加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食方法与装置 技术领域
本发明属于新型烟草的加热不燃烧技术领域,具体是一种针对传统卷烟烟支采用加热不燃烧方式进行吸食的改进方法。
背景技术
传统卷烟烟支点燃抽吸作为烟草主流消费方式已有上百年的历史,而随着烟民健康消费观念的转变、社会禁烟舆论以及加热不燃烧新型烟草产品的诞生等诸多因素的影响,消费者对低害乃至健康烟草的需求越来越强烈。
以明火点燃烟支进行抽吸的方式,烟支燃烧烟锥部分的温度达700-800度,导致烟丝等物料发生剧烈的氧化还原反应产生烟气,释放烟草生物碱、香气成分以及有害成分等。浓烈的烟气产生的呛、刺、辣等感官体验给吸烟者、他人带来不舒适的感觉,也是烟草消费备受诟病的主要原因之一。如何满足烟民对生物碱、烟草香气的需求,同时又不会带来二手烟的弊病,是本领域技术人员所急需解决的技术问题。
虽然已有利用传统卷烟烟支,采用加热不燃烧的原理,借助加热器具进行加热抽吸。从获得到的文献、产品来看,其以整支烟为加热对象,以300~400℃的温度,采取分段加热的模式,对烟支加热产生烟气,供消费者吸食。此类技术方法降低了烟气有害成分和二手烟,使用简单,一定程度上改善了传统卷烟的吸食体验;但因其直接以较高温度热解烟丝化学成分,导致抽吸感官质量差,如焦糊味浓、烟草香气不足。350℃以上的温度也容易发生阴燃或高温裂解,加大了有害物质产生量,减弱了加热不燃烧方式的低害优势。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题总的来说是提供一种加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食方法与装置。本发明目的在于提供一种吸食方法和器具,让烟民利用现有传统卷烟烟支,以低成本、易获取的策略,吸食上具有低害、无二手烟、满足感强、香气丰富、环境友好等特征的加热不燃烧新型烟草,改变传统卷烟吸食方法在消费者心理的负面形象,大大降低烟草对烟民、被动吸烟者以及社会的健康危害。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:

本发明在基于传统卷烟烟支的基础上,利用加热不燃烧原理,所要解决的技术问题是:
针对直接加热传统烟支带来的香气不足、焦糊味浓、口感不干净、劲头过大等感官质量差的问题,难于保障抽吸烟气质量的技术问题,本发明仅采用了传统烟支的部分作为加热吸食段(如15~27mm),在满足吸食需求的同时,降低了烟支消耗量、加热功耗、烟碱释放量,所需加热器具体积小,减少了一次吸入烟碱量,避免传统烟支因为热传递,影响未吸食部分口感的问题。本发明通过调制料液的加入,使得加热温度可降低至180~240℃范围,使得料液与烟料缓慢挥发,大大低于市场现有各类加热不燃烧产品的加热温度(一般在260~400℃),很好解决了温度高带来的烟气焦糊、功耗高、隔热困难、燃烧风险等一系列问题。同时极大改善了现有加热不燃烧传统烟支的吸食感官质量,使得烟气的香气馥郁、生理满足感强、烟气量大饱满、劲头适中、烟气柔和、余味干净。
另外,本发明采用金属材质、带有微孔过滤结构的烟气混合仓设计,将过热、过浓的挥发烟气降至常温,并与外界空气实现均匀混合和水分子供给,提升烟气感官质量。
由于本发明采用了低温加热与隔热组件,同时吸食段短使得加热范围小,从而解决了较高加热温度(如250℃以上)带来的尼古丁等生物碱释放量不一致、热解有害成分多、加热器具温度过高导致烫手等问题,提高传统烟支的加热抽吸整体体验。因此,相比传统烟支明火点燃抽吸的方式,该种抽吸方式可使得烟草有害成分,如CO、苯并芘、氢氰酸等,降低90%以上,大大降低了卷烟吸食危害性。本方法加热产生的烟雾主要是由调制料液雾化产生的气溶胶以及烟草小分子挥发物组成,无焦油异味、不易吸附沉着,无二手烟影响;且无明火、无烟灰,保护环境。调制料液的烟草有效成分的溶解、置换与挥发携带作用,有效降低了加热所需的温度,在180~240℃的温度范围内即可获得良好的吸食感官体验;相比直接高温加热整支烟的方法,很好解决了温度高带来的烟碱释放过快、烟气焦糊、功耗高、器具发烫、燃烧风险、器具体积大等一系列问题。采用该方法配套的加热抽吸器具更为轻巧、便携,成本更低、用户体验更好。
本发明解决了降低加热温度又引来的烟气量小、烟气吸食平淡等感官质量满足感不够问题,切实满足烟民的吸食质量需求。本发明根据分子键替换原理,巧妙利用相似相溶,甘油与空中分子结合,产生烟气,置换反应,具有良好的吸水性。烟气量小浓度低。采取在加热吸食段烟支中加入调制料液的方法,使得释放 的烟气化学成分得到极大丰富,显著改善吸食感官质量。

本发明解决了加热整支传统卷烟的造成浪费以及经济性不佳的问题,更好的降低烟民抽吸成本,减少吸烟消费投入。传统卷烟烟支利用该吸食方法可分多段(如分为3段)、分次加热抽吸,每次抽吸口数、抽吸时长等同于传统点燃抽吸方式,一支烟改变为3支烟,降低了卷烟消费成本,性价比很高。
在不改变卷烟生产工艺、配方、卷接包装等前提下,充分利用现有市场上销售的传统卷烟(如红塔山、玉溪等),结合加热不燃烧技术原理,为烟民提供低害且具有良好感官质量、无二手烟影响的新型吸食方式,是一条可行且高性价比的技术路径。因此,本发明取材为传统卷烟烟支,无需专门加工的加热不燃烧烟弹,不改变传统卷烟生产工艺,充分利用了现有烟草工业资源、原料资源等;成本低、获取方便。

烟嘴8,根部以固定或可拆装方式安装于壳体上,嘴端用于使用者吸食时使用;使用者吮吸烟嘴8,从而省去了传统卷烟过滤嘴的需求,从而为传统烟支升级为省去过滤嘴成为可能。
嘴内腔9,贯通于烟嘴8且与加热管13连通;当使用者通过烟嘴8吸食时,加热吸食段2经加热管13加热后产生的挥发性烟气和/或烟雾,通过嘴内腔9排出;实现烟气的流通。当伴有调制料液5挥发时候,产生的烟雾,当调制料液5没有、还未挥发或用尽之后,会产生烟气。
在使用者将加热吸食段2放置于加热管13加热之时或加热之前,在加热吸食段2中加注、涂抹、浸蘸或存储有调制料液5,添加量一般可固定为该段烟丝重量的10%~25%。
当加热烟支抽吸时,外界空气从加热管13外端的明火点燃烟1的卷烟纸或明火点燃烟1的滤嘴进入到加热吸食段2中,与加热吸食段2加热产生的烟气/烟雾混溶,通过嘴内腔9排出,实现吸食。
烟支为明火点燃烟1;加热吸食段2为明火点燃烟1的一部分;加热吸食段(2)长度一般不大于35mm,比如15mm—27mm;
当加热吸食段2被加热变成已加热过段6后,通过人工或通过剪断工具3将已加热过段6截去即可,剪断工具可以是小刀、剪刀等通用便携工具。
还包括调制料液5的存储容器;可以是放置在家中或随身携带,但是优选为存储容器为预存调制料液5的注液器4。
存储容器的调制料液5通过带有针头的注液器4加注到加热吸食段2或加热吸食段2在存储容器中以蘸取或涂抹的方式加注调制料液5。
调制料液5包括溶液和/或溶质;溶液包括包括、甘油、丙二醇或酒精或其混合;溶质包括调味剂、香料或药材,可以根据个人喜好进行选择调味品,当然 液液混溶也是保护范围。
加热部14包括电热丝,其外套或内置于或一体于加热管13上,从而实现电加热;
保温部15包括真空管或隔热管,用以减少或阻挡加热部14与壳体和/或加热管13与壳体的热传递。
在嘴内腔9与加热管13之间设置有用于插装加热吸食段2端部的第一支撑和/隔热件16、在加热管13进口内设置有用于插装加热吸食段2根部的第二支撑和/隔热件17和/或在加热管13进口端设置有用于插装加热吸食段2根部的入口支撑件19;当采用良导体时候,实现支撑作用,当采用塑料等非不良导体时,实现支撑与隔热效果,从而减少热损。
作为本发明一大亮点,在加热管13进口处设置有密封件18,加热吸食段2根部连接有非加热吸食段,密封件18的内侧壁用于与非加热吸食段外侧壁接触;
当加热烟支抽吸时,外界空气从加热管13外端的明火点燃烟1的卷烟纸或滤嘴进入到加热吸食段2中,与加热吸食段2中加热产生的烟气或烟雾混溶,并通过嘴内腔9排出;密封件18为具有弹性形变的密封环或凸起,保证了当吸食时候,从加热管13进口处的空气从加热吸食段2内部进入,具有良好的气流通道,通用性好,兼容性好,密封件18材料为液态硅胶或硬胶;在加热管13与密封件18之间设置有第二支撑和/隔热件17,从而实现隔热,避免液态硅胶因为高温而受损变质。
在壳体设置有用于提供电能的电池,控制电池供电电路的电源开关、用于感知加热管13温度、控制加热部14加热温度的温控器21、显示电池组电量的电量警示灯23、设定加热部14设定时间的时间控制器22和/或用于感知烟气和/或烟雾在加热管13中压力或流速的压力/气流传感器,从而实现了控制监控。
在烟嘴8根部外壁上通透设置有进气阻尼孔10,从而既保证了空气的进入,同时避免了烟气或烟雾的外溢,孔优选为锥孔,从而利用孔锥度实现更好的导流效果,在烟嘴8根部设置有连通嘴内腔9与加热管13的气体混合仓11,气体混合仓11与进气阻尼孔10连通;实现了空气与烟气/烟雾的充分混合,实现降温处理。
在气体混合仓11中设置有微孔过滤件12,利用微孔,孔径优选小于1mm, 从而使得烟气通过的时候更好与空气混合。
在烟嘴8上设置有用于与外界进行热交换的热交换部24;优选为金属等良导体,从而实现降温。气体混合仓11也可以是金属件。
当抽食时,空气通过进气阻尼孔10进入到气体混合仓11中且烟气和/或烟雾通过加热管13进入到气体混合仓11并混合,然后从微孔过滤件12进入到嘴内腔9;进气阻尼孔10直接与空气连通或在烟嘴8根部外壁上设置有用于阻挡或调整空气进入进气阻尼孔10的调节配风套20,通过旋转调节配风套20实现对进气阻尼孔10孔径遮挡从而调节进气量,满足不同使用者的需要。
本实施例的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食方法,借助于加热器具7;该方法包括以下步骤;
步骤一,使用者根据所需一次放入加热器具7的加热管13的长度以及个人喜好,将调制料液5加注到明火点燃烟1的加热吸食段2;
步骤二,首先,将加热吸食段2插入到加热管13中;然后,通过加热部14给加热管13加热到设定吸食温度;
步骤三,使用者通过烟嘴8吸食时,加热吸食段2中的调制料液5与烟草受热后产生的烟气和/或烟雾,依次通过加热管13与嘴内腔9排出。
至少包括以下一个方案,可以合理组合;
a),在步骤二中,当到达设定温度或时间后,加热器具(7)通过振动或数字显示或指示灯提醒使用者可以吸食;通过振动器实现振动提示;
b),在步骤二中,当温控器21感应加热管13加热实际温度高于设定上限温度后,温控器21控制加热部14停止加热或降低加热电流;当温控器21感应加热管13加热实际温度低于设定下限温度后,温控器21控制加热部14加热或增大加热电流;
c),在步骤二中,当在时间控制器22设定时间段内,加热管13内烟气和/或烟雾流速低于设定阈值,温控器21控制加热部14停止加热或降低加热电流;
在步骤二中,当在时间控制器22设定时间段内,加热管13内压力变化值流速低于设定阈值,温控器21控制加热部14停止加热或降低加热电流;
当加热部14停止加热或降低加热电流工作时候,当加热管13内烟气和/或烟雾流速高于设定阈值,温控器21控制加热部14加热或增大加热电流;
在步骤二中,当在时间控制器22设定时间段内,加热管13内压力变化值流速高于设定阈值,温控器21控制加热部14加热或增大加热电流;
d),在步骤一中,通过注液器4将调制料液5加注到加热吸食段2中;
e),在步骤三中,首先,通过进气阻尼孔10混入空气与烟气和/或烟雾在气体混合仓11进行混合并降温;然后,混合空气后的烟气和/或烟雾经过微孔过滤件12混合后排出;
h),在步骤三中,当加热吸食段2加热变为已加热过段6后,执行步骤四,首先,通过手持明火点燃烟1将已加热过段6从加热管13中取出;然后,通过剪断工具3或人工将已加热过段6去掉。
对再次抽食的加热吸食段2重复步骤一。
简单地说,本发明来源于烟支明火点燃烟1(传统卷烟),即市场上常见的卷烟,如圆周为24mm、长度为84mm的粗支卷烟。加热吸食时仅采用传统卷烟烟支的一部分作为加热吸食段2,比如15mm—27mm;而不是对整支烟进行加热。
在加热前(成品烟),先对该部分烟支段加入一定量的调制料液5。调制料液可以由极性溶剂、香精香料、发烟剂等混配而成,一般其添加量一般为该烟支段烟丝物料重量的10~25%。
作为一个优选方案,将整支烟倒装插入加热器具,但仅将加入调制料液的烟支段放置进加热器具的环形/周边加热仓中进行加热,其余烟支部分不参与加热。烟支加热吸食段的长度等于环形加热仓的长度,从而避免需要截断的弊端,不需要携带截断件辅助工具,例如不需要给截断后加热吸食段2增加支管来实现将加热吸食段2的抽取。
对环形加热仓的后部、烟支的外围采取增加密封凸起(0.1mm)或带有形变的密封环作为密封件18的措施进行密封处理,以减少外界空气的进入量。
利用加热器具7的加热模组(包括PCBA、加热部14、电池等)对烟支加热吸食段进行加热。加热温度控制在180~240℃之间。通过温控器21与时间控制器22对加热温度调节,温度曲线采取分段式加热控制模式。在器具上端配有固定或可拆卸的烟嘴8,用于抽吸加热产生的烟气。
烟嘴带有金属材质(降温冷凝,阻止高温气体物质进入口腔中)的气体混合仓11,气体混合仓(通过进气阻尼孔10与外界进入空气、增加含氧量与水分子 来稀释)内部设计为多微孔过滤结构(微孔过滤件12),利用小孔通道,与对气体滞留混合来,完成对加热挥发出来的烟气与外界常温空气的按比例均匀混合。
时间控制器22实现加热时长控制在3~6分钟,根据消费者的抽吸口数进行动态调整;抽吸口数一般控制在12口左右。达到设定的抽吸口数或加热时长,则停止加热,结束本次抽吸。
一次抽吸行为结束后,消费者可以把已加热过段剪切掉,如果剩余烟支段大于环形加热仓的长度,可再次采取上述步骤对剩余部分烟支进行加料、加热、抽吸。根据定义的加热段长度,可对一支传统卷烟烟支进行分段、多次加热抽吸。
进一步,作为本发明一个应用案例:选用传统粗支烟为对象,具体实施方式如下:
1、传统烟支选用粗支烟,规格为长度为84mm、圆周24mm、水松纸长度为30mm,水松纸之外的烟丝段长度为54mm。
2、加热吸食时仅采用烟支的一部分(18mm,即整支烟丝段的1/3段)作为加热吸食段,而不是对整支烟支进行加热。
3、配置调制料液,调制料液一般由极性或弱极性溶剂(如蒸馏水、丙二醇等)、发烟剂(如丙三醇等)、香精香料(如新植二烯、薄荷醇等)等混配而成。调制料液可装入滴瓶、真空瓶等小瓶中,前段安装有针状管。针状管长度可在5mm~18mm长度,两侧壁可设计有错向开设的微孔,数量可为2~6个,顶部导向密封,从而防止烟叶进入微孔中而影响加注液体。料液通过针状管,沿烟支上端中心位置插入到烟丝中,挤压注入。注入的调制料液主要用于溶解、置换烟丝的香气成分、生物碱、还原糖、氨基酸、含氮类化合物等有机成分,同时用于产生烟气,加大烟气浓度。通过加入调制料液后再进行加热,将产生更为丰富的烟草香气物质,解决直接加热烟支带来的香气不足、烟气平淡、烟气量小等问题。
4、将整支烟以倒装的方式插入加热抽吸器具中,但仅将加入调制料液的烟支段放置进加热器具的加热仓中进行加热,其余烟支部分不参与加热。加热仓可设计为环形、不锈钢管加热方式,环形加热仓的长度等于烟支加热吸食段的长度。
5、对环形加热仓的下部可设计支撑和/隔热件,支撑和/隔热件可为耐高温塑胶件,支撑烟支的非加热部分。烟支的外围、支撑和/隔热件内侧采取增加凸起环的措施进行密封处理,既保证烟支能顺畅插入,同时也减少外界空气的进入 量,避免吸阻过小导致烟气变淡。
6、利用加热抽吸器具的加热模组对烟支加热吸食段进行加热;加热抽吸器具应包括有PCBA、加热模组、温感、电池、烟嘴等。加热温度控制在180~240℃之间。
7、加热时长一般控制在3~6分钟,根据消费者的抽吸口数进行动态调整;抽吸口数一般控制在12口左右。达到设定的抽吸口数或加热时长,则停止加热,结束本次抽吸。加热时长过长会带来烟气变淡、香气不足等问题。
8、在加热抽吸器具上端配有固定烟嘴,用于抽吸加热产生的烟气。烟嘴带有金属材质的气体混合仓,气体混合仓内部设计为多微孔过滤结构,完成对加热挥发出来的烟气与外界常温空气的按比例均匀混合。金属材质用于对挥发出来的高温气体降温至常温,烟气接触的金属材质(如铝、铜、不锈钢等)长度一般不短于10mm。经过降温、混合、过滤后的烟气,将变得细腻、柔和,烟气质量明显改善。
9、一次抽吸行为结束后,消费者可以把已加热过的烟支段剪切掉,如果剩余烟支段大于环形加热仓的长度,可再次采取上述步骤对剩余部分烟支进行加料、加热、抽吸。根据本实施例定义的18mm加热段长度,可对一支传统卷烟烟支进行3次加热抽吸,即将传统烟支的抽吸利用率提高了3倍,消费成本降为原来的1/3。

作为优选,所述用于传统卷烟在加热不燃烧抽吸时的料液配方中还包括1-10%的蜂蜜。
作为优选,所述多元醇为丙三醇、丙二醇、山梨醇、木糖醇中的一种或多种,优选的为丙三醇与丙二醇的混合物,并列优选的为丙三醇。
作为优选,所述多元醇为70-95%,优选的为75-95%,例如75%、76%、77%、78%、79%、80%、81%、82%、83%、84%、85%、86%、87%、88%、89%、90%、91%、92%、93%、94%、95%。
作为优选,所述水为5-20%,优选的为5-15%,例如5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%、11%、12%、13%、14%、15%。

本发明用于传统卷烟在加热不燃烧抽吸时的料液配方中所用的原料均为市售产品;其制备过程是在常温下完成,属于加香加料领域常规的混合、搅拌溶解过程,无需特殊生产工艺和设备。
本发明中,所述用于传统卷烟在加热不燃烧抽吸时的料液配方主要包含三类组分。第1类为溶剂类,包括多元醇、水、乙醇,该类组分主要用于溶解、置换烟草物料中的生物碱、香气成分等;同时在加热过程中参与到非酶棕色化反应,促进美拉德反应产物(如含氮杂环类化合物、环状烯醇酮结构化合物、羰基化合物等)的产生。第2类为有机酸,其主要为中和烟气中的碱性化合物,调节烟气酸碱平衡,控制烟碱释放量,使得吃味醇和舒适;第3类为蜂蜜,主要起到补充香气和风味物质,提高焦甜香气息,改善吃味,掩盖杂气,提高抽吸品质的作用。
在本发明的一个实施例中,以所加入料液的烟支段物料部分的质量为基准,所述料液的添加量控制在5-30%,优选的为15-25%。每次添加料液的方式为定量加入。
应用本发明的调制料液,解决了传统卷烟无法利用加热不燃烧抽吸的问题,使得加热不燃烧抽吸传统卷烟时烟气的香气馥郁、烟气量大饱满、劲头适中、烟气柔和、余味干净,极大改善了加热不燃烧抽吸传统卷烟的吸食感官质量;而且本发明提供的料液配方无毒安全、成本低、易于获得、生产工艺简单,生产灌装方便。该料液配方应用于传统卷烟,不改变传统卷烟生产工艺,充分利用了现有烟草工业资源、原料资源等,成本低、获取方便;无需专门加工的加热不燃烧烟弹,为消费者提供了高性价比的低害卷烟。因调制料液对烟草有效成分的溶解、置换与挥发携带作用,有效降低了加热所需的温度,在180~220℃的温度范围内即可获得良好的吸食感官体验,相比直接高温加热(一般在300~350℃)整支烟的方法,很好解决了温度高带来的烟碱释放过快、烟气焦糊、功耗高、燃烧风险等一系列问题。
本发明充分描述是为了更加清楚的公开,而对于现有技术就不再一一列举。最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;作为本领域技术人员对本发明的多个技术方案进行组合是显而易见的。而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食装置,其特征在于:包括加热器具(7);加热器具(7)其包括
    壳体,作为载体,用于使用者手持;
    加热管(13),置于壳体之中,用于插入烟支的加热吸食段(2)并对其加热吸食段(2)从外侧向中心加热至设定温度;
    加热部(14),以电加热方式给加热管(13)升温和/或保温;
    保温部(15),外罩于或包络于加热管(13)外侧壁上;
    烟嘴(8),根部以固定或可拆装方式安装于壳体上,嘴端用于使用者吸食时使用;
    嘴内腔(9),贯通于烟嘴(8)且与加热管(13)连通;当使用者通过烟嘴(8)吸食时,加热吸食段(2)经加热管(13)加热后产生的挥发性烟气和/或烟雾,通过嘴内腔(9)排出;
    在使用者将加热吸食段(2)放置于加热管(13)加热之时或加热之前,在加热吸食段(2)中加注、涂抹、浸蘸或存储有调制料液(5);

    a),烟支为明火点燃烟(1),加热吸食段(2)为明火点燃烟(1)的一部分;
    b),加热吸食段(2)长度不大于35mm;
    c),当加热吸食段(2)被加热变成已加热过段(6)后,通过人工或通过剪断工具(3)将已加热过段(6)截去;
    d),还包括调制料液(5)的存储容器;存储容器的调制料液(5)通过带有针头且针头顶端部开孔或侧壁开孔顶端部导向的注液器(4)加注到加热吸食段(2)或加热吸食段(2)在存储容器中以蘸取的方式加注调制料液(5);
    e),调制料液(5)包括溶液和/或溶质;溶液包括水、甘油、丙二醇或酒精;溶质包括调味剂、香料或药材。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食装置,其特征在 于:在加热管(13)进口处设置有密封件(18),加热吸食段(2)根部连接有非加热吸食段,
    密封件(18)的内侧壁用于与非加热吸食段外侧壁接触;
    当加热烟支抽吸时,外界空气从加热管(13)外端的明火点燃烟(1)的卷烟纸或滤嘴进入到加热吸食段(2)中,与加热吸食段(2)中加热产生的烟气或烟雾混溶,并通过嘴内腔(9)排出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进装置,其特征在于:至少包括以下方案之一;
    a),密封件(18)为具有弹性形变的密封环或凸起;
    b),密封件(18)材料为液态硅胶;
    c),在加热管(13)与密封件(18)之间设置有第二支撑和/隔热件(17)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进装置,其特征在于:加热部(14)包括电热丝,其外套或内置于或一体于加热管(13)上;
    保温部(15)包括真空管或隔热管,用以减少或阻挡加热部(14)与壳体和/或加热管(13)与壳体的热传递。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食装置,其特征在于:作为至少包括以下方案之一:
    a),在嘴内腔(9)与加热管(13)之间设置有用于插装加热吸食段(2)端部的第一支撑和/隔热件(16);
    b),在加热管(13)进口内设置有用于插装加热吸食段(2)根部的第二支撑和/隔热件(17);
    c),在加热管(13)进口端设置有用于插装加热吸食段(2)根部的入口支撑件(19)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食装置,其特征在于:在壳体设置有用于提供电能的电池,控制电池供电电路的电源开关、用于感知加热管(13)温度、控制加热部(14)加热温度的温控器(21)、显示电池电量的电量警示灯(23)、设定加热部(14)设定时间的时间控制器(22)和/或用于感知烟气和/或烟雾在加热管(13)中压力或流速的压力/气流传感器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食装置,其特征在 于:在烟嘴(8)根部外壁上通透设置有进气阻尼孔(10),在烟嘴(8)根部设置有连通嘴内腔(9)与加热管(13)的气体混合仓(11),气体混合仓(11)与进气阻尼孔(10)连通;
    在气体混合仓(11)中设置有微孔过滤件(12);
    在烟嘴(8)上设置有用于与外界进行热交换的热交换部(24);
    当抽食时,空气通过进气阻尼孔(10)进入到气体混合仓(11)中且烟气和/或烟雾通过加热管(13)进入到气体混合仓(11)并混合,然后从微孔过滤件(12)进入到嘴内腔(9);
    进气阻尼孔(10)直接与空气连通或在烟嘴(8)根部外壁上设置有用于阻挡或调整空气进入进气阻尼孔(10)的调节配风套(20)。
  9. 一种加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食方法,其特征在于:借助于加热器具(7);该方法包括以下步骤;
    步骤一,使用者根据所需一次放入加热器具(7)的加热管(13)的长度以及个人喜好,将调制料液(5)加注到明火点燃烟(1)的加热吸食段(2);
    步骤二,首先,将加热吸食段(2)插入到加热管(13)中;然后,通过加热部(14)给加热管(13)加热到设定吸食温度;
    步骤三,使用者通过烟嘴(8)吸食时,加热吸食段(2)中的调制料液(5)与烟草受热后产生的烟气和/或烟雾,依次通过加热管(13)与嘴内腔(9)排出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧传统卷烟的改进吸食方法,其特征在于:至少包括以下一个方案;
