Claims (14)
- 一种液晶配向膜制作方法,其中,包括以下步骤:将液晶盒放入第一反应机台的台面上,并为所述液晶盒提供温度、电压、以及紫外线照射,使所述液晶盒中的液晶配向单体发生聚合反应;判断所述液晶盒在所述第一反应机台中的时间是否达到移送时间阈值;如果达到所述移送时间阈值,则将所述液晶盒移送至第二反应机台;判断所述液晶盒是否移送成功;如果所述液晶盒移送成功,则将所述液晶盒在所述第一反应机台中的时间清零,并重新计时;如果所述液晶盒移送不成功,则通过声音、闪光、和/或提示信息的方式进行预警,使所述液晶盒被移送出;判断所述液晶盒在所述第一反应机台中的时间是否达到危险时间阈值;以及如果达到所述危险时间阈值,则使第一反应机台的台面所配置的顶针将所述液晶盒顶起来,使所述液晶盒远离所述台面。
- 如权利要求1所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,所述移送时间阈值为4~5分钟,所述危险时间阈值为5~6分钟。
- 如权利要求1所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,所述如果达到危险时间阈值,则将所述第一反应机台的台面下的顶针将所述液晶盒顶起来,使其远离所述台面的步骤中,所述顶针的长度大于等于5毫米。
- 如权利要求1所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,在所述将液晶盒放入第一反应机台的台面上的步骤之前,还包括以下步骤:制备液晶混合物,包含液晶分子和液晶配向单体;以及制备所述液晶盒,包括:第一基板与第二基板之间注入所述液晶混合物,并进行贴盒,以形成所述液晶盒。
- 一种液晶配向膜制作方法,其中,包括以下步骤:将液晶盒放入第一反应机台的台面上,并为所述液晶盒提供温度、电压、以及紫外线照射,使所述液晶盒中的液晶配向单体发生聚合反应;判断所述液晶盒在所述第一反应机台中的时间是否达到移送时间阈值;如果达到所述移送时间阈值,则将所述液晶盒移送至第二反应机台;判断所述液晶盒是否移送成功;如果所述液晶盒移送不成功,则进行预警;判断所述液晶盒在所述第一反应机台中的时间是否达到危险时间阈值;以及如果达到所述危险时间阈值,则使第一反应机台的台面所配置的顶针将所述液晶盒顶起来,使所述液晶盒远离所述台面。
- 如权利要求5所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,所述移送时间阈值为4~5分钟,所述危险时间阈值为5~6分钟。
- 如权利要求5所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,在所述判断所述液晶盒是否移送成功的步骤之后,还包括:如果移送成功,则将所述液晶盒在所述第一反应机台中的时间清零,并重新计时。
- 如权利要求5所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,所述如果移送不成功,则进行预警的步骤包括:通过声音、闪光、和/或提示信息的方式进行预警,使所述液晶盒被移送出。
- 如权利要求5所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,所述如果达到危险时间阈值,则将所述第一反应机台的台面下的顶针将所述液晶盒顶起来,使其远离所述台面的步骤中,所述顶针的长度大于等于5毫米。
- 如权利要求5所述的配向膜制作方法,其中,在所述将液晶盒放入第一反应机台的台面上的步骤之前,还包括以下步骤:制备液晶混合物,包含液晶分子和液晶配向单体;制备所述液晶盒,包括:第一基板与第二基板之间注入所述液晶混合物,并进行贴盒,以形成所述液晶盒。
- 一种液晶配向膜的反应机台,用于使液晶盒内发生聚合反应生成液晶配向膜,其中,包括:温控模块,设置于台面上,用于供预设温度范围;电压模块,用于为所述提供预设电压范围;紫外线模块,用于提供预设照度的紫外线;计时模块,用于从液晶盒放上所述台面开始计时;第一判断模块,用于判断当前计时时间是否达到移送时间阈值;移送模块,用于当达到所述移送时间阈值时,将所述液晶盒移送至第二反应机台;第二判断模块,用于判断所述液晶盒是否移送成功;预警模块,用于所述液晶盒当移送不成功时,进行预警;第三判断模块,用于判断当前计时时间是否达到危险时间阈值;以及控制模块,用于当达到所述危险时间阈值时,使所述台面所配置的顶针将所述液晶盒顶起来,使其远离所述台面。
- 如权利要求11所述的反应机台,其中,所述移送时间阈值为4~5分钟;所述危险时间阈值为5~6分钟。
- 如权利要求11所述的反应机台,其中,所述顶针的长度大于等于5毫米。
- 如权利要求11所述的反应机台,其中,所述预警模块,通过声音、闪光、和/或提示信息的方式进行预警。
