Abstract
Description
手振れ補正の方式としては、撮像モジュールを一体的に傾けるモジュールチルト方式が知られている(例えば特許文献1)。撮像モジュールとは、レンズ部と撮像素子(例えばCCD(Charge Coupled Device))を有するモジュールであり、オートフォーカス用のアクチュエーターを有するものも含まれる。
以下において、オートフォーカス用のアクチュエーターを「AF用アクチュエーター」、手振れ補正用のアクチュエーターを「OIS用アクチュエーター」と称する。
図1、2に示すように、従来のモジュールチルト方式のカメラモジュール2は、固定体21、可動体22、弾性支持部23、撮像モジュール24、及び振れ検出部25を備える。固定体21、可動体22、及び弾性支持部23によって、OIS用アクチュエーターが構成される。
図3は、本発明の一実施の形態に係るカメラモジュール100を搭載するスマートフォンMを示す図である。図3AはスマートフォンMの正面図であり、図3BはスマートフォンMの背面図である。
また、スカート部材114の規制部114dによって可動体12の揺動回転が規制されるので、落下衝撃等によって可動体12が過剰に揺動回転するのを防止することができる。

Claims (14)
- コイル部及びマグネット部を有するボイスコイルモーターの駆動力によって、被駆動部を傾斜させて振れ補正を行うアクチュエーターであって、
ベース部材を有し、前記被駆動部の外周側で前記ベース部材に前記コイル部及び前記マグネット部の何れか一方を配設して形成される固定体と、
前記ベース部材とは反対側の面に前記被駆動部が載置される枠状の保持部材を有し、前記被駆動部の外周側で前記保持部材の前記ベース部材側の面に前記コイル部及び前記マグネット部の何れか他方を配設して形成される可動体と、
前記ベース部材に配置され、前記固定体に対して前記可動体を傾斜可能に支持する支持部と、を備え、
前記保持部材は、前記被駆動部の載置部位を前記コイル部及び前記マグネット部の前記何れか一方の配設部位よりも前記ベース部材に近接させる段差を有する、
