[1-1.ネットワークシステムの概要]
図1に、本実施の形態で前提とするネットワークシステム1の例を示す。ネットワークシステム1は、EC(EC:electronic commerce(電子商取引))システムとして機能する。
ネットワークシステム1は、例えばインターネット等のネットワーク2を介して、ショッピングサイト運営システム5、複数のユーザ端末3、3、…、複数の店舗端末4、4、…が互いに通信可能に構成されている。
商品DB13には、商品を識別するための識別子である商品IDに対応づけられて、商品名、種類、商品の画像、スペック、商品紹介の要約文等の商品情報や、広告情報等が記憶されている。また、商品DB13には、HTML(HyperText Markup Language)、XML(Extensible Markup Language)等のマークアップ言語等により記述された商品ウェブページのファイル等が記憶されている。
検索装置11は、商品DB13に記憶されている上記の商品情報や商品ウェブページのファイルに含まれる文字情報(テキスト情報)等に基づき、受信したクエリに関連する商品ウェブページ、例えばクエリと一致する文字情報を含む商品ウェブページを検索する。
提示されたサジェストワードのうちユーザにより任意のサジェストワードが選択されると、ユーザ端末3は選択されたサジェストワードを検索のクエリとした検索リクエストを検索装置11に対して行い、検索装置11が該検索の結果を表す検索結果ページをユーザ端末3に送信する。
これによりユーザは、入力を意図した検索キーワードについて全ての文字を入力せずとも該検索キーワードによる検索を実行させることができ、目的の商品を検索する際のユーザによる文字入力負担の軽減が図られている。
また、キーワードDB16の詳細についても後述する。
例えば、ショッピングサイト運営システム5におけるオペレータや店舗の従業員等により、ショッピングサイト運営システム5に対し店舗の登録手続が行われる。店舗DB14には、当該登録手続に伴い登録された情報が上記のような登録情報として記憶される。
また、ネットワーク2の全部又は一部を構成する伝送媒体についても多様な例が想定される。例えばIEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)1394、USB(Universal Serial Bus)、電力線搬送、電話線などの有線でも、IrDA(Infrared Data Association)のような赤外線、ブルートゥース(登録商標)、802.11無線、携帯電話網、衛星回線、地上波デジタル網などの無線でも利用可能である。
なお、これらの点は、ショッピングサイト運営システム5を構成する各装置間の通信を可能とするためのネットワークについても同様である。
図2に、図1で示したショッピングサーバ10や検索装置11をはじめとした各装置(会員DB12、商品DB13、店舗DB14、サジェストワードDB15、キーワードDB16、ユーザ端末3、及び店舗端末4)を構成するコンピュータ装置のハードウェア構成を示す。
図2において、コンピュータ装置のCPU(Central Processing Unit)101は、ROM( Read Only Memory)102に記憶されているプログラム、または記憶部108からRAM( Random Access Memory )103にロードされたプログラムに従って各種の処理を実行する。RAM103にはまた、CPU101が各種の処理を実行する上において必要なデータなども適宜記憶される。
CPU101、ROM102、及びRAM103は、バス104を介して相互に接続されている。このバス104には、入出力インターフェース105も接続されている。
入出力インターフェース105には、キーボード、マウス、タッチパネルなどよりなる入力装置106、LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)、CRT(Cathode Ray Tube)、有機EL(Electroluminescence)パネルなどよりなるディスプレイ(表示装置)、並びにスピーカなどよりなる出力装置107、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)やフラッシュメモリ装置などで構成される記憶部108、外部装置との間で相互通信を行うための通信部109が接続されている。
入出力インターフェース105にはまた、必要に応じてメディアドライブ110が接続され、磁気ディスク、光ディスク、光磁気ディスク、或いは半導体メモリなどのリムーバブルメディア111が適宜装着され、リムーバブルメディア111に対する情報の書込や読出が行われる。
CPU101が各種のプログラムに基づいて処理動作を行うことで、特にショッピングサーバ10としてのコンピュータ装置においては以降で説明する情報処理や通信が実行される。
図3は、ショッピングサーバ10におけるCPU101が有する機能のうち、実施の形態に係る機能をブロック化して示した機能ブロック図である。
図示するように、ショッピングサーバ10におけるCPU101は、入力文字受信処理部F1、サジェストワード抽出処理部F2、店舗抽出処理部F3、及び提示制御処理部F4としての機能を有している。
ウェブページwpには、商品検索にあたっての検索キーワードを入力するための入力欄が検索バーp1として配置されていると共に、該検索バーp1の近傍に検索ボタンp2が配置されている。
ユーザは、検索バーp1に文字を入力した上で、検索ボタンp2を選択する操作、具体的にはマウス操作によりポインタp3を検索ボタンp2上に位置させた状態でマウスのクリック操作を行うことで、検索バーp1への入力文字をクエリとした検索の実行指示を行うことができる。
なお、検索実行を指示するための操作は、タッチパネルによる操作入力が可能とされる場合には、検索ボタンp2を所定の多様でタッチする操作とされてもよい。また、キーボードのエンタキー(Enterキー)など所定キーを押圧する操作であってもよい。
入力文字受信処理部F1は、このようにユーザ端末3が逐次送信する入力文字を逐次受信する。
図5に示すように、本例においてサジェストワードは、検索バーp1への文字入力が行われたことに応じて、検索バーp1の下方に出現したサジェスト欄p4の中に提示される。図5の例では、検索バーp1に対して入力された「ちーずけ」なる文字に応じたサジェストワードがサジェスト欄p4内に提示された例を示している。
サジェストワード管理情報I1には、複数のサジェストワードが格納されていると共に、サジェストワードごとにその表音情報と検索回数と提示優先度とが対応づけられている。
検索回数は、対応するサジェストワードが商品検索に用いられた回数を表す。前述のように、提示されたサジェストワードがユーザにより選択された場合には該選択されたサジェストワードを検索のクエリとした商品検索が実行される。検索回数は、このようにユーザにより選択されて商品検索の検索のクエリとして用いられた回数を表す情報とされている。本例の場合、検索回数は、例えばショッピングサーバ10が提示サジェストワードの選択により該選択されたサジェストワードをクエリとした商品検索が実行されるごとにサジェストワード管理情報I1における該当する検索回数の値をインクリメントすることでカウントされる。
また、文字種別が変換された場合には、表音情報ではなくサジェストワードを対象として、文字種別の変換後に受信された入力文字が前方一致するサジェストワードを抽出する。これにより、先に例示した「のり」が「海苔」に変換された場合に対応して、「糊」を含むサジェストワードが提示されてしまうことの防止を図ることができる。
また、文字種別が変換された場合のサジェストワードを上記のように変換後の文字とその表音情報の双方に基づき抽出する場合には、変換後文字に基づき抽出されたサジェストワードの提示優先度(以下に説明する再抽出において参照する提示優先度)に重みを与えてもよい。これにより、変換後文字が「海苔」であった場合において、「海苔」に応じたサジェストワードの方が「糊」に応じたサジェストワードよりも優先的に提示されるように図ることができる。
この場合、サジェストワードと共に提示される店舗情報は、その店舗の広告として機能する。
ショッピングサイト運営システム5では、どのキーワード(サジェストワード)をどの店舗が購入したかの管理情報を、キーワードDB16にキーワード・店舗対応情報I2として記憶させている。
図示するようにキーワード・店舗対応情報I2は、例えば「チーズケーキ」「チーズ削り」・・・「トートバック」などのサジェストワードがキーワードとして格納されていると共に、これらキーワードごとに、該キーワードを購入した店舗の店舗IDが対応づけられている。
本例の場合、同一のキーワードを複数の店舗が購入可能とされている。図中の「チーズケーキ」「チーズ削り」「トートバック」のキーワードに対してそれぞれ店舗IDが複数対応づけられているのはこのためである。
図示するようにウェブページwpにおけるサジェスト欄p4には、サジェストワードを提示するためのサジェストワード提示領域A1と店舗情報を提示するための店舗情報提示領域A2とが設けられている。本例の場合、サジェストワード提示領域A1はサジェスト欄p4を左右方向に二分した領域のうち左側の領域とされ、店舗情報提示領域A2は同二分した領域の右側の領域とされている。
そして、提示制御処理部F4は、このように取得した店舗情報と共に、サジェストワード抽出処理部F2が抽出したサジェストワードとその提示優先度の情報をユーザ端末3に送信して、ウェブページwp上にサジェストワードと店舗情報を提示させる。
この場合において、提示枠wを選択する操作とは、例えばマウス操作によりポインタp3を提示枠w上に位置させた状態でマウスのクリック操作を行うことを指す。或いは、タッチパネルによる操作入力が可能とされる場合には、提示枠wを所定の多様でタッチする操作とされてもよい。
続いて、図9のフローチャートを参照して、上記した入力文字受信処理部F1、サジェストワード抽出処理部F2、店舗抽出処理部F3、及び提示制御処理部F4としての機能を実現するために実行されるべき処理の手順を説明する。
図9において、「ユーザ端末」として示した処理はユーザ端末3におけるCPU101がウェブページwpに記述されたソースコードに基づいて実行する処理である。また、「ショッピングサーバ」として示す処理は、ショッピングサーバ10におけるCPU101が例えばROM102等の所定の記憶装置に記憶されたプログラムに基づいて実行する処理である。
なお、図9に示す処理が開始されるにあたっては、既にユーザ端末3がショッピングサーバ10へのリクエストに応じて受信したウェブページwpの提示を行っているとする。
一方、ステップS101で文字入力がなかったと判定した場合、ユーザ端末3のCPU101はステップS102をパスしてステップS103に進む。
入力文字が受信されなかったと判定した場合、ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101はステップS208に進み、処理の終了条件が成立したか否かを判定する。この場合における処理の終了条件とは、例えばユーザ端末3においてウェブページwpが閉じられたこと、或いはユーザ端末3との通信が不能となったことなどである。
ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101は、処理の終了条件が成立していないと判定した場合には、ステップS201に戻って入力文字の受信有無を再度判定する。
なお、先の説明から理解されるように、ここでの店舗の抽出は、ステップS204で抽出された店舗数(店舗IDの数)が提示枠wの数よりも多いか否かを判定し、提示枠wの数よりも多いと判定した場合に対応して実行されるものである。
上記の各情報を受信したと判定した場合、ユーザ端末3のCPU101はステップS104に進み、サジェストワードと店舗情報の提示処理を行う。すなわち、サジェストワードについては、サジェスト欄p4におけるサジェストワード提示領域A1内において提示優先度に従って提示し、店舗情報については、サジェスト欄p4における店舗情報提示領域A2内の提示枠w内に提示する処理を行う。
ユーザ端末3のCPU101は、ステップS104の提示処理を実行したことに応じてステップS105に進む。
これにより、例えば図8の例において「チーズケーキ 訳あり」とのサジェストワードを選択する操作が行われた場合には、検索装置11において当該「チーズケーキ 訳あり」を検索のクエリとした商品検索が実行されて、その結果を表す検索結果ページがユーザ端末3に送信され、ユーザに提示される。
これにより、ユーザ端末3においては、検索バーp1への文字入力に応じてステップS104でサジェストワードと店舗情報が提示された以降、提示されたサジェストワードの選択、又は店舗情報の何れかの選択、又は検索バーp1への入力文字による商品検索実行指示の何れもがユーザにより行われない場合には、ステップS101~S105→S107→S108の処理が繰り返えされる。すなわち、検索バーp1内の入力文字の変化に応じて、提示するサジェストワードや店舗情報を変化させることが可能とされている。
これにより、提示枠wの数に応じて店舗を再抽出する処理(ステップS205)は不要となり、ショッピングサーバ10の処理負担の軽減を図ることができる。
第1の実施の形態において、ユーザ端末3側にキーワードを送信しない場合には、ユーザ端末3側におけるステップS110の検索リクエストで指定する検索のクエリとして、ショッピングサーバ10から受信したサジェストワードのうち選択操作が行われた店舗情報に対応するサジェストワードが用いられるようにすればよい。つまり本例の場合は、提示優先度1位のサジェストワードが用いられるようにすればよい。
なお、この点については、後述する第4の実施の形態についても同様である。
例えば、提示された店舗情報のうち何れかが選択されたことに応じ、ユーザ端末3がショッピングサーバ10に該店舗情報が選択された店舗を通知するように構成しておく(例えばウェブページwpに記述されたソースコード等により)。この前提において、ショッピングサーバ10が、該通知された店舗を検索対象範囲とし該通知された店舗に対応したサジェストワードをクエリとした検索を検索装置11に実行させるようにすれば、提示された店舗情報を「検索ボタン」として機能させることができる。
[2-1.第2の実施の形態の情報処理装置が有する機能概要]
続いて、第2の実施の形態について説明する。
第1の実施の形態では、提示優先度1位のサジェストワードなど、検索バーp1への入力文字に応じて抽出したサジェストワードのうち或る一つのサジェストワードについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗の情報を提示する例を挙げたが、第2の実施の形態は、検索バーp1への入力文字に応じて抽出したサジェストワードのうち複数のサジェストワードのそれぞれについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出し、抽出した店舗に係る情報をそれぞれ提示するものである。
第2の実施の形態におけるショッピングサーバ10は、検索バーp1への入力文字に応じて抽出したサジェストワードのうち、提示優先度が1位~m位のサジェストワードのそれぞれについて、サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出し、抽出した店舗についての店舗情報をそれぞれ取得し、取得した店舗情報が提示されるように制御を行う。
このため、第2の実施の形態における店舗抽出処理部F3は、サジェストワード抽出処理部F2が抽出したサジェストワードのうち提示優先度が1位~3位の各サジェストワードごとに、サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出した上で、必要に応じて、提示枠wの数に応じた店舗の再抽出を行う。つまり本例においては、提示優先度が1位~3位のサジェストワードごとに、店舗が複数抽出されたか否かを判定し、店舗が複数抽出されたサジェストワード(キーワード)がある場合には、該サジェストワードをキーワードに持つとして抽出した店舗のうちから一つの店舗を抽出する。
なお、この場合も、抽出された店舗から所定数の店舗を再抽出する手法としては、例えばランダム抽出を採用すればよい。
図11のフローチャートにより、上記した第2の実施の形態としての機能を実現するために実行されるべき処理の手順を説明する。
なお、図11をはじめとして以下で説明する各フローチャート(図13及び図16)においては、既に説明済みとなった処理と同様の処理については同一ステップ番号を付して説明を省略する。
また、ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101が実行する処理としては、ステップS201~S203、及びステップS206~S208の処理については第1の実施の形態と同様である。
さらに、続くステップS207の送信処理により、ステップS202とステップS203を経て抽出されたサジェストワードとその提示優先度と、ステップS206で取得した店舗情報と、キーワード(つまり提示優先度1位~m位のサジェストワードと同語句)をユーザ端末3に対して送信する。
そして、ステップS107において、提示された店舗情報を選択する操作が行われたと判定された場合には、ステップS110の検索リクエスト処理により、選択店舗(店舗情報が選択された店舗)内を検索対象範囲とし、当該選択店舗のキーワード(当該選択店舗が購入したキーワード)を検索のクエリとした商品検索の実行を指示するための検索リクエストが検索装置11に対して行われる。
[3-1.第3の実施の形態の情報処理装置が有する機能概要]
第3の実施の形態は、検索バーp1への入力文字に応じて抽出したサジェストワードを複数提示する場合において、店舗に係る情報が提示中であるサジェストワード以外のサジェストワードがユーザにより指示されたことに応じて、当該指示されたサジェストワードに対応した店舗情報がウェブページwpに提示されるように制御を行うものである。
図12Aは、検索バーp1に「と」が入力されたことに応じてサジェストワード提示領域A1内に提示優先度順に「時計」「トートバック」「トイレットペーパー」・・・のサジェストワードが提示された状態を示している。なお、本例では、店舗情報提示領域A2における提示枠wの数はm=3とされている。
提示優先度2位のサジェストワードに対応した店舗情報が提示されている状態から提示優先度3位のサジェストワードが新たに指示されたことに応じては、店舗情報提示領域A2においてそれまで提示中であった提示優先度2位のサジェストワードに対応した店舗情報に代えて、指示された提示優先度3位のサジェストワードに対応した店舗情報を提示する。
図13のフローチャートにより、上記した第3の実施の形態としての機能を実現するための処理の手順を説明する。
この場合のショッピングサーバ10におけるCPU101としても、ステップS201でユーザ端末3側から入力文字を受信したことに応じて、ステップS202の抽出処理とステップS203の再抽出処理を行う。
なおこの場合、ショッピングサーバ10におけるCPU101は、ステップS201で入力文字が受信されていないと判定した場合には、後述するステップS404に処理を進める。
ステップS403の送信処理を実行したことに応じ、ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101はステップS404に処理を進める。
ステップS501でユーザ端末3のCPU101は、受信情報がサジェストワードを含むか否か、つまりはショッピングサーバ10側が先のステップS403で送信した情報であるか否かを判定する。
なお、ステップS403の送信処理は、検索バーp1における入力文字に変化があった場合(1文字目が入力される、又は入力文字の追加/削除/文字種別変更が行われた場合)に対応して実行されるものである。従って、ステップS501の判定処理は、このような検索バーp1における入力文字の変化に応じてウェブページwp上に新たにサジェストワードを提示すべきか否かを判定しているとも換言できる。
サジェストワードの通知が受信されていないと判定した場合、ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101はステップS208に進んで終了条件の成立有無を判定し、この場合も終了条件が成立していなければステップS201に戻り、成立していればこの図に示す処理を終了する。
このようにショッピングサーバ10側が店舗情報と共にキーワード(ここではユーザにより指示されたサジェストワードと同語句)をユーザ端末3側に送信することで、ユーザ端末3側において、店舗情報が当該店舗内を検索対象範囲としキーワードを検索のクエリとした検索の実行を指示するための検索ボタンとして提示されるようにできる。
ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101は、ステップS405の送信処理を実行したことに応じて先のステップS208に処理を進める。
[4-1.第4の実施の形態の情報処理装置が有する機能概要]
第4の実施の形態は、提示された店舗情報が選択されたときに該選択された店舗内を検索対象範囲として実行される検索として、キーワードの上位概念ワードをクエリとした検索が実行されるようにするものである。
なお、図14においては、前提として、当該検索結果ページspへの遷移前に提示されていたウェブページwpでは提示優先度1位のサジェストワードとして「チーズケーキ」が提示され、該「チーズケーキ」をキーワードに持つとしてウェブページwpに提示されていた店舗情報がユーザにより選択されて、商品検索が実行されたとする。
第4の実施の形態におけるショッピングサーバ10は、このようにキーワードDB16に記憶されたキーワード・店舗対応情報I2’に基づいて、サジェストワードをキーワードに持つ店舗を抽出すると共に、キーワードの上位概念ワードを取得する。
上記した第4の実施の形態の機能を実現するために実行されるべき処理の手順を図16のフローチャートを参照して説明する。
なお、図16では、第1の実施の形態のように店舗情報として提示優先度1位のサジェストワードをキーワードに持つ店舗の店舗情報のみを提示する場合を前提とした処理を示している。
この場合のショッピングサーバ10におけるCPU101は、ステップS205の店舗再抽出処理を実行したことに応じて、ステップS601で上記したキーワード・店舗対応情報I2’に基づく上位概念ワードの取得処理を行う。すなわち、本例においては、ステップS202で抽出された提示優先度1位のサジェストワードの上位概念ワードを取得する。
ステップS602の送信処理として、ショッピングサーバ10のCPU101は、ステップS202とステップS203を経て抽出されたサジェストワードとその提示優先度と、ステップS206で取得した店舗情報と、キーワード(本例では提示優先度1位のサジェストワードと同語句)と、ステップS601で取得した上位概念ワードとをユーザ端末3に対して送信する。
これにより、抽出した複数のサジェストワードをウェブページwp上に提示させることができると共に、サジェストワードごとに抽出した店舗についての店舗情報をそれぞれウェブページwp上に検索ボタン(本例ではキーワード、上位概念ワードをそれぞれクエリとした店舗内検索の実行を指示するための検索ボタン)として提示させることができる。
ステップS701の検索リクエスト処理としては、選択された店舗内を検索対象範囲とした商品検索として、ショッピングサーバ10から受信したキーワード、上位概念ワードをそれぞれクエリとした商品検索の実行を指示するための検索リクエストを行う。
上記のように実施の形態の情報処理装置(ショッピングサーバ10)は、ウェブページ内に配置された検索キーワードの入力欄に対する入力文字を逐次受信する入力文字受信部(入力文字受信処理部F1)と、複数のサジェストワードが格納されたサジェストワード管理情報(I1)から入力文字受信部が受信した入力文字に応じたサジェストワードを抽出するサジェストワード抽出部(サジェストワード抽出処理部F2)とを備える。
また、キーワードと店舗とが対応づけられたキーワード・店舗対応情報(I2又はI2’)に基づき、サジェストワード抽出部が抽出したサジェストワードのうち少なくとも一つのサジェストワードについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出する店舗抽出部(店舗抽出処理部F3)と、サジェストワード抽出部が抽出したサジェストワードが提示され、且つ店舗抽出部が抽出した店舗に係る情報が当該店舗内を検索対象範囲としたキーワードに基づく検索の実行を指示するための検索ボタンとして提示されるように制御を行う提示制御部(提示制御処理部F4)とを備えている。
従って、店舗が売りたい商品を売りやすく、ユーザが商品をより買いやすい優れた電子商取引環境を提供することができる。
従って、キーワードごとの店舗の対応づけを、一つのキーワードに対して対応づける店舗の数を気にせずに行うことができる。
従って、サジェストワードに関連する店舗として様々な店舗をユーザに提示することができる。
従って、店舗サジェストの有効性の向上を図ることができる。
従って、店舗サジェストの有効性の向上を図ることができる。
従って、サジェスト店舗が扱う商品をキーワードに関連する商品のみでなくその類似商品も含めて幅広くユーザに提示することができる。
以上、本発明に係る情報処理装置の実施の形態としてのショッピングサーバ10を説明してきたが、実施の形態のプログラムは、ショッピングサーバ10の処理を情報処理装置(CPU等)に実行させるプログラムである。
すなわち、このプログラムは、例えばショッピングサーバ10等の情報処理装置に図9や図11、図13、図16等により説明した処理を実行させるプログラムに相当する。
そして、このようなプログラムはコンピュータ装置等の機器に内蔵されている記憶媒体としてのHDDや、CPUを有するマイクロコンピュータ内のROM等に予め記憶しておくことができる。或いはまた、半導体メモリ、メモリカード、光ディスク、光磁気ディスク、磁気ディスクなどのリムーバブル記憶媒体に、一時的あるいは永続的に格納(記憶)しておくことができる。またこのようなリムーバブル記憶媒体は、いわゆるパッケージソフトウェアとして提供することができる。
また、このようなプログラムは、リムーバブル記憶媒体からパーソナルコンピュータ等にインストールする他、ダウンロードサイトから、LAN、インターネットなどのネットワークを介してダウンロードすることもできる。
本発明は上記により説明した具体例に限定されず、各種の変形例が考えられる。
例えば、上記では特に言及しなかったが、電子商取引の対象としての商品は、有体物に限らず、電子書籍などの無体物、或いはホテルの宿泊手配などの旅行サービスや金融サービスなどの各種サービスが含まれるものである。
Claims (9)
- ウェブページ内に配置された検索キーワードの入力欄に対する入力文字を逐次受信する入力文字受信部と、
複数のサジェストワードが格納されたサジェストワード管理情報から前記入力文字受信部が受信した前記入力文字に応じたサジェストワードを抽出するサジェストワード抽出部と、
キーワードと店舗とが対応づけられたキーワード・店舗対応情報に基づき、前記サジェストワード抽出部が抽出したサジェストワードのうち少なくとも一つのサジェストワードについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出する店舗抽出部と、
前記サジェストワード抽出部が抽出したサジェストワードが提示され、且つ前記店舗抽出部が抽出した店舗に係る情報が当該店舗内を検索対象範囲とした前記キーワードに基づく検索の実行を指示するための検索ボタンとして提示されるように制御を行う提示制御部と、を備える

前記サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗の数が前記店舗に係る情報の提示枠数よりも多い場合には、前記サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗のうちから前記提示枠数と同数の店舗を抽出する

前記サジェストワード抽出部が抽出した複数のサジェストワードのそれぞれについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗をそれぞれ抽出し、

前記店舗抽出部が前記サジェストワードごとに抽出した店舗に係る情報がそれぞれ前記検索ボタンとして提示されるように制御を行う
請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記店舗抽出部は、
前記サジェストワード抽出部が抽出した複数のサジェストワードのそれぞれについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出し、
前記提示制御部は、
前記複数のサジェストワードが提示されるように制御を行うと共に、
提示された前記複数のサジェストワードのうち店舗に係る情報が提示中であるサジェストワード以外のサジェストワードがユーザにより指示されたことに応じて、当該指示されたサジェストワードについて前記店舗抽出部が抽出した店舗に係る情報が前記検索ボタンとして提示されるように制御を行う
請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記提示制御部は、
前記店舗抽出部が抽出した店舗に対応づけられているキーワードに基づいて、当該キーワードの上位概念ワードを取得すると共に、
前記店舗抽出部が抽出した店舗に係る情報が当該店舗内を検索対象範囲とした前記上位概念ワードによる検索の実行を指示するための検索ボタンとして提示されるように制御を行う
請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - ウェブページ内に配置された検索キーワードの入力欄に対する入力文字を逐次受信する入力文字受信ステップと、
複数のサジェストワードが格納されたサジェストワード管理情報から前記入力文字受信ステップにより受信した前記入力文字に応じたサジェストワードを抽出するサジェストワード抽出ステップと、
キーワードと店舗とが対応づけられたキーワード・店舗対応情報に基づき、前記サジェストワード抽出ステップにより抽出したサジェストワードのうち少なくとも一つのサジェストワードについて、当該サジェストワードをキーワードとして持つ店舗を抽出する店舗抽出ステップと、
前記サジェストワード抽出ステップにより抽出したサジェストワードが提示され、且つ前記店舗抽出ステップにより抽出した店舗に係る情報が当該店舗内を検索対象範囲とした前記キーワードに基づく検索の実行を指示するための検索ボタンとして提示されるように制御を行う提示制御ステップと、
