まず、図1を参照して、本開示の一実施形態に係る手術用フェイスガード1の概略構成について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る手術用フェイスガード1を示す概略斜視図である。
[2.1.フレーム]
まず、図2~図8に基づいて、本実施形態に係るフェイスガード1のフレーム100について説明する。なお、図2は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の斜視図である。図3は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の平面図である。図4は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の底面図である。図5は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の正面図である。図6は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の背面図である。図7は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の左側面図である。図8は、本実施形態に係るフレーム100の右側面図である。
フレーム本体部110は、フェイスガード1の装着者の眼前に位置するフレーム前面部111と、フレーム前面部111から延び、装着者の左右の耳にかかるテンプル部113R、113Lとからなる。フレーム前面部111は、装着者の眼の上部側のみに設けることで、装着者の視界を妨げないようにすることができる。フレーム前面部111の中央部分には、装着者の鼻を両側から挟み、フレーム100を頭部に固定させるためのノーズパッド部112R、112Lが設けられている。
フレーム本体部110のテンプル部113R、113Lには、シールド200をフレーム本体部110に固定するための固定部材120R、120Lが設けられている。固定部材120R、120Lは、フレーム本体部110に固定されるシールド200の左右の端部を固定する位置に設けられ、例えば、フェイスガード1を装着した装着者のこめかみが位置する部分に設けられる。固定部材120R、120Lは、取付部121R、121Lと、つまみ部123R、123Lと、固定部125R、125Lと、嵌合部127R、127Lとからなる。
次に、図9及び図10に基づいて、本実施形態に係るシールド200について説明する。図9は、3次元視用シールド200Aの一例を示す概略平面図である。図10は、2次元視用シールド200Bの一例を示す概略平面図である。
上述のフェイスガード1のシールド200は所定の偏光特性を有する偏光領域を備えていたが、本開示はかかる例に限定されない。例えば図2~図8に示したフレーム100に、偏光領域のない通常のシールドを取り付けてもよい。この場合にも、例えば図12に示すように、フレーム100の固定部材120の嵌合部127R、127Lの形状に対応して、シールド200Cの嵌合孔235R、235Lの形状を異なるようにする。

医療従事者の頭部に装着されるフレームと、
少なくとも前記医療従事者の眼前部と顔側面の一部とを覆い、3次元画像に対して所定の偏光特性を有する偏光シールドと、
からなる、手術用フェイスガード。

前記偏光シールドは、前記フレームに着脱可能に設けられ、
前記フレームは、前記偏光シールドを前記フレームの右側部で固定する右固定部材及び前記偏光シールドを前記フレームの左側部で固定する左固定部材を備える、前記(1)に記載の手術用フェイスガード。

前記偏光シールドには、前記右固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する右嵌合孔と、前記左固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する左嵌合孔とが形成されており、
前記右嵌合孔と前記左嵌合孔とは異なる形状を有する、前記(2)に記載の手術用フェイスガード。

前記偏光シールドは、3次元画像を3次元視可能にする偏光特性を有する3次元視用シールドである、前記(1)~(3)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。

前記偏光シールドは、3次元画像を2次元視可能にする偏光特性を有する2次元視用シールドである、前記(1)~(3)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(6)
前記偏光シールドには、偏光特性を示す識別マークが付されている、前記(1)~(5)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(7)
前記医療従事者の顔面と対向する前記偏光シールドの内面は、曇りを防止する曇り止めコーティングが施されている、前記(1)~(6)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(8)
前記医療従事者の顔面と対向する前記偏光シールドの内面と反対側の外面は、撥水コーティングが施されている、前記(1)~(7)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(9)
前記偏光シールドに重畳される他のシールドをさらに備える、前記(1)~(8)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(10)
前記フレームは、右側部又は左側部から前記医療従事者の頭部と反対側に突出する突起部を有する、前記(1)~(9)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(11)
前記フレームは、滅菌処理に対して耐性を有する材質から形成されている、または滅菌処理に対して耐性を有する加工が施されている、前記(1)~(10)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(12)
前記偏光シールドは、前記医療従事者の顔前面の略全体を覆う、前記(1)~(11)のいずれか1項に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(13)
前記3次元画像は、患者の術部に関する内視鏡画像である、前記(1)~(12)に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
(14)
医療従事者の眼前に位置するフレーム前面部と、
前記フレーム前面部の右端から延びるフレーム右側部と、
前記フレーム前面部の左端から延びるフレーム左側部と
を備え、
前記フレーム右側部又は前記フレーム左側部は、前記医療従事者の頭部と反対側に突出する突起部を有する、手術用フレーム。

前記フレーム右側部は、3次元画像に対して所定の偏光特性を有する偏光シールドを固定する右固定部材の右嵌合部を有し、
前記フレーム左側部は、前記偏光シールドを固定する左固定部材の左嵌合部を有し、
前記右嵌合部と前記左嵌合部とは異なる形状を有する、前記(14)に記載の手術用フレーム。

3次元画像に対して所定の偏光特性を有する偏光領域と、
医療従事者の頭部に装着されるフレームの右固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する右嵌合孔と、
前記フレームの左固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する左嵌合孔と、

前記右嵌合孔と前記左嵌合孔とは異なる形状を有する、手術用偏光シールド。

Claims (17)
- 医療従事者の頭部に装着されるフレームと、
少なくとも前記医療従事者の眼前部と顔側面の一部とを覆い、3次元画像に対して所定の偏光特性を有する偏光シールドと、
からなる、手術用フェイスガード。 - 前記偏光シールドは、前記フレームに着脱可能に設けられ、
前記フレームは、前記偏光シールドを前記フレームの右側部で固定する右固定部材及び前記偏光シールドを前記フレームの左側部で固定する左固定部材を備える、請求項1に記載の手術用フェイスガード。 - 前記偏光シールドには、前記右固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する右嵌合孔と、前記左固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する左嵌合孔とが形成されており、
前記右嵌合孔と前記左嵌合孔とは異なる形状を有する、請求項2に記載の手術用フェイスガード。 - 前記偏光シールドは、3次元画像を3次元視可能にする偏光特性を有する3次元視用シールドである、請求項1に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
- 前記偏光シールドは、3次元画像を2次元視可能にする偏光特性を有する2次元視用シールドである、請求項1に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
- 前記偏光シールドには、偏光特性を示す識別マークが付されている、請求項1に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
- 前記医療従事者の顔面と対向する前記偏光シールドの内面は、曇りを防止する曇り止めコーティングが施されている、請求項1に記載の手術用フェイスガード。
- 前記医療従事者の顔面と対向する前記偏光シールドの内面と反対側の外面は、撥水コーティングが施されている、請求項1に記載の手術用フェイスガード。

前記フレーム左側部は、前記偏光シールドを固定する左固定部材の左嵌合部を有し、
前記右嵌合部と前記左嵌合部とは異なる形状を有する、請求項14に記載の手術用フレーム。 - 3次元画像に対して所定の偏光特性を有する偏光領域と、
医療従事者の頭部に装着されるフレームの右固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する右嵌合孔と、
前記フレームの左固定部材の嵌合部と嵌合する左嵌合孔と、
を備え、
前記右嵌合孔と前記左嵌合孔とは異なる形状を有する、手術用偏光シールド。 - 3次元画像を表示する表示装置と、
医療従事者の頭部に装着されるフレームと、少なくとも前記医療従事者の眼前部と顔側面の一部とを覆い、3次元画像に対して所定の偏光特性を有する偏光シールドと、からなる、手術用フェイスガードと、
からなる、手術システム。
