Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車載カメラブラケットの車両ボディへの取り付け状態を示す図である。なお、車両ボディ30には、ほぼ矩形(4辺)の取付け穴31が設けられている。車載カメラ20は、車載カメラブラケット10に取り付けられる。車載カメラブラケット10は、車両ボディ30に取り付けられる。この結果、車載カメラ20は、車載カメラブラケット10を介して車両ボディ30に固定される。
バリエーション1は、図2、図3に示したように、ブラケット本体100に面型のフック103が3個設けられ、車載カメラブラケット10を車両ボディ30に取付ける際に、各面型のフック103-1、103-2、103-3がそれぞれ互いに異なる取付け穴31の内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている場合である。
バリエーション2は、図4に示すように、ブラケット本体100に面型のフック103が3個設けられ、車載カメラブラケット10を車両ボディ30に取付ける際に、2個の面型のフック103-1、103-2が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に掛かり、残りの1つの面型のフック103-3が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に対向する第2の内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている場合である。
バリエーション3は、図5に示すように、ブラケット本体100に面型のフック103が4個設けられ、車載カメラブラケット10を車両ボディ30に取付ける際に、各面型のフック103-1、103-2、103-3、103-4がそれぞれ互いに異なる取付け穴31の内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている場合である。
バリエーション4は、図6に示すように、ブラケット本体100に面型のフック103が4個設けられ、車載カメラブラケット10を車両ボディ30に取付ける際に、2個の面型のフック103-1、103-2が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に掛かり、残りの2個の面型のフック103-3、103-4が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に対向する第2の内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている場合である。
バリエーション5は、図7に示すように、ブラケット本体100に面型のフック103が5個設けられ、車載カメラブラケット10を車両ボディ30に取付ける際に、2個の面型のフック103-1、103-2が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に掛かり、他の2個の面型のフック103-3、103-4が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に対向する第2の内縁辺に掛かり、残りの1個の面型のフック103-5が取付け穴31の第3の内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている場合である。
バリエーション6は、図8に示すように、ブラケット本体100に面型のフック103が6個設けられ、車載カメラブラケット10を車両ボディ30に取付ける際に、2個の面型のフック103-1、103-2が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に掛かり、他の2個の面型のフック103-3、103-4が取付け穴31の第1の内縁辺に対向する第2の辺に掛かり、他の1個の面型のフック103-5が取付け穴31の第3の内縁辺に掛かり、残りの1個の面型のフック103-6が取付け穴31の第3の内縁辺に対向する第4の内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている場合である。
以上のように、本発明によれば、3個以上の面型のフック103を、取付け穴31の少なくとも対向する2辺に掛けるように配置しているため、各方向の衝撃等を分散させることができ、面型のフックの耐久性を向上させることができる。さらに、面型のフック103を採用することにより、従来よりも狭い挿入軌跡で車両ボディ30の取付け穴31に挿入することができる。

Claims (8)
- 車載カメラを車両ボディに取付ける車載カメラブラケットであって、
前記車載カメラを締結可能なブラケット本体と、
前記ブラケット本体に形成され、前記車載カメラを車両ボディに固定する3個以上の面型のフックと、
を有し、
前記3個以上の面型のフックは、前記車両ボディに取付けられる際に、前記車両ボディに設けられたほぼ矩形の取付け穴の少なくとも対向する2つの内縁辺に掛かるように配置されている、
車載カメラブラケット。 - 前記車両ボディと前記ブラケット本体の間に水の浸入を防止するためのクッションを有する、
