Claims (16)
- 기재;상기 기재 상에 형성된 패턴층;상기 패턴층 상에 형성되고, 전도성 물질을 포함하는 발열층; 및상기 발열층 상에 연결된 전극을 포함하는, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 기재;상기 기재 상에 형성되고, 전도성 물질을 포함하는 발열층;상기 발열층 상에 연결된 전극; 및상기 발열층 상에 형성된 보호층을 포함하며,상기 보호층은 기공을 포함하는 것인,투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴층은 경화성 수지에 의해 형성된 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴층은 음각, 양각, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 형상을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴층은 1 ㎛ 내지 500 ㎛의 간격의 패턴을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 물질은 금속 산화물, 금속 나노와이어, 탄소나노구조체, 금속 페이스트, 금속 나노입자, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은 인듐-주석-옥사이드, 아연-주석-옥사이드, 인듐-갈륨-아연-옥사이드, 아연-알루미늄-옥사이드, 인듐-아연-옥사이드, 아연 옥사이드, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 금속 나노와이어는 은, 금, 백금, 구리, 니켈, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 팔라듐, 코발트, 카드뮴, 로듐, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속 나노와이어를 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노구조체는 그래핀, 탄소나노튜브, 플러렌, 카본블랙, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 금속 페이스트는 은, 금, 백금, 구리, 니켈, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 팔라듐, 코발트, 카드뮴, 로듐, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 금속 나노입자는 은, 금, 백금, 구리, 니켈, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 팔라듐, 코발트, 카드뮴, 로듐, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보호층의 기공은 5 nm 내지 10 ㎛의 크기를 가지는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열층 상에 형성된 보호층을 추가 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 발열층은 상기 패턴층의 패턴 형상에 따라 형성된 것을 추가 포함하는, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 보호층과 상기 패턴 형상에 따라 형성된 발열층 사이에 형성된 에어갭을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 기공을 포함하는 것인, 투명 면상 발열체.
