Description

一种洗衣机和洗衣机的控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤装置,尤其涉及一种洗衣机和洗衣机的控制方法。
背景技术
现代生活中,洗衣机已经成为人们生活的好帮手。随着洗衣机的发展,双滚筒洗衣机逐渐出现在人们的生活中。双滚筒洗衣机具有两个相互独立的洗涤桶,用户可选择使用其中任意一个洗涤桶清洗衣物,或者选择同时使用两个洗涤桶分别清洗衣物,因此可根据衣物材质类别、或者成人婴儿衣物类别等分类清洗衣物,深受大众的喜爱。
但是现有的双滚筒洗衣机大多采用两个显示面板分别控制两个洗涤桶,生产成本较高。此外,有些现有的双滚筒洗衣机采用一个显示面板,通过物理按键等机械方式切换各洗涤桶的控制界面以分别控制两个洗涤桶滚筒,操作过程繁琐、外观不美观,不便于用户对洗涤桶运行状态的查看和工作参数的设置。
发明内容
本发明提供一种洗衣机和洗衣机的控制方法,以实现洗衣机的一个触摸显示屏分屏控制至少两个洗涤单元。
第一方面,本发明提供的一种洗衣机,包括:一个触摸显示屏,至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,以及与所述触摸显示屏、所述至少两个洗涤单元分别连接的控制模块,其中,所述至少两个洗涤单元包括第一洗涤单元和第二洗涤单 元;
所述触摸显示屏用于分屏以同时显示所述第一洗涤单元的控制菜单和所述第二洗涤单元的控制菜单,所述触摸显示屏上还具有切换图标,用于对两个所述洗涤单元的界面进行切换,所述触摸显示屏还用于在所述控制模块的控制下分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏显示初始界面,所述初始界面包括两个洗涤单元图标,两个所述洗涤单元图标分别位于两个所述控制菜单内,两个所述洗涤单元图标包括:标识所述第一洗涤单元的第一图标和标识所述第二洗涤单元的第二图标;
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述第一图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏进入所述第一洗涤单元的配置界面;或者,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述第二图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏进入所述第二洗涤单元的配置界面。
进一步地,在每个洗涤单元的所述控制菜单中还显示多个衣物材质图标,多个所述衣物材质图标至少包括:棉麻图标、丝绸图标、牛仔图标、羽绒图标、化纤图标和羊毛图标;
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述初始界面上的一个所述衣物材质图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏直接进入对应的所述洗涤单元的配置界面。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏显示任意一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面,所述配置界面显示该洗涤单元的状态界面,还显示包括切换图标和多个功能图标的配置菜单界面;
其中,
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述切换图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏将当前所述洗涤单元的配置界面切换为另一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面;
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏的配置菜单界面还显示该功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,并对当前所述洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
进一步地,所述配置界面的多个功能图标至少包括:洗涤时间图标、漂洗次数图标、洗衣温度图标和洗衣转速图标。
进一步地,所述配置界面的配置菜单界面还包括:预约设定图标、污渍图标和水位设定图标。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏显示运行界面,所述运行界面分屏以同时显示所述第一洗涤单元的运行状态和所述第二洗涤单元的运行状态。
进一步地,当至少一个所述洗涤单元处于运行中时,所述触摸显示屏实时显示运行界面。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏的配置界面和运行界面上分别还显示有返回图标;
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述返回图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,返回当前界面的上一级界面。
第二方面,本发明提供的一种洗衣机的控制方法,所述洗衣机包括:一个触摸显示屏,至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,以及与所述触摸显示屏、两个所述洗涤单元分别连接的控制模块,该方法包括以下步骤:
触摸显示屏接收对任意一个洗涤单元的触摸控制信号;
根据所述触摸控制信号,控制模块独立的控制对应的所述洗涤单元;以及所述控制模块根据对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态,还控制所述触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏包括初始界面、配置界面和运行界面;
其中,所述初始界面上至少包括两个洗涤单元图标和多个衣物材质图标;所述配置界面包括切换图标和多个功能图标。
进一步地,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述初始界面上的图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏直接进入与所述图标对应的所述洗涤单元的配置界面。
进一步地,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述配置界面上的切换图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏将当前所述洗涤单元的配置界面切换为另一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面;
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述配置界面上的功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏还显示与该功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,并对当前所述洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
进一步地,当所述触摸显示屏由配置界面转换为所述运行界面时,所述控制模块根据所述触摸显示屏的触摸控制信号,独立的控制对应的所述洗涤单元根据配置参数进行运行;以及,
所述控制模块实时根据对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态,控制所述触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
进一步地,当至少一个所述洗涤单元处于运行中时,所述控制单元控制所述触摸屏实时显示运行界面。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏的配置界面和运行界面上分别还显示有返回图标;当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述返回图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,返回当前界面的上一级界面。
本发明提供的一种洗衣机和洗衣机的控制方法,其中,洗衣机包括一个触摸显示屏、控制模块和至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,通过一个触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示至少两个洗涤单元的界面,并且该触摸显示屏上还具有切换图标,可用于将当前洗涤单元的界面快速转换为另一个洗涤单元的界面,触摸显示屏还在控制模块的控制下分屏以同时显示对应的洗涤单元的运行状态,使得用户在使用过程中,对至少一个洗涤单元的操作过程方便,在生产过程中,洗衣机成本降低。

参考图1,为本发明一实施例提供的一种洗衣机的示意图,如图所示,该洗衣机包括:一个触摸显示屏110,至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,以及与触摸显示屏110、所述至少两个洗涤单元分别连接控制模块120,其中,所述至少两个洗涤单元以两个洗涤单元为例进行描述,这两个洗涤单元分别为第一洗涤单元130和第二洗涤单元140。
在此,本发明一个触摸显示屏110可分屏以同时显示第一洗涤单元130的 控制菜单和第二洗涤单元140的控制菜单,因此用户可触控触摸显示屏110上的任意一个分屏上的控制菜单,以控制与该分屏对应的洗涤单元、并设置该对应的洗涤单元的工作参数。
以第一洗涤单元130为例,用户触控与第一洗涤单元130对应的分屏上的控制菜单时,触摸显示屏110接收到对应第一洗涤单元130的触摸控制信号,控制模块120根据触摸显示屏110接收到的触摸控制信号,独立控制第一洗涤单元130,第一洗涤单元130在控制模块120的控制下工作。控制模块120还实时监控第一洗涤单元130的运行状态,并根据该运行状态控制第一洗涤单元130对应的分屏显示第一洗涤单元130的运行状态。当前用户未对第二洗涤单元140的分屏进行触控操作,那么第二洗涤单元140保持其原有状态,控制模块120根据第二洗涤单元140的状态,实时控制第二洗涤单元140对应的分屏显示第二洗涤单元140的运行状态。由此可知,第二洗涤单元140对应的分屏与第一洗涤单元130对应的分屏可相互独立,触摸显示屏110用于在控制模块120的控制下调节和分屏以同时显示相应的洗涤单元的运行状态。
此外,触摸显示屏110上还具有切换图标,用于对两个洗涤单元的界面进行切换。利用触摸显示屏110上具有的切换图标,触摸显示屏110通常分为至少两个分屏,其中一分屏为副分屏,另一分屏为主分屏,触摸显示屏110上的副分屏的界面尺寸可小于主分屏的界面尺寸,以突出显示主分屏上的内容,便于用户查看。以当前主分屏对应第一洗涤单元130为例,副分屏上显示切换图标,主分屏上显示第一洗涤单元130的状态界面。当用户选择切换图标时,触摸显示屏110接收触摸控制信号,触摸显示屏110的主分屏对应的界面进行切换,副分屏上仍显示切换图标,因此,主分屏上显示的是第二洗涤单元140的 工作界面,由此,根据切换图标可迅速将当前洗涤单元的界面切换为另一洗涤单元的界面。
已知触摸显示屏110用于接收对任意一个洗涤单元的触摸控制信号,并且控制模块120分别与触摸显示屏110、两个洗涤单元相连接,那么控制模块120根据触摸显示屏110接收到的触摸控制信号,独立控制对应的洗涤单元,相应的洗涤单元在控制模块120的控制下工作。随着任意一个洗涤单元的运行,控制模块120根据该洗涤单元的运行状态,还控制触摸显示屏110分屏以同时显示该洗涤单元的运行状态。
为了更加详尽的描述本发明实施例提供的洗衣机,在此,以洗衣机运行的顺序流程描述洗衣机的运行状态。
参考图2,为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的初始界面示意图。为了减少占地面积,双滚筒洗衣机可设置为两个洗涤单元上下排列放置,因此图2中,上分屏显示第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面,该分屏界面内显示了第一洗涤单元130的控制菜单,下分屏显示第二洗涤单元140的分屏界面,该分屏界面内显示了第二洗涤单元140的控制菜单。对于触摸显示屏110而言,除配置界面以外,触摸显示屏110的其他所有界面中,上分屏通常用于第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面,下分屏通常用于第二洗涤单元140的分屏界面,在下文中以此为准,不再具体说明和标识。
当用户在所选定的洗涤单元中放置好衣物,并控制洗衣机开机之后,触摸显示屏110显示初始界面,该初始界面分为两个分屏,每一个分屏用于显示一个洗涤单元的控制菜单,具体地,该初始界面包括两个洗涤单元图标,两个洗涤单元图标分别位于两个控制菜单内,因此初始界面分屏以同时显示两个洗涤 单元的控制菜单,在此,两个洗涤单元图标包括标识第一洗涤单元130的第一图标和标识第二洗涤单元140的第二图标。当前两个分屏的结构类似,因此触摸显示屏110上初始界面的两个分屏的分割比例相同,用户通过选择相应的图标则可进入相应洗涤单元的配置界面。可选地,当触摸显示屏110接收到第一图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110进入第一洗涤单元130的配置界面;或者,当触摸显示屏110接收到第二图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110进入第二洗涤单元140的配置界面。
此外,由于衣物材质多样化,不同材质衣物的洗涤条件也不同,因此初始界面上,每个洗涤单元的控制菜单中还同时显示多个衣物材质图标,多个衣物材质图标至少包括:棉麻图标、丝绸图标、牛仔图标、羽绒图标、化纤图标和羊毛图标,在此,任意一个洗涤单元的控制菜单均包括多个衣物材质图标。以第一洗涤单元130为例,用户将牛仔衣物放置在第一洗涤单元130中,那么根据待洗涤的衣物材料,用户可直接选择第一洗涤单元130所对应的分屏中的控制菜单中的牛仔图标,触摸显示屏110接收到第一洗涤单元130所对应的分屏中的牛仔图标被选择的触摸控制信号,则触摸显示屏110进入第一洗涤单元130的配置界面,用户选择第二洗涤单元140所对应的分屏中的图标过程与第一洗涤单元130类似,在此不做赘述。因此可选地,当触摸显示屏110接收到初始界面上的一个衣物材质图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110直接进入对应的洗涤单元的配置界面。
参考图3(a),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的一个配置界面的示意图。用户在初始界面选择一个洗涤单元的图标或者选择一个衣物材质图标,那么触摸显示屏110接收到初始界面图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,会直接进 行显示内容转换,触摸显示屏110显示被选择的洗涤单元的配置界面。
以第一洗涤单元130为例,当用户选择初始界面上的第一图标时,触摸显示屏110接收到触摸控制信号,触摸显示屏110直接进入第一洗涤单元130的配置界面,在此该配置界面内预设有默认的工作参数,该工作参数不是某一衣物材质的工作参数,而是洗衣机预设并默认的通用衣物洗涤的工作参数,用户可对该工作参数进行修改,或者直接按照该默认的工作参数设定第一洗涤单元130进行洗涤。或者,如图3(a)所示,用户选择的是初始界面上第一洗涤单元130所对应的分屏上的其他一个衣物材质图标,以羽绒图标为例,当用户选择羽绒图标时,触摸显示屏110接收到触摸控制信号,触摸显示屏110直接进入第一洗涤单元130的羽绒衣物的配置界面,因此,触摸显示屏110显示第一洗涤单元130的配置界面,该配置界面预设有默认的羽绒衣物洗涤的工作参数,该工作参数是洗衣机按照羽绒的材质设定的较为合理的洗涤工作参数,用户可对该工作参数进行修改,也可直接按照该默认的工作参数设定第一洗涤单元130洗涤。
具体地,当前配置界面显示任意一个洗涤单元的配置界面时,不仅显示该洗涤单元的状态界面,还显示包括切换图标和多个功能图标的配置菜单界面,其中,切换图标和多个功能图标位于同一分屏,另一分屏显示了当前已选择的洗涤单元的状态界面,由此用户通过配置界面,可清晰明了、快速的配置洗涤单元的工作参数,在此,配置界面上的状态界面为主分屏,配置菜单界面为副分屏,副分屏的界面尺寸小于主分屏的界面尺寸,便于用户查看当前洗涤单元的状态。
对于配置界面上的切换图标,通常使用两个类似的圆进行切换标识,其中 可以用实心圆代表当前的洗涤单元,用空心圆代表另一洗涤单元,用户选择实心圆,则配置界面不变,仍为当前洗涤单元的配置界面。若用户选择空心圆,则触摸显示屏110接收到触摸控制信号,当前配置界面转换为另一洗涤单元的配置界面。因此可选地,当触摸显示屏110接收到切换图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110将当前洗涤单元的配置界面切换为另一个洗涤单元的配置界面,方便快捷。
如果配置界面是对相应的洗涤单元的工作参数进行设置,则配置界面具有多个功能图标,每一个功能图标代表该洗涤单元的一项洗涤功能,其中每一个功能图标中包含工作参数菜单,其中具有多个参数选项,用户可从多个参数选项中自行选择洗涤单元的洗涤参数,因此可选地,当触摸显示屏110接收到功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110的配置菜单界面还显示该功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,并对当前洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
已知洗衣需要经过洗涤、漂洗等工序,洗衣质量受洗衣温度、洗衣转速的影响,因此可选地,配置界面的多个功能图标至少包括:洗涤时间图标、漂洗次数图标、洗衣温度图标和洗衣转速图标等,用户可选择对每一项洗涤功能进行设置,或者用户不设置工作参数、直接使用默认的工作参数洗涤。如图3(a)所示,用户设定第一洗涤单元130为羽绒材质衣物,那么洗衣机默认的工作参数为:洗涤25分、漂洗2次、温度40℃和转速1000转,用户可选择相应功能图标,当触摸显示屏110接收到触摸控制信号后,显示选定的功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,用户可根据该工作参数菜单中的参数选项进行工作参数修改,使第一洗涤单元130以用户设置的工作参数运行。
参考图3(b),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的又一个配置界面 示意图。当用户自行设置工作参数时,用户可以选择洗涤时间图标,则洗涤时间图标中显示工作参数菜单,该菜单中包括多个以分钟为单位的洗涤时间选项,如10分钟、25分钟、30分钟、45分钟、60分钟等,用户可根据自身需求,设置当前洗涤单元的洗涤时间;用户选择漂洗次数图标,在此具体的漂洗次数选项包括1、2、3、4等,用户自行设置当前洗涤单元的漂洗次数;用户选择洗衣温度图标,根据洗衣温度图标中的温度选项,用户自行选择当前洗涤单元的洗衣温度;用户选择洗衣转速图标,根据洗衣转速图标中提供的转速选项,用户自行设置当前洗涤单元的洗衣转速。因此,用户通过选择至少一个功能图标设置当前洗涤单元的工作参数,或者用户使用默认的工作参数作为当前洗涤单元的工作参数。如图3(b)所示,用户选择洗涤时间图标,以对洗涤时间进行设置。
参考图3(c),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的再一个配置界面示意图。触摸显示屏110的配置界面的配置菜单界面中还包括其他功能图标,该其他功能图标是洗衣机的多功能选项,用户若有相应的需要,则可以选择所述其他功能图标,触摸显示屏110接收到所述其他功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110进入当前洗涤单元的其他功能的配置界面,并显示多个图标,若用户不需要对洗涤单元的其他功能进行设置,则不需要选择所述其他功能图标。具体地,当用户选择其他功能图标后,其他功能图标中至少包括:预约设定图标、污渍图标和水位设定图标,其中,用户选择其他功能图标,触摸显示屏110接收到其他功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,进入其他功能配置界面,用户设置当前洗涤单元的其他洗涤参数。其他功能配置界面中还包括一个“其他”图标,当用户选择该“其他”图标后,进入洗衣机相关设置,在此不做赘述。
用户若不需要当前时刻洗涤衣物,则可以选择预约设定图标,触摸显示屏110接收到预约设定图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,显示与预约设定图标对应的工作参数菜单,用户从工作参数菜单中的预约选项中选择参数以进行洗涤预约,其中,预约设定图标中的预约选项是以小时为单位的预约时间选项,用户设定预约时间;当待洗涤的衣物上沾有油渍、污渍或果汁等难清理的特渍时,用户可选择污渍图标进行污渍设定,触摸显示屏110接收到污渍图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,控制模块120控制洗涤单元洗涤时会加重对污渍的清理过程;当用户对洗涤衣物的水位有要求时,可通过选择水位设定图标,设定洗涤水位的高或低。
参考图3(d),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的另一个配置界面示意图,其中,用户具体设置了当前洗涤单元预备洗涤羽绒衣物,且设定的预约时间为5h,那么当用户选择了开始键之后,洗衣机开始预约计时,5h之后,洗衣机根据用户设置的工作参数,洗涤当前洗涤单元中的衣物,此外,一分屏中显示了当前洗涤单元的状态为羽绒程序将于5小时后完成的工作状态,另一分屏显示了包含切换图标、多个功能图标等的界面。
由此根据配置界面的各项功能,用户完成了对当前洗涤单元的工作参数的设置,在用户配置当前洗涤单元的工作参数过程中,用户随时可以选择切换图标以直接切换洗涤单元配置界面,并对另一洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
参考图4(a),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的一个运行界面示意图。在配置界面配置完成之后,点击配置界面的开始键,已知控制模块120与触摸显示屏110连接,那么触摸显示屏110接收到用户在配置界面的设置以及开启洗涤操作等的触摸控制信号,控制模块120根据该触摸控制信号,控制 相应的洗涤单元根据用户配置的工作参数进行洗涤,由此触摸显示屏110转换为运行界面。触摸显示屏110分屏以同时显示洗涤单元的运行状态,如图所示,触摸显示屏110显示运行界面,运行界面分屏以同时显示第一洗涤单元130的运行状态和第二洗涤单元140的运行状态。
以图4(a)所示的第二洗涤单元140为例,可知第二洗涤单元140处于洗涤过程中,第一洗涤单元130未运行,因此运行界面以洗涤中的第二洗涤单元140为主分屏,分屏界面比例较大,未运行的第一洗涤单元130为副分屏,分屏界面比例较小,位于触摸显示屏110的一侧。
对于运行中的第二洗涤单元140,若第二洗涤单元140为洗涤中,那么第二洗涤单元140的分屏界面上显示了第二洗涤单元140的运行状态,如洗涤时间120分、洗涤进度39%、洗涤状态为洗涤中等;若第二洗涤单元140为预约进行中时,那么第二洗涤单元140的分屏界面上显示的第二洗涤单元140的运行状态为程序将于x小时后完成、预约进度等。当第二洗涤单元140为洗涤进行中或预约进行中时,用户可选择通过第二洗涤单元140的分屏界面,对第二洗涤单元140的运行状态进行暂停,触摸显示屏110接收到暂停图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,控制模块120根据该触摸控制信号控制第二洗涤单元140暂停运行;或者,当第二洗涤单元140为洗涤暂停中或预约暂停中时,触摸显示屏110接收到开始图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,控制模块120根据该触摸控制信号控制第二洗涤单元140开始运行。
对于未运行的第一洗涤单元130,那么第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面上显示了“第一洗涤单元130未运行|点击进入程序选择界面”,用户若需要启动第一洗涤单元130,那么在该运行界面上,用户可选择第一洗涤单元130的分屏 界面,点击该分屏界面,触摸显示屏110接收到第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面被选择的触摸控制信号后,触摸显示屏110进入第一洗涤单元130的程序选择页面,实现对第一洗涤单元130进行配置或运行。
参考图4(b),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的又一个运行界面示意图。以第二洗涤单元140处于运行中、第一洗涤单元130处于未运行状态为例,若用户选择第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面,并在第一洗涤单元130放置衣物,那么触摸显示屏110的分屏界面的比例相同,第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面与第二洗涤单元140的分屏界面的尺寸相同,触摸显示屏110上的两个分屏转换为1∶1状态,控制模块120根据第一洗涤单元130的运行状态,控制触摸显示屏110上的第一洗涤单元130的分屏显示第一洗涤单元130的状态,当前第一洗涤单元130对应的分屏界面会显示为对第一洗涤单元130中的衣物进行称重的状态。称重完成之后,用户选择锁定按键,长按3秒解锁,触摸显示屏110接收到对解锁图标的触摸控制信号,则触摸显示屏110解锁,并返回运行界面,用户可以选择对第一洗涤单元130的工作参数进行配置。
以第二洗涤单元140处于运行中、第一洗涤单元130处于未运行状态为例,若第一洗涤单元130已经预先存置有衣物,那么用户选择触摸显示屏110上第一洗涤单元130的未运行分屏,则触摸显示屏110上第一洗涤单元130的分屏界面会直接转换为第一洗涤单元130的配置界面,用户通过第一洗涤单元130的分屏对第一洗涤单元130进行工作参数配置,并启动第一洗涤单元130。
参考图4(c),为本发明实施例提供的洗衣机触摸显示屏的再一个运行界面示意图。用户选择运行第一洗涤单元130、还选择运行第二洗涤单元140,那么触摸显示屏110的运行界面上的两个分屏的比例转换为1∶1状态,触摸显示屏 110分屏以同时独立显示两个洗涤单元的运行状态。在此,若至少一个洗涤单元的当前运行状态为进行中时,则用户可对进行中的洗涤单元的运行状态进行暂停,或者若至少一个洗涤单元的当前运行状态为暂停时,则用户可对暂停的洗涤单元的运行状态进行修改,使其运行。对于运行中的任意一个洗涤单元,用户还可以对洗涤单元中的水重用进行设置,或者对任意一个洗涤单元的运行进行锁定等设置。
如上所述,用户触控触摸显示屏110,触摸显示屏110接收到触摸控制信号,控制模块120根据触摸显示屏110接收到的触摸控制信号,独立的控制相应的洗涤单元,比如控制洗涤单元的洗涤时间、漂洗次数、洗涤转速等等。当用户启动任意一个洗涤单元时,控制模块120根据触摸控制信号,控制对应的洗涤单元根据已设置的工作参数进行洗涤运行。在任意洗涤单元的运行过程中,控制模块120实时监控洗涤单元的运行状态,根据对应的洗涤单元的运行状态,控制模块120控制触摸显示屏110分屏以同时显示对应的洗涤单元的运行状态,根据不同洗涤单元的运行状态,触摸显示屏110的分屏界面也产生相应变化。
如上所述,对于触摸显示屏110的运行界面,当用户运行两个洗涤单元时,触摸显示屏110上两个洗涤单元的分屏界面的比例相同,当用户运行一个洗涤单元时,处于运行中的洗涤单元的分屏为主分屏,未运行的洗涤单元的分屏为副分屏,主分屏的界面尺寸大于副分屏的界面尺寸。
如上所述,对于触摸显示屏110,当用户运行了至少一个洗涤单元时,为了便于用户安全、方便的使用洗衣机,触摸显示屏110会实时的显示运行界面,用户可方便查看洗涤单元的运行状态,以及能够安全操作洗衣机。
如上所述,为了便于操作,可选地,触摸显示屏的配置界面和运行界面上 还分别显示有返回图标,即是第一洗涤单元130的配置分屏界面、第二洗涤单元140的配置分屏界面、第一洗涤单元130的运行界面、第二洗涤单元140的运行界面上均具有返回图标,用户选择返回图标,当触摸显示屏110接收到返回图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,返回当前界面的上一级界面。
本发明实施例提供的一种洗衣机,包括一个触摸显示屏110、控制模块120和至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,通过一个触摸显示屏110分屏以同时显示至少两个洗涤单元的界面,并且该触摸显示屏110上还具有切换图标,可用于将当前洗涤单元的界面快速转换为另一个洗涤单元的界面,触摸显示屏110还在控制模块120的控制下分屏以同时显示对应的洗涤单元的运行状态,使得用户在使用过程中,对至少一个洗涤单元的操作过程方便,在生产过程中,洗衣机成本降低。
参考图5,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种洗衣机的控制方法的流程图。本实施例的技术方案适用于洗衣机包括至少两个独立的洗涤单元以及一个触摸显示屏的情况。
本发明提供的一种洗衣机的控制方法,其中,所述洗衣机包括:一个触摸显示屏,至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,以及与所述触摸显示屏、两个所述洗涤单元分别连接的控制模块,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤210、触摸显示屏接收对任意一个洗涤单元的触摸控制信号;
步骤220、根据所述触摸控制信号,控制模块独立的控制对应的所述洗涤单元;以及所述控制模块根据对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态,还控制所述触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏包括初始界面、配置界面和运行界面;
其中,所述初始界面上至少包括两个洗涤单元图标和多个衣物材质图标;所述配置界面包括切换图标和多个功能图标。
进一步地,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述初始界面上的图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏直接进入与所述图标对应的所述洗涤单元的配置界面。
进一步地,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述配置界面上的切换图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏将当前所述洗涤单元的配置界面切换为另一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面;
当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述配置界面上的功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏还显示与该功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,并对当前所述洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
进一步地,当所述触摸显示屏由配置界面转换为所述运行界面时,所述控制模块根据所述触摸显示屏的触摸控制信号,独立的控制对应的所述洗涤单元根据配置参数进行运行;以及,
所述控制模块实时根据对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态,控制所述触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
进一步地,当至少一个所述洗涤单元处于运行中时,所述控制单元控制所述触摸屏实时显示运行界面。
进一步地,所述触摸显示屏的配置界面和运行界面上分别还显示有返回图标;当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述返回图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,返回当前界面的上一级界面。
本发明另一实施例提供的一种洗衣机控制方法,通过一个触摸显示屏分屏 以同时显示至少两个洗涤单元的界面,并且该触摸显示屏上还具有切换图标,可用于将当前洗涤单元的界面快速转换为另一个洗涤单元的界面,触摸显示屏还在控制模块的控制下分屏以同时显示对应的洗涤单元的运行状态,使得用户在使用过程中,对至少一个洗涤单元的操作过程方便,在生产过程中,洗衣机成本降低。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括:一个触摸显示屏,至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,以及与所述触摸显示屏、所述至少两个洗涤单元分别连接的控制模块,其中,所述至少两个洗涤单元包括第一洗涤单元和第二洗涤单元;
    所述触摸显示屏用于分屏以同时显示所述第一洗涤单元的控制菜单和所述第二洗涤单元的控制菜单,所述触摸显示屏上还具有切换图标,用于对两个所述洗涤单元的界面进行切换,所述触摸显示屏还用于在所述控制模块的控制下分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏显示初始界面,所述初始界面包括两个洗涤单元图标,两个所述洗涤单元图标分别位于两个所述控制菜单内,两个所述洗涤单元图标包括:标识所述第一洗涤单元的第一图标和标识所述第二洗涤单元的第二图标;
    当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述第一图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏进入所述第一洗涤单元的配置界面;或者,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述第二图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏进入所述第二洗涤单元的配置界面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在每个洗涤单元的所述控制菜单中还显示多个衣物材质图标,多个所述衣物材质图标至少包括:棉麻图标、丝绸图标、牛仔图标、羽绒图标、化纤图标和羊毛图标;
    当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述初始界面上的一个所述衣物材质图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏直接进入对应的所述洗涤单元的配置界面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏显示任意 一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面,所述配置界面显示该洗涤单元的状态界面,还显示包括切换图标和多个功能图标的配置菜单界面;
    其中,
    当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述切换图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏将当前所述洗涤单元的配置界面切换为另一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面;
    当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏的配置菜单界面还显示该功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,并对当前所述洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述配置界面的多个功能图标至少包括:洗涤时间图标、漂洗次数图标、洗衣温度图标和洗衣转速图标。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述配置界面的配置菜单界面还包括:预约设定图标、污渍图标和水位设定图标。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏显示运行界面,所述运行界面分屏以同时显示所述第一洗涤单元的运行状态和所述第二洗涤单元的运行状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,当至少一个所述洗涤单元处于运行中时,所述触摸显示屏实时显示运行界面。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏的配置界面和运行界面上分别还显示有返回图标;
    当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述返回图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,返回当前界面的上一级界面。
  10. 一种洗衣机的控制方法,所述洗衣机包括:一个触摸显示屏,至少两个相互独立的洗涤单元,以及与所述触摸显示屏、所述至少两个洗涤单元分别连接的控制模块,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    触摸显示屏接收对任意一个洗涤单元的触摸控制信号;
    根据所述触摸控制信号,控制模块独立控制对应的所述洗涤单元;以及所述控制模块根据对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态,还控制所述触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏包括初始界面、配置界面和运行界面;
    其中,所述初始界面上至少包括两个洗涤单元图标和多个衣物材质图标;所述配置界面包括切换图标和多个功能图标。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述初始界面上的图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏直接进入与所述图标对应的所述洗涤单元的配置界面。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述配置界面上的切换图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏将当前所述洗涤单元的配置界面切换为另一个所述洗涤单元的配置界面;
    当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述配置界面上的功能图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,所述触摸显示屏还显示与该功能图标对应的工作参数菜单,并对当前所述洗涤单元的工作参数进行配置。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述触摸显示屏由配置界面转换为所述运行界面时,所述控制模块根据所述触摸显示屏的触摸控 制信号,独立的控制对应的所述洗涤单元根据配置参数进行运行;以及,
    所述控制模块实时根据对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态,控制所述触摸显示屏分屏以同时显示对应的所述洗涤单元的运行状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当至少一个所述洗涤单元处于运行中时,所述控制单元控制所述触摸屏实时显示运行界面。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏的配置界面和运行界面上分别还显示有返回图标;当所述触摸显示屏接收到所述返回图标被选择的触摸控制信号后,返回当前界面的上一级界面。
