一种转印纸用转印胶及使用该转印胶的转印纸。该转印胶包括按重量份计的以下组分:醋酸乙烯酯42-47份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份,辛醇0.9-1.1份,过硫酸铵0.08-0.12份,和水44.8-45.0份。使用该转印胶的转印纸,包括基材纸,涂覆于所述基材纸表面的印刷层,以及设于所述印刷层上表面的转印胶层。通过使用该转印胶,能够加强转印图案牢固度,避免变色,提高转印效果。

转印纸用转印胶及转印纸 技术领域
本发明涉及一种家装领域的转印胶及转印纸。
背景技术
在家装领域,常常需要于板材表面转印图案来达到一定的视觉效果,但是现有转印纸的转印胶,其转印效果较差,图案附着不牢,容易变色,造成色差,对于转印过程中的温控技术也有较高的要求,不易操作。
发明内容
转印纸用转印胶,其特征是,包括按重量份比例计的以下组分:醋酸乙烯酯42-47份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份,辛醇0.9-1.1份,过硫酸铵0.08-0.12份,和水44.8-45.0份。
优选的,转印纸用转印胶,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯42-47份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份,辛醇0.9-1.1份,过硫酸铵0.08-0.12份,和水44.8-45.0份。
优选的,转印纸用转印胶,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯45份,聚乙烯醇5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份,辛醇1份,过硫酸铵0.1份,和水44.9份。
转印纸,包括基材纸,涂覆于所述基材纸表面的印刷层,以及设于所述印刷层上表面的胶层,所述胶层由上述任一方案所述转印胶构成。
优选的,转印纸中,所述印刷层包括按重量份比例计的以下组分:异丁醇48-52份、甲醇19-21份、分散染料19-21份、聚乙烯缩丁醛9-11份。
优选的,所述印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:异丁醇48-52份、甲醇19-21份、分散染料19-21份、聚乙烯缩丁醛9-11份。
优选的,所述印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:异丁醇50份、甲醇20份、分散染料20份、聚乙烯缩丁醛10份。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
1.本发明的转印纸用转印胶,以特有的配方组成,达到加强转印图案牢固度,避免变色的目的,提高转印效果。
2.使用本发明转印胶的转印纸,如果也使用本发明的印刷层配方,可进一步增强转印效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
转印纸用转印胶,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯45份,聚乙烯醇5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份,辛醇1份,过硫酸铵0.1份,和水44.9份。
转印纸,包括基材纸,涂覆于基材纸表面的印刷层,以及设于印刷层上表面的胶层,胶层由本实施例1转印胶构成。
其中,印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:异丁醇50份、甲醇20份、分散染料20份、聚乙烯缩丁醛10份。
转印胶和转印纸的制备均可采用本行业通用方法,具体的,本实施例中,转印胶由各相应组分混合而得。转印纸可先将印刷层各组分混匀后涂覆在基材纸表面,待印刷层干燥后,再涂覆转印胶层而成。
实施例2
转印纸用转印胶,与实施例1的区别在于,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯42份,聚乙烯醇4份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份,辛醇0.9份,过硫酸铵0.08份,和水44.8份。
转印纸使用本实施例2的转印胶,且印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:异丁醇48份、甲醇19份、分散染料19份、聚乙烯缩丁醛9份。
实施例3
转印纸用转印胶,与实施例1的区别在于,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯47份,聚乙烯醇7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份,辛醇1.1份,过硫酸铵0.12份,和水45.0份。
转印纸使用本实施例3的转印胶,且印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分 组成:异丁醇52份、甲醇21份、分散染料21份、聚乙烯缩丁醛11份。
需要说明的是,本发明中分散染料可以采用本行业通用的材料。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 转印纸用转印胶,其特征是,包括按重量份比例计的以下组分:醋酸乙烯酯42-47份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份,辛醇0.9-1.1份,过硫酸铵0.08-0.12份,和水44.8-45.0份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种转印纸用转印胶,其特征是,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯42-47份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份,辛醇0.9-1.1份,过硫酸铵0.08-0.12份,和水44.8-45.0份。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种转印纸用转印胶,其特征是,由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:醋酸乙烯酯45份,聚乙烯醇5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份,辛醇1份,过硫酸铵0.1份,和水44.9份。
  4. 转印纸,其特征是,包括基材纸,涂覆于所述基材纸表面的印刷层,以及设于所述印刷层上表面的胶层,所述胶层由权利要求1-3任一项所述转印胶构成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种转印纸,其特征是,所述印刷层包括按重量份比例计的以下组分:异丁醇48-52份、甲醇19-21份、分散染料19-21份、聚乙烯缩丁醛9-11份。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种转印纸,其特征是,所述印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:异丁醇48-52份、甲醇19-21份、分散染料19-21份、聚乙烯缩丁醛9-11份。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种转印纸,其特征是,所述印刷层由按重量份比例计的以下组分组成:异丁醇50份、甲醇20份、分散染料20份、聚乙烯缩丁醛10份。
