纸币转出控制方法、装置以及纸币存储设备
本申请要求2015年03月06日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510100824.0、发明名称为“纸币转出控制方法、装置以及纸币存储设备”的发明专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及金融自助设备领域,尤其涉及纸币转出控制方法、装置以及纸币存储设备。
背景技术
目前所使用的卷筒\卷带的机构是比较常用的纸币存储方法之一,该存储设备包括第一动力马达驱动的存储卷筒,第二动力马达驱动的带备用卷筒,第三动力马达驱动存储机构外通道,卷带两端分别固定于存储卷筒和带备用卷筒上,在存储卷筒和带备用卷筒之间收放缠绕的卷带,所述第一动力马达、第二动力马达和第三动力马达均由微控制器控制启动或停止。这种存储设备使用卷筒和卷带相互配合的工作方式来实现对纸币的存储处理。
目前存在的纸币进入和转出设备控制方式是:第三动力马达驱动设备外通道,将纸币传送到设备中,再由第一动力马达驱动存储卷筒收纳卷带将纸币存储在存储卷筒上;第二动力马达按照预置速度驱动带备用卷筒收纳卷带将纸币转出设备,并由第三动力马达驱动设备外通道将纸币传送至其他设备中。这种控制方式的缺陷是:当纸币存储在存储卷筒较长时间,由于存储卷筒的弧度导致纸币呈弧状,当预置速度过快时(因设备转出纸币速度的要求,转出速度都是过快的),转出纸币易在设备中卡死,导致设备出现故障。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了纸币转出控制方法、装置以及纸币存储设备,能够解决纸币长时间卷筒存储后转出易在设备中卡死,导致设备出现故障的技术问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种纸币转出控制方法,包括:
存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
根据所述当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币。
可选地,判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币具体包括:
根据所述转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间;
判断所述存储时间是否超过预设时间值,若是,则以预设的低速转出速度转出所述当前纸币,所述低速转出速度小于所述预置速度。
可选地,以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币之后还包括:
将当前的转出速度恢复为所述预置速度。
本发明实施例提供的一种纸币转出控制装置,包括:
存储单元,用于存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
转出时间获取单元,用于获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
转入时间获取单元,用于根据所述当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
判断单元,用于判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件;
转出单元,用于当所述判断单元的判断结果为是时,以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币。
可选地,所述判断单元具体包括:
计算子单元,用于根据所述转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间;
判断子单元,用于判断所述存储时间是否超过预设时间值。
可选地,所述装置还包括:
恢复单元,用于将当前的转出速度恢复为所述预置速度。
本发明实施例提供的一种纸币存储设备,包括:第一光电传感器、第二光电传感器、存储卷筒、带备用卷筒、卷带、传输通道、第一动力马达、第二动力马达、第三动力马达、信息存储单元和微处理器;
所述第一光电传感器设置在所述传输通道上,用于当纸币从传输通道转入所述纸币存储设备时向所述微处理器反馈第一信息;
所述第二光电传感器设置在所述传输通道上,用于当纸币从传输通道转出所述纸币存储设备时向所述微处理器反馈第二信息;
其中,微处理器获取到所述第一信息时,所述信息存储单元存储所述纸币的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;微处理器获取到所述第二信息时,微处理器获取所述纸币的转出时间,并根据所述纸币的纸币序号从所述信息存储单元中读取所述纸币的转入时间,通过所述转出时间和转入时间计算出所述纸币在纸币存储设备中的存储时间;微处理器判断所述存储时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则调整所述第二动力马达以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述纸币。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例中,首先,存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;然后,获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;接着,根据所述当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;最后,判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币。在本发明实施例中,通过当前纸币的转入时间和转出时间判断所述当前纸币是否已形成弧状,若是则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出当前纸币,以防纸币在设备中卡死,从而避免设备出现故障。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了纸币转出控制方法、装置以及纸币存储设备,用于解决纸币长时间卷筒存储后转出易在设备中卡死,导致设备出现故障的技术问题。
为使得本发明的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。请参阅图1,本发明实施例中一种纸币转出控制方法一个实施例包括:
101、存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
首先,存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号。
102、获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
在准备转出纸币时,可以获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间。
103、根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
在准备转出纸币时,可以根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间。
104、判断该转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则执行步骤105,若否,则按正常流程执行;
在获取到当前纸币的转出时间和转入时间之后,可以判断该转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则执行步骤105,若否,则按正常流程执行。
105、以低于预置速度的转出速度转出该当前纸币。
若该转入时间和转出时间满足预置的时间条件,则可以以低于预置速度的转出速度转出该当前纸币。可以理解的是,上述的预置速度指的是在正常流程情况下转出纸币的速度,通常是默认的转出速度。
本实施例中,首先,存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;然后,获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;接着,根据该当前纸币的纸 币序号获取对应的转入时间;最后,判断该转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出该当前纸币。在本实施例中,通过当前纸币的转入时间和转出时间判断该当前纸币是否已形成弧状,若是则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出当前纸币,以防纸币在设备中卡死,从而避免设备出现故障。
为便于理解,下面对本发明实施例中的一种纸币转出控制方法进行详细描述,请参阅图2,本发明实施例中一种纸币转出控制方法另一个实施例包括:
021、存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
在纸币进入设备时,将存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号。可以理解的是,该纸币序号是纸币进入设备的序列号,比如第一张进入的纸币可以编号为001,下一张为002,如此类推。纸币序号可以以先进先出的队列方式进行存储。
022、获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
在某张当前纸币需要转出时,可以获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间。
023、根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
在获取当前纸币的转出时间的同时,还可以根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间。可以知道的是,由于每张纸币在进入设备时均存储了其转入时间和对应的纸币序号,在该纸币转出时,系统可以通过该纸币序号读取到对应的转入时间。
024、根据该转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间;
在获取到当前纸币的转入时间和转出时间之后,可以根据该转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间。容易理解的是,可以通过转出时间减去转入时间,其差值即为存储时间。
025、判断该存储时间是否超过预设时间值,若是,则执行步骤026,若否,则按正常流程执行;
在得到当前纸币的存储时间之后,可以判断该存储时间是否超过预设时间值,若是,则执行步骤026,若否,则按正常流程执行。可以理解的是,纸币在存储卷筒中存放较长时间后,会导致纸币呈弧状,该预设时间 值可以根据不同的设备或者纸币特性进行设置,为纸币呈弧状的界限值。当存储时间小于或等于该预设时间值时,可以认为当前纸币未呈弧状;而当存储时间大于该预设时间值时,可以认为当前纸币呈弧状,需要执行步骤026。
需要说明的是,上述的按正常流程执行,一般来说,即以预置速度转出该当前纸币。
026、以预设的低速转出速度转出该当前纸币;
若该存储时间超过预设时间值,则可以以预设的低速转出速度转出该当前纸币,该低速转出速度小于该预置速度。
需要说明的是,该预设的低速转出速度可以根据实际使用情况进行设定。另外还可以根据存储时间超出预设时间值的多少进行分级设定,比如,存储时间超出预设时间值的30%,则以第一低速转出速度转出当前纸币,该第一低速转出速度为预置速度的50%;存储时间超出预设时间值的50%,则以第一低速转出速度转出当前纸币,该第一低速转出速度为预置速度的30%;存储时间超出预设时间值的80%,则以第一低速转出速度转出当前纸币,该第一低速转出速度为预置速度的20%。如此设置,使得可以预估纸币在长期存储情况下形成弧状的程度,对应不同的转出速度,同时兼顾了转出效率和避免纸币卡死的情况。
027、将当前的转出速度恢复为该预置速度。
在以预设的低速转出速度转出该当前纸币之后,可以将当前的转出速度恢复为该预置速度。可以理解的是,将当前的转出速度降低为低速转出速度,转出当前纸币之后,可以将当前的转出速度恢复为预置速度,从而保证设备整体的转出效率。
为便于理解,根据图2所描述的实施例,下面以一个实际应用场景对本发明实施例中的一种纸币转出控制方法进行描述:
1、纸币通过设备外通道以恒定速度V0进入设备;
2、当纸币后端离开第一光电传感器时,信息存储单元将纸币进入的时间T进保存,并存储纸币进入设备的序号N。
3、第二动力马达驱动带备用卷筒以正常速度V正收纳卷带转出纸币,当纸币前端进入第二光电传感器,根据纸币序号N从信息存储单元读取该 张纸币进入设备的时间T
4、根据当前纸币转出时间T计算出纸币在设备中存储时间
T=T-T
5、根据纸币制作材料结合测试情况,确定形成较严重弧状纸币的时间T
6、使用检测单元检测纸币在设备存储时间T是否大于较严重弧状纸币形成时间T
7、当T<T,表示纸币未形成较严重弧状,纸币转出速度仍按照正常速度V进行转出;
8、当T≥T,表示纸币已形成较严重弧状,按照正常转出速度出钞易导致卡死情况发生,此时纸币控制单元调整第二动力马达转速,将纸币转出速度由正常速度V调整到低速V,低速转出纸币保证纸币在设备内通道稳定转出。
上面主要对一种纸币转出控制方法进行描述,下面将对一种纸币转出控制装置进行详细描述,请参阅图3,本发明实施例中一种纸币转出控制装置一个实施例包括:
存储单元031,用于存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
转出时间获取单元032,用于获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
转入时间获取单元033,用于根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
判断单元034,用于判断该转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件;
转出单元035,用于当该判断单元的判断结果为是时,以低于预置速度的转出速度转出该当前纸币。
本实施例中,首先,存储单元031存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;然后,转出时间获取单元032获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;接着,转入时间获取单元033根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;最后,判断单元034判断该转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件;当该判断单元的判断结果为是时,转出单元035以低于预置速度的转出速度转出该当前纸币。在本实施例中,通过当前纸币的 转入时间和转出时间判断该当前纸币是否已形成弧状,若是则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出当前纸币,以防纸币在设备中卡死,从而避免设备出现故障。
为便于理解,下面对本发明实施例中的一种纸币转出控制装置进行详细描述,请参阅图4,本发明实施例中一种纸币转出控制装置另一个实施例包括:
存储单元041,用于存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
转出时间获取单元042,用于获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
转入时间获取单元043,用于根据该当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
判断单元044,用于判断该转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件;
转出单元045,用于当该判断单元的判断结果为是时,以低于预置速度的转出速度转出该当前纸币。
本实施例中该判断单元044具体可以包括:
计算子单元0441,用于根据该转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间;
判断子单元0442,用于判断该存储时间是否超过预设时间值。
本实施例中该纸币转出控制装置还可以包括:
恢复单元046,用于将当前的转出速度恢复为该预置速度。
上面主要对一种纸币转出控制装置进行描述,下面将对一种纸币存储设备进行详细描述,请参阅图5,本发明实施例中一种纸币存储设备一个实施例包括:
图5为本发明涉及的存储设备200侧视图,该设备包括第一光电传感器202、第二光电传感器203、存储卷筒204、带备用卷筒207、卷带205、传输通道201、第一动力马达209、第二动力马达210、第三动力马达211、信息存储单元212和微处理器206。
微处理器206控制第一动力马达209、第二动力马达210。第一动力马达209驱动存储卷筒204,第二动力马达210驱动带备用卷筒207。第一光电传感器202将传输通道201分为设备外通道和设备内通道,第三动力马 达驱动设备外通道。卷带205分别固定在存储卷筒204和带备用卷筒207上。纸币208由传输201进入设备200,通过卷带205存储在存储卷筒204上。第一传感器202检测纸币208进入设备200,第二传感器203检测纸币208转出设备100,信息存储单元212存储纸币进入设备的年月日时间和序号信息。
结合图5和图7说明纸币进入设备控制原理:
S101:第三动力马达211驱动传输通道201设备外部分将纸币208传输至设备200内,第一动力马达209驱动存储卷筒204收纳卷带205将纸币转入存储卷筒上,在纸币进入设备200过程中,判断纸币尾端是否离开第一光电传感器202;
S102:当纸币后端离开第一光电传感器202,将该张纸币进入设备年月日时间T进和序号信息N存储在信息存储单元212中。
重复S01~S02控制,将整个流程进入设备的纸币进入时间和序号信息存储在信息存储单元212中。
结合图5、图6和图8说明纸币转出设备控制原理:
S201:第二动力马达210驱动带备用卷筒207收纳卷带205将纸币转出设备200,在纸币转出设备过程中,判断纸币前端是否进入第二光电传感器203;
S202:当纸币前端进入第二光电传感器203,微处理器206根据纸币的序号N从信息存储单元212读取纸币进入设备的时间信息T(单位为天),并根据纸币转出时间T计算出该张纸币在设备内存储时间:
T=T-T;(以天为单位)
S203:如图6所示纸币在设备中存储时间较长时信息的较严重弧状钞票301,根据纸币的纸质预设纸币在设备中形成较严重弧状钞票的时间T。在纸币前端进入第二光电传感器203时,判断纸币存储时间T和形成较严重弧状时间T关系;
S204:当T<T,表示纸币未形成较严重弧状,纸币转出速度仍按照正常速度V进行转出;
S205:当T≥T,表示纸币已形成较严重弧状,按照正常转出速度出钞易导致卡死情况发生,此时纸币控制单元调整第二动力马达转速,将 纸币转出速度由正常速度V调整到低速V,低速转出纸币保证纸币在设备内通道稳定转出。
重复S201~S205控制,将整个流程转出设备的纸币顺利转出设备。
下面结合实际控制说明:
实际控制中,纸币转出正常速度为V=700mm/s,低速V=350mm/s;预设纸币形成较严重弧状时间T=10天。
假设纸币存入设备的时间为2014年10月15日,第8张进入设备,将信息存储在存储单元中;
当该张纸币在2014年11月15日传出设备时,根据序号8读取纸币进入设备信息2014年10月15日,计算出纸币在设备中存储时间为T=30天;
判断T与T关系,因T>T,故该张纸币在转出时采用低速V=350mm/s速度进行转出,以避免弧状纸币卡死情况发生。

  1. 一种纸币转出控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
    获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
    根据所述当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
    判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币具体包括:
    根据所述转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间;
    判断所述存储时间是否超过预设时间值,若是,则以预设的低速转出速度转出所述当前纸币,所述低速转出速度小于所述预置速度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币之后还包括:
    将当前的转出速度恢复为所述预置速度。
  4. 一种纸币转出控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    存储单元,用于存储纸币进入设备的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;
    转出时间获取单元,用于获取需要转出的当前纸币的转出时间;
    转入时间获取单元,用于根据所述当前纸币的纸币序号获取对应的转入时间;
    判断单元,用于判断所述转入时间和转出时间是否满足预置的时间条件;
    转出单元,用于当所述判断单元的判断结果为是时,以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述当前纸币。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元具体包括:
    计算子单元,用于根据所述转入时间和转出时间计算得到存储时间;
    判断子单元,用于判断所述存储时间是否超过预设时间值。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    恢复单元,用于将当前的转出速度恢复为所述预置速度。
  7. 一种纸币存储设备,其特征在于,包括:第一光电传感器、第二光电传感器、存储卷筒、带备用卷筒、卷带、传输通道、第一动力马达、第二动力马达、第三动力马达、信息存储单元和微处理器;
    所述第一光电传感器设置在所述传输通道上,用于当纸币从传输通道转入所述纸币存储设备时向所述微处理器反馈第一信息;
    所述第二光电传感器设置在所述传输通道上,用于当纸币从传输通道转出所述纸币存储设备时向所述微处理器反馈第二信息;
    其中,微处理器获取到所述第一信息时,所述信息存储单元存储所述纸币的转入时间和对应的纸币序号;微处理器获取到所述第二信息时,微处理器获取所述纸币的转出时间,并根据所述纸币的纸币序号从所述信息存储单元中读取所述纸币的转入时间,通过所述转出时间和转入时间计算出所述纸币在纸币存储设备中的存储时间;微处理器判断所述存储时间是否满足预置的时间条件,若是,则调整所述第二动力马达以低于预置速度的转出速度转出所述纸币。
