- the galvano controller 45 stops driving the galvano X-axis motor 31 and the galvano Y-axis motor 32.
- the laser processing apparatus 91 according to the third embodiment has the same effect as the effect of the laser processing apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment. Furthermore, in the laser processing apparatus 91 according to the third embodiment, when the door 36 of the processing container 4 is opened, the CPU 61 performs an excitation drive current that is being processed and is supplied to the excitation semiconductor laser 41. When the laser oscillator 21 is equal to or less than the “current threshold” corresponding to the maximum output value of the excitation light that does not oscillate the pulse laser (laser light L), the processing flag is set to ON and the irradiation flag is set to OFF. To do.
- the CPU 61 supplies a preliminary excitation current value L 1 (A) equal to or lower than the “current threshold value” to the excitation semiconductor laser 41 via the laser driver 42. Further, the CPU 61 drives the galvano X-axis motor 31 and the galvano Y-axis motor 32 via the galvano controller 45, sets the irradiation position of the laser light L to the next irradiation start position, and urgently stops the galvano scanner 19.
- the CPU 61 detects the excitation semiconductor laser after the next irradiation start position of the laser light L.
- an excitation current value L2 (A) is supplied to the excitation semiconductor laser 41, and the XY coordinate data and “processing speed” of the print pattern after the next irradiation start position of the laser light L are Output to the galvano controller 45.
- the laser oscillator 21 emits the laser light L when the door 36 of the processing container 4 is opened.
- the emergency stop state is automatically canceled when each door 36 is closed.
- the CPU 61 can continuously perform the marking process from the next irradiation start position of the laser beam L, thereby further shortening the processing time and improving the product yield. It becomes possible.
- the preliminary excitation current value L1 (A) is supplied to the pumping semiconductor laser 41, so that the laser oscillator 21 pumps without oscillating the pulse laser. Light is incident through the optical fiber F and enters a low excitation state.
- the processing excitation current value L2 (A) is supplied to the excitation semiconductor laser 41, and when the excitation light during processing enters the laser oscillator 21,
- the laser oscillator 21 can start emitting a pulse laser (laser light L) in a short time. Therefore, it is possible to improve the printing quality of characters, symbols, figures, etc. marked on the processing surface WA of the processing object W.
- the present invention is not limited to the first to third embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
- the same reference numerals as those of the laser processing apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment in FIGS. 1 to 8 are the same as or equivalent to those of the laser processing apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment. The part is shown.
- the CPU 61 may execute a determination process for determining whether or not the laser oscillator 21 emits the laser light L via the optical sensor 18. That is, the CPU 61 may execute a determination process for determining whether the light emission intensity of the laser light L incident by the optical sensor 18 is detected.
- the CPU 61 proceeds to the process of S116 or S216. It may be.
- the CPU 61 proceeds to the process of S117 or S220. It may be. Thereby, it is possible to reliably detect whether or not the laser beam L is emitted from the laser oscillator 21.
- the CPU 61 may execute the process of S222 after executing the process of S220. And CPU61 may be made to perform the process after S217, after performing the process of S222. If the CPU 61 determines in S225 that the irradiation flag is set to OFF (S225: NO), the CPU 61 executes the processes of S124 and S125 instead of the process of S226. You may make it do.
- the CPU 61 drives the galvano X-axis motor 31 and the galvano Y-axis motor 32 via the galvano controller 45, sets the irradiation position of the laser light L to the next irradiation start position, and makes the galvano scanner 19 emergency. Stop. Further, the CPU 61 drives the relay 66 to be turned off, and interrupts the drive current supplied from the power supply unit 52 to the laser driver 42. That is, the CPU 61 sets the excitation drive current to the excitation semiconductor laser 41 to OFF, stops the emission of excitation light urgently, and sets the laser light L not to be emitted from the laser oscillator 21.
- the laser oscillator 21 emits the laser beam L when the door 36 of the processing container 4 is opened. If not, the emergency stop state is automatically released when each door 36 is closed. Then, the CPU 61 can perform the marking process from the next irradiation start position with respect to the irradiation position when the door 36 is opened, and can further reduce the processing time. Product yield can be improved.
- the preliminary excitation current value L1 (A) is supplied to the excitation semiconductor laser 41, so that the laser oscillator 21 transmits excitation light that does not oscillate the pulse laser through the optical fiber F.
- the laser oscillator 21 can perform a pulse laser ( The emission of the laser beam L) can be started. Therefore, it is possible to improve the printing quality of characters, symbols, figures, etc. marked on the processing surface WA of the processing object W.
- the CPU 61 may move to the process of S118 just in case after executing the process of S113. Thereafter, since it is the same as the “second control process” executed by the CPU 61 of the laser processing apparatus 81 according to the second embodiment, it is substantially the same as the laser processing apparatus 81 according to the second embodiment. This is to make the emergency stop state (S118 to S120) more reliable even when not being processed.
- the CPU 61 may move to the process of S217 just in case after executing the process of S213. Thereafter, since it is the same as the “third control process” executed by the CPU 61 of the laser processing apparatus 91 according to the third embodiment, it is substantially the same as the laser processing apparatus 91 according to the third embodiment. This is to make the emergency stop state (S217 to S219) more reliable even when the machining is not in progress.
- the CPU 61 causes the laser driver 42 to emit excitation light that does not oscillate the pulse laser (laser light L) with respect to the laser driver 42 in S119. It may be instructed to supply the preliminary excitation current value L1 (A) (for example, bias current) equal to or lower than the “current threshold” that is the excitation drive current value corresponding to the maximum output value to the excitation semiconductor laser 41. . That is, the CPU 61 may maintain the fourth drive state Q4 in the fifth drive state Q5 shown in FIG.
- L1 for example, bias current
- the laser oscillator 21 enters the low excitation state when the excitation light that does not oscillate the pulse laser is incident through the optical fiber F.
- the laser oscillator 21 can be used for a pulse laser ( The emission of the laser beam L) can be started. Therefore, it is possible to improve the printing quality of characters, symbols, figures, etc. marked on the processing surface WA of the processing object W.
- the CPU 61 causes the pre-excitation current value at which the laser oscillator 21 does not oscillate the pulse laser (laser light L) to the laser driver 42 in S124.
- the instruction timing for instructing L1 (A) to be supplied to the pumping semiconductor laser 41 is the last minute that the pumping drive current value supplied to the pumping semiconductor laser 41 can rise to the preliminary pumping current value L1 (A). You may make it delay to timing. Thereby, the power saving of the laser processing apparatus 81 can be achieved.
- the laser beam emitting means may be used, for example, a high-power semiconductor laser may be used.
- a high-power semiconductor laser since the laser beam emitted from the semiconductor laser can be directly irradiated onto the processing surface WA of the workpiece W to perform the marking process, the number of parts is reduced to reduce the size and the weight. It becomes possible.
- the laser light emitted from the laser light emitting means is not limited to a pulse laser, and may be a continuous laser light during processing (irradiation), for example.
