在上述实施例实现的过程中,执行按键操作对应的功能包括如下:在按键操作为接听呼叫请求的情况下,将第二终端接入到会议电话中,以与第一终端进行通话;在按键操作为拒绝接听呼叫请求的情况下,在会议电话中释放第二终端,并继续在语音信箱中对第一终端的通话内容进行录音。
本发明实施例还提供了一种语音呼叫的装置,该装置的结构示意如图2所示,包括:接收模块10,设置成:接收来自第一终端的呼叫请求,将呼叫请求加入到第二终端预先设置的会议电话中,以通过会议电话对应的语音信箱接收第一终端的通话内容;发送模块20,与接收模块10耦合,对第二终端发起呼叫振铃,以提示第二终端当前存在呼叫请求。
图3示出了上述装置的优选结构示意图,装置还包括:检测模块30,与发送模块20耦合,设置成:检测第二终端在第一预定时间段内是否存在按键操作;执行模块40,与检测模块30耦合,设置成:在存在按键操作的情况下,执行按键操作对应的功能;录播模块50,与执行模块40耦合,设置成:在不存在按键操作的情况下,在语音信箱内对第一终端的通话内容进行录音,并实时将录音播放给第二终端。
其中,检测模块30,还可以与录播模块50耦合,设置成:在实时将录音播放给第二终端之后,检测第二终端在第二预定时间段内是否存在按键操作,并在存在按键操作的情况下,触发执行模块40执行按键操作对应的功能。
图4示出了执行模块40的结构示意图,其还包括:接入单元401,设置成:在按键操作为接听呼叫请求的情况下,将第二终端接入到会议电话中, 以与第一终端进行通话;释放单元402,与接入单元401耦合,设置成:在按键操作为拒绝接听呼叫请求的情况下,在会议电话中释放第二终端,并继续触发录播模块在语音信箱中对第一终端的通话内容进行录音。
本发明实施例还提供一种服务器,该服务器包括以上任一项的语音呼叫的装置。本领域技术人员根据上述记载可以知晓如何将上述的装置设置在服务器中,此处不再赘述。
优选实施例
本发明实施例提供一种语音呼叫的方法,该方法通过语音信箱基于电话内容进行选接。在该方法中,用户设置呼叫呼转到语音信箱,把对于它的呼叫,呼转到语音信箱,在主叫留言开始录制时,如果可以呼通被叫,则采用会议呼通被叫,被叫能在主叫留言的同时听到主叫的实时留言,如果被叫认为主叫的说的内容重要,可选择直接接通主叫,进行通话,否则让主叫继续留言。被叫终端用户可以在未接听之前听到对话需要说的内容,然后根据内容和自已的当前需要选择接听或让其继续留言或拒绝掉,有效地弥补当前不能根据内容进行选接的不足。
本发明实施例的技术方案架构如图5所示,包括:主叫终端、被叫终端、信息处理系统(即具有语音呼叫的装置的服务器)。
主叫终端是指发起呼叫的终端,可以是移动电话、固定电话、SIP终端等,它主要是发起呼叫;被叫终端是指呼叫的目的端,可以是移动电话、固定电话、SIP终端等,它是呼叫的目的端,它决定是否接通该呼叫;信息处理系统是呼叫处理主叫终端和被叫终端之间的通话,处理被叫端是否接通的请求,同时可以主叫进行放音,对于通话过程进行录音,让主叫进行留言。
上述方法的具体实现流程如图6所示,包括以下过程S601至S615:
S601,信息处理系统在接收到U1(主叫)呼叫U2(被叫)的请求时,为主叫创建会议。在此过程中,U1被设置为可以发言,以便后续留言使用该设置。
S602,信息处理系统接续被叫。如果此时被叫处于无法接通状态,则执行S612,能接通的情况下,执行S603。
S603,对被叫振铃,将被叫加入到已创建的会议中。
S604,判断被叫是否应答。如果是,则执行S605,否则执行S612。
S605,设置被叫在会议中不能发言。
S606,给主叫播放提示音,请主叫留言并录音。
S607,被叫听到主叫说话后,可以进行按键选择,此时,信息处理系统可以监测用户的案件情况,并根据按键情况执行对应的过程。
S608,在用户按键指示为接听的情况下,允许被叫发言,主被叫通话。随后执行S615。
S609,在用户按键指示为拒绝的情况下,释放整个呼叫。随后执行S615。
S610,在用户按键指示为让主叫留言的情况下,释放被叫。随后执行S615。
S611,在用户未按键的情况下,不进行任何处理,直到被叫留言结束。随后执行S615。
S612,对主叫播放留言提示音。
S613,被叫留言。
S614,给主叫发送留言通知。
S615,流程结束。
实现过程中,如果U2在听内容过程中不进行选择,则系统不进行任何操作。
下面结合附图及实例对上述方法进行说明。
如图7所示,该交互架构包括主叫用户终端、核心网、智能网、信息处理系统、被叫用户终端。其中,当主叫用户拨打电话时,通过核心网和智能网传递到信息处理系统(S1至S3),信息处理系统为主叫用户终端创建会议(S4),此时,信息处理系统接续被叫用户终端,以将被叫用户加入到会议中(S5至S7),信息处理系统对主叫用户终端进行振铃(S8至S10),被叫用户终端应答需要主叫用户终端留言,则信息处理系统向主叫用户终端发送留言提示音,主叫用户终端说话留言(S11至S13),此时,主叫用户终端对 被叫用户终端单方说话,进行录音(S14),被叫用户终端在听到主叫用户终端的录音后,通过按键接听电话,则被叫用户终端此时可以发言,主叫和被叫进行交互(S15至S17),在通话完成后,结束该会议电话流程(S18)。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被服务器执行时,使得该服务器可执行上述任意的语音呼叫的方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述计算机程序的载体。
本发明实施例利用语音信箱,采用会议方式,实现被叫用户根据通话内容和自已的当前需要选择接听或让其继续留言或拒绝掉的功能,有效地弥补当前不能根据内容进行选接的不足。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。
工业实用性
本发明技术方案将呼叫请求加入到会议电话中,通过会议电话对应的语音邮箱来记录来自主叫电话的通话内容,被叫电话振铃响起时,在不确定是否接听电话的情况下,可以根据语音邮箱中的通话内容来确定是否需要接听主叫电话,用户可以根据需求接听电话,用户体验较高,解决了相关技术中,对呼入电话的选择接听过程只能通过电话号码来识别,此种识别方式可能会错接电话,也可能会漏接一些重要电话,导致用户体验较低的问题。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种语音呼叫的方法,包括:
    接收来自第一终端的呼叫请求,将所述呼叫请求加入到第二终端预先设置的会议电话中,以通过所述会议电话对应的语音信箱接收所述第一终端的通话内容;
    对所述第二终端发起呼叫振铃,以提示所述第二终端当前存在呼叫请求。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的语音呼叫的方法,其中,所述对所述第二终端发起呼叫振铃,以提示所述第二终端当前存在呼叫请求的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    检测所述第二终端在第一预定时间段内是否存在按键操作;
    如果是,则执行所述按键操作对应的功能;
    如果否,则在所述语音信箱内对所述第一终端的通话内容进行录音,并实时将所述录音播放给所述第二终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的语音呼叫的方法,其中,所述在所述语音信箱内对所述第一终端的通话内容进行录音的步骤包括:
    向所述第一终端发送提示音,以提示所述第一终端即将进行通话内容录音;
    在所述第一终端未挂断此次呼叫的情况下,在所述语音信箱内对所述第一终端的通话内容进行录音。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的语音呼叫的方法,其中,所述实时将所述录音播放给所述第二终端的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    检测所述第二终端在第二预定时间段内是否存在按键操作,并在存在按键操作的情况下,执行所述按键操作对应的功能。
  5. 如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的语音呼叫的方法,其中,所述执行所述按键操作对应的功能的步骤包括:
    在所述按键操作为接听所述呼叫请求的情况下,将所述第二终端接入到所述会议电话中,以与所述第一终端进行通话;
    在所述按键操作为拒绝接听所述呼叫请求的情况下,在所述会议电话中释放所述第二终端,并继续在所述语音信箱中对所述第一终端的通话内容进行录音。
  6. 一种语音呼叫的装置,包括接收模块和发送模块,其中:
    所述接收模块设置成:接收来自第一终端的呼叫请求,将所述呼叫请求加入到第二终端预先设置的会议电话中,以通过所述会议电话对应的语音信箱接收所述第一终端的通话内容;
    所述发送模块设置成:对所述第二终端发起呼叫振铃,以提示所述第二终端当前存在呼叫请求。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的语音呼叫的装置,其中,所述装置还包括检测模块、执行模块和录播模块,其中:
    所述检测模块设置成:检测所述第二终端在第一预定时间段内是否存在按键操作;
    所述执行模块设置成:在所述检测模块确定所述第二终端在第一预定时间段内存在按键操作的情况下,执行所述按键操作对应的功能;
    所述录播模块设置成:在所述检测模块确定所述第二终端在第一预定时间段内不存在按键操作的情况下,在所述语音信箱内对所述第一终端的通话内容进行录音,并实时将所述录音播放给所述第二终端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的语音呼叫的装置,其中,所述检测模块还设置成:
    在实时将所述录音播放给所述第二终端之后,检测所述第二终端在第二预定时间段内是否存在按键操作,并在存在按键操作的情况下,触发所述执行模块执行所述按键操作对应的功能。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的语音呼叫的装置,其中,所述执行模块包括 接入单元和释放单元,其中:
    所述接入单元设置成:在所述按键操作为接听所述呼叫请求的情况下,将所述第二终端接入到所述会议电话中,以与所述第一终端进行通话;
    所述释放单元设置成:在所述按键操作为拒绝接听所述呼叫请求的情况下,在所述会议电话中释放所述第二终端,并继续触发所述录播模块在所述语音信箱中对所述第一终端的通话内容进行录音。
  10. 一种服务器,包括:如权利要求6至9中任一项所述的语音呼叫的装置。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被服务器执行时,使得该服务器可执行如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的语音呼叫的方法。
  12. 一种载有如权利要求11所述计算机程序的载体。
