Abstract
본 발명은 디스플레이패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법에 관한 것으로, 이의 목적은 반웅용액과 블레이드를 이용하여 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 용이하게 제거함으로써, 터치패널에 인쇄된 잉크나 AF의 손상 없이 저렴한 비용으로 터치패널 글라스를 회수하여 재사용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 디스플레이패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 반응용액과 블레이드를 이용하여 터치패널 글라스의 손상없이 저렴한 비용으로 터치패널 글라스를 회수하여 재생할 수 있는 『디스플레이티패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법』에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 터치패널은 모니터, 태블릿 PC 및 휴대폰 등과 같은 각종 디스플레이 패널에 채택되어 적용되고 있으며, 손가락이나 펜등을 이용하여 각종 데이터 및 신호를 입력하는 장치로, 최근 터치패널이 각광을 받으면서 시장규모 역시 커지고 있는 상황이다. 최근 휴대용 제품의 디스플레이 터치 제품이 증가하면서 이들에 대한 제조 공정에서 발생하는 불량의 수량이 급속하게 증가하고 있으며, 특히, 세계적으로 주요 원자재의 고갈 속도가 가속화되고 있다.
터치패널은 크게 Glass, FPCB 및 Sensor Film으로 구성되는데, 특히 이 3가지 부품이 결합된 부품이 비교적 고가(특히 Glass)에 속하며, 제조업체에서의 수율이 높지못해 원가경쟁력하락 및 부품수급에 어려움을 겪고 있어, 원가경쟁력 확보 및 부품수급에 대한 대책으로 Glass재생에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다.
강화 유리의 경우 국내 생산 여건과 생산 환경 문제로 90%이상 해외(특히 중국)에서 수입하고 있으나 수급에 차질로 생산이 중단되는 경우가 빈번하게 일어나고 있다.
또한, 터치패널에 사용된 Glass를 재생하기 위해서는 Sensor Film과 Glass사이의 광학용 접착제를 제거해야 하는데, 광학용 접착제를 제거하기 위해서는 1차 접착제의 접착력을 저하시키는 반응용액의 개발이 필요하고, 접착력을 저하시키는 반응용액과 반응된 접착제의 제거를 위해 수작업으로 반복적인 세척작업을 해야 한다.
그러나, 종래에 반응용액은 광학용 접착제에만 반응을 해야 하나 Glass에 도포된 INK 및 AF(지문방지Coating)에 영향을 주며, 쉽게 제거되지 않아 반복적인 세척작업을 수행해야 하기 때문에, 각종불량(Scratch 및 Damage) 및 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위한 것으로; 본 발명의 목적은 반응용액과 블레이드를 이용하여 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 용이하게 제거함으로써, 터치패널에 인쇄된 잉크나 AF의 손상없이 저렴한 비용으로 터치패널 글라스를 회수하여 재사용할 수 있는 『디스플레이패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법』을 제공하는 것이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은;
터치패널 글라스가 적용된 디스플레이패널로부터 터치패널 글라스를 회수하는 방법에 있어서; 상기 디스플레이패널로부터 상기 터치패널 글라스를 분리하는 터치패널분리단계; 상기 터치패널분리단계를 통해 분리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 반응용액으로 처리하는 반응용액처리단계; 상기반응용액처리단계를 통해 반응용액으로 처리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 블레이드로 제거하는 접착제제거단계; 및 상기 접착제제거단계를 통해 광학용 접착제가 제거된 터치패널 글라스를 초음파로 세척하는 세척단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은; 상기 반응용액처리단계에서 상기 반응용액은 D-리모넨으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법에 의하면; 반응용액과 블레이드를 이용하여 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 용이하게 제거함으로써, 터치패널에 도포된 잉크나 AF의 손상없이 저렴한 비용으로 터치패널 글라스를 회수하여 재사용할 수 있는 탁월한 효과를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 터치패널 글라스의 회수 방법을 보인 공정 순서도이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 사용되는 블레이드를 나타낸 사진이다.

이하에는, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예와 각 성분의 물성을 상세하게 설명하되, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것이지, 이로 인해 본 발명의 기술적인 사상 및 범주가 한정되는 것을 의미하지는 않는다.
본 발명에 따른 터치패널 글라스의 회수 방법은 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 터치패널 글라스가 적용된 디스플레이패널로부터 터치패널 글라스를 분리하는 터치패널분리단계(S101), 상기 터치패널분리단계(S101)를 통해 분리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 반응용액으로 처리하는 반응용액처리단계(S103), 상기반응용액처리단계(S103)를 통해 반응용액으로 처리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 블레이드로 제거하는 접착제제거단계(S105) 및 상기 접착제제거단계(S105)를 통해 광학용 접착제가 제거된 터치패널 글라스를 세척하는 세척단계(S107)로 이루어진다.
상기 터치패널분리단계(S101)는 터치패널 글라스를 분리하는 단계로, 모니터, 태블릿 PC 및 휴대폰 등과 같은 각종 디스플레이패널에 부착되어 있는 터치패널 글라스를 분리하여 이루어진다.
상기의 터치패널분리단계(S101)는 모니터, 태블릿 PC 및 휴대폰 등과 같은 각종 디스플레이패널에 부착되어 있는 터치패널 글라스를 물리적 힘으로 분리하여 이루어지는데, 이때, 상기 터치패널 글라스에 잉크나 AF가 손상되지 않도록 분리하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 반응용액처리단계(S103)는 상기 터치패널분리단계(S101)를 통해 분리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 반응용액으로 처리하는 단계로, 상기 터치패널분리단계(S101)를 통해 분리된 터치패널 글라스를 반응용액에 5 내지 10분 동안 함침하여 광학용 접착제의 접착력을 저하시키는 단계다.
이때, 상기 광학용 접착제의 접착력 저하효과를 더욱 향상시키기 위해서는 반응용액을 40 내지 50℃의 온도로 가열한 상태에서 터치패널 글라스를 함침하는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 반응용액은 D-리모넨으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 D-리모넨은 악취가 없으며, 터치패널 글라스에 잉크나 AF의 손상없이 광학용 접착의 접착력만을 저하시키는 효과를 나타낸다.
상기 접착제제거단계(S105)는 상기반응용액처리단계(S103)를 통해 반응용액으로 처리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 블레이드로 제거하는 단계로, 상기 상기반응용액처리단계(S103)를 통해 반응용액으로 처리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 테프론 또는 나일론으로 이루어진 블레이드를 이용하여 제거하는 단계다.
상기의 접착제제거단계(S105)를 거치면, 상기 반응용액처리단계(S103)를 통해 접착력이 약해진 광학용 접착제성분이 용이하게 제거된다.
이때, 상기 블레이드의 형상은 도 2에 나타내었으며, 상기 블레이드의 접착제 제거 속도는 0.1 내지 0.5cm/sec로 적용되는 것이 바람직한데, 블레이드의 속도가 0.5cm/sec를 초과하게 되면, 광학용 접착제가 완전히 제거되지 않는다.
상기 세척단계(S107)는 상기 접착제제거단계(S105)를 통해 광학용 접착제가 제거된 터치패널 글라스를 초음파로 세척하는 단계로, 상기 접착제제거단계(S105)를 통해 광학용 접착제거 제거된 터치패널 글라스를 세정액에 투입하고 초음파를 조사하여 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 이물질과, 반응용액 성분을 제거하는 단계다.
이때, 상기 세정액은 순수 또는 이소프로필알코올을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기의 세척단계(S107)를 거치면, 본 발명에 따른 터치패널 글라스의 재활용 공정이 완료되는데, 상기와 같은 공정으로 재생된 터치패널 글라스는 반응용액과 블레이드를 이용하여 터치패널 글라스에 잉크나 AF의 손상없이 광학용 접착제를 용이하게 제거할 수 있어 보다 저렴한 비용으로 터치패널 글라스를 회수하여 재사용할 수 있는 효과를 나타낸다.
본 발명은 저렴한 비용으로 터치패널 글라스를 손상없이 회수하여 재생하기 위한 『디스플레이티패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 분야』에 광범위하게 이용될 수 있다.
Claims (2)
- 터치패널 글라스가 적용된 디스플레이패널로부터 터치패널 글라스를 회수하는 방법에 있어서;상기 디스플레이패널로부터 상기 터치패널 글라스를 분리하는 터치패널분리단계;상기 터치패널분리단계를 통해 분리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 반응용액으로 처리하는 반응용액처리단계;상기반응용액처리단계를 통해 반응용액으로 처리된 터치패널 글라스에 잔존하는 광학용 접착제를 블레이드로 제거하는 접착제제거단계; 및상기 접착제제거단계를 통해 광학용 접착제가 제거된 터치패널 글라스를 초음파로 세척하는 세척단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반응용액처리단계에서 상기 반응용액은 D-리모넨으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이패널로부터의 터치패널 글라스 회수 방법.
