Abstract
Description
P=A×W/S+B
この構成の搬送装置では、導出部によって自動的に算出される係数A及び係数Bを含む関係式に基づいて得ることができる送力に基づいて、目標供給量とするための最適な送力で駆動部を制御できる。
P=A×W/S+B
ただし、A及びBは係数である。上記式を用いることにより、搬送部の送力を一義的に求められる。
(全体構成)
図1は、第1実施形態に係る組合せ計量装置を示す斜視図である。図2は、組合せ計量装置の構成を模式的に示す図である。図3は、組合せ計量装置のブロック構成図である。
続いて、組合せ計量装置1の構成について詳細に説明する。
図1及び図2に示されるように、物品供給シュート10は、物品供給シュート10に物品を投入するクロスフィーダCFの端部(物品供給シュート10に物品を投入する側の端部)の下方に配置される。物品供給シュート10は、分散テーブル20の上方に配置される。物品供給シュート10は、クロスフィーダCFが搬送してくる物品の供給を受け、分散テーブル20へと物品を供給する。
分散テーブル20は、円錐状に形成されたテーブル状の部材である。分散テーブル20は、分散テーブル20の上方に設置されたクロスフィーダCFから、物品供給シュート10を介して物品の供給を受ける。分散テーブル20は、例えば、図示しない電磁石により振動させられることで、供給された物品を周方向に分散させながら径方向外向きに搬送する。分散テーブル20は、外縁まで搬送した物品を、分散テーブル20の外縁側下方に配置された複数の放射フィーダ30に供給する。
組合せ計量装置1は、複数(ここでは14個)の放射フィーダ30を有する。複数の放射フィーダ30は、分散テーブル20の周囲に環状に配置される。具体的に、複数の放射フィーダ30は、分散テーブル20を中心として放射状に延びる。

上記式(2)において、「a」は、平滑化高さSmと平滑化計量値Gmとの関係から求められる傾きである。

導出部94は、駆動部33に対しトラフ31を先の送力とは異なる送力Pにて振動させることにより物品を搬送させる。その際、導出部94は、一定時間にわたって、高さSと計量値Gとを計測し、平滑化高さSm及び平滑化計量値Gmを算出する。そして、導出部94は、上記式(2)における近似直線の傾き「a」と、送力Pとの関係を導出する。すなわち、係数A,Bを導出する。

上記式(5)において、「a」は、所定期間における、高さSと計量値Gとの関係から求められる傾きである。更新部98は、運転中に得られる高さS及び計量値Gに基づいて、上記式(5)から、傾きaを算出する。更新部98は、少なくとも2回の所定期間における傾きaを算出する。また、傾きaと送力Pとは、下記の式(6)の関係を有する。

組合せ計量装置1は、放射フィーダ30と同数のプールホッパ40を有する。図4に示されるように、プールホッパ40は、各放射フィーダ30の外縁側下方に1つ配置される。プールホッパ40は、上方に配置された放射フィーダ30から供給される物品を一時的に貯留する。
組合せ計量装置1は、プールホッパ40と同数の計量ホッパ50を有する。各プールホッパ40の下方には、計量ホッパ50が1つ配置される。計量ホッパ50は、プールホッパ40から供給された物品の質量、すなわち放射フィーダ30からプールホッパ40を介して供給された物品の質量を計量する。
集合排出シュート部60は、排出経路部材の一例である。集合排出シュート部60には、ロードセル56の計量結果に基づいた組合せ計量後に、計量ホッパ50から組合せに選択された計量済みの物品が供給される。集合排出シュート部60は、計量ホッパ50から供給された物品を集合させてタイミングホッパ70に供給する。
タイミングホッパ70は、集合排出シュート部60から供給された物品を、後段の製袋包装機等に受け渡す。タイミングホッパ70は、ゲート72を有する。ゲート72は、タイミングホッパ70の下部に設けられる。タイミングホッパ70は、ゲート72が開かれることで、後段の製袋包装機等に、タイミングホッパ70内の物品を供給する。ゲート72は、リンク機構74がステッピングモータ76により動作させられることで開閉する。ステッピングモータ76の動作は、後述する組合せ計量制御部80により制御される。
組合せ計量制御部80は、図3に示されるように、CPU(Central Processing Unit)81と、ROM(Read Only Memory)及びRAM(Random Access Memory)等のメモリ82と、を有する。また、組合せ計量制御部80は、マルチプレクサ83と、A/D変換器84と、DSP(デジタルシグナルプロセッサ)85と、を有する。
続いて、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態に係る組合せ計量装置1は、制御部100の構成が第1実施形態の組合せ計量制御部80と異なる点、及び、搬送制御部90を備えていない点で第1実施形態と異なる。

上記式(9)において、「a」は、所定期間における、高さSと計量値Gとの関係から求められる傾きである。更新部106は、運転中に得られる高さS及び計量値Gに基づいて、上記式(9)から、傾きaを算出する。更新部106は、少なくとも2回の所定期間における傾きaを算出する。また、傾きaと送力Pとは、下記の式(10)の関係を有する。

続いて、第3実施形態について説明する。第3実施形態の組合せ計量装置1は、第2実施形態における制御部100の記憶部102に記憶されている、物品の高さSと、放射フィーダ30の供給量Wと、放射フィーダ30の送力Pと、の関係が、第2実施形態と異なる。

Claims (13)
- 搬送部から供給される物品が目標供給量となるように前記搬送部の動作を制御する搬送装置であって、
前記搬送部上の物品の高さSを検知する検知部と、
前記搬送部を所定の送力にて駆動させる駆動部と、
前記搬送部から供給される供給量Wを取得する供給量取得部と、
前記駆動部による送力を複数回変更して前記搬送部に前記物品を搬送させることにより、異なる前記送力それぞれが設定されている際の前記物品の高さS及び前記供給量Wを取得し、取得した前記物品の高さS及び前記供給量Wを利用して、前記物品の高さと、前記搬送部の供給量と、前記搬送部の送力と、の関係を導出する導出部と、を備える、搬送装置。 - 前記関係において、前記検知部において検知された前記高さと、前記目標供給量と、から得られる送力にて前記駆動部を駆動させる制御部を更に備える、請求項1に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記駆動部による送力を複数回変更して前記搬送部に前記物品を搬送させた際に、互いに異なる送力Pごとにそれぞれ取得される前記高さS及び前記供給量Wとに基づいて、下記式における係数A及び係数Bを算出する、請求項1又は2に記載の搬送装置。
P=A×W/S+B - 前記目標供給量となるように前記送力が制御された状態で前記物品が搬送される際に取得される前記高さS及び前記供給量Wに基づいて、前記係数A及び前記係数Bを更新する更新部を更に備える、請求項3に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記高さS及び前記供給量Wをそれぞれ移動平均によって平滑化することによって、前記係数A及び前記係数Bを算出する、請求項3又は4に記載の搬送装置。
- 物品を分散させる分散部と、
前記分散部から供給される前記物品を搬送する複数の搬送部と、
複数の前記搬送部のそれぞれに対応して配置され、前記各搬送部から供給される前記物品を計量する複数の計量部と、を備え、
前記各計量部に供給される前記物品が目標供給量となるように前記搬送部ごとの動作を制御する組合せ計量装置であって、
前記搬送部上の前記物品の高さを検知する検知部と、
前記物品の高さと、前記搬送部の供給量と、前記搬送部の送力と、の関係を記憶する記憶部と、
前記関係において、前記検知部により検知された前記高さと、前記目標供給量と、から得られる送力にて前記搬送部を制御する制御部と、を備える、組合せ計量装置。 - 前記計量部において計量された前記物品の計量値と前記目標供給量との差に基づいて、前記送力を補正する補正部を備える、請求項6に記載の組合せ計量装置。
- 前記検知部は、前記搬送部の排出端近傍に位置する前記物品の前記高さを検知する、請求項6又は7に記載の組合せ計量装置。
- 前記記憶部に記憶されている前記関係を運転中に更新する更新部を備える、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の組合せ計量装置。
- 前記送力をP、前記高さをS、前記供給量をWとしたとき、下記式に基づいて前記送力Pを算出する、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の組合せ計量装置。

ただし、A及びBは係数である。 - 前記記憶部において、前記供給量W、前記係数A、及び、前記係数Bは、前記物品及び/又は前記搬送部の搬送路の形状に対応させて記憶されている、請求項10に記載の組合せ計量装置。
- 前記搬送部は、振動によって前記物品を搬送し、
前記送力は、前記搬送部における振幅である、請求項6~11のいずれか一項に記載の組合せ計量装置。 - 前記検知部は、前記搬送部の搬送方向に沿って複数設けられている、請求項6~12のいずれか一項に記載の組合せ計量装置。
