具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,多功能胶片、帘布分切机,包括放卷机构和主机,所述放卷机构的底座与主机的底座经连接支撑连接。
所述放卷机构包括放卷底座2、放卷支架1、放卷轴3、帘布收卷轴4、一根以上的放卷过渡轴5和纠偏装置,所述放卷支架1与放卷底座2间经直线轨道6活动连接,放卷支架1顶部支撑有放卷轴3,放卷轴3靠近主机的一侧支承有一根以上与放卷轴相平行的放卷过渡轴5,放卷轴3的后方设有帘布收卷轴4,所述纠偏装置包括相互连接的光电传感器7和直线电机8,所述光电传感器7安装于放卷轴3或放卷过渡轴5的一侧,所述直线电机8安装于放卷底座2和放卷支架1之间。
所述主机包括主机壳体、垫布放卷支座21、滚切机构、两个的收卷机构、切胶机构和收边机23。
所述垫布放卷支座21设置于主机壳体顶部,所述垫布放卷支座21活动安装于主机顶部,所述垫布放卷支座21上穿接有垫布放卷气涨轴22和一根以上的垫布过渡轴。所述垫布放卷支座21与主机壳体顶部经直线轨道6活动连接,所述垫布放卷支座上设有纠偏装置,所述纠偏装置包括相互连接的光电传感器7和直线电机8,所述光电传感器7’安装于垫布放卷气涨轴22或垫布过渡轴的一侧,所述直线电机8安装于主机顶部与垫布放卷支座21之间;光电传感器7检测到料带跑偏,发电信号控制直线电机8推动放卷支座21移动以纠正料带;所述垫布放卷气涨轴22内设有封闭空腔,垫布放卷气涨轴22的一端设有联通空腔的通气孔芯24,所述垫布放卷气涨轴22的外圆周上设有多个联通空腔的腰形气孔25,腰形气孔25内连接有自内向外径向伸出腰形活塞26,所述腰型活塞26与空腔 内壁间挤压有弹簧,所述通气孔芯24通入高压气体。
所述垫布放卷气涨轴内设有空腔,轴上设有多个联通空腔的气孔,所述空腔内经气枪或气管通入大于大气压力的气体。
所述滚切机构设置于主机的中部,所述滚切机构包括滚切轴9、气刀架16、气刀架升降梁15和气刀架升降气缸17,所述滚切轴9穿接与主机壳体,所述滚切轴9的一端安装有线速度测量仪或长度测量仪,所述气刀架升降梁15于滚切轴一侧与滚切轴9平行设置,气刀架升降梁15底部的两端分别设有气刀架升降气缸17,所述气刀架升降气缸17竖直安装于主机壳体,气刀架升降梁15上设有多个气刀架16,各气刀架16上安装有圆形的气刀;所述主机上位于滚切轴与放卷机构之间设有三根呈倒三角状设置的过渡轴10,所述三根过渡轴10中有一根伸展轴,所述伸展轴的表面上设有自中部分别向两端导向的纹路;所述主机的顶部设有垫布放卷支座,所述垫布放卷支座活动安装于主机顶部,所述放卷支座上穿接有垫布放卷气涨轴和一根以上的垫布过渡轴。
所述收卷机构设置于滚切机构的外侧,所述收卷机构包括两只收卷臂13、离合支撑轴11、收卷轴12和收卷气缸14,所述离合支撑轴11穿接于主机壳体,所述收卷臂13的中部固定串接于离合支撑轴11的伸出端,所述收卷轴12穿接两上收卷臂13的前端之间,所述收卷气缸14的伸缩端与收卷臂13的尾部铰接,所述收卷气缸14的固定端铰接于主机壳体。
所述滚切机构的下方设有切胶机构,所述切胶机构包括刀片切胶轴18,所述刀片切胶轴18的下方设有刀片翻转支轴19,所述刀片翻转支轴19上可调式安装有多个刀片翻转机构20,所述各刀片翻转机构20上安装有锥型的刀片,所述刀片切胶轴18与滚切机构及收卷机构间设有过渡轴。
所述主机的输出端延伸端的左右两测分别设有收边机,所述放卷机构与主机的四周均设有感应探头,所述感应探头分别与放卷机构和主机的动力装置连接。
本设备的工作原理为:放卷轴3上的覆盖有帘布的胶片卷放料,帘布由后方的帘布收卷轴4收卷,胶片经放卷过渡轴5后进入主机,经主机的三个三根过渡轴过渡伸展后进入滚切机构滚切,当滚切后胶片宽度大于20mm或者胶片需长时间放置,为放置胶片间自粘,主机顶部的垫布放卷支座21放出塑料膜,塑料膜在过渡轴上与胶片重合并一起进入滚切机构,滚切完成的胶带分别经两个收卷机 构间隔或同时收卷;当帘布与胶片间有帘线时,经过滚切机构滚切后的胶片经过渡轴过渡后进入刀片切胶轴18进行帘线切除,在由收卷机构收卷;当滚切过程中产生边料时,由料带对应两侧的收卷机进行边料收卷。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种多功能胶片、帘布分切机,包括放卷机构和主机,所述放卷机构的底座与主机底座经连接支撑连接,所述主机包括主机壳体、一个以上的收卷机构和滚切机构,所述滚切机构设置于主机的中部,所述收卷机构设置于滚切机构的外侧;所述收卷机构包括两只收卷臂、离合支撑轴、收卷轴和收卷气缸,所述离合支撑轴穿接于主机壳体,所述收卷臂的中部固定串接于离合支撑轴的伸出端,所述收卷轴穿接两上收卷臂的前端之间,所述收卷气缸的伸缩端与收卷臂的尾部铰接,所述收卷气缸的固定端铰接于主机壳体;所述滚切机构包括滚切轴、气刀架、气刀架升降梁和气刀架升降气缸,所述滚切轴穿接与主机壳体,所述气刀架升降梁于滚切轴一侧与滚切轴平行设置,气刀架升降梁底部的两端分别设有气刀架升降气缸,所述气刀架升降气缸竖直安装于主机壳体,气刀架升降梁上设有多个气刀架,各气刀架上安装有气刀;所述主机上位于滚切轴与放卷机构之间设有一根以上的过渡轴,其特征在于:所述主机的顶部设有垫布放卷支座,所述垫布放卷支座活动安装于主机顶部,所述放卷支座上穿接有垫布放卷气涨轴和一根以上的垫布过渡轴。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述垫布放卷支座与主机顶部经直线轨道活动连接,所述垫布放卷支座上设有纠偏装置,所述纠偏装置包括相互连接的光电传感器和直线电机,所述光电传感器安装于垫布放卷气涨轴或垫布过渡轴的一侧,所述直线电机安装于主机顶部与垫布放卷支座之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述垫布放卷气涨轴内设有封闭空腔,垫布放卷气涨轴的一端设有联通空腔的通气孔芯,所述垫布放卷气涨轴的外圆周上设有多个联通空腔的腰形气孔,腰形气孔内设有自内向外径向伸出腰形活塞,腰型活塞与空腔内壁间挤压有弹簧,所述通气孔芯通入高压气体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述滚切机构的下方设有刀片切胶轴,所述刀片切胶轴的下方设有刀片翻转支轴,所述刀片翻转支轴上可调式安装有多个刀片翻转机构,所述各刀片翻转机构上安装有刀片,所述刀片切胶轴与滚切机构及收卷机构间设有过渡轴。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述放卷机 构包括放卷底座、放卷支架、放卷轴、帘布收卷轴、一根以上的放卷过渡轴和纠偏装置,所述放卷支架与放卷底座间经直线轨道活动连接,放卷支架顶部支撑有放卷轴,放卷轴靠近主机的一侧支承有一根以上与放卷轴相平行的放卷过渡轴,放卷轴的后方设有帘布收卷轴,所述纠偏装置包括相互连接的光电传感器和直线电机,所述光电传感器安装于放卷轴或放卷过渡轴的一侧,所述直线电机安装于放卷底座和放卷支架之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述一根以上的过渡轴中至少有一根伸展轴,所述伸展轴的表面上设有自中部分别向两端导向的纹路。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述主机的输出端延伸端的左右两测分别设有收边机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述放卷机构和主机的四周设置有多个感应探头,所述感应探头与放卷机构和主机动力装置连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能胶片、帘布分切机,其特征在于,所述滚切轴的一端连接设有线速度测量仪或长度测量仪。
