Abstract

metodo para a remoção de crostas durante um processo de conversão lignocelulósica. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para o processamento de uma matéria-prima lignocelulósica compreendendo a exposição da matéria-prima lignocelulósica a ácido em um rator para hidrolisar pelo menos a hemicelulose presente na dita matéria-prima lignocelulósica, em que, durante a dita exposição, um depósito de crosta compreendendo lignina se forma na superfície interna do dito reator; e tratamento do depósito de crosta com uma solução de álcali a uma teemperatura entre cerca de 140ºc e cerca de 250ºc para remover a crosta. também se refere a um método para a redução do depósito de crosta que se forma no equipamento do processo durante um estágio de reação da matéria-prima lignocelulósica com ácido.
