まず、本開示の一実施形態によるマッチングシステム100の概要について図1を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態によるマッチングシステム100は、サーバ1により、サービス提供者(本明細書では、ボランティアが相当)とサービス要求者であるユーザとのマッチングを行う。サーバ1は、ボランティアが所有するボランティア端末2A~2Cから、ボランティアの情報を収集し、また、ユーザが所有するユーザ端末3からユーザの情報を収集することで、両者のマッチングをリアルタイムで行い、現実空間において両者を引き合わせることができる。
従来、ユーザに対して有益な情報を提供するシステム、すなわち人と情報とを結び付ける技術は提案されていたが、人と人とを現実空間で結び付ける技術は十分に開発されてこなかった。

入力部32は、操作者による情報入力操作を検出し、検出した入力情報を制御部30に送信する。例えば入力部32は、タッチパネル、キーボード、テンキー、ボタン、スイッチ等により実現される。また、入力部32をカメラにより実現することで、ジェスチャー入力が可能となる。また、入力部32をマイクロフォンにより実現することで、音声入力が可能となる。また、入力部32は、複数種類の入力デバイスにより実現されてもよい。
現在位置計測部33は、外部からの取得信号に基づいてユーザ端末3の現在位置を検知する機能を有する。具体的には、例えば現在位置計測部33は、GPS測位部により実現され、GPS衛星からの電波を受信して、ユーザ端末3が存在している位置を検知し、検知した位置情報を制御部30に出力する。また、現在位置計測部33は、GPSの他、例えばWi-Fi(登録商標)、携帯電話・PHS・スマートフォン等との送受信、または近距離通信等により位置を検知するものであってもよい。
出力部34は、制御部30の指示に従って情報出力を行う機能を有する。例えば出力部34は、表示部により実現され、画面に文字や画像、その他の情報を表示する。また、出力部34は、スピーカ、振動部、または照明部等により実現されてもよい。また、出力部34は、複数の出力デバイスにより実現されてもよい。
記憶部35は、様々なデータを記憶し、例えば制御部30の各処理を実行するためのプログラムを記憶する。
続いて、本開示によるマッチングシステム100について、複数の実施形態を用いて具体的に説明する。
まず、マッチングシステム100の第1の実施形態として、ユーザからのヘルプ要求があった場合に、サーバ1によりボランティアのマッチング(選定)を行い、マッチングしたボランティア側にサーバ1からユーザの現在位置情報と要求内容等を通知する場合について説明する。これにより例えばユーザが動けない状況であっても、適切なボランティアがユーザの元に赴いて対応することができる。
図5に示すシーケンス図では、ボランティアのプロパティ情報をボランティア端末2からボランティア希望者により明示的に入力されているが、本実施形態はこれに限定されない。例えばサーバ1は、購買履歴、ソーシャルメディアへの書き込み内容、イベント参加情報(登録情報)、行動情報(ライフログなど)、カメラの撮像画像、専門職の登録情報、学会登録情報、Webサイトの閲覧履歴、検索キーワード、テレビの視聴履歴、録画番組情報等に基づいて、ボランティア候補者の情報やプロパティ情報を自動的に取得し得る。以下、このようなプロパティ情報の収集処理について、以下、図8~図10を参照して一例を説明する。
次に、第2の実施形態によるマッチングシステム100について説明する。図5を参照して説明した第1の実施形態では、ボランティア端末2にユーザのヘルプ情報を表示し、ボランティアがユーザの元へ赴く場合について説明したが、本開示はこれに限定されない。例えば、ボランティアのプロパティを周囲の人に通知することで、助けが必要なユーザが自らボランティアに接触することが可能となる。このような、ボランティアのプロパティを周囲の人に通知するマッチングシステムの動作処理について、図12を参照して説明する。
次に、第3の実施形態によるマッチングシステム100について説明する。上述した第1、第2の実施形態では、ボランティア側にユーザのヘルプ情報を通知したり、ボランティア側でボランティアプロパティを周囲に向けて通知したりしていたが、本開示はこれに限定されず、例えばユーザ側にボランティアの情報を通知してもよい。以下、図16を参照して具体的に説明する。
続いて、第4の実施形態によるマッチングシステム100について説明する。本実施形態では、ユーザにマッチングしたボランティアのサポート終了後に、ボランティアの対応についてのユーザによる評価ができるようにすることで、ボランティアのマッチングに評価のフィードバックを行うことが可能となる。以下、図18を参照して説明する。
以上説明した各実施形態では、ユーザからのヘルプ要求に応じてボランティアをマッチングするシステムについて説明したが、本開示によるマッチングシステムはこれに限定されず、例えばボランティアからの依頼に応じて他のボランティアをマッチングすることも同様に可能である。すなわち、上記各実施形態において、ユーザがボランティアであってもよい。
上述したように、本開示の実施形態によるマッチングシステムでは、現実空間において現在求められている人物を要求者にリアルタイムで引き合わせることを可能とする。

前記取得部により取得したサービス提供者に関する情報に含まれる前記サービス提供者のサービス提供可能な時間、前記サービス提供者の現在位置、および前記サービス提供者の特性を参照して、サービス要求に対応できるサービス提供者を選定する選定部と、

前記通知部は、前記選定部により選定された前記サービス提供者が所持する前記要求者向けの表示装置に、前記サービス要求に対応できることを示す情報を表示する、前記(2)または(3)に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記要求者向けの表示装置は、前記サービス提供者の衣服に装着される、前記(4)に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記マッチングシステムは、
前記選定部により選定した前記サービス提供者の情報を、前記サービス要求を行った要求者に通知する通知部をさらに備える、前記(1)に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記選定部は、前記選定したサービス提供者のうち、前記要求者の周囲に居る者に絞り込み、
前記通知部は、前記要求者の周囲に居る人物のうち、前記選定部により絞り込まれた前記サービス提供者がどの人物であるかを前記要求者に通知する、前記(6)に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記通知部は、前記サービス提供者がどの人物であるかを示す通知画像を、前記要求者が所持する表示装置において現実空間に重ねて表示させる、前記(7)に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記サービス提供者の特性は、提供可能なサービスの内容を示す、前記(1)~(8)のいずれか1項に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記マッチングシステムは、
前記サービス要求を行った者による前記サービス提供者に対する評価を集計する評価集計部をさらに備える、前記(1)~(9)のいずれか1項に記載のマッチングシステム。

前記選定部は、前記評価集計部により集計された評価に基づいて、前記サービス提供者を絞り込む、前記(10)に記載のマッチングシステム。
(12)
前記選定部は、前記サービス要求を行った要求者から再選定を要求された場合、前回選定したサービス提供者よりも評価が高い、または能力値が高いサービス提供者に絞り込む、前記(1)~(11)のいずれか1項に記載のマッチングシステム。

サービス提供者に関する情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部により取得したサービス提供者に関する情報に含まれる前記サービス提供者のサービス提供可能な時間、前記サービス提供者の現在位置、および前記サービス提供者の特性を参照して、サービス要求に対応できるサービス提供者を選定する選定部と、

- サービス提供者に関する情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部により取得したサービス提供者に関する情報に含まれる前記サービス提供者のサービス提供可能な時間、前記サービス提供者の現在位置、および前記サービス提供者の特性を参照して、サービス要求に対応できるサービス提供者を選定する選定部と、
を備える、マッチングシステム。 - 前記マッチングシステムは、
前記選定部により選定した前記サービス提供者に、前記サービス要求を行った要求者の情報を通知する通知部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマッチングシステム。 - 前記通知部は、前記要求者の現在位置、および要求内容を通知する、請求項2に記載のマッチングシステム。
- 前記通知部は、前記選定部により選定された前記サービス提供者が所持する前記要求者向けの表示装置に、前記サービス要求に対応できることを示す情報を表示する、請求項2に記載のマッチングシステム。
- 前記要求者向けの表示装置は、前記サービス提供者の衣服に装着される、請求項4に記載のマッチングシステム。
- 前記マッチングシステムは、
前記選定部により選定した前記サービス提供者の情報を、前記サービス要求を行った要求者に通知する通知部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマッチングシステム。 - 前記選定部は、前記選定したサービス提供者のうち、前記要求者の周囲に居る者に絞り込み、
前記通知部は、前記要求者の周囲に居る人物のうち、前記選定部により絞り込まれた前記サービス提供者がどの人物であるかを前記要求者に通知する、請求項6に記載のマッチングシステム。 - 前記通知部は、前記サービス提供者がどの人物であるかを示す通知画像を、前記要求者が所持する表示装置において現実空間に重ねて表示させる、請求項7に記載のマッチングシステム。

- 前記選定部は、前記サービス要求を行った要求者から再選定を要求された場合、前回選定したサービス提供者よりも評価が高い、または能力値が高いサービス提供者に絞り込む、請求項1に記載のマッチングシステム。
