Claims (9)
- 노면을 청소하기 위한 청소장치에 있어서,주행 가능한 바퀴가 구비된 본체부와;소정 내부공간을 이루도록 상기 본체부 상부에 설치되고, 일측에 상기 내부공간을 개폐하는 개폐문이 구비된 적재부와;노면의 청소물을 흡입하기 위한 흡입구와 상기 흡입구로 흡입된 청소물을 배출하기 위한 토출구가 형성된 흡입기가 구비되고, 상기 적재부 방향으로 에어 흡입력을 발생시켜 상기 흡입기로 흡입된 상기 청소물을 상기 적재부로 이송시키도록 회전 작동하는 회전팬이 구비된 흡입청소부와;상기 본체부의 주행과 상기 흡입청소부의 작동을 위해 동력을 제공하는 구동부와;상기 적재부로 이송된 청소물이 담기도록 상기 적재부 내부에서 봉투의 입구가 펼쳐진 상태로 장착되는 봉투장착부와;상기 구동부의 구동을 제어하기 위한 제어부를; 포함하되,상기 봉투장착부는, 상기 적재부의 개폐문이 개방된 상태에서 상기 적재부의 외부로 인출 가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 봉투장착부는, 상기 적재부의 내벽 양측에 고정되어 상기 적재부의 내부와 외부로 슬라이딩 인출되는 레일과, 상기 레일과 함께 슬라이딩되도록 양측이 상기 레일에 연결되고 상기 개폐문이 구비된 방향으로 손잡이가 형성되며 상기 봉투의 상단부가 걸리도록 프레임으로 이루어진 장착프레임과, 상기 장착프레임의 상단부를 따라 끼움되어 상기 봉투를 고정시키는 고정틀을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적재부는, 상단부에 상하 관통된 상부유입구가 형성되되,상기 흡입청소부는, 상기 적재부로 이송되는 청소물이 상기 상부유입구를 통해 상기 봉투장착부에 장착된 봉투 내부로 낙하하도록 유도하는 청소물분리하우징이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 상부유입구를 통해 상기 적재부 내부공간을 향하여 직하방으로 유입되는 에어를 측하방으로 분산시키는 에어분산유도부를; 더 포함하고,상기 적재부는, 상기 상부유입구를 통해 내부공간으로 유입되는 에어가 배출되도록 바닥에 다수의 에어통과홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 적재부는, 상기 에어통과홀을 막도록 바닥에 설치되어 상기 바닥으로 떨어지는 청소물을 필터링하고, 상기 바닥 저부로 에어를 통과시키는 에어필터가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 에어분산유도부는,상하로 관통되고 에어가 통과되는 망체로 사방의 측벽이 형성된 외곽프레임과, 상기 외곽프레임의 측벽과 소정 폭만큼 이격된 이격공간을 형성하도록 상기 외곽프레임 내측에 설치되어 상기 외곽프레임과 같은 망체로 이중의 측벽을 이루는 내부프레임과, 상기 상부유입구로 유입되는 에어를 측하방으로 분산시키도록 상기 내부프레임의 내측에 소정 각도로 하향 경사지게 설치된 에어반사판을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 흡입청소부는,상기 본체부의 전방 양측단 각각에서 상하로 이동 가능하게 연결되어 노면의 쓰레기를 상기 흡입기의 흡입구 방향으로 쓸어모으는 회전브러쉬와,상기 회전팬의 주변과 인접한 내벽을 형성하는 공기유도공간이 형성되고 상기 흡입기와 연통하는 입구단 및 상기 적재부와 연통하는 출구단이 형성된 공기유도하우징과,일측이 상기 공기유도하우징의 출구단에 연결되고 타측이 길게 연장되어 상기 청소물분리하우징으로 연결되는 배출관이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 흡입청소부는, 유연하게 굽어지는 관체로서 상기 공기유도하우징의 입구단과 연통되게 길게 연장된 흡입덕트가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 본체부는, 상기 바퀴가 한 쌍의 전륜 및 한 쌍의 후륜으로 구성되고, 상기 한 쌍의 후륜을 조향하기 위한 조향수단이 더 구비되되,상기 조향수단은, 상하 방향으로 일정 길이만큼 길게 연장된 핸들샤프트와 함께 회전하도록 설치된 핸들과, 상기 핸들샤프트 하부 말단에 동력 전달 가능하게 결합되는 피니언 기어와, 상기 본체부의 후단부에 좌우 방향으로 배치되어 상기 피니언 기어와 치합되는 랙 기어와, 상기 랙 기어와 함께 상기 본체부의 좌우 방향으로 이동하도록 설치된 이동프레임과, 상기 한 쌍의 후륜 각각에 회동축으로 연결되어 일체로 회전되는 한 쌍의 조향암과, 일단부가 상기 이동프레임에 각각 힌지 연결되고 타단부가 상기 한 쌍의 조향암 각각에 힌지 연결되어 상기 이동프레임의 좌우 이동에 따라 상기 조향암을 상기 회동축을 중심으로 회전시키는 회동링크를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 구동부는, 상기 한 쌍의 전륜에 구동력을 제공하는 주행모터를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교체형 봉투가 장착된 노면 청소장치.
