第2の実施形態に係る配送管理システムは、第1の実施形態に係る配送管理システムと同様に、1つの真住所に対し、複数の仮住所の発行を可能とするものである。これは、サービス提供会社210毎に仮住所を使い分けるといった利用方法を可能とするものである。第2の実施形態に係る配送管理システムでは、さらに、真住所に対する仮住所の発行をサービス提供会社210毎、又はサービス毎に制限を設けるものである。
本発明は、例えば海外の居住者が仮住所として日本国内の住所を登録して日本のサービス提供会社から物品を購入することもできる。この場合、配送業者は、S707で真住所を特定した際に配送先が海外であることを知る。真住所が海外の場合には、宅配コストが高くなるため、できるだけ複数の荷物をまとめて配送するのが望ましい。そこで、例えば、配送業者の倉庫に、所定の料金で配送できる最大のサイズあるいは重量に対応するBOXをユーザごとに用意しておき、そのBOXに荷物が満杯になったタイミングで海外にある真住所へ配送するという構成であってもよい。また、このBOXは、海外の真住所が所定の範囲内にある複数のユーザ同士でシェアし、BOXが複数のユーザの荷物で満杯になったタイミングで海外への配送を行う構成とすることもできる。
Claims (15)
- 配送物の配送を管理する配送管理システムであって、
配送先に係る真情報に対応し、かつ前記真情報と異なる情報である仮情報を受け付ける第1の受付手段と、
前記真情報を識別する第1の識別情報と、前記仮情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第1の記憶手段と、
前記第1の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の受付手段が受け付けた前記仮情報から前記第1の識別情報を特定する第1の特定手段と、
前記真情報を識別する、前記第1の識別情報と異なる第2の識別情報と、前記第1の識別情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第2の記憶手段と、
前記第2の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の特定手段により特定された前記第1の識別情報から前記第2の識別情報を特定する第2の特定手段と、
前記第2の識別情報と、前記真情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第3の記憶手段と、
前記第3の記憶手段を参照し、前記第2の特定手段が特定した前記第2の識別情報から前記真情報を特定する第3の特定手段と
を有し、
前記第1の記憶手段、前記第2の記憶手段及び前記第3の記憶手段は、互いに異なる場所に配置されていることを特徴とする配送管理システム。 - ユーザ端末から、前記真情報を受信する第1の受信手段と、
前記真情報に対応する前記第2の識別情報を発行する第1の発行手段と、
前記第1の受信手段が受信した前記真情報と、前記第1の発行手段により発行された前記第2の識別情報とを対応付けて前記第3の記憶手段に登録する第1の登録手段と、
前記ユーザ端末に前記第2の識別情報を送信する第1の送信手段と
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配送管理システム。 - 前記ユーザ端末から、前記第2の識別情報を含む発行要求を受信する第2の受信手段と、
前記発行要求に示される前記第2の識別情報に対する前記第1の識別情報を発行する第2の発行手段と、
前記発行要求に示される前記第2の識別情報と、前記第2の発行手段により発行された前記第1の識別情報とを対応付けて前記第2の記憶手段に登録する第2の登録手段と、
前記ユーザ端末に前記第1の識別情報を送信する第2の送信手段と
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配送管理システム。 - 前記第2の発行手段は、1つの前記第2の識別情報に対し、複数の前記第1の識別情報を発行することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配送管理システム。
- 前記第2の受信手段は、前記ユーザ端末から、前記第2の識別情報と、サービス識別情報とを含む発行要求を受信し、
前記第2の発行手段は、前記発行要求に示される1つの前記第2の識別情報と、1つのサービス識別情報との組に対し、1つの前記第1の識別情報を発行し、
前記第2の送信手段は、前記第2の受信手段が、受信済みの前記第2の識別情報と前記サービス識別情報の組を含む前記発行要求を受信した場合には、既に受信済みの前記第2の識別情報と前記サービス識別情報の組に対して既に発行済みの前記第1の識別情報を前記ユーザ端末に送信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配送管理システム。 - 前記ユーザ端末から、前記第1の識別情報を含む発行要求を受信する第3の受信手段と、
前記第1の識別情報に対応する仮情報を発行する第3の発行手段と、
前記第3の受信手段が受信した前記第1の識別情報と、前記第3の発行手段により発行された前記仮情報とを対応付けて前記第1の記憶手段に登録する第3の登録手段と、
前記ユーザ端末に前記仮情報を送信する第3の送信手段と
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項3乃至5何れか1項に記載の配送管理システム。 - 前記真情報は、配送先の住所を示す情報であり、
前記仮情報は、仮の住所を示す情報であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6何れか1項に記載の配送管理システム。 - 配送物の配送を管理する第1の管理装置、第2の管理装置及び第3の管理装置を有する配送管理システムであって、
前記第1の管理装置は、
配送先に係る真情報に対応し、かつ前記真情報と異なる仮情報を受け付ける第1の受付手段と、
前記真情報を識別する第1の識別情報と、前記仮情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第1の記憶手段と、
前記第1の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の受付手段が受け付けた前記仮情報から前記第1の識別情報を特定する第1の特定手段と
を有し、
前記第2の管理装置は、
前記第1の識別情報を受け付ける第2の受付手段と、
前記真情報を識別する、前記第1の識別情報と異なる第2の識別情報と、前記第1の識別情報と、を対応付けて記憶する記憶する第2の記憶手段と、
前記第2の記憶手段を参照し、前記第2の受付手段が受け付けた前記第1の識別情報から前記第2の識別情報を特定する第2の特定手段と
を有し、
前記第3の管理装置は、
前記第2の識別情報を受け付ける第3の受付手段と、
前記第2の識別情報と、前記真情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第3の記憶手段と、
前記第3の記憶手段を参照し、前記第3の受付手段が受け付けた前記第2の識別情報から前記真情報を特定する第3の特定手段と
を有することを特徴とする配送管理システム。 - 前記第2の受付手段は、配送物に貼り付けられた前記仮情報の入力を受け付け、
前記第3の受付手段は、配送物に貼り付けられた前記第1の識別情報の入力を受け付けることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の配送管理システム。 - 配送物の配送を管理する第1の管理装置に、配送に係る真情報を送信する第1の送信手段と、
前記第1の管理装置から、前記真情報に対して発行された第1の識別情報を受信する第1の受信手段と、
配送物の配送を管理する第2の管理装置に、前記第1の識別情報を送信する第2の送信手段と、
前記第2の管理装置から、前記第1の識別情報に対して発行された第2の識別情報を受信する第2の受信手段と、
配送物の配送を管理する第3の管理装置に、前記第2の識別情報を送信する第3の送信手段と、
前記第3の管理装置から、前記第2の識別情報に対して発行された仮情報を受信する第3の受信手段と、
前記配送物の発送元に対し、前記仮情報を利用した前記配送物の配送指示を送信する第4の送信手段と
を有することを特徴とする情報処理装置。 - 配送物の配送を管理する配送管理システムであって、
配送先に係る真情報を識別する第1の識別情報を受け付ける第1の受付手段と、
前記真情報を識別する、前記第1の識別情報と異なる第2の識別情報と、前記第1の識別情報と、を対応付けて記憶する記憶する第1の記憶手段と、
前記第1の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の受付手段が受け付けた前記第1の識別情報から前記第2の識別情報を特定する第1の特定手段と、
前記第2の識別情報と、前記真情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第2の記憶手段と、
前記第2の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の特定手段が特定した前記第2の識別情報から前記真情報を特定する第2の特定手段と
を有することを特徴とする配送管理システム。 - 配送物の配送を管理する配送管理システムであって、
配送先に係る真情報に対応し、かつ前記真情報と異なる仮情報を受け付ける第1の受付手段と、
前記真情報を識別する識別情報と、前記仮情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第1の記憶手段と、
前記第1の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の受付手段が受け付けた前記仮情報から前記識別情報を特定する第1の特定手段と、
前記識別情報と、前記真情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第2の記憶手段と、
前記第2の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の特定手段が特定した前記識別情報から前記真情報を特定する第2の特定手段と
を有することを特徴とする配送管理システム。 - 配送物の配送を管理する配送管理システムが実行する配送管理方法であって、
配送先に係る真情報に対応し、かつ前記真情報と異なる情報である仮情報を受け付ける第1の受付ステップと、
前記真情報を識別する第1の識別情報と、前記仮情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第1の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の受付ステップにおいて受け付けた前記仮情報から前記第1の識別情報を特定する第1の特定ステップと、
前記真情報を識別する、前記第1の識別情報と異なる第2の識別情報と、前記第1の識別情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第2の記憶手段を参照し、前記第1の特定ステップにおいて特定された前記第1の識別情報から前記第2の識別情報を特定する第2の特定ステップと、
前記第2の識別情報と、前記真情報と、を対応付けて記憶する第3の記憶手段を参照し、前記第2の特定ステップにおいて特定された前記第2の識別情報から前記真情報を特定する第3の特定ステップと
を含み、
前記第1の記憶手段、前記第2の記憶手段及び前記第3の記憶手段は、互いに異なる場所に配置されていることを特徴とする配送管理方法。 - 情報処理装置が実行する配送管理方法であって、
配送物の配送を管理する第1の管理装置に、配送に係る真情報を送信する第1の送信ステップと、
前記第1の管理装置から、前記真情報に対して発行された第1の識別情報を受信する第1の受信ステップと、
配送物の配送を管理する第2の管理装置に、前記第1の識別情報を送信する第2の送信ステップと、
前記第2の管理装置から、前記第1の識別情報に対して発行された第2の識別情報を受信する第2の受信ステップと、
配送物の配送を管理する第3の管理装置に、前記第2の識別情報を送信する第3の送信ステップと、
前記第3の管理装置から、前記第2の識別情報に対して発行された仮情報を受信する第3の受信ステップと、
前記配送物の発送元に対し、前記仮情報を利用した前記配送物の配送指示を送信する第4の送信ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする配送管理方法。 - コンピュータを、
配送物の配送を管理する第1の管理装置に、配送に係る真情報を送信する第1の送信手段と、
前記第1の管理装置から、前記真情報に対して発行された第1の識別情報を受信する第1の受信手段と、
配送物の配送を管理する第2の管理装置に、前記第1の識別情報を送信する第2の送信手段と、
前記第2の管理装置から、前記第1の識別情報に対して発行された第2の識別情報を受信する第2の受信手段と、
配送物の配送を管理する第3の管理装置に、前記第2の識別情報を送信する第3の送信手段と、
前記第3の管理装置から、前記第2の識別情報に対して発行された仮情報を受信する第3の受信手段と、
前記配送物の発送元に対し、前記仮情報を利用した前記配送物の配送指示を送信する第4の送信手段と
して機能させるためのプログラム。
