以上两个原因将导致扬声器模组的声学性能下降,产品一致性差。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种扬声器模组,此扬声器模组在有限的空间内实现了cable线的有效定位,降低了cable线对模组内气流的影响,产品声学性能高,一致性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:

由于本发明扬声器模组的扬声器单体通过cable线与模组外部电路电连接,外壳的内侧对应cable的位置设有定位槽,cable线被限定在定位槽内,定位槽两侧的侧壁端面上均设有热熔线,热熔线热熔后将cable线包裹在定位槽内。在模组组装时,cable线被夹持在定位槽内,定位槽在水平方向上对cable线起到了定位作用;设置在定位槽侧壁端面上的热熔线在热熔后其熔胶会流到定位槽内,并覆盖在cable线上,从而将cable线包裹在定位槽内,在高度方向上对cable线起到了定位的作用。此种定位槽加热熔线相结合的方案使得cable线最大限度的贴合在了外壳的表面上,不会出现翘起等固定不牢的情况,从而有效的降低了cable线对气流的影响,提升了扬声器模组的声学性能;同时还提高了扬声器模组的一致性。
由于热熔线的纵截面为直角三角形,其一条直角边与定位槽侧壁的端面重合,其另一条直角边靠近定位槽的开口设置。热熔线的另一条直角边靠近定位槽的开口设置有利于热熔线的熔胶自动向定位槽内流淌,增加了对cable线的定位效果,使得cable线被固定得更为牢固。
综上所述,本发明扬声器模组解决了现有技术中扬声器模组中cable线定位困难的技术问题,本发明扬声器模组在有限的空间内实现了对cable线的有效定位,有效的降低了cable线对模组内气流的影响,产品声学性能高,一致性好。

如图2、图3和图5共同所示,中壳20位于后声腔内的表面上对应两根cable线60的位置分别设置有一定位槽70。电连接件50为长条形,其延伸方向与cable线60穿出的中壳20的边缘相垂直,电连接件50未电连接扬声器单体的一侧设有一凸出的焊接部,两个焊盘52均设置在焊接部上,焊接部与cable线60穿出的中壳20的边缘相平行,两个定位槽70平行设置在焊接部与中壳20的该侧边缘之间。两根cable线60分别被限定在相应的定位槽70内,两个定位槽70的深度略大于cable线60的直径,两个定位槽70在中壳20的边缘处汇合为一个槽,两根cable线60在此处合在一起从中壳20侧壁的缺口处穿出后声腔。
如图3、图4和图5共同所示,定位槽70由设置在中壳20表面并与中壳20为一体结构的两条条状凸起24构成,两条条状凸起24平行设置,两条条状凸起24为定位槽70的两个侧壁,两条条状凸起24之间的空间为定位槽70,两条条状凸起24的高度均略大于cable线60的直径。两条条状凸起24的端面上各设有一条热熔线26,热熔线26的延伸方向与条状凸起24的延伸方向相同,热熔线26的纵截面(即与其延伸方向垂直的截面)为直角三角形,热熔线26的一条直角边与条状凸起24的端面重合,热熔线26的另一条直角边靠近定位槽70的开口,本实施方式优选为热熔线26的另一条直角边与条状凸起24位于定位槽70内的侧表面位于同一平面内。当热熔线26热熔后其熔胶会自动流淌到定位槽70内,并在cable线60的上方形成一层覆盖层28(如图6、7、8所示),将cable线牢牢的包裹在定位槽70内。此种在定位槽70的侧壁上设置热熔线26的方案对cable线60起到了很好的定位,将cable线60贴合在了中壳20的表面上,最大限度的节约了后声腔的空间,有效的降低了cable线60对后声腔内气流的影响,提升了扬声器模组的声学性能,同时还提高了扬声器模组的一致性。
如图1和图4共同所示,扬声器单体包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括边缘部固定在中壳20上的振膜30,振膜30靠近上壳10的一侧的中部固定有球顶32,振膜30的另一侧固定有音圈34。磁路系统包括固定在中壳20上的盆架40,盆架40的中部依次固定有磁铁和华司(图中未示出),磁铁和华司与盆架40的侧壁之间形成磁间隙。音圈34的端部位于磁间隙内,音圈34的音圈引线(图中未示出)与电连接件50电连接,然后通过cable线60与模组外部电路电连接,从而获得声波电信号。音圈34根据通过其绕线内的声波电信号的大小和方向在磁间隙内做往复的上下运动,振膜30随着音圈34的上下运动而振动,策动空气发声,从而完成电声之间的能量转换。
如图2和图4共同所示,中壳20上设有两个定位柱22,电连接件50对应两个定位柱22的位置分别设有一定位孔,定位孔与定位柱22相适配,电连接件50通过定位柱22与定位孔的相互配合固定在中壳20上。
本发明通过定位槽及热熔线来固定cable线的技术方案并不局限在上述结构的扬声器模组中,上述扬声器模组仅是对此技术方案的举例说明,实际应用中此技术方案适合所有的以cable线来作为电连接部件的扬声器模组,本领域技术人员根据本说明书的描述不需要付出创造性劳动就可以将本发明的技术方案应用到其它结构的模组中,故无论模组的其它结构是否与上述实施例中的模组结构相同,只要是采用了定位槽及热熔线来固定cable线的产品均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括外壳,所述外壳内收容有扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体通过cable线与模组外部电路电连接,所述cable线位于所述模组内部的一端与所述扬声器单体电连接,所述cable线位于所述模组外部的一端与所述模组外部电路电连接,其特征在于,所述外壳上对应所述模组内部的所述cable线的位置设有定位槽,所述cable线被限定在所述定位槽内,所述定位槽两侧的侧壁端面上均设有热熔线,所述热熔线热熔后将所述cable线包裹在所述定位槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,各所述热熔线的延伸方向均与所述定位槽的延伸方向相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,各所述热熔线的纵截面均为直角三角形,各所述热熔线的一条直角边均与相应的所述定位槽侧壁的端面重合,其另一条直角边均靠近所述定位槽的开口设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,各所述热熔线的另一条直角边均与所述定位槽侧壁的内表面位于同一平面内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述定位槽侧壁为平行设置在所述外壳内表面上的两条条状凸起,两条所述条状凸起之间的空间为所述定位槽,所述热熔线设置在所述条状凸起的端面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述条状凸起与所述外壳为一体结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述外壳上还固定有用于电连接所述扬声器单体与所述cable线的电连接件,所述cable线位于所述模组内部的一端焊接在所述电连接件上,所述定位槽设置在所述电连接件与所述外壳的边缘之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述外壳包括依次结合在一起的上壳、中壳和下壳,所述扬声器单体、所述中壳和所述下壳共同围成所述模组的后声腔,所述定位槽和所述电连接件均设置在所述中壳位于所述后声腔内的表面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述中壳上设有两个定位柱,所述电连接件上对应所述定位柱的位置分别设有与所述定位柱相适配的定位孔,所述电连接件通过所述定位柱与所述定位孔配合固定在所述中壳上。
