经编机铺纬装置,包括具有对称布置的纬纱针的铺纬输送装置,所述的铺纬输送装置的支架上设置有可以滑动的铺纬横梁,铺纬横梁上设置有铺纬小车,其特征在于:所述的铺纬横梁上还设置有铺纬小车配合铺纬的导纱协动装置,所述的导纱协动装置包括与铺纬横梁连接的安装座,一组平行的第一导向杆垂直连接在安装座,第一导向杆上均套设有可滑动的滑动套,还包括连接在滑动套之间的滑动块,相对设置的第一推动气缸与第二推动气缸分别连接在安装座和滑动块上,第一推动气缸的活塞杆与第二推动气缸的活塞杆连接,滑动块连接有针座,针座上设置有若干直针。
所述的铺纬小车包括与铺纬横梁连接的滑台连接板,滑台连接板的侧面下端垂直连接有下横板,下横板的端部连接有垂直设置的前端板,在前端板和滑台连接板之间设置有穿纱机构,滑台连接板和前端板的相对的面上对称设置有两组升降驱动气缸,两组升降驱动气缸分别为左升降驱动气缸和右升降驱动气缸,左升降驱动气缸的输出端连接有左压纱板,右升降气缸的输出端连接有右压纱板。
所述的滑台连接板和前端板上均设置有导向机构,所述的导向机构包括与滑台连接板或前端板连接的连接座,连接座上设置有导向直线轴承,导向直线轴承内连接有导向杆,导向杆的下端与压纱板连接。
经编机铺纬装置的铺纬方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、铺纬小车在铺纬横梁上移动带动纬纱向铺纬输送装置的一侧移动;
步骤2、当铺纬小车移动到铺纬小车的压纱板均位于铺纬输送装置的纬纱针的外侧时,铺纬小车的压纱装置下压到压纱板的下端面位于纬纱针的顶部的下方,使纬纱嵌入纬纱针内;
步骤3、导纱协动装置的第二推动气缸工作,驱动滑动块前移,使针座上的直针 插入位于压纱板与分纱块之间的纬纱内,
步骤4、铺纬横梁移动,带动导纱协动装置和铺纬小车向下一个铺纬位移动,
步骤5、当铺纬横梁移动到下一个铺纬位后,铺纬小车的压纱装置的压纱板收回,此时,导纱协动装置的第一推动气缸工作,推动滑动块上的针床进一步前移,使针床上的直针与纬纱针贴合;
步骤6、铺纬小车在铺纬横梁上回移,使纬纱嵌入该铺纬位对应的纬纱针内,与此同时,第一推动气缸和第二推动气缸动作,使针床回移;
步骤7、连续铺纬动作重复步骤1至6。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明对高速经编机的铺纬装置的结构进行了改进,从而改变了经编机铺纬的动作,减少了铺纬过程中铺纬小车、铺纬横梁和导纱协动装置的动作次数,缩短了铺纬的时间,从而提高了经编机的经编速度,使整个经编机的生产效率得到了提升。
2、本发明也对经编机的铺纬装置的铺纬方法进行了改进,减少了各个铺纬组件的动作次数,缩短了铺纬的时间,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施方式一
如图1和图2所示的导纱协动装置,包括安装座1,为了便于安全座1与铺纬横梁的连接,还设置有与安全座连接的连接管101,连接管101的两端设置有连接横杆102,连接横杆102与铺纬横梁连接,一组平行的第一导向杆5垂直连接在安装座1,第一导向杆5上均套设有可滑动的滑动套9,优选的滑动套内设 置有降低摩擦阻力的直线轴承,还包括连接在滑动套9之间的滑动块6,相对设置的第一推动气缸2与第二推动气缸4分别连接在安装座1和滑动块6上,第一推动气缸2的活塞杆与第二推动气缸4的活塞杆连接,滑动块6连接有针座7,针座7上设置有若干直针8,本发明中第一推动气缸和第二推动气缸采用气缸,与此等同的其他实施方式有液压缸,本发明的导纱协动装置在铺纬小车的压纱板压下纱线后,第一推动气缸工作,使滑动块向前运动,推动针座上的直针插入纬纱内,铺纬横梁移动,直针插入纬纱中能够防止纬纱在横移过程中发生堆积的问题,保证了纬纱的均匀分布,当铺纬横梁横移到位后,第二推动气缸工作,进一步的使直针前移,使直针的端部与纬纱针贴合,便于铺纬小车回移的时候纬纱能够准确的卡入纬纱针的间隙内。
所述的第一推动气缸2的活塞杆通过调节杆3与第二推动气缸4的活塞杆连接,设置的调节杆便于工作人员根据直针与纬纱针之间的距离来直针移动的距离,能够满足不同的经编机的铺纬机构的改造和改进的需要,本发明中的调节杆有两个杆件构成,杆件上设有具有螺纹的盲孔,杆件之间连接有调节螺杆,调节螺杆连接在盲孔内,且两个盲孔内的螺纹的旋向相反。
实施方式二
如图10所示的导纱协动装置,包括安装座1,为了便于安全座1与铺纬横梁的连接,还设置有与安全座连接的连接管101,连接管101的两端设置有连接横杆102,连接横杆102与铺纬横梁连接,一组平行的第一导向杆5垂直连接在安装座1,第一导向杆5上均套设有可滑动的滑动套9,优选的滑动套内设置有降低摩擦阻力的直线轴承,还包括连接在滑动套9之间的滑动块6,驱动电机21连接在安装座1上,驱动电机21的输出端连接有丝杠31,滑动块6连接在 丝杠31上,电机转动带动丝杠转动,从而驱动滑动块的前移的分级运动和滑动块的后移。
下面结合附图对铺纬装置进行描述。
铺纬装置用于将纬纱呈一定角度铺设在铺纬输送装置上,铺纬输送装置前移,将铺纬的纬纱送入经编机中进行编织。
如图3和图4所示的经编机铺纬装置,包括具有对称布置的纬纱针的铺纬输送装置14,所述的铺纬输送装置14的支架上设置有可以滑动的铺纬横梁12,铺纬横梁12上设置有铺纬小车13,所述的铺纬横梁12上还设置有铺纬小车13配合铺纬的导纱协动装置10,所述的导纱协动装置包括与铺纬横梁连接的安装座1,一组平行的第一导向杆5垂直连接在安装座1,第一导向杆5上均套设有可滑动的滑动套9,还包括连接在滑动套9之间的滑动块6,相对设置的第一推动气缸2与第二推动气缸4分别连接在安装座1和滑动块6上,第一推动气缸的2活塞杆与第二推动气缸4的活塞杆连接,滑动块6连接有针座7,针座7上设置有若干直针8。
本发明所述的铺纬装置通过对导纱协动装置的改进,优化了铺纬过程中的导纱协动装置、铺纬小车和铺纬横梁的动作,一方面减少了导纱协动装置、铺纬小河和铺纬横梁的动作次数,即减少了铺纬过程中的设备的动作时间,另一方面本发明中导纱协动装置运动行程短,即运动的时间上,也缩短了铺纬的时间。
所述的铺纬小车包括与铺纬横梁连接的滑台连接板133,滑台连接板133的侧面下端垂直连接有下横板1315,下横板1315的端部连接有垂直设置的前端板1320,在前端板1320和滑台连接板133之间设置有穿纱机构135,滑台连接板133和前端板1320的相对的面上对称设置有两组升降驱动气缸137,两组升降 驱动气缸137分别为左升降驱动气缸1371和右升降驱动气缸1372,左升降驱动气缸的输出端连接有左压纱板1316,右升降气缸的输出端连接有右压纱板13161。
本发明对铺纬小车也进行了改进,压纱板的两端同时上下运动,保证了压纱板对纬纱压力的平稳性,克服了现有技术中单端摆动压纱造成的纬纱的下压量不相同的问题,现有技术中纬纱的下压量不同,其可能存在纬纱中的张力不同,纬纱中的张力不同,容易出现断纱的问题,本发明中的压纱板的下压量下同,纬纱的压力相同,不会存在纬纱张力不同造成的纬纱断裂的问题。
所述的滑台连接板和前端板上均设置有导向机构,所述的导向机构包括与滑台连接板或前端板连接的连接座1312,连接座1312上设置有导向直线轴承1313,导向直线轴承1313内连接有导向杆13111,导向杆13111的下端与压纱板连接,设置的导向机构能够对压纱板的上下运动进行导向,保证压纱板运行的平稳性,不会出现压纱板倾斜造成的压纱不到位的问题。
经编机铺纬装置的铺纬方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、铺纬小车在铺纬横梁上移动带动纬纱向铺纬输送装置的一侧移动;
步骤2、当铺纬小车移动到铺纬小车的压纱板均位于铺纬输送装置的纬纱针的外侧时,铺纬小车的压纱装置下压到压纱板的下端面位于纬纱针的顶部的下方,使纬纱嵌入纬纱针内;本发明的铺纬方法中,通过铺纬小车的移动来控制纬纱与纬纱针之间的位置,并通过铺纬小车的压纱板来使纬纱嵌入纬纱针内,本发明中无需通过勾针伸入到纬纱针内,并通过移动铺纬横梁来使纬纱与勾针连接,减少了勾针的运动行程和铺纬横梁的往复运动,缩短了纬纱与纬纱针形成连接关系所需的时间;
步骤3、导纱协动装置的第二推动气缸工作,驱动滑动块前移,使针座上的直针插入位于压纱板与分纱块之间的纬纱内,此处通过直针插入纬纱内,防止纬纱在后续的平移过程中发生堆叠的问题,保证了铺纬的均匀性;
步骤4、铺纬横梁移动,带动导纱协动装置和铺纬小车向下一个铺纬位移动,在此过程中纬纱随着铺纬横梁移动,使纬纱与纬纱针的壁贴合并在纬纱针的外侧向下一个铺纬位移动;
步骤5、当铺纬横梁移动到下一个铺纬位后,铺纬小车的压纱装置的压纱板收回,此时,导纱协动装置的第一推动气缸工作,推动滑动块上的针床进一步前移,使针床上的直针与纬纱针贴合;当铺纬横梁移动到铺纬位后,第一驱动气缸工作,使直针与纬纱针贴合,便于纬纱能够有效的嵌入纬纱针内,保证了铺纬的质量;如果没有直针的第二次前移,铺纬小车回移时,由于直针和纬纱针之间还存在一定的距离,纬纱与直针脱离后,可能不会完全卡入纬纱针内,存在与纬纱针脱离的风险,这就影响了铺纬的质量和铺纬的效率;
步骤6、铺纬小车在铺纬横梁上回移,使纬纱嵌入该铺纬位对应的纬纱针内,与此同时,第一推动气缸和第二推动气缸动作,使针床回移;一次铺纬动作完成,各个机构复位;
步骤7、连续铺纬动作重复步骤1至6。
上述的铺纬方法,适用于多轴向经编和单轴向经编铺纬的要求,具有较好的通用性,同时,本铺纬方法减少了导纱协动机构、铺纬小车和铺纬横梁的动作次数和动作行程,缩短了单次铺纬所需要的时间,提高了铺纬的速度,从而提高了经编机的经编速度,实现了高速的多轴向或单轴向经编,此处高速为经编机的主轴的转速能够达到1000-1200转/分钟,相对于现有的经编机转速的700-800转/分钟,有了很大的提升,提高了经编机的生产效率。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明对高速经编机的铺纬装置的结构进行了改进,从而改变了经编机铺纬的动作,减少了铺纬过程中铺纬小车、铺纬横梁和导纱协动装置的动作次数,缩短了铺纬的时间,从而提高了经编机的经编速度,使整个经编机的生产效率得到了提升。
2、本发明也对经编机的铺纬装置的铺纬方法进行了改进,减少了各个铺纬组件的动作次数,缩短了铺纬的时间,提高了生产效率。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质上对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 导纱协动装置,其特征在于:包括安装座,一组平行的第一导向杆垂直连接在安装座,第一导向杆上均套设有可滑动的滑动套,还包括连接在滑动套之间的滑动块,所述的安装座上设有驱动滑动块进行二级前移的驱动装置,滑动块连接有针座,针座上设置有若干直针。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导纱协动装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置为气动或液动驱动装置,所述的驱动装置包括连接在安装座上的第一驱动缸和连接在滑动块上的第二驱动缸,第一驱动缸的活塞杆与第二驱动缸的活塞杆连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导纱协动装置,其特征在于:所述的第一推动气缸的活塞杆通过调节杆与第二推动气缸的活塞杆连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的导纱协动装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置包括连接在安装座上的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端连接有驱动丝杠,驱动丝杠与滑动块连接。
  5. 经编机铺纬装置,包括具有对称布置的纬纱针的铺纬输送装置,所述的铺纬输送装置的支架上设置有可以滑动的铺纬横梁,铺纬横梁上设置有铺纬小车,其特征在于:所述的铺纬横梁上还设置有铺纬小车配合铺纬的导纱协动装置,所述的导纱协动装置包括与铺纬横梁连接的安装座,一组平行的第一导向杆垂直连接在安装座,第一导向杆上均套设有可滑动的滑动套,还包括连接在滑动套之间的滑动块,相对设置的第一推动气缸与第二推动气缸分别连接在安装座和滑动块上,第一推动气缸的活塞杆与第二推动气缸的活塞杆连接,滑动块连接有针座,针座上设置有若干直针。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的经编机铺纬装置,其特征在于:所述的铺纬小车包括与铺纬横梁连接的滑台连接板,滑台连接板的侧面下端垂直连接有下 横板,下横板的端部连接有垂直设置的前端板,在前端板和滑台连接板之间设置有穿纱机构,滑台连接板和前端板的相对的面上对称设置有两组升降驱动气缸,两组升降驱动气缸分别为左升降驱动气缸和右升降驱动气缸,左升降驱动气缸的输出端连接有左压纱板,右升降气缸的输出端连接有右压纱板。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的经编机铺纬装置,其特征在于:所述的滑台连接板和前端板上均设置有导向机构,所述的导向机构包括与滑台连接板或前端板连接的连接座,连接座上设置有导向直线轴承,导向直线轴承内连接有导向杆,导向杆的下端与压纱板连接。
  8. 经编机铺纬装置的铺纬方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    步骤1、铺纬小车在铺纬横梁上移动带动纬纱向铺纬输送装置的一侧移动;
    步骤2、当铺纬小车移动到铺纬小车的压纱板均位于铺纬输送装置的纬纱针的外侧时,铺纬小车的压纱装置下压到压纱板的下端面位于纬纱针的顶部的下方,使纬纱嵌入纬纱针内;
    步骤3、导纱协动装置的第二推动气缸工作,驱动滑动块前移,使针座上的直针插入位于压纱板与分纱块之间的纬纱内,
    步骤4、铺纬横梁移动,带动导纱协动装置和铺纬小车向下一个铺纬位移动,
    步骤5、当铺纬横梁移动到下一个铺纬位后,铺纬小车的压纱装置的压纱板收回,此时,导纱协动装置的第一推动气缸工作,推动滑动块上的针床进一步前移,使针床上的直针与纬纱针贴合;
    步骤6、铺纬小车在铺纬横梁上回移,使纬纱嵌入该铺纬位对应的纬纱针内,与此同时,第一推动气缸和第二推动气缸动作,使针床回移;
    步骤7、连续铺纬动作重复步骤1至6。
