提高香精挥发速度。人体对香气的嗅觉神经主要集中在两个鼻腔,人体嗅觉感受机理可简述为:香气被鼻腔上皮组织的“受体”识别并产生“镜像”神经信号传递给大脑,不同香气产生的“镜像”神经信号不同,因此大脑能识别出具体香气,嗅觉系统特点是其所属神经直接连通大脑,而不需要经过转导到达中枢神经再传至大脑,即“香气-鼻腔-大脑”是直接连通的最快捷嗅觉识别通道。本专利在电子烟具上设置鼻吸模块,在人口通道吸入口吸电子烟模块产生的雾化气溶胶及烟气时,同时,由人鼻通道直接吸入鼻吸模块中释放出的香精香气,提高了香气分子到鼻腔的传输效率。而且鼻吸模块中香精分子进入鼻腔时干扰物质少,有助于香精被嗅觉神经精准辨别并提高电子烟口味还原度。另外,人鼻不具有人口的吞咽功能,香气、香精溶剂及香精相关物质进入鼻腔后会被鼻毛及鼻腔黏膜等截留,很难再进入人体肺部,提高了电子烟香精的使用安全性。
鼻吸模块中的香精既可在常温下自然挥发,又可以在略微加热时加速挥发,该微热温度通常会低于电子烟烟油雾化温度及HNB固体烟弹烟膏加热温度,在 相对低温下由鼻吸入鼻吸模块中的香精香气,不仅能保持香精分子的生理活性,而且还可降低香精、香精溶剂及香精相关物质高温分解出甲醛等危害物的风险。
出乎本发明人意料的是:香精从口吸电子烟模块中部分转移或完全转移到鼻吸模块中后,电子烟口味还原度会得到明显提升。分析原因是:鼻吸模块中只有香精相关物质,香精香气直接被传输到鼻腔中即香气分子被人鼻嗅觉神经感知时,周围其它干扰物质相对很少,因此能精准辨别出香气特征,提高电子烟的口味还原度。
出乎本发明人意料的是:香精从液体烟油中部分转移或完全转移到鼻吸模块中后,有些烟油会变得更加清澈透明。分析原因是:液体烟油中许多香精都源自植物压轧或有机溶剂萃取,其中所含萜烯类香精虽然香气浓郁鲜明能提升蒸汽电子烟的香气特征,但这些萜烯类香精分子在液体烟油中的溶解性非常差,容易析出并导致液体烟油混浊甚至产生分层浮油等严重外观问题,迫使人们在此类烟油中需加入更多溶剂或加入其它新溶剂去溶解稀释萜烯类香精,这不仅降低了香精的香气浓度,而且这些香精溶剂也存在对肺部的安全威胁。本发明将此类难溶性香精部分转移或全部转移到鼻吸模块中后,不仅降低了香精及香精溶剂由口入肺的风险,而且使该液体烟油因减少萜烯类香精后比以往更加清澈透明,改善了外观品质。
出乎本发明人意料的是:香精从口吸电子烟模块中部分转移或完全转移到鼻吸模块中后,因减少了与雾化芯或发热体直接高温接触的香精相关物质,长期困扰电子烟用户的雾化芯或发热体积碳与糊芯问题竟然得到明显改善。
出乎本发明人意料的是:香精从口吸电子烟模块中部分转移或完全转移到鼻吸模块中后,因降低了香精相关物质由口入肺的安全风险,通过鼻吸模块可增多电子烟可用香精种类,例如鼻吸模块可以用肉味香精或酒味香精等,甚至可以用烟焦油类气味的稠膏状烟草香精,而因外观透明度差或调香不易搭配等 因素,在以往电子烟技术中很难使用这类香精。另外,从口吸电子烟模块中转移出香精,还能简化烟油及固体烟弹烟膏等烟料的调香难度及生产工艺。
本发明与以往电子烟技术及鼻烟技术的区别是:
①本发明利用人鼻通道吸入鼻吸模块中的香精香气,该香精既可以在常温下被吸入人鼻,该香精也可以在微热时被吸入人鼻,但电子烟以往技术需要将香精物质随雾化液或固体烟弹烟膏加热180-380℃后才能由口吸电子烟模块吸入人体,有高温变劣风险,本发明有助于保持香精原有风味及生物活性;
②目前技术,电子烟的香气都是随烟弹雾化气溶胶一起被人口吸入,需经过小循环“口腔粘膜”或大循环“口腔粘膜-咽喉-气管-支气管-肺部-支气管-气管-咽喉-口腔粘膜”后再从鼻腔或人口呼出,才被鼻腔中的嗅觉神经所感知,而本发明电子烟中鼻吸模块的香精香气会直接被鼻腔吸入并被嗅觉神经快速感知,提高了香精分子到鼻腔的传输效率及辨识精准度;
③以往电子烟只能由口吸入雾化气溶胶或烟气,鼻烟只能用鼻子吸入烟料颗粒,以往电子烟技术与鼻烟技术都是单吸入通道,而本发明电子烟是口鼻协同能同时使用的双吸入通道;
④鼻烟直接吸入鼻腔中的是烟叶及石灰粉等物质粉碎后的固体颗粒,容易破环鼻腔粘膜及嗅觉神经,对鼻子的危害很大,而本发明电子烟从鼻吸模块中直接被吸入鼻腔中的是香精气体,柔缓舒适,对鼻子的危害很小;
⑤CN201310228824.X专利完全放弃了人口吸入通道,而且直接由人鼻吸入的是“烟雾”,具有“烟”和“雾”双重特征,而本发明口鼻分工协同的双吸入通道,直接由人鼻吸入的是香精香气,香精香气不具有烟雾性,因此两者吸入物质及视觉效果都有明显差别。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种口鼻协同使用的电子烟,可以将液体烟油及固体烟弹或烟膏中的香精物质,部分转移或完全转移到鼻吸模块中,在人口吸入电子烟雾化气溶胶或烟气的同时,能使鼻吸模块中香精香气分子直 接被吸入到鼻腔中,提高了香精利用率和香气分子抵达鼻腔嗅觉神经的传输效率及辨别精准度,并降低了香精、香精溶剂、香精副产物及香精生产过程不确定杂质等由口入肺导致的电子烟使用风险,改善了雾化芯或发热体积碳与糊芯问题,而且通过鼻吸模块可增多电子烟可用香精的种类,还有利于简化烟油及固体烟弹烟膏等烟料的调香工艺。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

对比例1
配制一款普通烟油并标注为烟油A,各成份的质量占比依次为:3%苯甲酸尼古丁盐、2%水、43%丙二醇、39%丙三醇、1.5%三氯蔗糖甜味剂、0.5%纽甜甜味剂香精、1%WS-23冰凉剂香精和10%百香果香精,将2毫升烟油A注入空雾化弹中,与配套烟杆组成一套常规蒸汽电子烟,该雾化弹插到与烟杆的连接处后,能用口正常抽吸烟油A被雾化后产生的气溶胶。
对比例2
从市面上购得一款固体烟弹中含有烟草香精的HNB加热不燃烧电子烟,将固体烟弹、烟弹套及带有片状发热体及其基座的烟杆连接后,按动发热体的电路开关,能用口正常抽吸该烟弹被加热后产生的烟气。
实施例1:口鼻协同使用的一次性电子烟,部分香精转移至鼻吸模块
减少百香果香精和冰凉剂香精在烟油A中的质量占比配制烟油B。烟油B各成份的质量占比依次为,3%苯甲酸尼古丁盐、2%水、43%丙二醇、48.5%丙三醇、1.5%三氯蔗糖甜味剂、0.5%纽甜甜味剂、0.7%WS-23冰凉剂香精和0.8%百香果香精,将2毫升烟油B注到一次性非换弹式蒸汽电子烟具中(101),该烟具第一电池(107)、第一电池端电线接口(108)、雾化器电路(109)、吸嘴(101)等部件组成的口吸电子烟模块使烟油B能正常雾化,用户用口可抽吸该雾化气溶胶。如附图3和图4所示,将2个小型香精瓶通过烟杆表面预先粘附的一层双面胶(106)固定在该烟具上,在第一香精瓶(102)中滴入10滴上述百香果香精,在第二香精瓶(104)中滴入10滴上述WS-23冰凉剂香精,双面胶、两个香精瓶及所含香精就构成了简易的鼻吸模块(15)。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸入烟油B产生的雾化气溶胶,择一或者同时打开第一香精瓶盖(103)、第二香精瓶盖(105)并用鼻吸入两个香精瓶中自然挥发出的百香果香气和冰凉剂香气,实现口鼻协同使用该电子烟。
实施例2:口鼻协同使用的换弹式电子烟,部分香精转移至鼻吸模块
将冰凉剂香精及百香果香精从烟油A中去除但保留甜味剂香精配制烟油C。烟油C各成份的质量占比依次为,3%苯甲酸尼古丁盐、2%水、43%丙二醇、50%丙三醇、1.5%三氯蔗糖甜味剂、0.5%纽甜甜味剂,将2毫升烟油C注入空雾化弹中,将与雾化弹接口配套的换弹式蒸汽电子烟(201)的烟杆加长30mm,烟杆内部原有电路模块及雾化或发热模块(咪头、PCB板、电线等)位置微调后,在烟杆中部制作一个长30mm、宽15mm、中心深4mm的开口腔体(214),可以通过尺寸对应的腔体盖(204)及腔体盖卡槽(206)开启或封闭该开口腔体,该烟具第一电池(210)、第一电池端电线接口(211)、雾化器电路(213)、雾化弹(200)等部件组成的口吸电子烟模块使烟油C能正常雾化并能用口抽吸该雾化气溶胶。如附图5和图6所示,在腔体中植入并固定一个装有适量WS-23冰凉剂和百香果混合香精的微型香精瓶(202),一个对准香精瓶口及用户面部方向的风扇(207);外形细长的香精瓶盖(203)设置在香精瓶(202)上并从腔体(214)延伸至腔体盖(204)之外,控制风扇开启及转速的旋钮开关(208)也设置在腔体与腔体盖之间,在腔体盖上设置有瓶盖对位盖孔(205)与风扇开关旋钮对位盖孔(209),便于用户从腔体盖外部操作;从该烟具第一电池输出端电线接口引出一路电线(212)连通风扇旋钮开关及风扇;香精瓶、风扇及旋钮开关等部件就构成了鼻吸模块(15)并与口吸电子烟模块共用第一电池。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸入烟油C产生的雾化气溶胶,同时,可以从腔体盖外侧拧开香精瓶盖及开启风扇,用鼻吸入香精瓶中随风扇吹出的WS-23冰凉剂香精和百香果香精气体,实现口鼻协同使用该电子烟。
实施例3:口鼻协同使用的换弹式电子烟,全部香精转移至鼻吸模块
将冰凉剂香精、百香果香精以及甜味剂香精都从烟油A中去掉配制烟油D。烟油D各成份的质量占比依次为,3%苯甲酸尼古丁盐、2%水、43%丙二醇、52%丙三醇,将2毫升烟油D注入空雾化弹中,将与雾化弹接口配套的换弹式蒸汽电子烟(301)的烟杆加长40mm,烟杆内部原有电路模块及雾化或发热模块(咪头、PCB板、电线等)位置微调后,在烟杆中部制作一个长40mm、宽15mm、中心深6mm的开口腔体(317),可以通过尺寸对应的腔体盖(313)及腔体盖卡槽开启或 封闭该开口腔体。该烟具的第一电池(302)、第一电池端接线口(303)、雾化器电路(304)、雾化弹(300)等部件组成的口吸电子烟模块使烟油D能正常雾化并能用口抽吸该雾化气溶胶。如附图7和图8所示,在腔体中垂直于烟杆方向植入并固定一块新锂离子电池,即第二电池(305),在烟杆对应位置为该第二电池设置充电口(316),通过第二电池端电线接口(306)引出两路电线(307)分别连接腔体中的盘式风扇(308)及网格状电热板(310),控制风扇开启及转速的旋钮开关(309)设置在腔体与腔体盖孔(315)之间,控制网格状电热板开启及温度档位的旋钮开关(311)设置在腔体与腔体盖孔(314)之间,便于用户从腔体盖外部操作;在网格状电热板上放置固体香精新鲜柑橘皮(312),柑橘皮香气可从腔体盖对应位置预设的香精出气口(318)释放;第二电池、风扇、电热板、固体香料柑橘皮、旋钮开关等组件就构成了鼻吸模块(15)。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸食烟油D产生的雾化气溶胶,同时,可以从腔体盖外侧控制电热板及风扇,用鼻吸入电热板上随风扇吹出的固体香精柑橘皮的香气,实现口鼻协同使用该电子烟。
实施例4:口鼻协同使用的换弹式电子烟,全部香精及部分香精溶剂转移至鼻吸模块
将冰凉剂香精、百香果香精、甜味剂香精以及香精溶剂丙二醇都从烟油A中去除配制烟油E。烟油E各成份的质量占比依次为,3%苯甲酸尼古丁盐、2%水、95%丙三醇,将2毫升烟油E注入有自助注油口的空雾化弹中(开放式),将与雾化弹接口配套的换弹式蒸汽电子烟(401)的烟杆加长10mm,烟杆内部原有电路模块及雾化或发热模块(咪头、PCB板、电线等)位置微调后,在烟杆中部制作一个长10mm、宽10mm、中心深5mm的开口腔体(405),可以通过尺寸对应的腔体盖(412)及腔体盖卡槽开启或封闭该开口腔体。该烟具的第一电池(402)、第一电池端电线接口(403)、雾化器电路(404)、雾化弹(400)等部件组成的口吸电子烟模块使烟油E能正常雾化并能用口抽吸该雾化气溶胶。如附图9和图10所示,在腔体中植入并固定一块非充电式纽扣电池,即第二电池(406),通过第二电池端电线接口(407)引出一路电线(408)连接微型电热锅(409)及电热锅旋钮开关 (410),该电热锅设置有电阻发热元件;将乙基麦芽酚香精粉末与膏状羊肉油脂按照质量比3:7拌匀后放入到电热锅中作为肉类香精;控制电热锅开启及温度档位的旋钮开关(410)设置在腔体盖(412)与腔体(405)之间,通过对位盖孔(413)可从腔体盖外部操作旋钮开关;在腔体盖对应电热锅口的位置设置导气管接口(414)、导气管(415)及导气管加长管(416),彼此之间通过末端的螺纹连接。第二电池、电热锅、旋钮开关、香精、导气管组件等部件就构成了鼻吸模块(15)。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸入口吸电子烟模块雾化烟油E产生的气溶胶,同时,可以先打开腔体盖取出电热锅密封盖(411),然后关闭腔体盖,再从腔体盖外侧控制加热锅旋钮开关,用鼻吸入由加热锅中释放的并由导气管组件引出到鼻孔附近的乙基麦芽酚香精与羊肉油脂混合的肉味香气,实现口鼻协同使用该电子烟。
实施例5:口鼻协同使用的换弹式电子烟,全部香精及香精溶剂转移至鼻吸模块
将冰凉剂香精、百香果香精、甜味剂香精以及香精溶剂丙二醇和丙三醇都从烟油A中去除配制烟油F。烟油F各成份的质量占比依次为,0.3%尼古丁、99.7%水,将2毫升烟油F注入无自助注油口的空雾化弹中(封闭式),将原有烟杆外壳向雾化弹方延长100mm形成长腔体,雾化器电路(504)及设置有一对基座磁柱(506)与一对基座顶针状电极(507)的基座(505)一同向雾化弹方向前移100mm并与雾化弹磁柱(526)及雾化弹电极头(527)位置对应。该雾化弹(500)与延长烟杆(501)及原有电路模块中的咪头、PCB板、第一电池(502)及第一电池端电线接口(503)、加长电线等部件组成的口吸电子烟模块能使该换弹蒸汽电子烟正常雾化烟油F并用口抽吸雾化气溶胶。如附图11和图12所示,从第一电池电线接口(503)引出两路电线(525)分别连接腔体中设置的电热板(509)、电热板旋钮开关(514)、风扇(519)及风扇旋钮开关(520),延长烟杆(501)外壳有对应孔洞(515)和(521)分别与这两个旋钮开关位置对应,便于用户从烟杆外侧控制电热板及风扇。在电热板(509)上依次设置香精锅固定环(511)、香精锅(510)、细长状香精锅 口塞(512),其中香精锅固定环通过螺丝固定在电热板上,香精锅口塞(512)通过烟杆外壳对位孔洞(513)延长在烟杆外,香精锅中加入适量液体绿豆香精及甜味剂纽甜香精。在腔体中再植入并固定一个有螺纹口的香精瓶(516),有对应螺纹的细长状香精瓶盖(517)通过烟杆外壳对位孔洞(518)延长在烟杆外。用户可通过烟杆外侧打开或关闭香精锅口塞及香精瓶盖,香精瓶中加入适量玫瑰花香精。在烟杆外壳上再为腔体设置一个开孔作为导气管接口(523),并设置导气管及导气管加长管,彼此之间通过预设在末端的螺纹连接。电热板、香精、香精锅、香精锅口塞、香精瓶、香精瓶盖、风扇、旋钮开关、电线、导气管组件等部件就构成了鼻吸模块(15)。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸入口吸电子烟模块雾化烟油F产生的雾化气溶胶,同时,可以打开香精锅口塞与香精瓶盖,使绿豆香精、甜味剂香精及玫瑰花香精从香精锅口塞对位的外壳孔洞(513)、香精瓶盖对位的外壳孔洞(518)和导气管组件(523、522、524)三个出气口释放,也可以用手指覆盖香精锅口塞孔洞(513)和香精瓶口盖孔洞(518)两个香气出口,使混合香精香气单独从导气管组件出口释放,通过烟杆外侧开启电热板旋钮开关(514)及风扇旋钮开关(520)可调节腔体中香精进入用户鼻腔的速度及温度,实现口鼻协同使用该电子烟。
实施例6:口鼻协同使用的HNB电子烟,部分香精转移至鼻吸模块
从市面上购得使用固体烟弹的普通HNB烟具,其口吸电子烟模块的组件主要有过滤嘴(600)、固体烟弹(601)、烟弹套(602)、发热体基座(603)、发热体(604)、发热体接线口(605)、第一电池(606)、第一电池端电线接口(607)、发热体电路(608)、第一电池充电口(609)、发热体开关(620)等,使用只含少量香精物质的固体烟弹(例如用植物提取尼古丁及少量烟草香精等制作的发烟薄片烟弹),用口能正常抽吸固体烟弹被发热体加热后产生的烟气。如附图13和图14所示,在略低于发热体开关(620)的烟具表面,粘附一条与该烟具宽度相近的双面胶(610)、在双面胶表面依次粘附固定第二电池(611)、第二电池端电线接口(612)、风扇(615)、风扇旋钮开关(614)、电热板(616)及电热板旋钮开关(617),从第二电池端电线接口 (612)引出两路电线(613)分别连通风扇、风扇旋钮开关、电热板及电热板旋钮开关,在电热板上通过螺丝固定两个香精瓶,第一香精瓶(618)装有适量烟草香精,第二香精瓶(621)装有适量酒味香精。第二电池、电热板、风扇、香精瓶、旋钮开关、双面胶就构成了裸露在HNB烟杆外壳上的鼻吸模块(15)。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸入HNB烟具口吸电子烟模块产生的烟气,同时,可以打开第一香精瓶盖(619)和第二香精瓶盖(622),使两个香精瓶中的挥发出的香精香气直接进入用户鼻腔,用户也可以开启及调控风扇旋钮开关及电热板旋钮开关,调节两个香精瓶中香精气体进入鼻腔的速度及温度,实现口鼻协同使用该电子烟。
实施例7:口鼻协同使用的HNB电子烟,全部香精转移至鼻吸模块
将对比2或相似的HNB烟具外壳延长50mm,HNB烟杆内部原有电路模块及雾化或发热模块(PCB板、电线、温度传感器等)位置微调后,在烟杆(726)中部制作一个长50mm、宽12mm、中心深10mm的开口腔体(725),可以通过尺寸对应的腔体盖(719)及腔体盖卡槽开启或封闭该开口腔体。该HNB烟具的口吸电子烟模块的组件主要有过滤嘴(700)、固体烟弹(701)、烟弹套(702)、发热体基座(703)、发热体(704)、发热体接线口(705)、第一电池(706)、第一电池充电口(707)、第一电池端电线接口(708)、发热体电路(709)、发热体开关(710)等,使用不含香精物质的固体烟弹(例如不加香精且用人工合成尼古丁等制作的发烟颗粒烟弹),用口能正常抽吸该固体烟弹被发热体加热后产生的烟气。如附图15和图16所示,在腔体中依次植入并固定风扇(712)、电热板(711)、香精锅固定环(716)、香精锅(717)及设置有出气口阀的香精锅密闭盖(718),由第一电池端电线接口(708)引出两路电线分别连通风扇(712)、风扇旋钮开关(714)、电热板(711)及电热板旋钮开关(713),通过电热板旋钮开关在腔体盖上的对位盖孔(723)及风扇旋钮开关在腔体盖上的对位盖孔(724),将两个旋钮开关的用户操作部分固定在腔体盖(719)上,便于用户在腔体外控制电热板及风扇。在腔体盖上设置接通香精锅密闭盖出气口阀的按压式开关(720),香精锅中加入适量不透明膏状烤烟焦油味烟草香精与固体麝香香精的混合物,关闭香精锅密闭盖(718)后可通过腔体盖(719) 上的按压开关(720)打开或关闭香精锅密闭盖的出气口阀。按压开关(720)及香精锅密闭盖的出气口阀,也可简化为提绳与类似电饭锅密闭盖或高压锅密闭盖上的排气阀,用提绳控制打开或关闭该出气口阀。
在本实施例中,在腔体盖(719)上还设置导气管(721),并通过末端螺纹与导气管加长管(722)连接。电热板、香精锅、设置有出气口阀的香精锅密闭盖、出气口阀按压开关、风扇、旋钮开关、导气管组件就组成了鼻吸模块(15)并与口吸电子烟模块共用第一电池。用户使用该电子烟时,用口吸入HNB烟具口吸电子烟模块产生的烟气,同时,可以利用腔体盖处的按压式开关(720)开启香精锅密闭盖的出气口阀,使香精锅中的香精气体通过导气管(721)及其加长管(722)引出到用户鼻腔处。
发明效果:
实施例1和6分别利用双面胶、螺丝等将鼻吸模块固定在电子烟具外壳上,实施例2、3、4、7分别把烟具外壳适当加长后在烟杆中部制作腔体并植入鼻吸模块,实施例5把与烟弹连接的烟杆腔体适当延长并将对接雾化弹的基座、磁柱、电极、电线相应前移后在延长腔体中植入鼻吸模块。
实施例3、4和6为鼻吸模块中的电器增置第二电池,而实施例2、5和7中的鼻吸模块与电子烟具中的口吸电子烟模块共用第一电池,实施例1不用电池。
从实施例1到实施例5,依次从烟油A中减去调味香精、甜味剂香精、冰凉剂香精、香精溶剂丙二醇和香精溶剂丙三醇,实施例6的HNB固体烟弹只含少量香精,实施例7的HNB固体烟弹不含香精成分,即从实施例1-7,本发明将口吸电子烟模块中所用香精及香精溶剂部分转移或全部转移到鼻吸模块中,使由口入肺的雾化气溶胶及烟气中的香精物质大幅减少甚至为零,有助于降低香精、香精溶剂及香精相关物质对人体肺部的威胁并提高电子烟用户人身安全。
另外,通过在电子烟具中设置鼻吸模块,用户能直接快速吸入香精香气,提高了香精分子到人体鼻腔的传输效率,而且这些香精无需经历与烟油一同被高温雾化的过程,在室温下、略微加热下、风扇吹动及导气管辅助下,就能挥发出香气并传输到人体鼻腔,有助于保持香精物质的原始风味及生理活性。
用户不仅能继续用口吸入该电子烟口吸电子烟模块产生的雾化气溶胶或烟气,而且还可以用鼻子直接吸入鼻吸模块中释放出的电子烟香精香气,实现口鼻双吸入通道协同使用该电子烟。
20位专业蒸汽电子烟品吸人员分别对上述对比例1与实施例1-5进行抽吸测评,综合意见显示,实施例1-5采用口鼻双吸入通道电子烟的抽吸体验明显优于对比例1的人口单吸入通道电子烟。具体评价为:实施例1-5能使用户鼻腔更快捷感知到香精香气,提高了香气分子到鼻腔的传输效率,而且因没有太多其它物质干扰,该香气更利于嗅觉神经快速辨识,提高了电子烟的口味还原度。
20位专业HNB电子烟品吸人员分别对上述对比例2与实施例6-7进行抽吸测评对比,综合意见为:虽然实施例6-7的固体烟弹中略含及不含烟草香精,但将烟草香精等转移到鼻吸模块中后,口鼻协同使用时,鼻吸模块中散发出的烟草等香气能被人鼻更快捷感觉及辨识,提高了香气到达鼻腔的传输效率并增加了可用香精种类,尤其是鼻吸模块中能使用不透明膏状烤烟焦油类烟草香精,口鼻双通道电子烟协同抽吸使用时的生理体验更接近传统烤烟。
另外,本发明的口鼻协同使用的电子烟对口吸电子烟模块中的烟料不做限定,该烟料可以含有尼古丁及其衍生物如尼古丁盐等,也可以是不含有尼古丁等上瘾成分的草本类烟料,还可以是含有保健类或医药类物质的烟料。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,包括:口吸电子烟模块和鼻吸模块,所述口吸电子烟模块采用蒸汽电子烟和加热不燃烧电子烟中的一种,所述鼻吸模块设置在口吸电子烟模块的外侧或者内部,所述鼻吸模块包括至少一个香精载体,所述香精载体中放置有香精。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述蒸汽电子烟包括大功率电子烟、小功率电子烟、CBD类电子烟、开放式电子烟、封闭式电子烟、超声雾化电子烟、一次性非换弹式蒸汽电子烟和换弹式蒸汽电子烟,所述加热不燃烧电子烟包括消耗固体烟弹的加热不燃烧类电子烟以及消耗膏状烟料的加热不燃烧类电子烟。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述香精采用果皮、水果、水果香精、冰凉剂香精、甜味剂香精、烟草香精、肉味香精、酒味香精、食品香精、植物草本香精、动物香料香精、生物合成香精香料、微生物发酵香料香精中的一种或者多种的组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括将鼻吸模块固定在口吸电子烟模块外侧或者内部的部件固定器,所述部件固定器包括但不限定于双面胶、胶带、胶水、绳子、夹具、卡孔、磁体、螺丝和固定环。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述香精载体采用香精瓶、香精锅、电热板和电热锅中的一种或者多种的组合,所述电热板采用集成有电阻发热元件的微型网格式电热板或者非网格式电热板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述口吸电子烟模块中设置有第一电池,所述鼻吸模块与口吸电子烟模块共用第一电池、 鼻吸模块配备第二电池或者不使用电池。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述鼻吸模块还包括电热器控制器,所述第一电池或第二电池与电热器控制器相连接进行供电,电热器控制器与香精载体中的加热部件相连接进行加热控制。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述鼻吸模块还包括风扇控制器以及与香精载体对应的风扇,所述第一电池或第二电池与风扇控制器相连接进行供电,所述风扇控制器与风扇相连接进行运转控制。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述口吸电子烟模块的壳体中设置有与鼻吸模块对应的腔体,所述鼻吸模块设置在腔体中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的口鼻协同使用的电子烟,其特征在于,所述鼻吸模块还包括导气管,所述导气管一端靠近香精载体或者与香精载体直接或间接相连。
