Claims (4)
- 油圧により稼働する射出ユニット及び射出成形型ユニットを備え、射出成形によりプリフォームを形成する射出成形部と、
油圧により稼働するブロー成形型ユニットを備え、前記プリフォームをブロー成形するブロー成形部と、を有する射出ブロー成形装置であって、
回転数の制御が可能な駆動モーターと油圧ポンプとからなる油圧駆動源を有し、前記射出成形型ユニットが備える射出型駆動部にオイルタンクからオイルを供給する第1のオイル供給部を備えると共に、
回転数の制御が可能な駆動モーターと油圧ポンプとからなる油圧駆動源を有し、前記ブロー成形型ユニットが備えるブロー型駆動部に前記オイルタンクからオイルを供給する第2のオイル供給部を、前記第1のオイル供給部とは独立して備えている
ことを特徴とする射出ブロー成形装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出ブロー成形装置において、
回転数の制御が可能な駆動モーターと油圧ポンプとからなる油圧駆動源を有し、前記射出ユニットが備える射出駆動部に前記オイルタンクからオイルを供給する第3のオイル供給部を備え、
且つ前記第1のオイル供給部及び前記第2のオイル供給部を、前記第3のオイル供給部とは独立して備えている
ことを特徴とする射出ブロー成形装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の射出ブロー成形装置において、
前記駆動モーターが、サーボモーターである
ことを特徴とする射出ブロー成形装置。 - 請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の射出ブロー成形装置において、
前記射出成形型ユニットが、前記プリフォームのネック部を形成するためのネック型と、前記プリフォームの内形状を形成するための射出コア型と、前記プリフォームの胴部外形状を形成するための射出キャビティ型とを含む射出金型を備えると共に、
前記射出型駆動部が、前記射出金型を開閉させるための開閉駆動部と、前記ネック型を前記射出キャビティ型に対して昇降させる昇降駆動部と、型閉じした前記射出金型を型締する型締駆動部と、を含み、
前記第1のオイル供給部が、前記開閉駆動部、前記昇降駆動部及び前記型締駆動部に対して前記オイルタンクからオイルを供給する
ことを特徴とする射出ブロー成形装置。
